    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 anyone else struggling to speak to O2 in recent years? A simple contract renewal SIM only for a fair price seems impossible. You can’t get through on phone lines. Chat takes an eternity and there are scams constantly!! Are they now the worst provider?

    @O2 glad my contract is up... Literally the worst mobile company I have used... I work all over the country... 5G is 3G with a 5G mask on in most places... @virginmedia you had a stinker teaming up with this lot.. @EE was better by far...

    @O2 After being a loyal customer for many many years and not missing one payment, due to circumstances i had to close my account. With numerous phone calls and waiting a month to close the account , you send me a bill for 20p, disgusting. Thank you.

    @HalifaxBank o2 account was hacked and they set up 3 direct debits. O2 confirmed all numbers were cancelled and nothing would go out then im hit with a £450 bill. I then do indemnities with halifax to claim this back ans they are rejected by o2, wtf is going on @O2

    @Ofcom Thanks @Ofcom - @O2 have basically ignored me, and when i raised complaint they sent me email with confirming their ‘resolution’ but nothing has been looked in to

    @virginmedia is once more making life difficult. Since they joined with @O2 we can't access our account. Mum is stuck in a never ending spiral of verify your email etc etc and still can't get into her bill 😡
