  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Hi Ive got it sorted thank you. Noone told me they would be swapping my number to my SIM which they should have done. Just poor customer service. I also messaged the online chat lastnight. It states they try to get back to you in 120 minutes. That was 9pm lastnight and noone has

  • JMJBurns JMJ Burns (@JMJBurns) reported

@o2 failing to stop fraud on my account. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to get it fixed and money refunded but O2 do absolutely nothing. Customer services even laughed at me on a call. Worst customer service ever.

  • Stevemarkrob Steve Robinson (@Stevemarkrob) reported

@O2 I’ve just done this. It tells me there are no known issues. According to your signal checker we should have good coverage indoor & outdoor. This is effecting all 4 phones on the house. We get a max of 2 bars. This response is pretty poor really.
