    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 They stopped updating the delivery tracker at 8am today, save for one update at 7pm saying they weren’t delivering today. They are the absolute worst.

    @O2 can someone give my your contact telephone number. I've had a letter say my contract has changed and I have the right to cancel contract even though its not expired. App is sending me around the houses and 3 days on I'm seriously fed up!!!

    @O2 Had an email to say I can cancel contract early due to T&C changes. I activated that and reverted my number to Pay&Go. Two weeks pass, I get an email to say that I have to pay £336 in early termination fees. No one seems willing to help correct the system fault.

    @O2 my phone service has been shocking for ages now (phone mast near me isn't working). Any ideas when this will be fixed? Your engineers have allegedly been working on it for at least a fortnight .

    @O2 it is embarrasing how your customer services is so unwilling to help those who were affected by the pandemic and that had to move out from the country... they can't seam to help me out to end my contract and your website is a loop! A massive company and 0 care!

    So @O2 there is a fault in a nearby mast. Apparently won’t be fixed anytime soon as birds are nesting. The service I am paying you for, on 4 handsets, is not available. Do I get a refund?
