    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 your data service between Waterloo and Surbiton on the SWR line is beyond woeful. Are you working to improve it or should I move myself and family to another provider?

    @arokorol @O2 Receiving a "Welcome to Palestinian Authority" message at Ben Gurion Airport happens bc your phone connects to the strongest available signal, which can sometimes be a Palestinian network tower located in the nearby West Bank, rather than an Israeli one. NothiNothing malicious.

    @O2 your payment system still don’t work it’s been a week what are you guys playing at. So many people have complained and you still won’t accept it is not working.

    Imagine having a broken payment system that doesn’t allow people to pay bills (send login email, then it loops, that really really ******* annoys me!), and then having an automated payment line that closes at night! @O2 is a ******* joke! An hour of this bullshit!!!
