@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Just waited 40 minutes on hold, finally got through. They have been emailing an account which I don't have access to. Its an o2 email and there's no way to check it. They have been waiting for me to accept the quote so I've just done that on the phone now. Thanks for your help
