    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @O2 It says it won't be on until Tuesday. I want to know why I will have a WEEK of literally zero service yet there was no warning or anything that this would happen. Its a disgrace.

    @O2 Day 94 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Honestly to anyone thinking of signing up I’ve been on an 18 month contract and it has been hell! The customer service don’t help you and they claim you haven’t paid your bill when you pay regularly. It’s been so painful! Might not be much better with sky but worth a shot!

    The one place I need signal - the office and for some reason @O2 is the only network to that doesn’t work at my office in Birmingham city centre! No point showing full signal if network doesn’t connect to anything! Not sure how many times I need to raise this issue!

    @O2 Any update on whether you're improving data availability in Central/East Bristol? Seemed to be much better data when I was in London recently, adding further weight to this being an issue in Bristol, rather than my device
