    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 have you guys rolled out 5g in S45 area? I noticed yesterday that my phone had 5g even though the signal checker says no 5g in my area so I'm confused.

    @O2 I tried the network tips yesterday and didn’t work, it’s all good when you have Wi-Fi but I pay my bill to make normal calls and should be able to do so without relying on Wi-Fi.

    @O2 move from Virgin mobile to O2 UK, I have asked to port my old number. The porting date was yesterday (05APR2022). Porting has not happened yet. Please I do not want to lose my old number for a series of reasons. Your customer service was not much of help.

    @virginmedia what's going on with your website? Loads of pages not working. Can't even look at my bill!! That and ridiculous prices you want to charge for a sim card - twice the price of many others, not long before I move all services. @O2 merge is a disaster 4 customers!
