    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

    @O2 No it’s ok I was talking to another member of staff who also couldn’t help with my bill and seem 02 don’t want to look after people who been with them for ten plus years.

    Why can the idiots operating @O2 live chat so useless. 30 mins asking the same questions without answering my questions. Might just sack O2 and go to @ThreeUK . Congratulations you have lost a customer!!!

    @o2 customer for 8 years, just spent 13 mins on chat, that was just to get past security questions then another 8 mins to ask for o2 switch up to be taken off my account, then put though to a dedicated team who say I dont have it, app clearly says I do, nah. Adios o2

    @O2 @Macgregor11 This isn't true. We ordered on 9th September and it said 3 weeks. Been messed around by customer support in DMs with copy and paste answers. On week 5 now and still no watch... Over 10 years customer loyalty, too.

    Does anyone else have trouble with @o2 Data working when out and about? Literally have full bars of 4g at home and can’t load safari to get an electric top up because my electrics gone off. Data very very seldom works on 4g.

    @O2 I have never had a problem with 02 until today and I am fuming. They’re making their problem my problem and it will impact my credit rating negatively. I’ve changed my billing date and I have since been billed pro rata only to start being harassed since this morning
