@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 why had O2 changed, meaning g your customer service is bad as Virgin, called 3 times to get Refund in last 2 months and every time your staff have lied to me, today I ring up and it’s the sam excuses, honestly it’s is so disrespectful, staff don’t listen or tell you the truth

Still receiving emails from @O2 for an unpaid bill on a contract that has already been confirmed cancelled twice by their customer services. Not happy about this as the contract was originally mis-sold, and was cancelled before the SIM even made it into a phone! Sort it out!
