@O2 None of those are working. There isn’t a fault in my area. Is there a way of speaking to someone about this that doesn’t involve logging into my app. As I said, it’s asking for a code I can’t receive without signal

@O2 Every time I do this, it just says “oops, there’s been an error” can’t even login to my account as I’ve forgotten the password, and can’t reset the password because it sends a text to my phone, which has been blocked… so can’t receive this text.

@O2 Day 75 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@subrugbylad @O2 All I wanted to do was change a payment date. They said they did it but didn’t. Now going back on their word that they moved it. It’s not the money. It’s the being lied to. Awful awful service !!
