    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @O2 O2 has poor customer service and will never resolve a complaint, I have o2 , never to take a contract with them. They have mistreated me. Theydefended incompetent staff , instead of retraining them. Thick before you get a contract with them. That's my review.

    @O2 O2 Recycle website is not working. Tried 5 different browsers, and three separate devices. The website loads, just won't let me carry out the O2 refresh. Decided to go via Sala Mobile.

    @O2 I have been trying to call you all day and spent nearly 2.5 hours in the queue trying to get through and finally when I did you cut me off !!! Pls can someone call or contact me pls regarding lost SIM card. Just joined o2 and not the best service !!

    @O2 I get multiple phone calls from O2 every week, and I think most of them are scams. Made me so suspicious I think I even put the phone down on a real person who actually works at O2.

    @O2 Ok so It’s still not working after a week. My cashback offer is due up in a few days. This isn’t good enough. It shouldn’t be this hard to download a bill. Are you going to reimburse my cashback? I have been with 02 for years but this is terrible customer service!

    @O2 Please can you help I cannot seem to use 3 or 4G in France it was fine in Amsterdam but not here 🤔 please can you help urgently I am travelling alone and cannot use my data!! I have tried messaging on my02 which is 24/7 think not!

    @O2 not happy at the fact my phone refuses to charge & still have 15 months until i upgrade 👍 had nothing but trouble with this phone since i upgraded 🙃 sort yourselves out
