@O2 Hoping you can help. Have a second hand device locked to O2. Provided a SIM and told to put it in for 24hr. Now being told I need to spend £10 to top it up before you'll provide an unlock code, despite obvs not intending to stay with O2 or use the SIM. Is this correct?

@O2 You are, O2 isnt. And Im filming a video about it and its going on Youtube/Tik Tok. Appalling service levels. Its still happening now, timing out. Once this PAYG data runs out, Im done with o2.

@AngleseyPete @O2 02 have just grown to big and like most companies start loosing contact with their customers. What they really want of course is low hanging fruit. Easy dumb customers who just pay and barely use the network. I had 3 sims cancelled 3 and went to EE.

Great to see that despite knowing about a fraudulent number and charges on my mobile and despite saying all the right things, well some @O2 have still done nothing, yes absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and today for the second time in a week stopped me using my phone

@O2 I keep doing all the suggestions. It's YOUR network its nothing to do with my phone or area. My phone states that I have 4g connectivity and also in certain spots 5g coverage but I still cannot get anything to load
