    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @SarahERyder @O2 Unfortunately @O2 signal isn’t great at mine....

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • raybagslfc

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @O2 hi I just upgraded my phone yesterday through live chat. I was told I would have to text my unidays code when I received my phone to 61202 but it’s saying it’s an invalid code. Also I swapped over sims just there and now neither my new phone or previous phone have signal?

    @O2 Your customer service is absolutely disgusting! I have been in 2 20 min ques just to get through to someone and to be cut off. You sent me a replacement phone today for it to be used scratched and not accept SIM cards after paying extra excess to have it next day! Fuming!

  • benjaminlfc

    @CivicLilly1 @shellbryson @O2 Because if you don’t order on the first day the delivery dates get pushed back and back they went to October within minutes direct from Apple so if they can’t keep with demand being the actual company that makes them then network providers have no chance
