Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Taverham and nearby locations:

  • LancePaters1 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • raybagslfc Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

  • Killi87 Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, England

    @SarahERyder @O2 Unfortunately @O2 signal isn’t great at mine....

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@crazyfool32 @O2 Poor show how big companies don’t reply to people promptly.

  • mrandrewdickson Andrew Dickson (@mrandrewdickson) reported

Can someone please explain the science behind the fact there are loads of mobile phone masts in London yet I constantly lose reception there with @O2 yet when I'm at the top of a mountain in northern Scotland I usually have perfect 4G signal? I'm clearly missing something...

  • GregPaul10 Greg Paul (@GregPaul10) reported

@the_pieface @O2 is rubbish in a busy area. Football match for example, can’t use anything on it. Very poor. My work phone is @VodafoneUK and never had an issue there!

  • Stevie_Johnason Stephen Johnson (@Stevie_Johnason) reported

RT mrandrewdickson "I should add it's often not in the centre of London that I lose reception, so no big concrete buildings getting in the way. Sounds like a capacity issue so if @O2 could maybe look at ways of improving their service on that front please that would be great!"

  • desirewrites Désiré (@desirewrites) reported

Just wanna shout out @O2’s Twitter C/S! They were super helpful and patient and even put a daily reminder to check on my account and give me updates. They are massively pro-active and zero BS. Telephone c/s was awful, but the team running this account is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

  • chez197734 cheryl hind (@chez197734) reported

So @O2 is so rubbish with data can’t get more than 3G anywhere and it’s so slow time to change

  • mitchellrf02 mitchell (@mitchellrf02) reported

@mrandrewdickson @O2 You have no interruption or anything blocking your signal on top of a mountain. It’s actually the best place for a reception sometimes. In London your so rounded by skyscrapers deflecting and blocking your connection

  • I_Scotch_I Scotch (@I_Scotch_I) reported

@mrandrewdickson @O2 Probably capacity. The more users, the worse the signal

  • Cameron_Denton_ Cameron Denton (@Cameron_Denton_) reported

Hey @O2 wtf is going on, I paid a tenner last night and my balance has gone down to £1.40 with my data off. Honestly this is a massive ripoff

  • SimoneLMartin Simone (@SimoneLMartin) reported

Hi @O2 i’m trying to redeem the £20 off half term activities code on Priority for the Virgin Activity Days but when I try and checkout it’s telling me the code has already been used. Can you help?👀
