@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

@O2 I'm a tesco mobile customer but my work tablets that are o2 were dropping out at exactly the same time

The worst customer experience with @O2 took 3 days and 4hrs on the phone to take out a contract. Only to be told that I was not told the truth by the call handler and they had not applied the discount I was promised. Not only that by I've just spent another 1hr on the phone!

@O2 Not just my house. 4G anywhere I go so unless I’m on the WiFi I can’t really do much even stream music. Phone signal is anywhere near where I live not just the house and when I use your coverage site it says I should be fine

@O2 I've been told I won't hear from a manager for 24hrs. After which my current phone is disconnected so if I have to cancel with 02 I will have no phone. Apparently the call handler who did the contract didn't keep notes!! @TheO2 I am so upset at all this time wasted.

@O2 the service I have been getting over the past year has been getting worse and worse. In my house it’s impossible to understand what people are saying on the phone and they can’t hear me. Also 4G signal is extremely slow (worse than 3G days) #o2

Hello @O2 , can you please explain to me why I've spent all morning on the phone to 4 different people at your call center with my complaint only to be told the robots won't work right. Passed from pillar to post with my complaint and got absolutely nowhere.
