@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 can you tell me why you think its justified to increase my bill by 14% in April when your network is poor and your customer service is poor and u just ignore any complaints regarding your network and your also soo expensive as it is.

@DeathByALAN @O2 Exactly and they want to increase your bill by 14% in April while constantly offering a poor service and it never improves and if u say you’re having issues and they do a check they will say the network is fine wen it’s not and Just ignore your concern it’s piss poor from them

@O2 it would be nice if you stopped having phone mast problems!! There's been issues with them for around 6 times since Christmas! Then you're stuck with no signal ages, and then the phone mast breaks again! I question if they even get fixed!!
