@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@CFOXY5 @adz232 @O2 Your not the only one who is angry. I got an iphone XR off them 9 months ago. It doesn't connect to mobile or data & is now a paperweight. 02 refuse to even look at it let alone repair or replace the peice of junk. The customer services won't even tr me to the repairs department

@O2 I think you deliberately pretend you don't get it. I think OFCOM should investigate this widespread mispractice by o2 and take action. You have stopped people getting access to finance by stealth. That is wrong and you should want to fix it not brush it under the carpet!
