    Waiting outside one of your shops 2 people are there I was told I was next and the last customer left 15 mins ago , great customer service @O2

    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 Hi! I ordered a new SIM only deal on the 24th November but nothing has been delivered yet and I can't access any help through O2 app as I don't yet have a registered account because I don't have a number with you because no SIM. Can someone help please?

    @IvyTenebrae @O2 I agree. They could have used calmer tones in that email, asking you to contact them in order to clarify an unpaid outstanding amount issue instead of playing the 'loan shark' attitude.

    @O2 Day 21 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @virginmedia since you’ve switch me to the @O2 network, my data coverage has been absolutely terrible. Not a great switch for customers for the sake of saving some £

    @O2 Nothing happens! I don’t even get to enter my login details. A few pictures flash up and then it goes back to the first screen where it asks you to login
