    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 shocking customer service. Received a defect handset through 02 insurance, despite about 15 calls to customer service no-one can seem to work out what to do. Someone will ring me in 24 hours - how? My phone won't work!!!! I can't ring or receive calls 🤬🤬

    @O2 what's going on with your network??? I pay a lot per month and today no data or phone calls would work. Thought it was my phone but tested on on a spare. Constant issues that doesn't seem to be fixed! What service am I paying for????

    @O2 I sent a DM already but was just told the network is busy in the 2 areas (home & work) and that I’ve just been “unlucky” someone on the phone told me it’s a Mast problem. I officially give up trying to resolve this 🙄

    @O2 Speaking to o2 now. Being told the last person who told me not to make a payment and to wait until final bill never said that and I’m a lier. This is over £7. Been a customer for 15 years spending £100’s per month…

    @O2 @Southkvi When are you going to address my issues - the fraud taking place on my account that you allow and are continuing to allow while charging me even though I have reported this to you since Saturday. So annoyed!!
