@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

Long work with carphone warehouse. Then when I said I dont have a @O2 shop where I live. They hung up on me. Looked it up and it's definitely a scam. Please other people be carefull and don't answer to the number 0344 826 0202. Real customer service wouldn't hang up on you

@O2 what a load of ****... cancelled my contract with no warning. Migrated it to a pay as you go sim... and now almost 4 and a half hours on live chat, you have left me with no live phone number to call you on.. and still nobody is able to get this resolved!!! ******* joke!

@O2 hey quick question, is there a way to get the latest APN settings for my phone, I only ask as I keep having issues with getting a signal on it. I’ve reset the network settings to see if this would help but it hasn’t. Thanks

Worst decision made was switching from @VodafoneUK to @O2 legit worst signal all the time. This is gunna be a looooooong 3 years 💔
