    @O2 please can someone resolve my complaint. No one takes responsibility or ownership. Just interested in closing the complaint. Pls listen and understand how frustrating & upsetting it is to be told different things each time you call and over 15 hours so far! Very upset

    48 hours for @O2 to remove an IMEI bar and counting, beyond ridiculous. Moving provider has never looked more appealing.

    @ThisMummyGig @O2 threatening me with court over a £1300 bill that i DO NOT OWE. Last month i thought it was all sorted but now a letter today, giving me till tomorrow to pay up! Again today lost hours on the phone with them and apperently i have keep my line open for 5 days to hear back. Awful!

    After 20 days and multiple calls to o2, I’ve decided to request a refund and return my order. It’s amazing how quick they work to get you off the phone and take zero accountability for the poor customer service and experience…‘£50 compensation and we’ll close your complaint’ @o2
