    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 been trying to sort an upgrade for the last few days but app&your website keep crashing. Even tried to speak to an o2 sales bot on your whatsapp chat but noone joined. #frustrated Wouldn’t want to have to defect to another network after 15 years but may have to #pleasehelp

    So an @O2 agent called Chris gave me a price then the called ended after about 15 mins. I called a 3rd time and this new person doesn't want offer the same price. Like @02 fix up man kmt. I want the same price 🙄🙄😷😷

    @O2 hey my mom wants it to be that inside of getting a text to say she had a miss call. She wants it to be that she gets notified that she has a voicemail? I read a while back how you have to cancel one out to use the other? Can you help? Her voicemail doesn’t show up on WiFi
