    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 At the moment I am not connected as it is under investigation for fraud. I was told by customer service that cannot interrupt the inside process. What does even means? Sound like an excuse to chip away consumers’ right to access their information.

    Unfortunately. O2 Will not give me my PAC number until I top up another £10 which I will never use as I have a new sim contract. How is it legal for O2 to hold mobile numbers to ransom like this? Isnt the PAC service FREE? @Ofcom @O2

    @larrybudd1 @O2 I used to have this conversation with them all the time. Them "we've had no reports of an issue" Me "I'm reporting it" Them "There's a mast down" Me "it's been down all 87 times I've reported an issue. When are you going to sort the mast?" "..."

    @O2 spoke to a lovely lady called Donna tonight in your customer services team. She was very patient with my rubbish phone signal, called me back even though she was due to finish as you were closing and helped me sort my new phone out! #happycustomer #goodcustomerservice
