@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • LancePaters1 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

  • raybagslfc Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

  • dan_v_fat Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • Killi87 Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, England

    @SarahERyder @O2 Unfortunately @O2 signal isn’t great at mine....

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • LouSmi2 Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, England

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • frankopazo1 Francisco Opazo (@frankopazo1) reported from Blofield, England

Dear @O2! Do you have plans to improve your signal in Blofield, Norwich? (3G = 1 bar is killing me 😩)

  • dizsaidwhat Darren (@dizsaidwhat) reported

@O2 your complaints team finally called today but only one belled then left a voice mail at 1315 saying they'd call back within the hour, it's not 1650 and no call back. It's been 9 weeks and no resolution for a very simple complaint.

  • _LinziM linzi (@_LinziM) reported

@O2 Hi there I'm trying to access my account on the app its logged me out and said it's sent me an email to verify which I've done but i still cant log in. Can you help please.

  • welshmantom paul johnson (@welshmantom) reported

@O2 Absolutely shocking company now who fail to deliver. If it's not an appalling signal across the UK it's a useless priority app that crashes under the slightest pressure and when you complain, they fail to communicate, reply, which sums up how bad they are.

  • Mrslostand837 grapefruit&ambers (@Mrslostand837) reported

@O2 hi o2 can i dm please im having issues

  • Newwicket newwicket (@Newwicket) reported

@O2 awful service once again. Moved to a new sim only deal as an existing customer and no service since Thursday and now you can’t perform security checks because I can’t access my old number. Ridiculous!!! What am I paying for?

  • RaeRubyRaeK RaeRubyRae (@RaeRubyRaeK) reported

@O2 It just takes me round in a loop back to that page as if I haven’t entered anything. I’m not the only one. Your app, website and payment line have all been offline or had errors for days on end this week and you refuse to accept or admit something is wrong! We’re not idiots! 😤

  • Hanzy93 Hannnnah ♡ (@Hanzy93) reported

@O2 My phone is a Samsung a15. Yes to the latest software. I deleted and reinstalled and still won't let me log in properly. I never had an issue before.

  • dagreeno Dave Jervis-Green (@dagreeno) reported

Hey @o2, why am I getting messages from you about direct debit changes when I switched my account and number to another network months ago? We’re not together anymore! Get over it!

  • Hanzy93 Hannnnah ♡ (@Hanzy93) reported

Hello @O2 i have an issue logging into @O2PriorityUK. Everytime it gives me the option log in with o2 or virgin it takes me to security check and I put details and wait for them to text me the number and then it takes me back to the login screen again after and doesn't log me in.
