    @o2 what’s going on with the o2 app there’s no app update in the App Store and iv deleted the app downloaded it again still same issue not loading up properly and nothing showing. Please look at this as there’s issue not only the app but the website and put something on X so us customers will know. Noticed the issue yesterday

    @O2 hi I’ve come back from holiday and my phone doesn’t work properly. Popped in to an O2 shop and the rudest lady there ever was just removed my SIM card and said problem solved. Well it’s not and I also don’t want to operate my phone without a SIM in it.

    @virginmedia @O2 I've just had a cold call offering me a lower bill and a complementary gift - Great! Then there was lots of repeating things ad nauseam and then floor supervisor came on - a mumble and then hung up on! THIS IS CRAP SERVICE!!

    Dear @O2 I've had no signal on my mobile for 1 week. You claim to have delivered a parcel to my door with a new sim, which Isn't here so I'll have to report it to the police that it has been stolen. Who can I complain to that your service is beyond awful?

    @O2, I have been a customer for 17 years, and this merger with @VirginMediaCorp is a complete disaster! 1) you cannot log into the O2 app 2) you cannot log into the O2 website 3) at midnight my contract rolled into next month ALL of my data allowance was taken off my account!!!!
