@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 I’m still not getting 4G after nearly a year of waiting for it to be fixed “within the next few weeks” terrible network, @Ofcom I’ve raised this issue with you, and with @o2. What more do I have to do to be able to leave a network without recourse!?

@O2 I've just taken out a new contract through another company but staying on the O2 network, will I need to cancel my current contract with yourselves? Or will the switching process automatically cancel my current contract

@O2 why is your 4G so painfully slow? Switched from EE recently and majorly regretting it. 5G coverage is not wide enough yet to stop providing decent 4G.

Between @O2, @virginmedia and @Apple I’ve had an issue with an Apple Watch that has still not been fixed in over 30 days. Passed across departments, companies, into stores, back to call centres, hung up on. I have never had a worse experience in all my days and they don’t care.
