@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

O2 don't care about customers! Waited on the phone 1 hour and talked to 2 customer advisors to be fobbed off! @O2 going downhill and Cardiff - a capital city - can't have a functioning mobile phone mast! @vodafone share the same mast and have a responsibility here too @Ofcom

@O2 Doesn't make a difference. Have you read my screenshot? It says there is some sort of issue on iOS/iPhone. However, I am on my laptop.
