@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@O2 @LoveIsland You're not even able to port a number to O2 from one of your partners successfully. I still can't access any mobile data *in the UK* after a week, and your tech support is a joke. #O2RoamFreely is a joke

@O2 @LoveIsland ...and today my wife lost call and SMS functionality, putting her at risk tomorrow as she works with vulnerable people on potentially dangerous settings - and won't have a working phone. And @O2 are too incompetent to fix it

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This also echos the issues I’ve experienced and witnessed with @O2 as well. This is what happens when they outsource customer service to the lowest external bidder.

@O2 I've already been through all this with customer services. Trying the sim in another phone didn't change anything. They told me the reason I was experiencing issues was that I was near the coast which sounds implausible to say the least as no one else I know has the same issues.

@O2 You are also the only network that when they mess up porting a number over so that I now have 2 phones on 2 separate networks with the same number won't help as they say that number is nothing to do with them. EVEN THOUGH THE SIM IS STILL WORKING ON THEIR NETWORK AFTER 3 WEEKS.

Can I ask why my signal with @O2 is shocking on a regular basis, I move from my living room to my kitchen and my calls fail constantly. Always living on 2 bars of signal. What am I paying for?!
