@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

Spent all afternoon trying to sort @g0lad #O2 phone. If you want terrible customer service then @O2 are definitely your team. Known top up issues, no feed back to stores or customers and no available phone lines or chats #failure #CustomerService

@O2 just arrived in france and my mobile data isn’t working despite it being turned on and having 4 bars of service. Why is this? I have just come back from Spain earlier this month and it was working perfectly fine.

@O2 I can't get into my account, it's stating it's not activated. Your Bot states there is no one around until 8am in the morning, I need to sort this asap as a volt customer. Many Thanks
