@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 Check account - YES Sim - Replaced it Sim in Store Managers phone - YES still no data. Store manager sent me on my way there was nothing more he could do, none of the store team had O2 mobiles. This is not a local issue, full 4G bars no data Midlands and North Wales same issue!

@MissWittank @tjd19 @O2 We found only way to sever a Vodafone contract was to cancel the direct debit as husband couldn’t get through on phone or internet & shops don’t deal with such trivia. Absolutely ridiculous! 😡

What is going on with @O2 lately? A whole week in another part if the uk, where I've had rubbish signal, and it's no better now I'm home. It hasn't been great for a while but it's so frustrating to have no more than s single bar, no 4g and awful call signal.

@O2 I need help you're winding me up you keep asking me for money to pay for my monthly SIM but it's paid by direct debit. I have tried phoning customer services but because I am unsure of my password which was set up years ago they WON'T help and say go the o2shop I'm disabled.
