    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 In Nov you sent me a message telling me how you had been improving the network in my postal area (SP7). Well all this week it has been worse than ever!! Every morning walking the byway running parallel to A345 towards Salisbury regular drop outs of data. Struggle to reconnect

    Respectfully @O2 as a UK based company if your call centre is going to be taken overseas, the number ONE criteria for the operatives should be understanding English. It’s extremely stupid to go through what I went through this morning to get an answer to a simple question🤬

    @O2 so I cannot transfer my old number to my new sim with o2. 2gb £5 month but can upgrade my existing number to a better deal £8 month 35gb even though I only use .55gb a month. If I cancel my old account I cannot keep my old number even though I’m out of contract !

    @jnoley @O2 When they gave notice, there was a 30 day period to cancel penalty-free that @MartinSLewis highlighted, because it was over the inflation % rise. I took advantage as it was a joke.

    @O2 That's the problem. A system update removed my account completely, I've given the account and sim number it all has been completely erased!

    @O2 I’ve called again, the agent was very nice, o2, phone call and resolution unsatisfactory/ pointless. Looking online it seems o2 customer service is getting worse and worse each year.

    @O2 terrible customer service never experience the hard sell before 👎 and what with the cannot transfer my old number if I cancel my account that isn’t in contract !

    @O2 I am a pissed off customer. Your staff in India are scamming your customers using genuine email address, you do not care, you do not want to know. You're about to lose a lot of customers after I report this to ofcom. I imagine this will be quite devastating for you.
