    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    caught in loop of @O2 doing something that's stopped my phone connecting to the network. Try to log in to myo2 "there's something wrong with your account - we've sent you a text message to confirm your details" Sigh 3 working days to get an answer on why.

    The Year 2022 and we are still having problems with phone signal, especially @O2 can’t even get 4G in my home town (not been able to for 18 months) I’ve stuck by them for 22 years, but when I’m upgrading in October I’ll be switching network provider

    @O2 say they their bolt on allows for roaming in the US but what they actually mean is you don’t even get 3G in a major city (‘E’ or nothing most of the time) and most of the time you’ll get no phone service at all, putting their customer’s safety at risk!

    Just lost out on an eBay bid because despite my phone telling me I had full 4G signal, nothing would load. Thanks a bunch @o2 and your 💩 network.

    @1980BTK @O2 It went off around Bristol area from around 12pm yesterday and still is now. Had to use my backup EE SIM yesterday. It's not acceptable that o2 is the most expensive provider, yet so far has all the issues and slowest connections

    @O2 Yes I can log into the actual website but not the mobile app which is weird. Are there issues with the app?
