@O2 @O2PriorityUK #peterkay Thinking of leaving o2 for a while now after being with them for around 15 years - today has sealed that fate. How crap is it on your customers that your ‘priority’ perk isn’t working yet all the touts are selling tickets for over 10x face value?

@linda_hotham @peterkay_co_uk @O2 It hasn't logged me out it just brings up thrbo2 priority front screen and then nothing else. I've tried logging in on the computer to the website and that just says not working. I've given up. I'll have to try for general sale on Saturday but chances are that website will crash

@O2 Disgrace, finally get in after constant refresh for two hours and tickets appear gone and now selling at inflated rates on other sites. Shocking customer service from O2 today. Another reason to leave them after loyal service for over 20 years
