@O2 why does a customer have to spend over an hour and half on hold yesterday and again today .If you do not have enough staff to deal with customers then you should cease trading .Not to mention ignoring emails.

@O2 hey I got a new contract just less than a month ago, and I've had nothing but terrible Internet. I can hardly load things without WiFi and it says there's good coverage in my area?
