Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2
-
𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.
-
Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, EnglandSo I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.
-
Francisco Opazo (@frankopazo1) reported from Blofield, EnglandDear @O2! Do you have plans to improve your signal in Blofield, Norwich? (3G = 1 bar is killing me 😩)

Paul (@ToeStrike) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Now imagine i call up, and pretend to be you, so I can get your e-sim swapped to my device, so when I find your login details on a password leak list for a site, I get your 2FA token sent to my device upon login, and you blame O2 for having **** security.
-
Cheryl Irving (@Dezrezchez) reported@O2 I am receiving updates already, however, I’ve just had my bill and because I have to switch my WiFi off to view it, I can’t because I have no signal. This has been ongoing for over a week now. It would be nice to have solutions not excuses!

Aaron (@aaroncikaya) reported@O2 @O2 @O2 ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Nobody wants to take responsibility for YOUR mistake and I’m being passed around to 3-4 different colleagues who don’t have a clue about what’s going on I got put on hold for long periods multiple times. Awful customer service! You won’t see a penny from me until this is solved! Look at how long they had me on the phone for!!!
