    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 you must have a serious issue that has not hit the press. You aren’t answering the phone or chat and now you’ve ‘shut down your email support service’.

    @O2 how hard can it be to pay off my device balance . Can’t do it online unless I’m buying another phone and can’t get through to talk to a real person because your automated phone service is useless !

    @O2 Issue still isn’t resolved and now have to call back for a 4th time. Not good enough O2 your level of service has really dropped of late. Maybe time to move networks
