Adam Hill (@adshill) reported from Morpeth, England@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

HollyAHarvey Author (@HAHarveyAuthor) reportedHad to move from @O2 due to terrible local service/not getting texts when they're sent - they've charged me £25 for the privilege of moving to a provider who *will* let me communicate via text. 🙄
-
Yeo (@MissWhyOh) reported@O2 @Joff_L I would leave o2 if I were you. They do not care about loyalty, the prices and annual increases are diabolical. Their sneaky behaviour last year caused a riot. That said, once you’re out of contract I have previously gone onto a price comparison new customer deal for £8.

Jade North (@JadeNorth) reported@O2 I can never get through to speak to anyone online. My bill after this years increase (the highest of all phone companies) is ridiculous. I want to change to sim only or something cheaper, but I always get told that’s not an option I can only upgrade my phone. I don’t want to

Richard Giles (@Gilly2028) reported@O2 I’ve recently moved from Sky Mobile to O2, I can’t believe O2 actually charge you for sending MMS messages in 2026, 87p a message. Bear in mind Sky piggy back off of O2, I’ve never been charged for MMS.😳 😮 Have I made a big mistake moving to O2?
-
Robert Corbishley (@robcorb) reportedI have to say this: @O2 “customer service” is utter crap.
-
Teresa Bourne (@TeresaBourne) reported@O2 for months now will have been dealing with VMO2 tech support as I am unable to access my o2 account. Security code gets sent to some unknown phone no which is not mine then it asks me to enter account recovery words which I don't have.
