@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

If you have a phone STILL under warranty with @O2 but there’s a fault with the speaker which has been proved by @Apple that is unfixable. O2 won’t change it! Can’t wait to leave your network, customer service is pathetic.

@O2 I can honestly say without doubt that O2 have given me the worst customer service experience imaginable. A customer for 8 years and they have frustrated the life out of me for 4 weeks. Company is a shambles , no continuity of accounts , don’t do what is promised. Awful

@O2 I changed network from O2 halfway through July and now I have a full month’s bill from you. On hold with your customer service phone for 14 minutes only for the call to almost immediately drop…I’d like someone to sort this out for me as I don’t owe a full month’s bill
@O2 Right, I'm now receiving constant automated calls about a payment that I don't owe you. Make them stop, or I cancel the contract and you can fight me in court.
