    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 @lovesid1 I am in the same position, last rebate paid in September, contacted BMD 11 times but no response.O2 have released some people from contract with no fee,but telling others that it is nothing to do with O2. Shameful service from O2.
