    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    Seriously @O2, no support for eSIM Quick Transfer on iPhone? Why on earth would I need to physically obtain a bit of paper with a QR code on it when I could access the same QR code on a PDF or via my online account? Do you even know what the e in eSIM stands for? Unimpressed.

    @O2 @Char_Cole We have had the same issue, both myself and the restaurant checked all this terms and could not understand why it did not work

    @O2 I have just come back from holiday and my mobile data won't connect even when I select this option, please can you fix this! I didn't use data roaming as I was able to access wi-fi throughout the trip.

    @O2 what is going on with signal... No coverage in a supposedly 'excellent' area... Local residents say 'mast problem being fixed' has gone on months! No phone signal at home. Not good enough!! Help!
