@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@Morgan7MJ @O2 The service in the UK is appalling now. The bandwidth is not big enough to support the number of subscribers on all networks. Vodafone is bad also especially in London

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It’s quite a leap to blame your poor phone reception on cyclists, Tom. Be better.

@O2 Did some research and as suspected you never actually rolled mmwave out…. Feels like some false advertising @Ofcom what are you doing? Where are all the speeds promised 6 years ago… yet again a weak uk regulator in the pockets of those its supposed to be holding to account

Trying to pay off my contract early with @O2 so I can go to another company that doesn’t bleed me dry and they hit me with a limit of how much I can pay!! That’s a little rude 02 😩

  • mikegardner_wb
    Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.

  • cmonmun
    Isca Augusta (@cmonmun) reported

@RealToffeeCelt @O2 @TomTugendhat I get no O2 signal at work or home. I don’t even get 4/5G data in the middle of Winchester, which is not exactly economically deprived. They’re just crap.

  • BooksProfile
    Profile Critics (@BooksProfile) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, you were in power for 14 years and did nothing about reception on trains. This government is sorting that problem out. Just needed to flush out the Tories.

@O2 @TomTugendhat I never have a signal in Surbiton & yet you say ‘good coverage’ You just lie.

@O2 is the network down? I can’t access anything unless on WiFi and I have plenty of data - north wales/liverpool

  • Fr2962Free
    Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 The issue is the mobile companies raise prices mid contract and end of contract in line with RPI but signals and services in areas remains woeful
