@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Hi i have the disney+ on six month free trial if I want to cancel it at end of 6 months how do I do this as I cannot see it listed anywhere on my o2 account and on Disney account it says i need to manage it on o2 account

Just for reference if you are about to change your mobile phone service provider DO NOT use O2, they mess up your number, disconnect you, and they play games trying to get you reconnected. They are the absolute worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with @O2

Here you lot. Be careful with @O2 . I was sold a tariff for the boys phone that didn’t exist. “It will say 10gb of data but it’s really 30gb - special deal”.. Only to be told “that’s not true” by another o2 worker. Who diz that??? @O2 do that! Piss poor behaviour
