I’m on a £10 rolling plan so I’m just getting charged for data. Customer services can’t help and o2 store can’t help. Absolute shambles 😡

Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎

I have been accused of lying when the things that were agreed were on a recorded call. My complaints been ongoing since August 25. They have certainly lost a customer once this contract is over

When you contact CS, if they actually answer, then they treat you like you are the problem!
