    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    So after another hour on the phone to @O2 and @virginmedia I have had to cancel the O2 side as they are simply unable to activate a SIM card They then send me an email saying they will disconnect me blah blah I’m not even connected! Idiots.

    Shambolic service from @virginmedia & @O2. 4 days since raising escalation CIT-A232463 over an e-sim error & I’m still stranded abroad with no mobile connectivity. Your incompetence has left me cut off in a foreign country. Even the worst service providers are outclassing you at this point.
