@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

Hi @O2 I have 2 devices on contract. I moved into a new place, & the data reception is terrible, I called and the agent said their is noting they can do. This means I won’t be able to work from home. Please could you help me resolve this.

@O2 shocking customer service experience this morning #o2 A mistake has been made, I filed a complaint and was told I will receive no feedback whatsoever…. Not what I’d expect. The customer service assistant seemed like he was still in bed! Shocking!

@O2 @o2 I tryed again... This time gave up after 40 mins on hold... No one should have to wait nearly 3 hours and still not talk to anyone that can help... Somewhere a customer service manager is getting a bollocking.
