    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 Day 8 of no signal as you have a damaged mast. Now being told you’ll update by 4 March which will be 16 days with no signal. No compensation as you say you cannot guarantee a fault free service. You’ve just put your prices up. What am I paying you for?

    @O2 So no announcement yet on scaling back your obscene 11.7% price increase - you really don't care about customer do you? Since the merger with Virgin you seem to have become one of these untouchable giants not the caring company O2 used to be

Young’s shouldn’t be near the squad now let alone 15 - quirke should be on the bench... his box kicking is awful, as is his passion - so slow. Dombrandt and Simmonds are class so doesn’t matter which way around they are. Ewells k but we’re short

    @virginmedia @O2 I wouldn't bother, I'm about to cancel all Virgin Media products as Virgin Media has failed to provide a satisfactory service on my Mobile Account, I've had enough, for weeks I've been unable to call or text out from my number,VM know this, fault not fixed
