@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@jodielouiseart @O2 That is correct and I’ve knocked them ever since I still get the internet at home and around where WiFi is for what was a brand new iPhone 11+ just use a cheap £10 phone on #vodaphone as you get network with no problem

@O2 your customer service advisors are great, very helpful, but waiting for a phone to be scanned back in as received so I can go back to my old network, is taking ridiculously long. I can only assume it’s so you are entitled to claim the device fee for this month. Hurry up!

@MarkEvansO2 @O2 seems either my 3 o2 handsets are faulty or there’s an issue with the my o2 app trying to make payment the payment screen fails as does most of the links. When i speak to customer service it’s always no issue with the app or the o2 network so must be the handsets

@O2 @DisneyPlusUK What do i have to do to gain an email of my proof or usage? Since Monday I've been told it will take 24hours for an email to be received. Ive called. Sent complaint. Spoke on live. Called 4 times. Been told an escalation will be made. Still NOTHING. Its just an email??!!!?!?!?

@O2 hello guys before I switched to pay as you go sim my FaceTime and IMessage was work,I then switched to PAYG received a new sim with same number and now my FaceTime won’t activate.I spoke to apple and they said it may be my sim and I need to contact o2 can you please help .

How can @o2 justify this behaviour? Going back on the agreement is bad enough but to then demand a reconnection fee because she was disconnected through no fault of her own is utterly appalling. Sort it out please @o2.

@O2 Unbelievably, for the fourth time this year, you’ve cut me off again. Your Resolution Experts have been dealing with this for me since September; and I’ve heard nothing since early Jan. I need someone to escalate this too as a matter of urgency now… it’s beyond ridiculous.
