    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 finally had enough of O2, seems i can never get a signal at festivals, this year Glastonbury & Kendal Calling I got nothing, Football stadiums... Nothing. what am i paying for? everyone else around us on different networks don't seem to have an issue

    @O2 Still waiting for this excellent customer service? Imagine spending nearly £200 a month on contracts with you and you can’t be bothered to help!! You are quick enough getting the friendly customer service to potential new customers though

    @O2 Nope. None of that helped. My boyfriend is also on O2 & has the same problems. Both of our softwares are up to date. The network checker says we should be fine & dandy here in St Ives, Cornwall at the mo & we cannot use our phones at all for internet (on hotel wifi at the mo) 👎🏼

    @metpoliceuk @dhlexpressuk I’ve been victim on phishing where criminal has gained access to my @o2 account and ordered an iPhone to be delivered to my address. I hear they try to intercept delivery. Coming tmrw even tho I tried to cancel. N1. Can you help?

    Okay I love Pendle but both times I have been I have come home and my phone completely breaks. My new phone I had to get after the last Pendle trip is not even 12 months old and it’s just ******. Just discovered another problem that’s occurred on it 😭 please @O2 help me tomorrow
