Hi @O2, when using Wi-Fi calling on my iPhone people complain of broken sound - any ideas? I’ve tried switching Wi-Fi calling and the device off and back on plus a hard reset of the phone but the issue remains.

@O2 was looking at getting my son a cellular Apple Watch. Do I need to be on the O2 network for it to work? Or can I purchase this and he can use it as a standalone device? I’m not with 02.

@O2 hi o2. Had my number transferred today. All working well after a 17 hour wait only to have no signal for the last four hours while I was out. Can’t call 202 for help with no signal and don’t want to be without it all weekend. Can you help?
