    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 have sent you a DM. Have been trying to get my account sorted out since 17th July. Have spent over 3 hours “talking”(mainly on hold!) with customer services. Please someone get back to me and actually help me out.

    @O2 I have tried to get on AT&T but it will not connect. I have reset my phone numerous times and still poor connection. My IP address is still showing Penrith UK, everyone else with me has a USA IP?

    @ibiza_music_edm @O2 I had the same issue last time I switched network too. Starting to think it's an Apple error rather than a network one. Annoying, makes switching less appealing when it should be simple!

    @O2 hello, my grandma got a new Samsung galaxy a53 phone yesterday but after sending texts to 25656 which was to answer customer service questions, she can no longer send texts, she couldn’t even finish replying to these questions as it keeps saying error 0 whenever she hits send
