    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @SwailesRuth @O2 I had very good bereavement support from BT and HSBC. Many companies ok but could do better. Absolute worst has been Tesco from whom my Dad had a pension. It took 6 weeks to find someone who knew who actually managed it!

    @SplintDriftwood @O2 I have the same issue and after searching can see customers have been having this problem since back in 2009. Phones are kinda essential nowadays so leaving us without one when you advertise we will get them next day is really bad customer service. Nobody can seem to explain
