  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • dan_v_fat Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England

    @O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

  • frankopazo1 Francisco Opazo (@frankopazo1) reported from Blofield, England

    Dear @O2! Do you have plans to improve your signal in Blofield, Norwich? (3G = 1 bar is killing me 😩)

  • LancePaters1 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

  • Killi87 Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, England

    @SarahERyder @O2 Unfortunately @O2 signal isn’t great at mine....

  • davegriffin1233 David Griffin (@davegriffin1233) reported from Norwich, England

    @jodielouiseart @O2 That is correct and I’ve knocked them ever since I still get the internet at home and around where WiFi is for what was a brand new iPhone 11+ just use a cheap £10 phone on #vodaphone as you get network with no problem

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • LouSmi2 Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, England

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • KevaGriffith7 Keva Griffith (@KevaGriffith7) reported

    @O2 DM YOU? To get asked to call the stupid number again or to be asked to used your website which has no options for what we need, and yous have no one on the phone lines no matter what time I call at

  • simonkeenan007 simon keenan (@simonkeenan007) reported

    @simms_herman @virginmedia @O2 Lol, I have nothing to prove or back up, but u just did on behalf of yourself that's, great. Why use a service your sick of being ripped off by, but be able 2 complain about it in a tweet, cancel the service, go to Sky or pay for Netflix, prime n Disney and just pay the internet

  • michaeljjava mike (@michaeljjava) reported

    @O2 Hiya I transferred over from another network, calls are working fine, but when I text it comes show the text from a different number?

  • clownedbyhailey Jas.🧣 (@clownedbyhailey) reported

    @Vickiequeenzy @O2 Yeah but couldn't help me

  • Alana_Horden Alana Horden (@Alana_Horden) reported

    @O2 how am I supposed to cancel my contract if I’ve already moved abroad? I can’t email. I can’t chat online, you won’t call back an o/s number, and the phone line automation says I need to use the Uk number which I no longer have. This has been SO frustrating, just let me cancel

  • kkaur1984 Ms Kaur (@kkaur1984) reported

    @O2 access4u part of o2 help are heartless. They keep throwing in my face how they have helped me, I provided all medical notes to them and request one more extention on plan and they are being bullies and threatening someone who is vulnerable to switch my line! They are bullies

  • GrahamDLedger Graham (aka The General) (@GrahamDLedger) reported

    @O2 - now into day 2 without an existing number as you ‘try’ to port from Virgin to O2 as part you your VOLT offering. VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER who has been a promoter is fast becoming a major detractor.

  • ThatNiceLee Lee (@ThatNiceLee) reported

    @O2 the service on my @Google pixel 6 pro is terrible. It buffers audio, which is frankly bonkers. Is this a phone problem or a coverage problem? My S9+ was flawless.

  • UKHarvick_Fan Jackie (@UKHarvick_Fan) reported

    @O2 how do I make a complaint please ?
