(1/3) Sad to say that @O2 are now trying to charge me for a service never used, when I cancelled a mis-sold contract within the 14-day cooling-off period. Almost two months later they're now saying they're going to charge me a late payment fee, plus the bill...

@O2 I’ve had no signal for a over a month now. I’ve been told that a mast was taken down, other masts have been boosted but still no signal. I have a bill due for a month where you’ve provided no service. Can you tell me why I should pay it please?

@O2 Everywhere, even in my home town now. My phone is basically unusable in a city, I'm unable to access anything online in a city. It's just not good enough with the technology today, I've put up with this service for far too long. There is no guide that will help to fix this.
