@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

My new @O2 sim card I received as part of my upgrade still has yet to be activated. It's been over 48 hours, and I have most likely missed several important calls and texts because of this. Going to switch providers pretty bloody quickly if this issue doesn't get resolved.

  • DJBennett_djb Dan Bennett (@DJBennett_djb) reported

@O2 hi I have a complaint / assistance request. Will likely leave o2 because of it. I was offered an upgrade deal on phone a few days ago. Have since called to confirm and your agent is telling me they won't honour it despite it being in 10 day period previously agreed.

Trying to speak to customer service and your automated service is a merry go around why isn’t there an option to just speak to an advisor? @O2 it’s very annoying and jarring
