@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 I finally got it to work but not having a different option when someone lives somewhere with virtually no network is a bit stupid.... I could have received a call via WiFi calling but texts only come through when they feel like it! (P.S I like having no network btw!)

@O2 I have sent four different stop requests to your constant sales messages. Each time, I fully followed the advice. I have opted out of everything. STILL you keep pestering me with texts. I can’t believe how bad o2 has become since Virgin took control.
