@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

@O2 care to help seeing as your merged company VM have washed their hands of it, plus your promised call back from a supervisor within 48hrs to sort this never happened. Ridiculous customer services between you and sends out a message that once you have our money.....

@O2 Ok. But that was mainly for the old terms where there was no upper limit on data. Now, 25GB is the fair use and this should be at full speed with no restrictions as there’s no way of abusing the service. It is unfair.

@O2 just had the text about the prices rises and I have to say that’s a disgrace, to have one increase of 3.9% is bad, but yes it’s contractual but to chuck the rpi of just shy of 8% smacks of digging the arm in and taking advantage. Poor form and it will be remembered!

@O2 hi I’m having issues giving you my PAC code to keep my number. I’ve requested it 3 times and it keeps failing. Could someone DM me please?

@WolfBrother_ I wondered if I was being scammed - oh wait a minute..! Same email/timeline. Ironically, I joined O2 as part of my @virginmedia package. In all my years of having a mobile phone ('86!) never once in contract has a supplier put the price up. How to impress a new customer - not @O2

@O2 ur missing/ignoring my point. Something has changed bcos it never use 2b this bad. The pic is now at home, M27. its always like this, never use 2b. If you Internet providers just hold yur hands up except, address and fix the problem it wud b easier. Never exceptin it is boring
