    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @O2 I received my new iPhone 14, the box was damaged and inside it had marks. It looked like a refurbished model. I just decided to use it anyway as I needed a phone. The phone gets very very hot and too hot to hold. It also is slow to load which I do not expect of a new handset

    I am in shock at how horrendous @O2 are. I changed my mind about the iPhone and even at the start they kept putting the phone down to try to stop me returning it. Finally after getting through I sent it back, got confirmation of them receiving it but apparently they couldn't

    @O2 I cannot access o2 priority! I enter my phone number to log in and it leads me back to the homepage again and says “there’s an issue we’ve been notified”. Tickets go on sale at 12pm I will miss it!

    @IvyTenebrae @O2 I'm not surprised at all Rach they are useless 🙄 my contact was due to expire with them and it was a nightmare to actually cancel it. You have to call a special phone number that no one ever answers so I just gave up and cancelled the payment but they never contacted me

    @O2 This is ridiculous! I was not told this when I set up my new account, my old email address went through fine. I only have one email address and because of this I’m now not able to see my bills or change anything on my account? This is really bad customer service!
