@O2 shocking customer service whilst trying to port my 2 kids numbers onto 02 from Giffgaff, took over 30 minutes to try to do 1 & that couldn't be completed as told it wouldn't happen now until Tuesday. Having to call back on Monday to start again! Don't you want new customers

Hey @O2 I consistently have no data service in central Bath despite allegedly having 4 bars of 4G. Service elsewhere is fine. Any idea what gives?

Well @O2 you’ve let me down for the third day running. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade yet you have: lied to me (on record), not delivered what you said you would (SLA) and now not responding to my requests. WORST service. @EE I hear you’re more reliable 😡
