    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 I want to cancel my contract because the service is shocking. I was promised 5G I’m just about getting 3G. What’s the point of me paying monthly for something I’m now getting.

    And just as I suspected @DPDgroup_news stole my package. Apparently it was never scanned in on their end after @o2 had sent it. And now an investigation has been launched and i have to wait another 8 days or more for the conclusion #Perfect #Smdh

    @IvyTenebrae @O2 They can be right a**eholes at O2. I ended up paying to get out of my contract with them. Sick and tired of their crap! I hope you resolve your situation very soon 👍

    Once again I’m having to deal with dimwits.This time @O2 .How can such a big company be so incompetent. They take my money every month but have no clue who I am & how to find my account.Iv had to cancel my bank card to stop paying them. 😡😡😡
