@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 my partner just spent 30m waiting for you to answer the phone. Absolutely fine signal strength where we are and then your operator couldn't hear and hung up the phone. Pretty appalling service and we're trying to upgrade! Might be time to move elsewhere?

@O2 Do your shop staff still help set up new phones? I could do with help transferring material from my old one and wiping everything from it - as well as recycling.

@O2 I have again called o2 and explained everything, they say just get the phone and see if the number appears in 28 days,,, but in fact I have 14days! As if the problem is the same I have to return the phone in 14 days.

@O2 when are you going to resolve the issue is Pulborough where lots of people can't receive or make calls for the past 2 or 3 weeks. Time & time again you say there's no problems with the network and tell us to sort settings but it still doesn't work.Other areas we can make 1/2

@O2 It's not happening on my computer, or any other phone in the house. I switched my computer on/off at the wall, so the router switched off with it - I'll see if that works. I have a refurbished iPhone 8 - is it possible there could be a hardware issue should the problem persist?

@O2 yet again I have no signal despite your site saying that coverage is good. I have had a replacement sim card yet signal is still bad. It is totally impossible to contact you. It drives me mad!

@O2 why does it take so long to get through to customer services, and why are they so unhelpful, or cut you off? All we want to do is transfer ownership!

@O2 my iPad is only 7 months old and the charger has already broken, and because it’s a different charger to iPhone I can use them to charge it 🙄 another way to just make money ffs

@Langers1981 @O2 Offt I have been a customer for years but their service was bloody awful this year. They messed up my renewal & sent me a new sim I didn’t need and it took loads of calls & arguments to get them to acknowledge the mistake. No apology but I did get compensation eventually 🙄

Unless you want my two year old to clear all the shelves and racks of phone cases I think I better go I thought this overly pushy domineering approach to sales died out along time ago Suffice to say I went to the nice local shop two doors down and in and out in 3 minutes @O2
