@O2 never had such unhelpful service in the 18 years of being with you. Today at the Trafford centre o2 shop wanted to upgrade my phone and the general attitude was it was too much work and not enough time..1 hour and 40 mins before close. Ended up with no upgrade and walking out

@O2 I'm not having the issue, you are. Only reason I'm with o2 is for the free weekly cafe Nero drink, now it's being cut to one a month. Been holding out with o2 just because or this, because the service you offer in my city centre is atrocious. Says 4g but loads like 1G.

@O2 is there going to be any form of improvement to the utterly **** signal you are providing across the country? Myself and plenty of piers/family members have had nothing but poor signal the past few months. Unacceptable from a company who regards themselves as ‘good’.

Ordered my @O2 phone & contract on 13th May & submitted my PAC. I'm STILL waiting for my phone to arrive. Twice customer service tell me I'd receive an email in 24hrs and I'm yet to hear anything. Any idea where this elusive order has gone??? Not exactly a great experience 🤨🤨🤨
