@O2 I’m about to throw my phone out of the window. I can’t log into the community, I try to reset my password, it tells me to contact customer services. I click that it takes me to phone problems. I click something else, I end up where I started. 🤯

@O2 An iPhone. I’ve checked all my apps for data unsage. Our Wi-Fi hasn’t been down as we would know as my partner works in IT and requires Wi-Fi to work. I’m stuck at home with newborn twins so very surprised it’s run out? Not due again until 24th. Doesn’t it also warn you when low?

@Thesearethedamn @O2 @O2 same here on 2 #PAYG sim cards purchased today, is your payment service upto date and #SCA (Secure Customer Authentication) ready? This came into force end of December. Really painful and after 4 attempts i have ended up with one sim managing to be activted and charged twice?
