@O2 i know its business as usual for now but is O2 going to be rebranded with @virginmedia or are the o2 brand and shops going to remain? I have no interest in their services, i never signed up to join Virgin. I am an O2 customer.

@O2 love the fact that O2 send a validation code by text for guest Wi-Fi…..reason for using guest Wi-Fi is no phone signal!

@O2 are absolutely useless! Can't stress how cross I am with the lack of service and the stupid restrictions that prevent working people receiving parcels. Ended up cancelling my brand new tablet and potentially canceling a phone tomorrow if they can't get their act together!

@O2 I tried to see my account usage and billing and payments on the My O2 app, and it's saying that it can't load at this time. There are no updates due on it, and I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again but the same issue is happening? Can anyone help?

Tip for @O2 UK customers with a 5g phone coming to Italy. If you find you only get a pathetic Vodafone Edge connection try changing the network settings to 3g only and manually connecting to Wind. I now get full 3g.
