@o2 Hi, I am looking to move from my current network and had a question about the £10 bundle. It is currently offering 20 GB. Is this only for the current month?

@O2 More like talking to O2 tech support. Any idea when you’ll be restoring voice, text and data to SA6. I’ve driven 3 miles this morning just to be able to receive my texts and find out who has been calling me since Sunday. For balance, I confirm O2 billing services are working

@O2 haven't been able to access the Internet on my phone via mobile data for several days. Claims I have a strong 4g/5g connection, but then I get errors that I have no Internet! Not acceptable with the prices you charge!

Hi @O2 can you do something about the signal in Chepstow, a lot of town is 3G only and is making mobile gaming away from my Wi-Fi a nightmare. If it can’t be improved I’ll have to look into terminating my contract.
