@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 Hi, I've been at my parents' since Weds 15th. At no time have I had any sustained signal & at such a crucial time in my life. They are based in PR4, but this problem has been throughout Blackpool, too. My O2 relatives have had the same problem

  • tony_sutton Tony Sutton (@tony_sutton) reported

Paid for 24 hours of Data SIM with @O2 which was activated straight away and clock counting down. Never worked, even after many device reboots and trying various O2 profiles. Tweeted & DM'ed @O2 - no reply. 24 hours is expiring soon. Waste of money. :/

  • ajameson1008 Amy Jameson (@ajameson1008) reported

@kellyja90235455 @O2 Me too! Two contracts taken out fraudulently and can’t speak to customer services unless I pay the fraudulent account! Seems to have happened to lots. I’ve never been an o2 customer! So stressful

  • JamRuler89 James (@JamRuler89) reported

@O2 Barely getting 3G while my wife is getting 5G on another network. Why can’t O2 improve in Lanarkshire?

  • ajameson1008 Amy Jameson (@ajameson1008) reported

@O2 Hi I am the victim of identity fraud. You have allowed someone to open an account in my name with my old address (where I haven’t lived in 10 years) Customer services won’t allow me to call unless I make a payment.

  • _SonOfTheDesert Kaiser Soothsays (@_SonOfTheDesert) reported

@O2 Data is unusable where I am (Milan). As stated, I get 3G but can’t use it, all apps say phone is not connected to network. Irony is my wife is with @tescomobile and is getting 5G. Crossed into Switzerland today and got 5G halfway up a mountain but can’t use phone in Milan. 🤷

@O2 Apologies. With the fold you don’t offer loss or theft. Only accidental damage

  • David_C66 David Clark (@David_C66) reported

@O2 I think I've sorted it. It's taken a few attempts, although the promised a confirmation email that I've been promised every time I've attempted to cancel, has never arrived.

  • Sam_McK_88 Sam M (@Sam_McK_88) reported

@M477OLI @O2 Warranty would cover if it's gone faulty through no fault of your own (and within warranty period). If it's broken because you've dropped it etc then it's accidental damage and you'd need to claim on insurance or pay for repair.

  • leewightman12 lee wightman (@leewightman12) reported

@WayneWheatley44 @O2 I've tried all of their "tips", their network is completely overloaded. Far too many people using a cheap inefficient network. They need to dump billions into improving it which will take years.
