Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.
-
Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2
-
David Griffin (@davegriffin1233) reported from Norwich, England@jodielouiseart @O2 That is correct and I’ve knocked them ever since I still get the internet at home and around where WiFi is for what was a brand new iPhone 11+ just use a cheap £10 phone on #vodaphone as you get network with no problem
-

-
Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.
-
Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, England@SarahERyder @O2 Unfortunately @O2 signal isn’t great at mine....

-
𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.
-
Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, EnglandSo I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

-
joe ♞ (@ComradeAzul) reported@mattstingray @O2 Same. O2 has become so poor since merging with virgin
-
john (@jhargie4) reported@O2 @virginmedia @Virgin CEO Lutz Schueler Deadlock letter has now been received although it completely does not address my actual complaint and the reported resolution is factually incorrect. Just shows the total lack of respect shown to a 20 year loyal customer
-
Fred (@Frankplayuke) reported@O2 What a ***** up!! Order new phone and they try to deliver 100 mls away, spent 2 hours on phone and they attempt redelivery only for it to end up 100 mls away again at the same destinatio. This has taken a week to sort and still no new phone, hence to say I've now cancelled said new phone and now looking at new new phone provider, By the way this is not a knee jerk reaction, months of poor signal and network have been part of my decision to leave, the latest ***** up, being the straw that broke the camels back!
-
Julie Dickerson (@JulieTessa46) reported@mattstingray @O2 I’m finding exactly the same and their response was use WiFi calling! A great help when you don’t have access and need to make a call.
-
Lucie Rimmer (@LucieRimmer) reported@O2 Thank you. I raised it in the O2 shop and they agreed it was and has always been bad. At the time they said to switch to 3G (that’s what they did) 🫣
-
STEVEN LOATES (@Loatesy95) reported@O2 I’ve travelled all over the place this year and I’ve just started noticing how frequent it drops off. Motorways, town centres, the whole area around my house. Not something I had issues with before but this year it seems to be getting worse
