    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Couldn’t get on the app all day whilst you are telling us it’s for 48hrs and not to panic what a joke. First time I’ve used priority what a con and waste of time. Been a customer 15+ years and not a sausage from you. Plus crap signal coverage. Rubbish

    @O2 I have sat at my desk all day trying to purchase a couple of tickets , 6am everything was fine - 8:45 my O2 app logged me out - all day I’ve tried and tried and couldn’t login at all !! I honestly can’t see how anyone managed to book tickets 😫😫 why wasn’t there a queuing system

    @Hayls_85 @O2 The problem is, the tickets for O2 priority we’re actually listed on AXS (for London) and Gigs & Tours (rest of UK), you logged in the App to verify your account, then you click a special link to the relevant website, people were just sharing this link and bypassing the O2 App

    @O2 Bullshit, 99.9% of the tickets sold will be by bots and are being resold at £500+ you should cancel these tickets and put them back up for sale
