@FullSen70316301 @O2 Write an email of complaint, saying you’ll take it further etc. they’re quick enough to take your money but never give back. Pisses me off that!! Then at least all their replies are in writing you have all the evidence then too.

Phoned @O2 again, gave them details and times they advised me about my phone being sent and they’re saying it never happened, funny they record calls though? Vanessa (whatever her real indian name is) said it and they refuse to apologise..

@O2 Priority on web sucks! It doesn’t work properly and I can’t use the iOS app due to you now not allowing below iOS 14.5, but I can’t upgrade past 14.1. So you have effectively locked me out of Priority offers, thanks!
