Never ever move your mobile service to @O2 because it won't work. Cut off day 2, promises broken. 3 days trying to port a number and still no success. Still trying but no access to bank authentication or HMRC login texts.

@O2 I am not sure why I have been charged 5 pounds per day for 4 days in the USA when my data roaming is off, I have a travel bolt on and I have a 10 pound spending cap. Unable to get through to your customer service on your app. Not impressed
