I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

Waited ages each time for billing team but no answer on hold yet again each time. Service level is ridiculous and unacceptable especially when so much money taken 😡

Jay (@join4te) reported@O2 Day 49 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
