@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England
@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England
@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, England
So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

Maverick Kaizer (@Maverickaizer) reported
@MisterMunkie @O2 @virginmedia I’ve been O2 since the BT Cellnet era. I have never used VM, as there has always been a question mark about them. I feel this merger will mostly benefit VM… just my opinion.
-
Scott Lovegrove (@scottisafool) reported
@virginmedia @O2 Over the last couple of weeks I've seen a big increase in Internet cutouts and I'm not sure whether it's the service or my hub. When it does drop, the hub does seem to behave like I've just rebooted it. Is there a way to check if the hub is faulty and needs replacing?
-
themacraecase (@themacraecase) reported
@O2 @virginmedia Virgin are terrible. Really terrible. Really, really terrible.
-
stuart (@stuartwimble) reported
@O2 the minute everything go over to #virginmedia I'm levaing #virginmedia is one of the worst companies in the UK if I see virgin media on my phone I'm leaving. You only have to look at the twitter to see how bad they are
-
Rosie (@rosiedoes) reported
@virginmedia @O2 **** off. We don't want you.
-
Schnoopity Pop (@SchnoopityP) reported
@O2 I think someone is spoofing my number - I’ve had a few calls from different people, saying they are returning a call which appears to have come from my number, But I never called any of them. What can I do?
-
me (@PCgonemad1066) reported
@O2 No it’s ok. I don’t want to hear anymore and that was bad news enough. Time to change sides. I was with @virginmedia a few years ago and I still have scars. 🙄 it’s ok you’ll have many other customers.
-
Lotte e-hobbins (@Lotte_eh) reported
@virginmedia @O2 Trying for days to get someone to assist with our business account, no one has come back to me. One of your routers is down and before that the wifi keeps crashing. Desperately need to get everyone back online but I just need someone to answer me.
-
Louise Murray 💙 (@Willowstorm247) reported
@Kendall100Nick @virginmedia @O2 100% agreed Nick. Virgin Media phone slammed me (deliberately took over my call package from BT - only had BB with VM). When I realised VM customer services were utterly awful & mocking. Had to leave it due to a bereavement, but will never use them. Least BT apologised!

Lisa Riemers (@lisariemers) reported
@O2 it's been over 24 hours and I'm still on emergency calls only on both my O2 devices. Switching from 4g to 5g SIM, which they did in my local shop. Anything I can do?
