So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

Had no signal or 4G all day so can’t make important calls whatsoever @O2 bit weird how I’m seeing this everywhere since you’ve joined with Virgin. Yet you network tracker claims it’s fine when it’s quite clearly not!! One of many disgruntled customers!!

Got to say glad I’m not a @VodafoneUK customer, sadly my mum is, 5 calls to try & get a human! Automated service is crap & just cuts you off! Had a General question & didn’t like it I couldn’t put her on phone, bit hard as she in hospital 😡 might look to switch her to @O2

@wildbill_Will @O2 o2 lagging behind as usual! Still laughable I can see London skyline from my work but barely get signal but in Norway I could half way in a 25km tunnel and on top of a mountain

@O2 Is it me?! Am I an utter idiot, or are you lot at O2 purposefully trying to irritate me? HOW do you top up a SIM that ISNT registered?! I couldn't REGISTER it. This isn't difficult. If I wanted to top it up I'd have done it through the app.
