    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 I've been waiting in the live chat for 5 hours and the time keeps getting extended... is this a joke or something? Gets to the end of the suggested hour wait time and then 2-4 hours added on.. if its a queue then shouldn't my time be going down not up?

    After several calls resulting in spending the best part of 3hours on the phone with @O2 because I can't access my account since the merger with virgin, I officially give up. I'm going to leave the O2 after years of being a loyal customer. Customer service is abysmal

    @lordofthedarts1 @MartinSLewis Makes sense - I have no signal at all within 2 square miles of my house. Can’t make a text. Send a WhatsApp. Make a call. Nothing. What’s been done. Zero. Say the line is fine… when it clearly isn’t. Why should I pay for a service I don’t have? @O2

    @O2 when did you stop being customer focussed? - attempting to top up monthly has become a hellscape, why do I need to link to Virgin Media? - why is topping up credit now so painful? Is this general incompetence or targeted specifically for U.K. markets?

    @O2 is it common policy to cancel Netflix for previous Virgin customers? Seems unfair and a bad start? At least communicate the change.
