I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

hezza (@beenotthere) reported@O2 (1/3) Its not like you DONT have the resources to even put up a temporary mast for those in need. Most of the people in this area are elderly and need signal as its their only way of communication. E.G. My Nana has a phone box that detects when she has a
