@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 I'm not a customer of yours but someone fraudulently setup a direct debit payment to you from my bank ac. I've reported it to bank. They advised to let you know. However, can't seem to get through to you on char/phone without providing customer details, how can I report this?

@O2 £42.9 + VAT for an unintentional 14.7MB data usage in Serbia. You are thieves, and of course, your customer service is too busy to respond. I will file a complain if I do not get any help on this. This is stealing.
