@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

@O2 Hey 02. Are you ever going to sort out thus ridiculous congested network? Can't get any Internet in more places in Devon and Cornwall now. It does not work more than it does. Sat's 4g got signal but no bandwidth available. Useless really. Will be off to Vodafone !!

@O2 My current network is Tesco and I have a sim in myhandset from them but I have a esim option too. Will an O2 esim work despite it being a different network although @tescomobile use the O2 mobile network.

@O2 Hi I’ve tried to link my iWatch with my new SIM O2 contract. I’ve been told to wait 72 hours for a call back. I’ve seen on the forum @O2Lisa + @pgn fixed it for someone else ‘The existing esim on the watch needed to be reset by O2 on their side’ Can you help me too please?

Do NOT ask for a postcode @O2 - there is NO 4G or 5G in Plymouth. You have NO coverage and I'll go to court to prove it. It's like a village down here.

@O2 we got a great deal SIM only but had to cancel as our Samsung S8 is locked when I put O2 SIM in. Your customer services couldn't help and nor can @VodafoneUK. I've done some research and apparently we need a Master Code and PUK. Voda can only give me the PUK. Can you help?
