    @O2 trying to add a student discount to my upgrade, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and keep getting the error ‘this code is not valid’ The device is not in the excluded device under the T&C’s. Any help would be appreciated.

    @O2 I would’ve much preferred to have done that on the call on Tuesday, he said he couldn’t help me and I needed for it to be looked into and then I’d be called back. Believe me, I also didn’t want to drag this out, which has been going on since my first contact over 1 week ago.

    @jnoley @O2 Do what I did when they out it up I terminated the contract and moved to @giffgaff same network cheaper price and if you're still paying for your handset that continues no need to change the way you pay for that

    @_ItsTitch @O2 Absolute shite horse company. Customer service is shocking to say the least. And to top it all off you get scammed by one of the operators!!! That’s why I ported my numbers out and left. Got a better deal and English speaking operators

    @O2 Abysmal customer service from you guys, consider yourself to be one of the biggest networks. Customers are a last priority, wait 2-weeks for a response then when you reply another 2-weeks. The contract would’ve expired by the time you sort this, communications ombudsman it is
