    @O2 I’ve DM’d you. It’s an iPad Air for my son and we’ve heard nothing. Every time we call we’re promised a callback as the person on the phone can’t provide an update and we never receive a callback

    @O2 just redeemed the 3 month Disney+ freebie, I already had a 6 month one running on top of an annual subscription. I thought it would give me an additional 3 months but it's replaced my 6 month so I've in fact lost 2 months..... Can you help

    @O2 why is my lte watch blocked from making calls except emergency calls and can't receive calls from my phone if phone at home as it should. Been to o2 store had new esim. Watch paired with phone. But still won't work as a standalone. Spent all weekend on phone to o2 services
