@O2 Allegedly I have no network problems which is strange because every time I’m at home it goes ‘no service’. Trying to report a hazard in my home to a repair team but can’t because I’ve got no service.

@O2 A days old @sonyxperia 1 iii. I've tried everything regarding the @instagram issue - including starting the phone afresh, it's followed me across devices so I tried not restoring from backup. But that's not what I'm asking you about, it's this annoying text you keep sending.

@O2 since you joined up with @Virgin my Internet via 4G is terrible, any chance for a reduction since my data doesn't actually work half the time now, makes travel photography quite difficult

Update. Tried to call @O2 to discuss their **** service actually remained very calm and polite but without so much as taking any info they hung up. Another 15 mins on hold for them to hang up I’m guessing. Awful customer service.

@O2 trying to reset my p/word not accepting security questions Q’s I’m putting on app keep diverting me to sign in page but I cannot remember password to sign in Pls can I speak to somebody to guide me through it I have just paid over £200 for tickets so I’m obviously a customer

@O2 Haven't been able to send texts or get a decent call signal for nearly 3 days, network checker says that a nearby mast is not working properly. How long is it supposed to take to fix!? Phone is completely useless if not on WiFi!
