@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 @O2 DM’d you. 5 wks ago I bought a phone from you, you disconnected my old number, & didn’t register my new contract. You claim its a technical issue. I have rang every single day for 5 weeks, still no resolution. Am I to ring every day for another 5 weeks?

  • CarlV_B TheBigRedFella (@CarlV_B) reported

@O2 I have spoken with Apple they say about a Regional lock (Europe) the iPhone X states Sim Locked but other network sims work (EE & 3) it requires a full unlocking according to Apple & the only people who can do this is O2 where I bought it from

  • CarlV_B TheBigRedFella (@CarlV_B) reported

@O2 No, under settings/Network Provider Lock, it states Sim Locked, despite this both EE & 3 network sims work, hence the explanation from Apple it’s only unlocked to Europe (regional) it should state No Sim Restrictions to be fully unlocked

  • CarlV_B TheBigRedFella (@CarlV_B) reported

@O2 hi can u help me sort out a full unlock not just a regional one on a iPhone X bought in July 2019 (paid off now in full)

  • HanBakeyBaker Han B (@HanBakeyBaker) reported

@O2 why is your signal crap?

  • 360env 360environmental (@360env) reported

@O2 I have Samsung S6 - not on the list. But I also want my signal back because that is what I am paying for. Why can you not tell me when this will be resolved? Been weeks since it went down.

@WhichUK @O2 are operating a scam, they're posing as a telecoms company, take your money but operate a rubbish service. Can @WhichUK investigate them
