-
David Mackintosh (@EssexTosh) reported@O2 How ******** are they accessing your ****** site? You haven’t actually explained what the issue is!! 🤬
-
Samantha (@sammitchell050) reported@O2 No, no, no. ‘Lots of’ refers to the 3Three Network customers, whose presale went quite smoothly. Unlike O2, they anticipated unprecedented demand. They got it right. You got it momentarily wrong. Admit it and apologise, but please don’t lie to your customers to save face.
-
Parkesy (@Parkesy_uk) reportedAlmost 6 hours later and @O2 priority still down. We see with all ticket sites, can’t cope with demand time after time. There has to be a better way. And don’t get me started on the crooks already selling them at inflated prices 😡 shouldn’t be allowed.
