@O2 customer support is the worst I've ever encountered. Last 10 days, I have been trying to contact you and return the order. Once the agent started advertising SIM cards, I was paying for the call!!!! I have now been told that the deadline has passed. It's absurd @O2 !

Annoyed is an understatement. Overcharged on my September bill by @O2 - spoke to an incredibly rude agent who eventually agreed it would be refunded on my next bill only for this to be complete lies! Now sitting on the phone for hours and getting nowhere. Poor show. #o2complaints
