@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

Rang @O2 to enquirer about upgrade options only to be me by an incredibly rude customer service agent who had absolutely no interest in helping or talking to me when I asked if they could get close to a @tescomobile deal. Looks like it’s time to leave after 10 years of loyalty

@choccieclare @O2 @o2 Yes totally agree, I can't receive codes that are sent via messages from my bank to log in and it's caused me 3 hours down time now. I have searched and have no idea how to log my issue so am now using Twitter. Not good enough, your "help" function needs urgent attention.

@O2 Hi O2, your service status page says the text messaging issue was fixed earlier today. However I am still experiencing problems and unable to receive/send SMS. Can you please confirm when it will actually be fixed??

@O2 service extremely poor in my area. I have nearly a full 4g signal and apps take an age to load sometimes so slow I just give up.

@Michex69 @O2 //status.o2.co.uk says yes, but it looks network wide. I'm in Gla and can't get OTPs for banking logins etc. @O2 social media should stop blaming customers and acknowledge the problem.

If you want phone service in centre of Birmingham dont go with @O2 constant poor services. Practically non existent most days.
