@O2 tried to message you guys before still haven't answered here, had the worst customer service experience yet with you guys. Women just threw me back into a queue log and didn't answer any questions. Add to that you don't even know where my phone is or when I get it.

Phoned @O2 3 weeks ago in regards to fraudlent accounts being set up in my name and spent 30 minutes filling in a form to be told i’d hear a response in 5-10 working days…. To then be presented with multiple letters chasing money and when I phoned customer service (cont)

@O2 I’ve just received 20 messages from you, 10 saying *SECURITY WARNING* The one-time code you requested will arrive shortly… then 10 saying *Be alert to fraud* NEVER share this code.. I’m not even with you I’m with @ThreeUK what does this mean? They were all received in 1 min
