    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 And this is why we are moving to BT better service and also better Internet had nothing but problems in the last 3 week with my Internet always cutting off and for £62 a month I'd expect my services to be spot on

    @O2 this has to be the worst phone mobile provider, I must have been a idiot to come to these idiots , the reception is crap , so o2 have disconnected my devices for 4 hours , it’s been 8 hours know , they have forgotten it should have only be for 4hours

    @O2 Have been appalling lately. Mobile data is extremely slow and does not work properly (including 5G) and text messages are taking hours to receive and to think I pay £80 a month..

    Hey @O2! 👋👋👋 You are really starting to make me angry. Why is my internet connection very slow, even when on 4G. I cannot deal withe pausing videos, apps and webpages not loading. Sort it out!

    @O2 That’s really not helpful. Your network status shows there is a fault and has been most of this week. What timescale do you deem acceptable for a fault that means I am unable to make phone calls without them dropping practically immediately or not at all.
