@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 My phone has now been cut off for nearly a week due to your error. You told me to DM you in the 11th, then I got a reply two days later asking to confirm my phone number. I have not heard anything since. I am paying a lot of money for a service I’m not getting.

@O2 Yes O2 biggest scammers ever, so you have now added 4, yes 4 default accounts to my credit file, even though you know I've been frauded, you have police fraud reference, the persons address and details, yet you choose to ignore all this!!! IM NOT EVEN YOUR CUSTOMER!!!

@OtRosanna @O2 Omg they're doing this to me with 4 accounts, I'm not their customer, despite countless emails and calling their shocking incompetent customer services and suppling a fraud police report to them. They are vile!

@ncullen177 @O2 I just spent 27 mins on phone to customer service transferred to 3 different agents explained my issue 3 times and still totally confused over my final bill glad I left o2 been a customer for many years the customer service is a big let down

@O2 Your service is beyond a joke !! Try to get through on online chat, you are always unavailable ! Your staff on the phone tell me they will call back if it cuts off and never does ! My phone I pay for never has service and how am I meant to sort it if your staff cannot !!!

@o2 and @ncullen177 Can you please help with porting my number it's been 8 days now have lost access to my number and am getting no help other than wait 24 hours from customer service. I leave for America this afternoon so need the number sorted ASAP.
