    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    Trying to get help from @O2 is a nightmare. My number porting should have been done on Thursday but hasn’t and can’t get hold of anyone to speak to!

    @O2 Something's altered on your network over the last few weeks with customers reporting unable to access CCTV systems except from on a #WifiNetwork It's been proven not to br a porting / system issue as other networks can still access the same system Please advise Thanks

    Disappointed with @virginmedia forcing @O2 sims at a cost of £25 with their bundles when we don’t need the service is outrageous. Time to look else where.

    @O2 Unacceptable & Disgusting Customer Service, A Staff member who steals your products & creates Fraud, in store staff lie & within 3 weeks nothing has been done & now our phones have been blocked.... Unprofessional, Unacceptable & definitely need new staff
