@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 It's not that 4g was weak in the area. I had strong signal. It's just very clear (to someone who's worked in tech and infra for 10+years) that it's a congested and over utilised system. What am I paying for exactly because it certainly doesn't seem like you're reinvesting? 1/2

Phoned @O2 for some help with my phone and got cut off before I got to even talk to someone 😩 the staff in the o2 shop were also less than helpful not impressed 🙄
