    @O2 awful service and over charging from this provider. Point blank refusal to refund. Please avoid there are much better options out there.

    Yet another horrendous encounter with @O2 “customer service” who hung up on me yet again when you try yo get an answer from their idiotic asses. Another formal complaint pending. O2 is the worst I would suggest everyone to stay well away

    @O2 Hi I'm trying to Cancel my Wife's account with you as she has recently passed away I have phoned and got through to someone been put on hold then the call was dropped for some reason unfortunately I can't remember the Security Question .

    @o2 changed my number yet you’ve not sent me my new one and have disconnected this one, it’s laughable really. You should be ashamed of yourself. I cannot even call you to sort it out! No network!
