@O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

@O2 you should be appalled with the abysmal service you provide. If my issue is not resolved and you can’t tell me where my new phone is and why my details were leaked to receive a fraudulent call in the next two days I will be taking this further through trading standards

So @O2 recycle have lost my phone and no one is getting back to me because I don’t have a booking number…. I wasn’t given one. Absolutely livid after being a loyal customer for 6+ years.

@O2 why is it so hard to change my bank details/direct debit with you? Impossible to do on the website or through app, no help answer works, phone options don't allow me to proceed, directs me back to site or app. No chat box or email form. What am I supposed to do????
