    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 bought my son a new phone on your network. I obtained a PAC code prior to giving it to him yesterday. I have inserted his sim card and turned his phone on. What do I need to do with his PAC code? Can you advise? I want my son to be able to use his new phone 🙈

    @MicrosoftHelps Hi, I've had 4 random charges for Microsoft store on my @O2 phone bill. O2 say they can't help and I need to speak to you. How do I dispute these charges?? I can't figure out how to contact you on your website n I don't have an account with u?? Plz help?

    @O2 I think I've spent most of this month on the phone with customer "service". On for 2nd time today. Not optimistic.

    @O2 and today asking me AGAIN I f am the account holder then asked my name - then I sent them screenshots and all - STILL GOING AROUND AND ROUND. ... The reason I am so done with EE is because fo this chat support and hotline so delayed and so NOT HELPING GET RESOLUTION..

    @O2 My friend (iPhone 12, on contract) is having call issues with you. They constantly cut out, whereas they are fine on Whatsapp, which suggests a network issue. Tried all the resetting steps on your website. Can you advise how to proceed, as (obviously) we can't call you!

    @O2 and problem - IT IS NOW SUNDAY - NO RESOLUTION - one day they ask me WHEN I enrolled iwth O2 then next day asking me what my TARIFF is and GIG data 0 next day asking me IF IM the account holder - then asked me my ACCOUNT number thing

    @O2 Two online forms submitted with PAC code, two visits to an O2 shop, lots of time sat in call queues before being cut off, and still no number transfer - please help!
