So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • nchnthman nchnthman (@nchnthman) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

  • LancePaters1 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

  • raybagslfc Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • frankopazo1 Francisco Opazo (@frankopazo1) reported from Blofield, England

Dear @O2! Do you have plans to improve your signal in Blofield, Norwich? (3G = 1 bar is killing me 😩)

  • discworld_girl Discworld Girl 🤩 #SackBorisJohnson (@discworld_girl) reported

@O2 I think I hate you. I am poor. So poor I already had my Internet cut. I use O2 4G to complete my work. I have a bundle and use bolt ons after. Your bolt on line said I had £5 credit but wouldn't let me buy the £5 bolt on. In trying to work out why, I used £2 in data and 1/

  • AJeftech AJ  (@AJeftech) reported

@O2 Can’t get signal so no idea how you expect me to do that

  • chrissied15 Chris Davies (@chrissied15) reported

@O2 shocking customer service on O2 Twitter account. No response to a question sent via DM 3/4 days ago.

  • PaulHendo1974 Anonymous (@PaulHendo1974) reported

@O2 So...your solution to not providing a service that I am paying for is to get me to use my own wifi, which I also pay for!! Oh, and offer me a compensatory sad-face emoji. Nope. Get it fixed, or get me refunded for the time the service is down.

  • AlexaaaGrace Alexa 🐰 (@AlexaaaGrace) reported

@AJeftech @O2 This is twice this week I’ve had no signal / no service either….

  • PEgeekscorner Zeph Bennett (@PEgeekscorner) reported

@matthackerr @SFL2326 @O2 Hmmm I have been with Vodafone for years and whilst reception is great here in the UK I have to pay extra in Europe whereas every other network is free.
