    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 I've had a message to say this should be fixed, but I've *still* not got 4G back. I've tried turning phone off and on, and the other suggestions, but still no success. And H+ still lagging at times. I've been a PAYG customer for years, but sadly I need to look elsewhere now.

    @O2 hey again - my phone has arrived faulty @dhlexpressuk posted it through the letterbox which has more then likely caused the issue..
