@O2 @virginmedia Please just allow your customers to modify/suspend and cancel unwanted services and contracts online. I shouldn't have to haggle with customer services. A lot of customers will switch to other providers who offer the simplicity to make choices. @Tesla mobile

Good morning @virginmedia Sadly I’m forced to make my complaint about your appalling service public. As explained multiple times, I’ve received a ludicrous bill of £298.59 for a broadband/SIM package which I cancelled when yourselves and @O2 failed to deliver either service. 1/3
