    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 since Thursday I have had no service appear on my phone - this is the 3rd time now and I turn my phone on and off and worked before but now I have turned it on and off and it still says no service….please help!!!

    @O2 is the data signal down in Sunderland SR5?? 2 family members next to me have no issues on sky mobile, other on O2 like me has no data??

    @MKcol @O2 @lebara do you know which network they use? As they’ll get lower data priority compared to the actual carrier .. (eg. GiffGaff on o2)

    What is going on @O2 the signal & 4G service has been useless over the last 2/3 days any reason why?? Plus iMessage seems to of been turning itself off too 🤨
