@O2 I’ve been a customer for at least 10 years and have never ever missed a payment . Even now my account is paid and Upto date. I am disgusted that a letter like this has been sent and that a manager is never available. After being loyal for so long I can’t wait to leave o2!

@O2 after receiving an enforcement notice as YOU advised me to cancel my DD because you charged me £90 in error I’ve had 4 phone calls trying to sort ur mess out and have been promised twice on separate occasions that a manager will call me in 24 hours and nobody ever has….

@O2 tried to book Eubanks v Benn via priority. I’m and selected tickets only for@it to throw me out saying nothing available now nothing whatsoever! So much for the 48 early access what a load of rubbish changing network! 15 years with O2 no more - complete con!
