    @codyhaine91 @O2 That's madness! There's a communications ombudsman by the way. Get the complaint started. I had went through something similar with Three Mobile. Had it all sorted and watch contract paid off in full as redress.

    @O2 Your agent just tried to tell me that RECEIVING International Call (I.e. from outside UK) whilst in UK (I.e. NOT roaming) on my O2 registered mobile (UK domestic customer) is chargeable. What?! No, should NOT need any โ€˜bolt onโ€™! Charging me as described above is ILLEGAL!

    Hey @O2 why is that every day for 3 weeks one of your operatives has interrupted my day by calling me. Each time the number is blocked, but still they come. If this is your way of securing a new customer it is but an epic fail. Desist please.
