@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 All I am saying is I had a persistent problem with the network. I should have been able 2 have had this solved without photo ID. Imagine if someone did steal my phone though, easy for them 2 change 2 another network without ID. Doesn’t make sense does it. Ah well it’s done now.

@O2 But I didn’t need photo ID to switch over to another network and keep the same number. Absolutely disgusted. Not everyone has photo ID and I could have confirmed when I last topped up and confirmed I had had that number for many years.

@O2 Need help with getting a new phone. Credit keep refusing me as and old address in the system is not the same as my credit card. No-one wants to update when I call up and credit said it will be 10 days! Already waited 3. I'm a customer for 18 yrs #CommonSense #customerservice

@O2 I have had no service at all from this SIM card from the day it came since Tuesday approx 14:00 my EE signal went off since then I have been repeatedly told wait wait wait it’s processing no it’s not it’s only my account no it’s loads of accounts and it’s been escalated etc
