@O2 Yes we are both having the same issue, everywhere we go. The internet is not working and constantly says 3G. Can’t log in to apps or anything on the go or at home. They said there is a mast issue in my area but it doesn’t work when out either.

@O2 you sent me a message say my Internet was fixed WA9 but I'm still not getting a signal, it's not fixed,I've got a 5G sim and my partner has a 4G sim and we're both not getting a signal when will this be properly sorted, I'm disabled and rely on my phone incase of a emergency.

@maisiethetortie @O2 @SkyBroadband Sky are idiotic.Last week I complained and said i couldn't use voice telephone due to hearing impairment. She replied on Twitter saying 'no worries, ring us on your mobile when you're out and about! They're very anti disability. Their signing/messaging service is not working.

Hey @O2 I finally, after hours of waiting, got put through to someone and whilst explaining what I want, they hung up on me. Yours is officially by far the most diabolical service I've ever experienced.
