@O2 Your customer service and automated telephone system is the most frustrating system which should be completely overhauled and updated to meet the needs of your clients. Appalling system! After being here since the old Cellnet days time to say good riddance!

Seriously @O2 what are you doing? Zero service, no mobile service, and yes I've reset my phone before you tell me to do that Why should we pay for awful service

@NameOfTheMaster @O2 …..but they can’t cancel the order until they get the phone back from the warehouse and that could apparently take 5 days. Absolute shambles of a company with absolutely no one taking responsibility and dealing with matters when things go wrong.

@O2 this must be one of the worst customer services I have experienced. For a week I have been trying to speak to someone. Chat is rubbish as automated & won't connect to a person. Shop refers to 202. 202 can't get 2 anyone, got hung up on & then ended in a loop to choose an opt.

@O2 I'm having issues with my network, it says I'm not registered with a network if I try and make a phone call. I can't call your helpline. Do you have a live chat? I have tried taking my sim out and putting it back in and restarting my phone. All my bills are up to date.

@O2 coverage just dropped completely whilst on a call. No signal whatsoever. Turned phone off and on. Looks like the issue is at your end. Any ideas?
