David Griffin (@davegriffin1233) reported from Norwich, England

@jodielouiseart @O2 That is correct and I’ve knocked them ever since I still get the internet at home and around where WiFi is for what was a brand new iPhone 11+ just use a cheap £10 phone on #vodaphone as you get network with no problem

  • MatthewCaputo_
Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, England

  • dan_v_fat
Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

  • nick_murrell
Nick Murrell (@nick_murrell) reported from Thorpe St. Andrew, England

20 minutes in a call queue to be cut off again, your customer service is as bad as your phone signal @O2 #o2

  • 1985ACarpenter
Adam Carpenter (@1985ACarpenter) reported from Hellesdon, England

Hey @O2 your signal in and around the whole of Norfolk for the past 3 months has been piss poor…. Spend some of your millions and make it fit for purpose please! Fed up now!

  • frankopazo1
Francisco Opazo (@frankopazo1) reported from Blofield, England

Dear @O2! Do you have plans to improve your signal in Blofield, Norwich? (3G = 1 bar is killing me 😩)

  • MatthewCaputo_
Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • nchnthman
nchnthman (@nchnthman) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

  • LouSmi2
Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, England

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • MsEmilyAnarchy
Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • LancePaters1
𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

@O2 😭😭😭 this is still not answering my question! I’m close to pulling my hair out now!! Can someone please read my tweets and example and confirm if I WOULD or WOULD NOT get satellite signal in that situation?!

  • simonlamb11
    simon lamb (@simonlamb11) reported

@O2 I still cannot get any signal in my own home. 3 phones on your network & not one bar/signal. What am I paying for. You keep saying issues in area but this has been over 4 months. Missing important calls from hospital. Time for network change if nothing can be done.

  • Bov__
    Gary (@Bov__) reported

@chipstuart67 @O2 I mean it would be unusual for a big corporation like o2 to only be interested in money and not give a **** about their customers……

  • STranswidows
    ScientistTranswidows (@STranswidows) reported

@O2 Please take down your offensive poster "Pride Month" currently in the window on Chiswick High Street.
