@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 Why is my local area experiencing frequent 9hr long blackouts of no phone or 4g/WiFi signal? I'm paying for a service you aren't reliably delivering! Its incredibly inconvenient!

@O2 I pay nearly £70 a month with 20GB data and I always have nearly 10 GB left that I lose when my next payment cycle comes because the 4G signal here is SO BAD. Fed up paying so much for something that is barely existent.

@steve5424 @O2 No it doesn't as it wants me to scan a QR code which I don't have, I scanned every QR code that came with the watch and none of them work. I have tweeted o2 see if they can help, just not *** anything back yet. They were abit rubbish on the phone.
