@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

  • Killi87
Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, England

    @SarahERyder @O2 Unfortunately @O2 signal isn’t great at mine....

  • dan_v_fat
Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

  • frankopazo1
Francisco Opazo (@frankopazo1) reported from Blofield, England

Dear @O2! Do you have plans to improve your signal in Blofield, Norwich? (3G = 1 bar is killing me 😩)

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • nick_murrell

20 minutes in a call queue to be cut off again, your customer service is as bad as your phone signal @O2 #o2

  • raybagslfc
Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

  • MsEmilyAnarchy
Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • davegriffin1233
David Griffin (@davegriffin1233) reported from Norwich, England

@jodielouiseart @O2 That is correct and I’ve knocked them ever since I still get the internet at home and around where WiFi is for what was a brand new iPhone 11+ just use a cheap £10 phone on #vodaphone as you get network with no problem

  • nchnthman
nchnthman (@nchnthman) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

  • chris_greenf
Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • Kjvincent1979
Kevin the carrot (@Kjvincent1979) reported from Costessey, England

@O2 4g network speed of 0.5 mbps so virtually non existent

  • MatthewCaputo_
Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • MatthewCaputo_
Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 Appreciate that. Just some constructive feedback. The single I received from you guys anywhere in the UK never came close to the quality I got abroad. Even the full 5G in the Nevada desert. So that out you'll be golden

  • F1ona
    Fiona R (@F1ona) reported

@O2 What the hell is up with your network?? I’m flicking from 3G, 5g, Edge!! Had SOS or shonky 3G today all the way driving from Germany back to England! Returned to England and now it’s batting between 3G, 5g and Edge! It’s 2026 seriously!!!!!!

@O2 so…,your customer service was supposed to contact me within 24 hours. Sigh. I’m still waiting. Waiting for a problem to be solved….the problem is TWO years old. Someone sort it…

  • Happyengland79
    Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reported

So yet again @O2 you are not fit for purpose! Been nearly a week without working Internet, worked a little for a couple of days for a few hours, despite the fact you supposedly fixed it 5days ago 🤥 Funny how it's still not working. Refunds are owed! #evidenceforombudsman

  • Mr_Toodlepip
    pip (@Mr_Toodlepip) reported

My recent experience with @o2 has been the worst in all the years I've had the contract. Refresh contract used to be a joy to complete instore and now its a pain. Its like 20% instore and the rest is up to me. No wonder high street stores in general are less popular.

  • djgwan
Leon | Dad Muscle & Physique Coach (@djgwan) reported

post: @O2 I’ve had no signal since 8 March, ongoing complaint C-120326278, multiple emails ignored, even during a family hospital emergency. Can someone actually respond?

@O2 Strange as husband is on EE and he had signal the whole time. Maybe time to rethink my time with O2 I think

  • igoham1988
    iGoHam89 (@igoham1988) reported

@O2 I have had an ongoing issue for several months now. When I call O2 they tell me a ticket has been raised & it will get resolved in 3-5days. still no luck! Is there a number I can call to get through to someone who can help IN THE UK rather than an Indian call centre!
