    @KyleTSpence @MartinSLewis @O2 Their prices are horrible though, and their Giffgaff MVNO has worse speeds than proper O2 unlike ID Mobile/Voxi which are just as fast as Three/Vodafone.

    @O2 @jesshardy20 This was a shitshow app O2 priority kicked me out 4 times as redirected to ticket sales and the Ticketmaster queue froze for over 30 minutes - apparently the Cardiff tickets were gone at 9.03 . @LewisCapaldi managt cancel all tickets that went on resale minutes after selling out

    @O2 Your customer service is is useless. I have been very ill and had problems paying my bill. You were no help and you have passed my accounts on to two debt collection agencies. They are useless too. They want me to pay but I need my phone to authorise payments. Genius

    @jesshardy20 @O2 @LewisCapaldi It’s awful! I’ve tried to log on, got that reply then was told I was a bot! Tried on my phone. Same thing! Try to contact customer service and they are useless

    Waited 30 mins for @O2 for priority @LewisCapaldi tickets and it kicked me out and then wouldn’t let me sign in 🙃 Lewis do hampden please or add an extra Glasgow night I’m away to cry

    @O2 It wouldn't let me sign in at all. So now that I finally got through there's over 39,000 people in front of me when there were hardly any to begin with so i'll miss out because of the error on YOUR side.
