    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @AusterfieldM @WilliamNB @O2 Just find whichever network has best signal and data rates at your locations, and then go with that network. Never expect service from any of them, they are all crap. There are maps of mobile coverage, but I suggest testing with friends' phones or just buy some PnG SIMs.

    @lastnotlost @giffgaff Giff Gaff runs on @O2, so the underlying issue is O2's crap service. I'll need to jump to either EE or Vodafone. I don't like either, but am forced to do this

    @O2 Customer Service adviser, Callum in Ayrshire, deserves a pay rise. He was very helpful and friendly. Fingers crossed he has sorted the issue that two other advisers didn't.

    Credit to the team at @O2 with them taking the time an effort to sort out my headphones issue. Had to send them back as they frickin hurt my ears lol.
