    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @Furbz_85 @O2 I went last weekend- I’m on o2 also, absolutely shocking for signal! Couldn’t FaceTime my son to say goodnight, first time Iv left him over night in 18months! 😕

    @O2 your customer service has been appalling this week! Placed an upgrade order on the 13th still yet to receive any tracking information.. we’re on day 3 now and still nowhere nearer to knowing when I will receive what I paid for 🤷🏽
