@O2 I'm so sick of having bad signal either Internet or phone signal it's so bad! I pay nearly £60 a month & can't use my phone properly because of the weak connection! I've got in touch with o2 a few times & they say the problem has been fixed yet it is still happening!!

The fact that no one at @O2 has answered any of tweets other than sending me a pathetic little DM that I replied to and didn’t receive a response yet again, your complaints department is going to be flooded with all of the evidence I have of the worst customer service & company!

@O2 just experienced the worst customer service of my life. I waited 2hrs in the que to get through because I’m unable to make or receive calls. Only to be told by the most rude agent that cust service closed at 9 and nothing can be done. He had a horrible attitude. Defo leaving
