    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    Debbie has continuously fought for her livelihood. She has petitioned the councils, @O2 @VodafoneUK @virginmedia who operate on her doorstep to no avail Everyone involved acknowledge the issue they have caused, but not one party is willing to do anything about it

    Wtf @O2 . Am not even with you anymore and I've been told to pay my final bill, then not to because it will change to be my final final bill only I can't pay it because you've closed my account & your payment links don't work and I don't trust your call center. Sort it. Joke.

    @O2 Can you help explain/sort out why my voicemail isn’t pulling through? People are saying they’re leaving voicemails but there’s no evidence on my phone.

    @O2 I am sure that on/off is going to fix the problem. Let me try. Nope. Not after the first try 2 weeks ago, and not after the 100th try this week. But, a splendid effort and an a+ for your suggestion. If all your software issues were fixed that way who would need IT
