    @O2 I’ve just been told that the only way I can use My O2 is to setup a new email account despite My O2 saying it’s the phone number that is the problem. Do I have to have two email accounts just for O2? Seems utterly absurd.

    @O2 Just checked my credit report and you have done a credit report a while back but I’ve never enquired about O2 or taken out any contracts with yourself? Is there a way this can be looked into?

    So, its come to this @O2 - absolute horrible company. I will be going public with your lack of customer service until you actually do your jobs properly. Its been 4/5 years. @Ofcom might want to look into this too :)

    @O2 I have been through the network tips to no avail. The data speeds have been abysmal latelyin the centre, plz fix that asap. Connecting to hotspots is not a solution, we got a data allowance for a reason and we should be able to use it.

    @O2 where is your customer service team? I am trying to arrange a return for an online purchase and for the last hour both 202 and 0800 numbers hang up abruptly, I've tried from a friends phone too.
