@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 @Bekhboyle O2 service is absolutely awful. There is no customer service. I have an issue with the mobile date on my Apple Watch for more than 5 days and they just passed me to O2 store, customer service, teach support team and … but they are completely irresponsible and just lying

  • dvernalls Dave Vernalls (@dvernalls) reported

@EnglandRugby @O2 Either Joe is in line for a kit violation or that's a support bandage on his ankle - please tell me you've not broken him before the season even starts. @BathBytes

  • faulkner84 Ghost (@faulkner84) reported

@O2 It’s not the SIM card or the phone. I have friends on O2 experiencing the same thing and have even seen posts on TikTok about users experiencing problems with your data network

  • chrissyyyyw CW (@chrissyyyyw) reported

Hi @O2 you sent me a replacement sim as I lost my old one. Called pay&go customer service last night as sim was not active. Sim now connects to O2 but I cannot use it? Number goes straight to answerphone 😒

  • ekwaddell Emma Waddell (@ekwaddell) reported

Oh @O2 web chat seemed to think it is legit, just sales team, retentions and shop who are saying the deal is not with them! Having been told there are lots of extra charges, I want to know what they are @UswitchUK can you help?

  • BekahShona Bekah Shona (@BekahShona) reported

@O2 I have no 4G or mobile connection? Is the line down around the Bristol area

  • Yippers Amy (@Yippers) reported from Bristol, England

@O2 must be having a bubble. No data or voice for the last few hours. I’ve been out and about in Bristol with others who are on O2 but they’ve not had any issues.

  • hopwood_toni Mrsh+3 (@hopwood_toni) reported

@O2 I took a contract out on 25/6 with o2. I am already a virgin media customer. The Internet speed has increased with volt but my data hasn't been doubled! The o2 advisor in store said 28 days and I would receive a text. I'm passed 28 days and I've received nothing.Any idea

  • geekasauruss Geekasaurus (@geekasauruss) reported

@O2 Hey yes im a broadband customer. I can log in via my pc web browser but not via the app or the browser on my phone

  • JayAsher3 Jay Asher 🇺🇦 (@JayAsher3) reported

Just switched away from @EE where I have been a customer for years to go to @O2 - cheaper sim only contract and EU roaming still included. Companies like @EE should be ashamed for ripping off Brits who travel just because there isn’t a legal ban anymore.
