    @O2 I've spoken to 202 twice this month and they've given me all the usual guff. Apparently you are upgrading! Presumably degrading the service first so that the 'upgrade' seems better. If you can't keep the basic service working, tell people in advance.

  • AlanKinloch Alan Kinloch (@AlanKinloch) reported

    @virginmedia @O2 Customer champion! Disingenuous bullshit! Your approach to customer service includes offering fibre you can’t actually install yet talking payment, carrying out suitability for installation surveys, giving installation dates weeks away then cancelling on the installation date.

  • bailey72 Brian Bailey (@bailey72) reported

    @O2 Are there any plans to improve the 4g signal in the Newton Abbot town centre area? For days we’ve been having issues with the data running extremely slow. #newtonabbot #tq12

  • chopperdarris Dave Harris (@chopperdarris) reported

    For anyone looking to get a new contract with @VodafoneGroup, Don't!! I've been with them over 10 years and they are terrible with regards to customer services, you mean nothing to them and they will waste your time to no end when upgrading. Would recommend @O2 or @EE. #newphone

  • LeightonTreagus Keyser Söze (@LeightonTreagus) reported

    Can you please, for the love of God, sort the mast problems out in BN14 0TR @O2. This is the fifth occasion of intermittent coverage in 12 months. Your engineers either have no idea what they're doing or your using a mast from the Mary Rose

  • richstone59 Richard Stone (@richstone59) reported

    @O2 Are you having 4G issues today. Phone is fine on WiFi but 4G not worked for the last couple of hours (Manchester)

  • DQStuff David Quainton (@DQStuff) reported

    @benwood @virginmedia @O2 Everyvirg O2where Can’t fail.

  • cragnet Craig Carroll (@cragnet) reported

    @O2 is it possible to request a number to be reconnected that I used to own where I know is no longer in use but should be available on your network?

  • connorsayers18 DoctorWho SF (@connorsayers18) reported

    @O2 The status as changed. There is a mast in the area not working and being investigated so it explains my slow 5mpb data
