    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 Done that. No faults. So now what? Look at the forum links above. Presumably everyone has faulty SIM cards that need to be replaced or some other range of excuses that O2 go through to play for time. I have been given £20 bill credit, but don't want it. I want a working service.

    24hrs Ive been without all o2 services 9 phone calls via free o2 number to be told 2 turn fone on & off to no avail no1 in the family can use their devices! I’m a nurse & should have been in the ED 2nite but lost shift because of this ! HELP Any1 @O2 @O2music @O2sports

    @O2 finally had enough of O2, seems i can never get a signal at festivals, this year Glastonbury & Kendal Calling I got nothing, Football stadiums... Nothing. what am i paying for? everyone else around us on different networks don't seem to have an issue

    @O2 I’ve just walked into house and Wi-Fi kicked in so I’ve now got loads of messages and mail and whatnot to look through, never seen your response, I have purportedly a 5G signal in work but nothing is getting through to me, yeah if I can speak to someone that’ll be great thanks

    @O2 could someone please contact me to explain why I was sent a phone I didn’t want by your agent @currys car phone warehouse misrepresenting themselves as my network provider (not you or them) and why you are taking money from my bank account even tho I returned within 14 days.
