@O2 4g network speed of 0.5 mbps so virtually non existent

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • LouSmi2 Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, England

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • nchnthman nchnthman (@nchnthman) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

  • raybagslfc Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • 1aura_covi11 Laura Covill (@1aura_covi11) reported

@O2 As I previously stated its the NR31 area doesn't matter where I am there is nothing but problems with the signal. This mast problem has been the excuse for too long, years too long.

  • Daveip1966 Dave Harris (@Daveip1966) reported

@O2 why do you consistently cut me off from customer service when I'm trying to top up my hospital-bound mother's PAYG phone, and now your CS lines are closed? Shockingly poor customer service

  • empiricaltony89 Tony (@empiricaltony89) reported

@O2 Wondering if you can help me. I upgraded my sim only contract this morning in the Giltbrook store. Was told to put the new SIM card in my phone. But now I can’t call incoming or outgoing. I can text and have data though. Is this normal after upgrading? As the staff didn’t say

  • iamdvlan dylan feels it. (@iamdvlan) reported

.@O2 pls sort out your network, its actually appalling at the moment.

  • asmrsoundwaves ASMR Sound Waves (Erin) (@asmrsoundwaves) reported

@CalumASMR @O2 I had this exact issue with a pizza oven company. Then they also made it sound like it was my fault for missing a notification that they added to the website after the fact. We bought from a different company. I hope that's an option for you, too.

  • EmJen81 Matthew J (@EmJen81) reported from Dunstable, England

@O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.
