    @O2 when I try to log into the my02 website I get an error message. See image. When I use the my02app my remaining data is not showing. When I try to login to the 02 community it doesn't recognise my log in details.

    How can @O2 mess up changing a current number onto a new SIM card? I have been on the phone to them since yesterday as someone has really messed up switching my number. I currently have someone else’s number assigned to my account. Hours of being on hold. Awful service.

    @O2 I have a phone with a o2 sim only contract with unlimited data, it’s at the end of the 18 months and has gone up to £43 a month. Is there a way of getting it down because on the website it says it’s £30?

    @O2 2. And it's been going on for days! Had txts a little while ago telling me work going on to improve the signal in my area is being carried out! But it's worse! And when you've got a loved ones funeral to arrange it's quite frankly beyond stressful when calls etc aren't

    Switched from Vodafone to O2 on Monday and bought a phone and plan online, paid the money for the down payment of the phone. Haven't heard anything at all since. 4 days later. Day 2 of trying to get through to customer service to ask what's going on. Bad start @O2.

    @O2 spent 1 hour 15minutes on customer contact line 202 yesterday. Simply to transfer O2 contracts - expired! Talked to 4 different people (3 based abroad) - went through ‘security check’ 4 times!! Been a customer for years - NOT GOOD ENOUGH - CRAP SERVICE Communications Coy? 🙄

    @O2 someone has been opening accounts in my name at your stores. I have reported this to your fraud team and have had zero response. The lack of customer service when you are sending me bills for a contract which is not mine is appalling.
