@O2 It’s ok thank you. I finally got a Customer Service Senior Manager involved who arranged a replacement to arrive at 10am albeit I was messed around for 8 days in the meantime.DPD said that it was scanned in and went‘missing’ internally but only admitted this after 5 days of wait.

3G etc sucks at Reading Station on the @o2 network. Surrounding areas also try to flip to 4g but nothing loads. Just have a consistent 3G signal than trying 4/5g and still not working.

@o2 do you people actually work over there? I’m not even tweeting for a response. I just want publicly declare how useless and wotless this company is when it comes to customer service and urgent matters. I would’ve been stranded today if not for public transport wi-fi.
