    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 After Virgin did planned work in my area my landline did not come back on. 7days now. Tech has been out numerous phone calls several on line complaints ignored, No landline. Noone bothers to get in touch. Appalling service. AVOID!

    @O2 to be clear, if I switch to airplane mode and back again it connects instantly to 5g or 4g every time. I've worked with Samsung to reset network settings and my phone works fine on other networks. Are you throttling? I wasn't told there would be throttling.

    @O2 hi O2, please help, why do I keep getting booted from 5g onto HSPDA when downloading using my 'unlimited' data contract? I never had this problem when I was on 3 network and I'm not getting what I paid for? How do I complain please?

    The customer service I've recieved from @O2 over the past 2 days is shocking and still no further forward with what I went to them with in the first place, losinggggggg it today

    @brummiedebz @O2 I live in Stourbridge and same here, my sister is also having issues, emergency calls only! But they refuse to admit there’s an issue, it’s nationwide

    @O2 You have once again failed with your promises. I have waited 5 days and not recieved SIM cards and I have have Called your so called customer care department 4 times who then apparently@put me through to someone who can help and they end the call🤬I will never use you again

    @O2 you need to address the issue, thousands of people online moaning the past few days that they have no signal..on twitter, Facebook etc.. generic reply about try these tips..but it’s clearly a bigger issue that you don’t want to admit! Half the country seems to be affected!
