@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@BeanKateryna @ThreeUK @O2 I tried three once didn't like it. I moved and couldn't get any signal at home or in my area but I was stuck with the contract. I did cancel in the end. I love being on O2. I tried a few networks before but always went back to O2 then just stuck with them.

@O2 can you please explain why after 2 weeks, still have intermittent phone signal ? Cannot make or receive calls without the line cutting off / not connecting / not being able to hear the other caller

@O2 Not true, I’ve already tried logging in online and have also just tried after seeing your message, the error “problems finding your account” I left O2 over nearly two months ago! My bill was available 5/10/22 when I called you for a copy, you could only post! I am still waiting!

@O2 Been there, done that multiple times. Every day I have to reset my phone just to try and get a signal. There’s has been going on for months, in fact over 2 years and yet apparently there’s no network issues on 3G or 4G where I live 😒

Since @O2 lost signal in my area yesterday my phone keeps saying I am not registered to a Network but still managed to make a call yesterday. I'm so confused 😕

@O2 you staff in South Africa are dodgy. Mthulisi wants to game access to my account by changing details on it sign in and password. When I ask to speak to manager he refuses even when I explain I don't feel safe. I do not give permission and never will.
