@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 I’m so done with you guys! My contract went up in the summer & now YET AGAIN. 🤬 Why am I paying £60 for a crap service both 5G & customer service! 😡 I want to end my contract, I can’t afford it as it is. Joke of con artist company!

Phoned virgin mobile to upgrade my, and my kids, contracts & they said they'd merged with @O2 and new contract had to be with O2. Only 2 of 3 numbers set up. Now nearly 2 hrs into being bounced around depts and still not sorted. The worst customer experience I've ever had

@O2 You are a shame!, your customer service over the phone is THE WORST! Calling 4 times wasting 1 hour and a half and get hang up by the operator, not even calling back! I definitely switching mobile provider! After this!
