@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 Hi, my face ID doesn’t work on my phone anymore, I have tried everything to get it to work, including erasing the phone and starting all over again but still not working, do I just take the phone straight to Apple? I’m just not sure if it’s still in warranty, Could you check?

@O2 managed to speak to Chloe, a 'manager' in the Refresh team in January who asked for photos then couldn't be bothered to reply once I'd sent them, to be told by another inept member of Refresh staff, my complaint had been closed it's MARCH22 and it wasn't remotely closed...2/3

@o2 3 days now without a network service due to sim transfer, still can't make or receive calls. Utterly appalling. I'm out of the country this weekend - how am I supposed to be contacted by my parents while they're caring for my children?! What are you doing to fix it?!

@O2 - the mast near my house has been "under repair" or "undergoing maintenance" since mid-May. Since then, I've almost NO phone signal. This impacts my work as I can't receive calls/make calls. What are you doing to fix this, please? It's been two months!!
