  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • raybagslfc Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • LancePaters1 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

  • Killi87 Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, England

    @SarahERyder @O2 Unfortunately @O2 signal isn’t great at mine....

  • pickled_tinker Ian Grody (@pickled_tinker) reported

Why is @Ofcom allowing these networks to pump out more RF, when they clearly don't have the backhaul to cope with current demands. It's as if they are using @O2 network. Already done O2 in previous tweets. Really don't want to touch EE. But I bet they're fine.

  • lparkin Lee Parkin (@lparkin) reported

@O2 your signal is dreadful! As soon as my contract is up in 6 months I’m going back to @EE 😤😤

  • teddy_temp Tom Templeman (@teddy_temp) reported

  • Chez31944239 Chez (@Chez31944239) reported

@O2 Maybe some customer service training is required for most your employees, especially the downright rude South African department I was transferred too who were downright rude and basically called me a liar before hanging up on me

  • pickled_tinker Ian Grody (@pickled_tinker) reported

Why is @Ofcom allowing these networks to pump out more RF, when they clearly don't have the backhaul to cope with current demands. It's as if they are using @O2 network. Vodafone next.
