@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 as you have consistently ignored my complaint I would like to cancel my contract. Having been a customer for over 25 years. Loyalty obviously means nothing ! Can you sort this out???

@O2 Seemingly the whole of Kilwinning and Stevenston had this problem from midday till around 6 pm , seems to working fine now tho

@O2 Hi O2 we were victims of identity fraud back in November 21 , the fraudsters used our identity to purchase multiple contracts with various mobile providers, Vodafone,Three etc, all the other companies found a resolution within 6 weeks, we are still calling you 4 months later

@O2 I’ve just moved to a new iPhone and not receiving any SMSes from businesses for some reason (Any 2FA messages I don’t receive). I called your call centre and they told me I had a 3-5 day wait for them to look into it, or go in-store. Afraid I’m time poor, can you help, pls?

@O2 hi for the past 2 weeks I haven't been able to get tickets on priority.when it goes to @TicketmasterUK it just buffer's then when I do get on it says happening now but can't click to get any. Can u please help.

@O2 been on hold for over an hour on 202. What does a long standing customer have to do to talk to a human????
