    @O2 I have sent the Dm. I have scored the customer satisfaction survey I have been sent as very dissatisfied across the board. I have asked for a call back from someone in head office. I will escalate to the ombudsman if this isnt resolved by Thursday

    @jas71uk @O2 they’re ******* useless, had a sim not even a month and the service has been horrid. takes them a day to reply to one message then they say you’re out of the 14 days period lol shocking

    @O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

    @O2 Thank you for the information. Okay, well had I been told that on the phone I wouldn’t have placed the order. So what would the timescale have been two weeks ago for a new order? Because honestly if it’s going to be another 2-4 weeks I will cancel and go elsewhere.
