@O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

@virginmedia Thanks. Can you confirm that as virgin and @O2 have joined together, will a virgin SIM card work in another phone that uses O2 SIM cards? In the phone it would be used in for a month is a phone from O2 but using a Tesco SIM, which uses O2 network. I think virgin SIM might work?

@O2 @02mobile Have just experience shocking customer services, I took out a contract in July following lies of 98% coverage from your network. I've experienced nothing but bad coverage since and want to leave ASAP. Your not even willing to discuss a discount on the early term fee

@O2 If you check back on our DM's, you'll see this is a longstanding problem. You keep asking me to do questionnaires, and yet nothing is resolved. The service is hopeless, yet Three is good, and EE a lot better.

@O2 I need to mention that I am alone here, no one to help, the lack of phone number is blocking my access to bank accounts and other online accounts. O2 managed to make me feel completely unsafe. I've lost trust in advisors considering I've been misinformed for 3 consecutive days.

@gmilner1989 @virginmedia @O2 OMG I can honestly say you jumped from frying pan straight in to the fire that never goes out just going to wish you good luck with that PS IF O2 joined virgin I’m out within next half hour
