    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 The only order number I have is the Virgin Media one and when I phoned your customer service department with that after a 40 minute queue, I was told very rudely that nothing could be done with it and it was Virgin's problem.

    Sorry @O2, been in a 5G area for the last 4 days and on your network, have not received a signal. Yet, place an @EE sim card in and all works well. Are there issues with your signal in Liverpool? Lee
