    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 The staff in your Llandudno store have just been the most unhelpful I’ve ever experienced. Definitely not the service I expect when I have 6 plans and pay over £200 per month

    @SkyHelpTeam I'll be joining you next month for my mobile phone provider! Do you support apple watch? I've been with @O2 for 8 years, as a loyal customer who's paid my bills on time. I’ve received nothing in the way of recognition. Other family member have received discounts.
