@birdyboyuk @O2 I tried redeeming mine today but the Samsung redeem site asks for a number that comes on the phone boxes. :( the delay sucks. Hoping its early next week vs towards the end.

@rbarkley82 @DeanB__UK @O2 I know the feeling mate! I had the same with my S8 a few years ago - I went for the higher model and didnt get it for a week. I was livid. Only ever seems to be with O2 too, but I stick with them as they have the best signal in my area

Hey @O2 why have you randomly decided to cut my data off from my account? I pay for 90gb a month and it’s disappeared off my account, my bill price is the exact same, your help line won’t let me contact yet my data is still on albeit super slow. What gives.

@SamsungUK Unfortunately, as an @O2 customer, my preorder has been told that they're out of stock, so without the device I can't claim the offer now. Basically was sold on a device with a special offer, placed my order, and now told they don't have any 😒 I can only hope one arrives soon.
