    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 got a call about a good deal the other day after you guys split from carphone warehouse. Told the rep I'd think about it but never heard back from them, tried getting in touch using 202 but no luck as inbound team can't transfer to outbound. Any chance you guys could help?

    @The_DogWalker @ThreeUK @O2 I’ve had nothing but issues since switching to three a year ago. I have times when I can’t even get social media or you tube to work. Even if the wi fi at work doesn’t work, I still can’t use the phone. I was with EE before.

    @O2 it’s been 4 days and I still can’t connect to anything unless I’m on WiFi. I was in London at the weekend, and now I’m in Cheshire - masts are supposedly down in both areas. When will this be fixed please?
