    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 we have a Samsung S9 that was with you purchased from Carphone Warehouse. The contract expired a long time ago we now want to give the ohoen to our son but the phone is locked to your network. I have tried 3 times with your call centre and 3 times with Carphone Warehouse 1/2

    @O2 you would be concerned to know how many times I have thrown my phone at the wall because I can’t get through to your customer service support 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯!!! That bloody machine cannot understand what I say!!! How do I get through to customer service 😤😤🤯

    @O2 Only spoke to a person once yesterday in online chat, not through the support channels, but when I went to buy a new plan again they popped up. They said they'd transfer me to correct department, closed the chat and left me on read. So frustrating.

    @O2 I was experiencing the problem for a couple of days but it was after I had made a change to my contract. It seems to be working as of this morning. Thanks for replying.

    @O2 service im getting lately from o2 shocking. Cant get in touch with anyone, my billing been messed up dates changed for my tarriff but haven't moved the device plan with it. No one replies within reasonable time frame to my DMs either. Shocking
