    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    Hello @O2, my wife has been waiting 5 days for her phone to be unlocked. She is having to move away from O2 because we can't get a signal where we have moved to. She has been with O2 for many years and would appreciate a faster response as she can't use her phone.

    @MoneySavingExp @O2 will not give me my refund of over £300 4 weeks now of trying. Promises of a manager calling, you will have it in the bank tomorrow. The calls and the £££ never comes. What’s my next steps?

    @bazc1982 @O2 Which of course is why everyone subscribes to O2. WORST network by miles here in Cardiff. There is some hope that Liberty Global will start placing more emphasis on sorting it out rather than bullshit 'woke' stunts.

    @MartinSLewis @O2 are due to refund me £397 it’s been 4 weeks and broken promises from them. Money in your account tomorrow! A manager will call you tomorrow. Still no £££ or phone calls #o2suck
