  • nchnthman nchnthman (@nchnthman) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

  • raybagslfc Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

  • LouSmi2 Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, England

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • dan_v_fat Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • Kjvincent1979 Kevin the carrot (@Kjvincent1979) reported from Costessey, England

@O2 4g network speed of 0.5 mbps so virtually non existent

@LutzSchueler @O2 If you want to be hounded for mobile phones you never received, or mobile phones which are faulty, mobile bills you have paid, sign up with O2, their accounting systems are up sh!t creak, they are too big an organisation to know their a&ses from their elbows.

  • TweetsCliff Cliff Chapman (Parody) ( ,/ ) (@TweetsCliff) reported

@O2 @BBCWatchdog I believe O2 have now resolved this. Hopefully it won't be an issue going forward. Thank you to customer services...

  • YorkshireBRN YorkshireBRN (@YorkshireBRN) reported

@O2 I don't have any bills or future payments. Also, constantly promised call backs and no one ever calls me back. I'm extremely worried considering the wording of your letters and yet no one is trying to help.

  • ellllljaaac lorenjackson (@ellllljaaac) reported

Whatever you do, do not take out a contract with @O2 not only are they extremely overpriced, but their customer service is shocking! If you are due to renew and on o2, or looking a new contract, use uSwitch, FAR more better providers than o2 🙈

  • lostgate92 Simon (@lostgate92) reported

So, @O2 and @EE, I'm currently paying £10 a month for 15gb of 5g data, but their service is getting worse, even in non busy areas. Do either of you have something similar? PAYG only, no contracts, even rolling monthly ones, @ThreeUK have screwed me over in the past with those

  • Chris5anne Christine Morgan (@Chris5anne) reported

@virginmedia @O2 I’ve been talking to them daily since last week & went to an O2 shop today & all I’ve had are false promises that haven’t come through. I have no confidence in imminent resolution & am left uncontactable with temporary number causing me all sorts of problems.

  • GregDean5 Greg Dean (@GregDean5) reported

@O2 When i ready this again I can’t believe how unprofessional this tweet is!! You can tell O2 have changed. Don’t give a damn about customers just fraudulently rip customers off and break contract terms and conditions!

  • daip5 David Paul (@daip5) reported

@O2 yet again the network in my area of CF43 is not working, it was only repaired around a month ago when it was down for 4 to 5 days and then it was intermittent for a couple of days later. Paying for a service which I can’t use unless on WI-FI, this is terrible service

  • tim_cattlin Tim 🐌 (@tim_cattlin) reported

@DJChrisBerrow @O2 They know full well about contention issues in any busy area, especially data which can show full signal but with almost no speed. They've spent two years doing cheap deals and have sold beyond the capabilities of their infrastructure. Said Tim, on a cheap O2 contract..

  • shaunthedaddy STC (@shaunthedaddy) reported

@O2 @EnglandRugby Let's hope the service is running better than when people tried to get Pete Kay tickets
