@Bigdogdigs @O2 I could have this wrong, but if a company increases the price of a contract, you can cancel said contract in a given timeframe. I had a similar issue with Talk Talk a few years back. It will be in the t's and c's.

Just got a text from @O2 that they will be increasing rates 'in line with inflation'. Poor telecoms giant. I can't wait to see how much they're struggling in their revenue report which will be released tomorrow....

@O2 @O2 but would I be exempted from the early exit fees due to having cancel due a friend or family passing away even I was the one who was credit checked? Would the bereavement department still cancel it without fees?

@UKPowerNetworks @O2 Thanks. I'm not outside the UK & have never been charged for using this service before by @O2. So either changed their tariff or UKPN has changed provider. No idea why SMS tiers exist (apart from to make profit). Voice/web/SMS - it's all data - just take it out of data allowance!

@O2 Ok. No surprise there then. I’ll just have to see the contracts out, one ending in July, and find another company that offers its customers something. The only thing I’ve ever received from o2 is more expense. Never even a thank you for years of custom.
