Absolutely shocking customer service from @O2 Purchased their Bolt on yesterday which made clear that my international usage would be capped at £4.99 a day Today I have a received an email telling my yesterdays usage was over £40. Fuming!

@O2 They hung up on the call while I was on hold. I called back, spoke to someone different. They hung up while I was on hold again. No call back. Breathtakingly bad customer service.
