@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 8 years, 5 accounts, over £220 spent a month. Customer service failures are 1 thing but I’ll be starting legal proceedings today. Your handling of fraud is disgusting. God help us all when the 2 worst service companies join forces. Good luck @virginmedia

@O2 I am livid. For MONTHS now I have had barely any signal in my flat. I have missed yet another call from my GP because of this. Your email updates keep telling me you're "working on it" but this doesn't help me. It's actively preventing me from getting medical help. SORT IT.
