@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

Account been hacked 3 times in the last month. £450 of charges not done by me. On holiday phoneless for days as sim been deactivated and absolutely nothing @O2 will do!! Worst company

@ihavtoo @O2 I’m having issues with upgrading the watch I currently have, the upfront cost gets taken, I get an order confirmation screen with the order number but then immediately get a text and email stating the payment didn’t go through and they’ve had to cancel the order and the item stays in my basket and when I try progressing it myself it says I have no direct debit setup, however on the advisors side it says the order has gone through and they have to hit the cancel button on their side
