Adam Hill (@adshill) reported from Morpeth, England@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

It's using an old email that I no longer have access to and I can't update/clear current billing due to this issue. Happy to verify via ID checks etc. 202 Numbers and live chats have not helped as they're automated.
