  @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

  @O2 the way I have been treated by Basildon o2 store and upgrades team is utterly disgusting! As an 02 customer looking to upgrade… having a store tell me there is nothing they are willing to offer and putting the phone down on me is a joke! Totally disgusting service

  @currys why am I getting sales calls from a Manchester number claiming that they have exclusive deals for me by way of the fact that I have a contract with @O2 with rude belligerent staff. I did not nor would I have consented to receive unsolicited calls. @ICOnews may take note
