    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    My wife (stage 4 cancer) and I, have just received a section 87 default notice from @O2 for a phone they could not supply, we never received and about which they have been informed on 8 occasions. O2 have acknowledge all of this but still they persist. 1/3

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 I returned some AirPods back in March and am still waiting for the money to be refunded. Countless phone calls later and still without a penny. Customer service assure me they’ll sort it out & money will be with me and I’ve lost all confidence in getting it back now. Had enough!

    @O2 I cannot make calls or texts. It doesn't work wherever I seem to go. Your online customer service team are useless and don't seem to get this. I cannot call or text to obtain a simple PAC code and they/you won't generate one for me?????

    @O2 just upgraded. Got the emails and SMS to confirm. All ok. Logged in through my o2 app and i can see the tariff change. However, on website it's not showing. Is there a delay to the website updating? I've also updated another number no problem with website showing correct.
