@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

A big Thank You to Mapisa in the @O2 Customer Service dept for her help yesterday. She was excellent and I really appreciate the follow up email to confirm that a replacement phone was on it's way AND that she'd organised a new SIM too. @o2 - hire more Mapisas, ditch chatbots!

@O2 ordered an IPhone for collection today, got to the store who have 3 of the model in stock but I now have an email saying collection on 21/02. CS or store can’t do anything. Not a good first impression for a new customer…

@O2 my account got disconnected as am abroad and was double charged. Now i requested my PAC code to go to a new network your saying i have to pay it all off in one go ?? Give me my PAC code please my healthcare providers have that number etc..pls dont trigger my anxietyyy

@O2 HU7 data speeds are terrible. No Wi-Fi so having to rely on my phone for data. Signal says 5G yet I’m getting 2.9 Mbps at the most

@O2 Day 96 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
