@O2 have been trying to claim on my insurance for a week now, most O2web chat advisors are great however the one I have just had contact with… not so nice! Have been told claim team will be in touch, nope. Try calling direct and get passed around with no help!

My favourite thing about being an @O2 customer is when your device contract runs out and they sell your data to loads of dodgy companies, so you get unwanted calls for weeks. (My actual favourite bit is when you’re finally free and can choose a different network.)

Which mobile network in the UK has the most appalling customer service and why is it @O2? I've spent the past 7 days, back and forth via their app, trying to explain that their roaming was non-existent in Connecticut. Literally nil. None. They don't get it.

I give O2 1 chance, terminate my subscription without cost or I will share my ugly experience from all platforms. Every night, 10 minutes for the rest of 23 months. Trust me I will cause thousands of people to not use O2. @O2 @o2cando

When you try to leave @O2 - because they're expensive - and they argue with you, tell you incorrect facts about a competitor and then hang up on you. Nice one. Won't ever be coming back. #notimpressed

@O2 please can you get in touch. I've had no signal now for 8 days. Your website is now saying you don't know what it will be fixed. I am only able to use my phone when connected to WiFi

@TheGalox_ @O2 still haven't released mine. Apparently "it's waiting for launch day" ... I don't think @SamsungUK got that memo. If they're being dispatched before launch day, why make customers stuck on network wait

@O2 Not sure I fully understand as I have used emoji’s on plenty of texts and not been charged. If your saying theses are classed as sending pictures. I will be looking to cancel my service and move to another provider
