Adam Hill (@adshill) reported from Morpeth, England@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

Squall Loire (@squall_loire) reported@O2 No, because I don't answer calls I'm not expecting. If I wanted to discuss a complaint on the phone, I would call you. Written complaints should be responded to in writing, otherwise it feels like you're dodging anything being on the record.

Adm (@MCR_ADM) reportedThe only time you can get reliable @O2 signal is by going to Europe. Anywhere in the UK. It will show 4G / 5G and you get naff all. “Maps offline” Music struggles to stream. Horrendous.

Martin Renel (@RogerR4BBIT) reported@O2 have a multi SIM contract & it is impossible to get a PAC code for one of them despite you being legally required to do so. Text doesn't work for multi SIM and website gets stuck in a loop back to main account page every time. No one has picked up the phone in 3 lengthy calls

Hue (@HueHew) reported@O2 I am trying to activate a new PAYG SIM card but each time I try and top up it says it was unsuccessful, regardless of which debit/credit card I use. How do I fix this please?

Resurgence | Conservative Libertarian Voice (@UK_Resurgence) reported@RichardGCorbett Switch to 02. Competitive pricing, good service and free data roaming in Europe. The rest will soon twig and offer the same… @O2

Ruxanda Josan (@ruxjosan) reported@albieamankona Some UK operators might choose to apply this principle anyway. At least that's what @O2 customer service told me.
