  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • Kjvincent1979 Kevin the carrot (@Kjvincent1979) reported from Costessey, England

@O2 4g network speed of 0.5 mbps so virtually non existent

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • LouSmi2 Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, England

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • raybagslfc Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

@O2 wow, as a new customer, your service is appalling already. i've called your phone line (can't get through) your FAQs are no help at all and i can't do an online chat as everyone is busy.

  • OtaLegoSoup Ota_LegoSoup (@OtaLegoSoup) reported

@O2 @Mark_A69 Do o2 even read tweets and messages? Or just only cherry pick the easy to answer ones? *Still* waiting replies to my tweets and DM regarding paying my bill and still not getting service back.

  • stringofears stringofears (@stringofears) reported

@O2 I'm sorry, but there is no way I am providing you with my address and phone number over social media. Also, you're missing the point. "Looking into it" won't change the fact that you do not respect your customer marketing choices and you should be reported to @Ofcom .

  • LizCame98214655 Liz Cameron (@LizCame98214655) reported

@O2 you’ll quite happily respond to people not getting a signal but won’t respond to my tweets or inbox’s! Shame on you o2!!

  • Sallyhp_qigong Sally Haynes-Preece (@Sallyhp_qigong) reported

I have recently had huge problems trying to contact @skytv and @O2 with problems that could not easily resolved on line because I was not upgrading...but wanted to reduce my commitments to them 2/

  • Mark_A69 Mark D Abrahams 💙 (@Mark_A69) reported

@O2 I’ve just had 4G removed from my service for no apparent reason? Care to clarify?

  • PablopCharpent Pablo p. Charpentier (@PablopCharpent) reported

@O2 so I bought tickets to see Coldplay only to find out as I was sitting down at the O2, that they are not coming. I couldn’t care less about the rest of the singers. They were advertised and not performing , need a full refund !

  • CrowRustler Great White Huntress (@CrowRustler) reported

@O2 We have not had a mobile signal at AB36... for 2 weeks. I am beginning to run out of patience. Given the profits that O2 make, there is no reasonable excuse for a delay of this extent to restoration of signal. Simply not good enough. Pull your fingers out and get it fixed!

  • skullmonkey7735 🇮🇪 Stiofán Ó Frighil F.C.D🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@skullmonkey7735) reported

@markxdavies @O2 Nope, not a word until I contacted them.. Not an email, nothing.. Plus you're down the cost of a new handset!!🙄 All I got was a link on here, after I'd made them aware.. Then today, about 2, I'd a text telling me it'll be back in 48hrs! But it was obviously back as I got a text!

  • markxdavies Mark Davies (@markxdavies) reported

@skullmonkey7735 @O2 Indeed. And they didn’t tell us a thing about it. Went for days with so many problems I actually bought a new phone, thinking it must be that. Then they said “oooh - check out our app. Thanks for your patience”. Since when, nothing. Amazing.
