@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

Honestly for 3months i’ve been calling o2 every other day & they acknowledge they are at fault and still I’m getting letters about the issue which they say the have fixed @O2 I’m now past being angry

@O2 Just tried purchasing a new phone from your website, placed the order twice and it both went to a screen saying something has went wrong. Then it says I should phone but your customer service is now closed. £60 is pending from my account now. What's going on?
