@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 can you tell me why my bill is going up in April this year when by then I've only been with you for 6 months and on a fixed tariff of £12 a month for 18 months,if you do then you will lose me as a customer because you have lied to me which a company like yours should not do

@O2 why is my phone tellin me no sim/no service its @SamsungMobile A51 driving me crazy have tried all the fixes and its not picking up a sim card at all

@thepeterhunt @O2 @VodafoneUK I have been on EE for years and despite peoples gripes with them, I have nearly never had signal failure even in remote areas and where others have struggled. They also offer free WiFi on the underground network.

@Ginger_Tucci @O2 Just learning this …… I just moved 2 sims from BT to o2 ….. What a mistake as the signal is like perma bad for no reason really as I have good bars showing… How hard is it to move providers after just taking out contracts I wonder 🤔
