    @tomkentuk @O2 Nice! I've been with them yearssss, same number but never had an #O2Surprise or decent discounts when upgrading. Wont change networks. Wish we had more for loyalty though

    @tomkentuk @O2 Customer service is outstanding. I got a fruit basket sent after the learned about a operation I had. Gutted I had to leave then after 10+ years. Also congrats Tom.

    @O2 allways had really good mobile internet where i live (nearly always 4g). Untill you 'improved' the service in my area, now its all h. Can't even load a web page when out and about. What happened? #WN8

    @O2 Can you please address the issue of no signal in Biggin Hill it’s been months now that the mast has been broken and not repaired. This is not acceptable fix this network issue now. 😡
