    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @O2 It’s all the time lately in the Stafford / Stone area. Hit and miss. Terrible. It reverts to 3G but when that happens I might as well turn my phone off. 3G is useless.

    @O2 Iv had my upgraded iPhone 11 since Aug and the 4G network has been pretty awful so nothing works even though it’s got full bars?! So frustrating that I have to find WiFi connection for anything to work online? Always been an O2 customer but this is worst 4G coverage Iv had 😡

    @O2 I had already tried to enable this, but the SIM only plan I am on doesn’t seem to allow it. If there is any way this can be enabled for my number, that would be useful, especially since I am getting such a poor deal for what I am paying!

    Whoever from @O2 decided it was a good idea to do maintenance work on the phone and network signal in NE9 today. IS AN UTTER UTTER ****!!!!!!! and I wish them a lifetime of eternal pain and suffering u UTTER UTTER **** 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
