Ian Court (@iancourt) reported@O2 @Joff_L Not convinced, O2, sorry. Uswitch SIM only deals used to be open to existing customers who were renewing at the end of their contracted period, but you stopped that last year. Why? The deals you offer existing customers aren’t great in comparison to the Uswitch offers. Fortunately for me, I managed to renew several of my O2 contracts via a Uswitch link the day before you pulled the plug. You’ve since had the nerve to hit us with a higher than advertised April price increase, in spite of Ofcom’s rules. When I’m next up for renewal, unless you can do me a really good deal that’s on par with the price comparison offers, I may very well take my business elsewhere, after 27 years of being a customer.

Blueflyer (@WoodpeckerMandP) reported@O2 Get a grip and get somebody to call me who can actually do something, this is shocking now and as I’ve said, I will never ever go anywhere near you ever again. Sort it out
