    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    Been with @O2 on contract for 16 years, today was the last day! Customer service is awful and the contracts are long and expensive, called to see what deals they could do which is none, was happy to go on a 3 year contract if I could waiver the two month Iv got left

    As someone who has been with them over 16yrs, I’d Love to know why I’m still paying over £50 a month for a contract that leaves me with no signal or 3G at best in the city centre, never mind being @ rural areas. @O2 sort your **** out, it’s 2021 this shouldn’t be a daily issue.

    Hey @O2 Been having problems with my 4G connection for the last 2 months. Not happy that it's not working considering how my phone bill is each month.. any idea what's causing this or when I can expect it to be sorted?

    @O2 after waiting 30 mins to speak to someone from Customer services to cancel my contract, I finally got through only for them to hang up on me!!!! not impressed

    @O2 Hi my Samsung phone is less than 10 months old and will not charge via a lead. I believe the charger port may be faulty. Can this issue be rectified under warranty?

    No idea why I’m getting bombarded by @O2 as to why I’m leaving their network. They clearly don’t leave notes on my account as to why that is. Another tick box as to why I am leading them. Idiots!
