Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

Why is the o2 Business online portal not working? Customer service levels have been bad for a ages, but now they're bordering on non-existent.
