    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I keep receiving missed calls from other 07912986xxx numbers, and when I return the call they have no record of calling me. Similarly I’ve had calls from people saying they’ve had a missed call from me, despite having no record of this in my calls. Is this a network issue?

    @VodafoneGroup @O2 how 2 do customer service by @bt_uk - I miss a payment & am disconnected cos their app fails, they agree they’re at fault. After 40mins on phone they ‘compensate’ me by not charging a late payment fee or a reconnection fee! Ooh I feel special # CustomerService

    @O2 I have checked your network tips and status many times. Again, I have said it has been going on with months. An iPhone 12 Pro Max getting data speeds in Glossop slower than that of 15 years ago. It needs looking into and sorted. Many people have complained and it’s unacceptable

    @O2 I have been trying to get a PAC Code for a week now, I have been put through to three different people tonight, my phone is disabled, I can’t ring, text or go into my O2, the Customer Service has been awful since day one, which is why I’m leaving , what else do I have to do
