Adam Hill (@adshill) reported from Morpeth, England@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

Rae Lovejoy (@Dweezil1968) reported@D_Kilburn @O2 Exactly! The app said it was down for maintenance all day! It’s back now and Peter Kay isn’t even listed on tickets section. Jokes!
-
peter bourn (@peterbourn) reported@O2 I think there's a difference between being in a queue (you feel like you're in with a chance) as opposed to the site is down ( 503 errors etc) surely some sort of caching or scaling should be introduced???

Amora (@Amora21899908) reported@vicsie81 @O2 I almost gave up when I got no help from support team luckily someone here referred me to @techrecovery01 on twitter and he got it fixed for me all thanks to him. Contact him now and get yours fixed.

Stu Hatton-Phillips (@RealSPhillips) reported@O2 U sold them all to ticketmaster and other companies. Watch for the price hike now. Plus how did they sell out if ur site was down for a whole day? Absolute con. Just a way of making more money and profit. Ur just like the electric and gas companies.

Terry McAllister (@terrymcallister) reported@O2 Well that's me never signing with O2 again. A big selling point of renewing my contract was being able to recycle my old phone for £154. Now they e-mail me saying they've revised the offer to £30.80 due to "screen burn" even though the phone is in perfect condition. Scam.
-
Callum (@CallumDickie1) reportedGreat service from @O2 finally manage to get back on the app, all tickets for Peter Kay sold out.
-
Beyza Han-Tunçez (@hanbeyza) reported@O2 2 different customer support reps assured me that I canceled my sim within 14 days and won’t be charged for the reminder of the airtime. Today I just got a bill of £195. Please fix this.

Dave Williams (@sheene1976) reportedConsidering the @O2 priority app and website were down from 10am yesterday to 10am this morning, how have the Peter Kay tickets sold out for both days? I was checking both ever hour and had the same error.
