@o2 I’ve had really bad signal for nearly 4 weeks I have been told that a mast is damaged and needs fixing but I can’t contact anyone in a emergency when I’m at home or at work my family are on o2 and we’re paying for a service that’s rubbish.😡

@O2 getting absolutely hacked off with the level of signal and the fact people can't get through to me and nothing is coming up on missed calls, then hours and hours later my texts and voicemails appear! Ex8 1pe area! And don't tell there's no problem as there is!

@O2 If you are experience an unusually high volume of calls for 12 hours a day for the last five years, it's no longer unusual. Employ more people, as your service has gone absolute dreadful.

@O2 It is NOT an issue with my sim or my phone, please don’t try fob off the issue. O2 coverage is shocking. I’ve been a customer for over a decade and never known anything like it, takes a quick scroll through twitter to see how many people feel the same!!
