    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    Can someone at @O2 tell me why you find it absolutely fine to take money from a customer, but won’t provide them with their final bill for it? I was a customer for nearly 20 years, and the customer service I’ve received in the last few weeks has been APPALLING! So disappointed!

    @O2 I’ve just done this. It tells me there are no known issues. According to your signal checker we should have good coverage indoor & outdoor. This is effecting all 4 phones on the house. We get a max of 2 bars. This response is pretty poor really.

    @o2 failing to stop fraud on my account. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to get it fixed and money refunded but O2 do absolutely nothing. Customer services even laughed at me on a call. Worst customer service ever.

    @O2 Taken a new 18 month contract with o2, wanted to swap my o2 number over I have had for 15+ years someone has cancelled my old number, then I been told to reactivate my old number going to cost me 3 months service fee, someone needs to contact me.
