    @O2 Hello, my Virgin Media package was changed nearly two weeks ago to 1Gig Volt. Last Monday (27 March) same retentions colleague set up the my O2 account and took PAC code to transfer number. Still waiting for SIM card to arrive to finalise O2 transfer. Can you please help?

    @O2 Hi. I’m not sure what happened to my previous message regarding this, but I’m still having problems with my O2 sim- some texts come through but some don’t, and yesterday I had half a message come through that was send 13th March! It’s in a work phone, yet I can’t rely on it😞

    @virginmedia having issues, can’t check status as unable to get on the app or website as no wifi and my @o2 signal is horrific I’m my house so keeps cutting out. Is it still down?

    @O2 And yet another email telling me it's available to collect and i only have 2 more days or my order will be canceled, which was allegedly canceled 9 days ago. Thank you for being absolutely no help. Avoid @o2 at all costs their customer service is terrible
