-
Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.
-
Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)
-
Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, EnglandSo I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help
-
Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2
-
Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.
-
Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, England@SarahERyder @O2 Unfortunately @O2 signal isn’t great at mine....
-
𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

Colonel_C (@t_Tumnus) reported@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 My god, you're as dense as dark matter. The leave campaign promised there wasn't going to be roaming charges not the EC, and part of our freedom from the EU means private companies can charge differently for counties not in the EU. You & your corrupt lying pals can just **** off.
-
Sarah-Jane Shaw (@s21sjm) reported@O2 I have recently signed up to one of your Volt tariffs after leaving EE. For some reason the Volt options do not show on my account how do I resolve this problem
-
Andrew (@AndrewWisedale) reported@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 What utter tosh - if you did propose it, you are stupid
-
Dave Gilsenan (@davegilsenan) reported@O2 It's not a change of mind. You don't provide a basic service allowing me to make calls and send texts. I don't live somewhere remote but there is no signal. Not having texts over wifi is a really poor service
-
Dan (@dan93n) reported@O2 you’re ***************. My girlfriend cancelled her phone contract in the 14 days cooling off period as the line never worked. She’s contacted you on numerous previous occasions and was told the charge would be dropped and account closed. Today she received another email
-
Will Vieri (@VieriTweets) reported@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Wonderful stuff PM. Thanks for your leadership on this. Sure, every network had no roaming charges a few months back, but the fact now that 2 won’t is a huge win. More benefits like this please PM!
-
Losing My Religion (@bwlshanh) reported@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Wow. So, so stupid...
-
Turned out normal again (@JN09924042) reported@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Are you this stupid or do you just assume it of your voters? #brexshit
-
Mxdir (@Mxdir) reported@O2 hey team - apparently I've been billed £168 for calls I made to a company's service centre (overseas). I didn't think that I'd get charged for overseas calls. Make it even worse because I was just on hold for 90% of the time. Anything that can be done? 😨

Paul Boone 🍃💚🍃 (@PaulBoone63) reported@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Terminological inexatitude, I think you'll find. Or lie, if you prefer I dumb it down for you...
