@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

Dear.. @O2 my mum has been trying to call you for over an hour trying to get her Pac code . First man was rude and hung up . Second hung up as soon as she hello . now she phone waiting to speak to someone.... No wonder people give up 🙄
