    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 please contact me asap - you’ve turned my SIM card off over Christmas 😩 Just ordered a new phone, called to find out where missing SIM card is and you’re sending one out but you’ve swapped me over to it already… please help..

    @O2 I recently upgraded to a pixel 6 the phone is not fit for purpose as I can't even get a 4g signal outside in places I would get 5 bars before. What are my options? I got a new SIM with the phone so it's not that and it appears to be a common problem ignored by @madebygoogle

    @O2 I cancelled contract within the 14 days and just received a bill for whole contract despite having made countless calls. Looking like ofcom for me as well. Disgusting service.

    @O2 DY8 Wordsley has had 2G for years. Struggled to even get a text out yesterday. Years of complaining, years of saying "there's an issue", then "it's fixed", when it clearly isn't. Even the guy in the o2 shop said "I wouldn't believe anything they say" when I told him....
