    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 Struggling to understand how the whole process was managed? I haven’t been able to get onto the app or website since 9.15 this morning despite trying hundreds of times. Yet reseller sites have tickets and are selling them for 8-10x face value?? Disgraceful customer service 😡

    @O2 Absolute **** show !! Been trying all day , the web site crashed after two mins ….. only for them to be on sale on eBay for £500 with the site being down all day how does that happen 🤔

    @MatthewThomas32 @Gemma53765506 @O2 Shocking from O2, if you can’t deal with the demand then you shouldn’t be selling the tickets. Never had a problem with O2 priority before but this was awful customer service today.

    @O2 I certainly don't feel like a valued customer today. Had no chance at all to get on. Running out of reasons to stay a customer rapidly.

    @O2 Unbelievable!! Sat all day trying to get into an app that is down, being told to ‘be patient’ and the tickets would be available for the next 48 hours, only to be all sold out. HOW??!! Don’t offer this service if you can’t provide it! Absolutely gutted.

    @O2 Absolutely shambles just like everything else you do, the entire company I work for is on o2 business. Everyone of us has been trying since it open at 10am and no one has even got on to the website never mind get tickets. Network is useless and priority is pointless

    Wonder how many tickets for Peter kay actually got sold via @O2 priority app today, vs how many got sold by people just going direct to the outsourced website and adding a query param in the URL to make it think they were o2 priority. **** way to verify priority status. ****.
