    @virginmedia @O2 As a customer of both of VM and O2 - the Volt benefits have been handled in 2 distinct ways - by O2 - really well/ seamless. By VM - a complete disaster - no internal comms - customers having to deal with your lack of understanding. Mess.

    @O2 I have had my phone for about 6 weeks and there is already scratches and chips on the screen, despite the fact I've had a screen protector on and only place my phone down on my bed or have it in my pocket. very unhappy with this product!

    @O2 It’s not O2 that’s the issue, you were fab as usual and applied it within days. It’s Virgin media who constantly fail in delivering and appalling customer service, they could learn a lot from O2
