@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

Nothing worse than being on hold for 23 minutes to @O2 and then soon as it dials for someone to answer they hang up. All I wanted was to upgrade FFS cba now

@stevend66768143 @O2 Two weeks and still awaiting stock on the O2 site for me…I’m also upgrading to replace a broken phone so until I can get it I am literally without a phone. They seemed clueless on when they’ll actually arrive too…😡

@O2 two times I have dealt with #O2recycle and both times terrible service. They Receive immaculate phone, as confirmed by O2 shop staff, both times email sent saying phone damaged and dropping quote by over £100 pounds. Sounds like a scam.
