@McDonaldsUK @O2 I went to redeem my code in McDonalds and they refused it at Southgate and Wood Green, London at 2pm and they would not accept. Indian manger At Southgate and some female European at Wood Green and both were rude. No customer service. Both liars

Just had two emails from @O2 the first said we’d fixed the problem and indeed I was able to make calls today. The second said they could not find a problem! Good to know what they are doing!
