    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @jodielouiseart @O2 That is correct and I’ve knocked them ever since I still get the internet at home and around where WiFi is for what was a brand new iPhone 11+ just use a cheap £10 phone on #vodaphone as you get network with no problem

    @O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

    Iv just found out a friend has been let down by @O2. A stranger was able to get a brand new IPhone out under her name costing £1400!! How does this happen?? What can she do? O2 #CustomerService said they can’t do anything she has to wait for the fraud team to call, which haven’t!

    @O2 terrible customer service. Still awaiting an "URGENT" call back. Never been passed from pillar to post as much as with you. Two phone calls later and over 2 hours on the phone still nothing sorted.

    Hello @O2, is there any way of speaking to an advisor as your website keeps timing out and live chat is not available. Your phone line defaults to an automated service.

    @O2 I was expecting a call back from the fraud department over two weeks ago but still nobody has contacted me, this is absolutely outrageous. If you go to your website it is incredibly unhelpful and impossible to find a number to quickly call someone. Please help!

    You know when you get a gut feeling that is normally correct....? I have that feeling! @dhlexpressuk have stolen my iPhone 11, hands down! @O2 now saying it’s my responsibility to chase the ‘supposedly delivered’ item which was not delivered to the address I provided!!! 😤 😡

    @O2 I have no service on my iPhone and the problem has gotten worse and worse every since agreeing to the contract in August. I can please cancel my contract with you without terminate fees due to this issue?
