    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 got a call about a good deal the other day after you guys split from carphone warehouse. Told the rep I'd think about it but never heard back from them, tried getting in touch using 202 but no luck as inbound team can't transfer to outbound. Any chance you guys could help?

    @dandoll @O2 We can do multiple different DPA options with the account holder, so even if you don't know the password we can try a different question. So the account holder should come to chat. But you cannot cancel the account with us without passing security, we need to do that first -Scott

    @O2 find it really unbelievable that every operator I have spoken to either customer services or technical has given a different response to each other. Need a bit more training I think O2

    Hi @O2 your customer service is abysmal. I have a #visualdisability and am stuck in a loop on your website trying to update my details. When I call you I get a recording telling me to use an app I cannot use!
