Say on hold for over an hour an half to @O2 customer service. There were meant to ring me back hours ago! What a joke!

@O2 Day 2 - no manager rang me back as stated they would in 24hours. My son who lives with me has no connection issues. I’m now in a different postcode and that mass is amber? So no connection still. How is this acceptable

@O2 Not postcode specific. It’s over Northern Ireland in general. Areas where previously signal had been great I now have 3G only but despite saying 3G the actual speed is non-existent.

@O2 I've tried switching sim cards so I entered a sim card into the phone that's not the same o2 sim card. It says emergency calls only I've tried switching another sim card same issue.

@Miniv20 @O2 How do you find out what other network coverage is like? I pay about £150 a month as it’s used so much for work...well, it’s not right now thanks to this “broken mast” 😭
