    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    Can only send this tweet or reply to the customer service agent because I'm now connected to WiFi. The app is now saying that it cannot connect me to anyone when I was mid-conversation/replying to a question. This has been going on for months. @O2 are a waste of time and money.

    @o2 How do you justify a ridiculous price rise, when you’re not even giving a service worthy of what I pay now? You’ll be charging much more, for way less! A local mast has been broken for more than 2 WEEKS with no fix in sight, so what exactly deserves such a huge increase??? 🤬

    Well @three, we pulled over to help an old gentlemen who had broken down just outside Barkston nr grantham, he had ran out of credit so couldnt call his wife so let him use my phone but guess what no signal!! Luckily my wife is on @o2 and had perfect signal. Might swap provider!
