@O2 I just did it and still not working! I did that rebooting everyday and still does not work. Every time I called the help centre, staff said give 24 hours sim should be working. Now it is 96 hours, nothing works. Officially sent written complaint to 02 last night too.

@Sam13346163 @virginmedia @O2 I haven't bothered ringing customer service as their website showed there is a fault, was really hoping it would be fixed now as have no TV, Prime or even Netflix because no Internet. We're stuck in the house too as my hubby has Covid 🙈

@O2 hey, I have virgin and I've just signed up to an O2 sim but my O2 app says I already have bolt benefits or I can't get them at my address.. Even though I already have virgin. Does it take a few days to update with me only ordering the sim yesterday or is there an issue?

3rd failed attempt to get a PAC code so I can port my number (due to O2's repeated "system issues"), resulted in my call accidentally being merged with several other customers. Shout out to everyone else on the call, it was fun while it lasted! @O2 @Offcom #EpicFail #IT #doh
