    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 I brought a laptop from you a Samsung galaxy laptop pay monthly. However, the left side keyboard doesn’t seem to work properly. Like after I click it, it goes down and then I can’t click for two minutes

    @O2 There’s no helping. The network is congested. It says as much on the service status page. But this has been an issue for 3 years.

    @O2 Hi, I appreciate that you are busy but to be on hold this long and being on hold 3 times and the last one being for 40mins is totally unacceptable, I never got to sort out my problem, he took my payment and out me on hold! I need to get this sorted today #unacceptableservice

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Noor. Thanks for trying to help but none of that drop to 3g crap works. I'm off to @O2 in the morning to get a trial and if better than @ThreeUK , which to be honest won't be hard, everyone in the unit on #threeuk will be be changing to #o2
