    @cagedKitty_ @O2 Thank you.. it wasn't so much there was an issue with the automated system, it was the fact that noone seemed to want to resolve it for me and I was passed round for ages with everyone passing the buck.

    @O2 Really bad experience trying to upgrade paid upfront fee, delivery charge to find out I had to pick the parcel up from a post office! DPD and o2 don’t seem concerned about keeping a long-standing customer of 16 years #SHOCKING
