@O2 your app and website is still broken though. You can't just say sorry people werent successful when the vast majority never got a chance due to your systems being broken. You should have shut the sale down until you sorted your issues out

The downtime is almost forgivable but a company the size of @o2 should have sorted it out much quicker - #o2priority still not working correctly. All in all a lot of a farce

@MatthewThomas32 @O2 Exactly & you’re not an o2 customer.Most of us were all trying thru the app not realising it was eventually going to direct us to the gigs & tours page which was already available. The app is still down. Great you got tickets but it’s one of the perks we get for being a customer
