    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    Absolutely horrendous treatment of my wife by @O2 . This isn’t even a post to get something moving, already raised to the complaints team, and they’re doubling down on trapping her in a new contract while not supplying her the service she ordered. Terrible customer service!

    Hi @O2, I am on PAYG and topped up. Why am I getting an error when trying to log in to Priority followed by a text message telling me to top up to continue enjoying Priority? I have money in my balance & I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Please help!

    @O2 Is there something wrong with the signal around YO32 area? 2 bars of 4G isn’t enough for an email, text or Messenger connection.

    @O2 Any reason why when I’ve just submitted a complaint via your online form (didn’t work) and your live chat, I then received a call from someone asking “why are I submitting a complaint when I’ve said I’m going to “escalate it anyway”?

    One reason I miss working for @O2 which i never thought till now is when samsung release new tech, cos I loved seeing it first!!!
