@O2 I can't make or receive calls. Neither can my parents n a different household. It rings once then cuts off. So I can't phone you to get help either and your online chat ends my conversation saying there's no agents.

@O2 Would be lovely to get signal by Xmas! No signal for over a yr in NN9 Irthlingborough Northants.First worked on NN10 when told NN9.They can't get NN9 workn. Failed dr calls.Failed texts. Taxi booked could not get through so had to come to house to check still wanted pick up!

@O2 They have just said that there are faulty masts nearby but it’s happening wherever I go, there’s actually a post on Reddit Manchester page today about it too! Everyone on o2 complaining of poor signal

@O2 It was all done in time as instructed by the O2 store, no one replies when I send info by via email, such as the proof of purchase to confirm the phones, black hawk do nothing despite what must be 10 calls to them, plus the O2 help line

@O2 I am unable to receive any calls on my mobile. They go straight to voicemail. It’s not an area issue and it’s not a device issue. Can someone pls help me? I’m also due for renewal and not sure I want to renew a sim only plan with o2 if I cannot even receive calls. I have DMd
