@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

Trying to get help from @O2 is a nightmare. My number porting should have been done on Thursday but hasn’t and can’t get hold of anyone to speak to!

@O2 I got a galaxy watch 4 on 30th April, the battery hasn't been that great but over the past couple days the battery only lasts a couple hours without being used. And is constantly saying its to hot and needs to cool down.

@O2 You are also the only network that when they mess up porting a number over so that I now have 2 phones on 2 separate networks with the same number won't help as they say that number is nothing to do with them. EVEN THOUGH THE SIM IS STILL WORKING ON THEIR NETWORK AFTER 3 WEEKS.

@O2 spoke to someone earlier re sim issues. They said they are sending me a new sim. Meanwhile my current sim which was working ok is now not working at all. I’m left without network. Can’t speak or chat online to anyone to get help.

@O2 You're not even able to port a number to O2 from one of your partners successfully. I still can't access any mobile data *in the UK* after a week, and your tech support is a joke. #O2RoamFreely is a joke

@O2 yesterday and just now I have spent an hour on hold to cancel down my account. Both times I’ve spoke to someone I’ve been placed on hold again and disconnected! No one rings back and again I have to spend another 30 minutes just to speak to someone again!
