    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 your billing department is absolutely abysmal. We’ve been on the phone for 40 minutes now, trying to sort a VERY basic issue. Their grasp of English is poor and their understanding of your systems is non existent. You really need to do better than this. 2/10 👎🏻

    @O2 so disappointed with my new business phone contract. Nearly had the phone for a whole week and still no data when I’m not using wifi. I’ve been with you for over 10 years but will definitely not be going with you ever again. Terrible customer service from my.plan as well.

    @O2 trying to get through to sort a bill out with you, and it’s hopeless, was in a queue only for the call to be disconnected? This has been an issue for a few months now and I have attempted to sort it, this is simply not fair, can I speak to a real person please??

    @O2 @HausofCharlie Crap response it was done on purpose. It was up and running at 9.25 when all the tickets had gone. Amazingly tickets available on resale sites. O2 explain maybe a TV or Radio show might get a response.
