@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 Are you even aware that #MyO2 isn't working this morning but your website is just fine when trying to purchase a new handset? Can't even get support - time to #switch and new #MNO.

The @O2 website is the worst. You add a watch to your basket to be told you need a sim. When you add the sim it removes the watch. Then you go round in circles for 15 minutes, try to fight an AI chatbot, fail to find any contact information and eventually just quit. Great work!

@O2 Hi there. For some reason, I have no access to O2 today. My bill payments are up to date, as usual, O2 Network Checker says the local network is fine, and I've tried restarting the phone more than once. Please someone help me.
