Quantum Infinite Seer Nikota888 (@NikotaLimitless) reported@O2 So went to o2 as my phone pin would not go into the phone and open had the phone for some time. No issues before. This is what unfolded I have an account with you and my phone would not allow me to put in my pin number so took the phone to hasting branch, served by a guy called Daniel to get a new sim, with the same number but the same problem arrived. I brought the phone off you a few years back he told me to contact Samsung you are only the provider he gave me a number he really was of no help and the other thing. I showed him my passport as id and started to put my passport info into the system this was without my permission. Do you want to explain why this unfolded this with my personal info. when you have my details on your system ???? Very Very disturbed by it all as you are provider's for a service I buy a phone off you but cannot get my phone sorted when something is wrong. If that is the case you should not be selling phones you cannot sort out or send away to fix the problem. serservice permission. I was asked to show proof of id not submit my passport info into your system. 3:58 PM
