@O2 trying to report a fault on you website is shocking. All I get is the message network gets busy in your area resulting in slower speeds I have no phone signal at all!! Nevermind slow. Always had 4g until last week

@O2 why is my lte watch blocked from making calls except emergency calls and can't receive calls from my phone if phone at home as it should. Been to o2 store had new esim. Watch paired with phone. But still won't work as a standalone. Spent all weekend on phone to o2 services

Very poor service from @O2 again. Moving number from one O2 SIM to another. Was told it would take 24 hours or less. Lost my service on my old SIM after half a day but didn't get service on new SIM after 24 hours.

@O2 hello, I've just joined you and am trying to port my number over. Itl thought this would happen once the SIM was activated but seemingly not. Online help is hard to get....but I've had the bill already, so something is working! How do I get my number moved asap pls?
