@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@virginmedia Yes. I've called, I've emailed, complained and visited in store as well as tagging them in the original post. More people should know how yours & @O2 are extremely unhelpful in resolving any of this, almost as if you don't need to care about customers or the service they receive.

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Signed up for tv, broadband and phone with services starting on the 26th January. Having called several times, spent hours on WhatsApp , an IT problem raised on 1st February, with a response within 3 to 5 days, I am no further forward. Customer service is shocking #notimpressed

@O2 We have tried. They hung up the phone. We have tried chat and they didn’t answer where the money had gone. There must be a better way to talk to a human who can help? We are worried o2 gave us the wrong account details and they now have our money. Is there a callback service?

@safcbee @O2 I agree. I'm in Australia with my O2 phone and I'm being throttled. My Pokémon Go game won't work unless I'm on WiFi. Everything else is slow. Ive found this to be the case in other places I've travelled to to the extent that I now buy a local SIM if I'm going to be anywhere 1/2
