    @EnglandRugby @O2 The 9 - 10 axis is the root of England's problem. JVP is not international standard. Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 having an issue with text messages coming in repeatedly. Been to 3 different stores, had some card changed and still it happens. Have now turned off notifications before the phone is bounced off the wall. One message has been received 37 times 😡

    Upgrade or cancel with @O2? UPDATE 1/2 Comedy of errors continues. Popped into @O2 store, they checked the phone I wanted was in stock (it is). Then they told me they cannot take payment for deals I’ve not been able to complete EITHER online or over the phone…

    @O2 Day 75 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Can you help with a split port can receive calls but no texts its been 2 weeks now and still no further forward after numerous calls and a visit in store.

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Sort your WiFi and tv out now 4 days in with no WiFi or tv and still been charged full amounts having paid £120 and services not even working. Shocking service and customer service nothing but problems since I took contract last year and been told can’t cancel without paying £320

    Worst customer service ever @O2 Ongoing complaint since before Xmas. 3 times managers haven’t called me when they promised they would. Absolutely appalling!
