    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @O2 4g network speed of 0.5 mbps so virtually non existent

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @O2 Hey thanks. I am in New Delhi till 5th April and then in Pune till 17april. This handicap about non-connectivity is difficult to make any payments and transfers because I cannot receive the OTP (one time passwords). Please help

    @GlennSmithF1 @O2 Yep, they keep lines open, even the ones that are mis-sold, preventing the customer from getting pay monthly. The customer is punished twice, once with the mis-selling and a second time by restricted access and credit checks
