Adam Hill (@adshill) reported from Morpeth, England@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

The entire corridor running from Alwoodley- Chapletown is poor and towards St James’s is poor and has always been. Maybe it’s just geography

Darth Wader (@LordoftheSplash) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Just moved to Smarty becuase of **** like this, at one point a few years ago my number suddenly stopped working, they’d issued a pac code for my number and given it away, couldn’t get it back, so gave me a year for nothing, as soon as that was up I was off, 02 are utter ****.

Paul Rawlings (@ThePaulRawlings) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Exactly the same issue with EE in the past - I was atempting to switch from physical SIM to eSIM. Process got stuck in the middle, so neither SIM was working. Call up, explain, ask for replacement SIM - Nope, not without a working phone. Had to go into the local EE store. Even there I had to go with ID, which was uploaded on an app, along side me taking a "selfie" even though I'm stood there in the store!

Scott (@Sc077as) reported@O2 your phone coverage is absolutely diabolical!!! Sat in Bristol airport and have 4g and it’s about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Pay for a 5g service and get nothing anywhere. Shambolic. #nO2
