@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 Bye 👋 it is your choice to hike prices beyond inflation. The service has degraded in Swindon to the point it is almost unusable where I live, so we will be off. Thanks for throwing away 20 odd years.

@elise_john85 @O2 Good luck. I’ve had exactly the same issue which started 2 weeks ago. I have been on an online chat, made 5 phone calls to customer service, 4 store visits and reached out on Twitter. No one is taking this seriously. No one is trying to help. No one is bothering to contact me.
