@O2 Thanks I've been checking since last week, apparently it should finally be back tomorrow, but not having a phone for 5 days without warning is very poor service

@TheWillEason @O2 Ha. Wouldn't surprise me. They have become the worst company to deal with, they don't give a toss about their customers. Shocking company.

@O2 I do wish you would notify customers when you are going to do 'work' that will completely remove any phone signal. 6 days and counting with no phone signal. 🙄

@leeroyruddell @O2 @O2 out of all networks I’ve been with yours is genuinely the worst. You need to sort your signal problems out asap as it’s always a problem. The worst part is the lack of effort on your part to do anything about it and how you fail to extend any courtesy to your customers

  • iamelizeu
    elizeu (@iamelizeu) reported

@O2 i’m still unable to access my account while i’m abroad. is there any workaround or way to fix this?

  • kbushnell1975
    Kieren Bushnell (@kbushnell1975) reported

@O2 You utterly useless clowns. There is no option to send a messag via private message, as surely anyone in your shoddy organisation should know. You are an utter disgrace and if this is the way you treat customers of 20 years plus, you are very much going down in my esteem.
