    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 ordered a phone for delivery to store on the 3rd......still not there. Customer service say ring everyday to get an update, this really isn't good enough
