    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 Hi, is web chat open today? I haven’t been able to make or receive calls since last Thursday. I hear 3 beeps and the call doesn’t connect. Texts and data are working fine. The issue is happening everywhere I go not just at home. Thanks in advance

    @O2 I was in Blackpool yesterday and both my wife and me had rubbish coverage on your network. Even though it was showing 4G and a signal, struggled to make calls and use data. I have an iPhone and my wife had a galaxy. May be worth looking into?

    Dropped calls in TQ3 again @O2 despite you saying all fixed ! And no offer of compensation for the poor coverage over the last 4 months after you took a mast out of service !

    @O2. I'm at a festival this weekend. All the others in my group have full data signal and phone signal so can you please tell me why I've had zero in either all weekend. I thought you promoted great coverage but clearly not. You lie in your contract so can I get out of it.

    Is there a problem with your Live Chat option, @O2 ? I connected to an operator, sent them several messages and got no response. Have tried to start another Live Chat and keep getting the “we’re busy right now” message - been waiting to connect for over 20 minutes now!
