-
Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

-
Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.
-
Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, England@SarahERyder @O2 Unfortunately @O2 signal isn’t great at mine....

MFA (@Mo_Ahad) reported@O2 Dear friend colleagues My experience o2 has been the worst I have ever had with a mobile network. My advice, do not event move to o2. They make it very very hard to leave. Wasted so much time on customer service. They deliberately end calls or delay work. It’s a scam!
-
Toby (@MurphyandToby) reported@virginmedia is once more making life difficult. Since they joined with @O2 we can't access our account. Mum is stuck in a never ending spiral of verify your email etc etc and still can't get into her bill 😡

chelsea (@chelsea_beever) reported@virginmedia there’s nothing wired to the router as far as i’m aware. We have Virgin TV with our broadband, that’s been ok but as soon as I leave the room the WiFi router is in, the connection just goes and as I say my @O2 signal is a joke where I live so I have nothing. It’s getting annoying
