Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wymondham and nearby locations:

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • nick_murrell Nick Murrell (@nick_murrell) reported from Thorpe St. Andrew, England

20 minutes in a call queue to be cut off again, your customer service is as bad as your phone signal @O2 #o2

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • raybagslfc Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

  • Kjvincent1979 Kevin the carrot (@Kjvincent1979) reported from Costessey, England

@O2 4g network speed of 0.5 mbps so virtually non existent

  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • dan_v_fat Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

  • davegriffin1233 David Griffin (@davegriffin1233) reported from Norwich, England

@jodielouiseart @O2 That is correct and I’ve knocked them ever since I still get the internet at home and around where WiFi is for what was a brand new iPhone 11+ just use a cheap £10 phone on #vodaphone as you get network with no problem

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • LouSmi2 Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, England

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • nchnthman nchnthman (@nchnthman) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

@O2 Hi there, I recently joined O2 and I'm looking to keep my old number from SKY Mobile however I seem to be having some trouble doing so. Some help would be appreciated.

  • CPWTweets Carphone Warehouse (@CPWTweets) reported

@elliott_nicola @O2 Hi Nicola, We do not sell locked phones and they only become locked when a network is chosen. If the network is O2, they will need to be the ones to sort this out. Sam

  • Daggy332 Daggy33 (@Daggy332) reported

@O2 I'm thinking of joing your network with one of your SIM only deals. But will it support esim. I have galaxy watch and its important this is supported with my phone

  • jao1313 John Owen (@jao1313) reported

@waitrose and @o2, as a customer of both your companies, can you explain how I can use the in-store O2 WiFi in Winchester, which doesn't have any mobile signal and requires a text message to provide an authentication code?

  • adzpeck Adam Peck 💙 (@adzpeck) reported

@O2 I can't receive or send MMS messages. I've been through your online help including manually altering my Mobile Data settings but it hasn't worked. That's why I was calling. But all options lead to dead-ends where the automated service points you to online help and hangs up.

  • bennett_bertie1 Bertie Bennett (@bennett_bertie1) reported

@O2 on phone to your customer services, been on hold for about ten minutes as I asked something really complicated. How to upgrade a data plan. Useless and unhelpful staff

  • adzpeck Adam Peck 💙 (@adzpeck) reported

Just moved to @O2 after years with @ThreeUK to improve network coverage in my home. Everything going well until you want to contact @O2 helpline. The automated service isn't fit for purpose. You say what your problem is and it tells you to look online, then cuts you off! Rubbish.

  • LaurenRiley85 Lauren Riley (@LaurenRiley85) reported

Hi @O2 Trying re-set my password. Get a message saying I'll get 2 texts within 60 seconds, the 2nd with a code. 2nd text doesn't arrive within 60 seconds & then when I put the code in, it says it's invalid. Can you help please?

  • weyland76 Matt (@weyland76) reported

Gotta say @O2 - your upgrade "deals" are so ridiculously expensive, there is literally zero reason for me to stay as a customer instead of just going to another network for a much better and cheaper outcome. 👎

  • Jadeeeyy09 jade (@Jadeeeyy09) reported

@O2 can’t get a hold of anyone to speak about my bill? Clicking on support just takes me in a loop, ridiculous.
