    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @HalifaxBank o2 account was hacked and they set up 3 direct debits. O2 confirmed all numbers were cancelled and nothing would go out then im hit with a £450 bill. I then do indemnities with halifax to claim this back ans they are rejected by o2, wtf is going on @O2

    @O2 Is there a problem with signal in West Yorkshire? Especially in the HX7 postcode? Mine and my partners phones have been patchy for days now. On for less than an hour a day. It’s horrendous for business!!!

    @virginmedia @O2 That means nothing, it’s every night we have this problem and it always says that everything is fine even though we can’t get anything to load etc

    @O2 Dear friend colleagues My experience o2 has been the worst I have ever had with a mobile network. My advice, do not event move to o2. They make it very very hard to leave. Wasted so much time on customer service. They deliberately end calls or delay work. It’s a scam!

    @virginmedia is once more making life difficult. Since they joined with @O2 we can't access our account. Mum is stuck in a never ending spiral of verify your email etc etc and still can't get into her bill 😡

    @virginmedia there’s nothing wired to the router as far as i’m aware. We have Virgin TV with our broadband, that’s been ok but as soon as I leave the room the WiFi router is in, the connection just goes and as I say my @O2 signal is a joke where I live so I have nothing. It’s getting annoying
