    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 I have been a customer of yours for decades. But I am seriously considering moving after this mornings farce with the priority app. Had it loaded ready to buy much heralded tickets only to be thrown minutes before sale and then unable to get back on. Bloody rubbish.

    @O2 Worst PR possible for one of the biggest communications company in the UK/Europe. A lot of 1st time users of Priority App no doubt. Surely your networks are capable of handling huge traffic/demand, knowing that Peter Kays return, is a BIG deal ?????

    @O2 Any update on fix - must say every time I use #o2priority for tickets (or try to) it’s always a farce and I end up doing general on sale. How come @viagogo are selling tickets already for @peterkay_co_uk when nobody else can get on #PeterKay #Presale
