Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

I have been accused of lying when the things that were agreed were on a recorded call. My complaints been ongoing since August 25. They have certainly lost a customer once this contract is over

I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone
