    @O2 As no one got back to me i tried calling again. Finally got through, and in the middle of talking to someone after hold the call got again!!! + they haven't called back 😡 so having to call again. What the f is going on either with your network/your customer services today!!!???

    @O2 Finally managed to get a hold of a human being in the customer services team who was able to help me. 10 out of 10 for them as they managed to resolve the complaint. -10 out of 10 for the automated systems and ai type bits of the call that have me the run around all day!

    Hi @O2 I’m having some network issues and the live chat option on the website seems to have disappeared. I’m unable to turn on Wi-Fi calling and also get a message every now and again saying you’ve turned off 4G calling.

    That’s the plan, sell packages with an @O2 sim which is used to just continually call customer services. Honestly see why you have no stores as there would be queues of angry people no doubt

    @O2 is no one working in your call centre? 45 mins in a queue and no answer. Have dm’d as this is one more thing in a long chain of appalling service.

    @shooteditsend @O2 Yeah it’s been getting a lot worse. I am with sky mobile by they use their network. Problem is it’s the best network where I live for calls

    Really poor service @O2 - ring about adding 2 new SIMs to my account for my kids’ Xmas presents & having been passed to the sales team & waited for 10+ mins for an agent I get told it’s online only. Where is the incentive for loyal customers? Might just take my £ elsewhere
