@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

Walked into @O2 @westfieldlondon store to enquire about a deal being promoted. The store staff was so rude, she didn’t say hello, wasn’t aware of the deal or bothered. We had to point out the ad in the store and still no desire from her to make a sale! #CustomerService ?

Unbelievable effort that @O2 make to chase you for a £36 bill, when they have made a mistake on the bill. Phone calls every 10 minutes, a text every half hour. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get the incorrect bill sorted, you can never speak to anyone. Rubbish company!!!
