@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 why is it not possible to talk to O2 customer services while my phone has a call bar due to late payment.. surely being able to contact customer services would be a really helpful without having to do it phone a landline or another phone??

@O2 I need to mention that I am alone here, no one to help, the lack of phone number is blocking my access to bank accounts and other online accounts. O2 managed to make me feel completely unsafe. I've lost trust in advisors considering I've been misinformed for 3 consecutive days.

@O2 If you check back on our DM's, you'll see this is a longstanding problem. You keep asking me to do questionnaires, and yet nothing is resolved. The service is hopeless, yet Three is good, and EE a lot better.
