@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

I’m honestly not normally one for complaining about company’s on Twitter but @O2 you absolutely completely deserve it. Rang to cancel my contract in august got told no to ring in September cancelled it. Got a pay as you go SIM card out. Then got another bill of £49 days later.

When issue flagged here asks you to DM. Takes 36 hours to ask for an order no. Meantime you call them and get told order is still undergoing checks and you'll have an email by end of day. CONT @O2

@O2 hi there I have an old phone I’ve given to my mum and need it unlocked, tried to get through on the chat but no one there. When I look at the online form it asks for my mobile number but I’m not using the phone any more.. can you help please :)

Email never arrives. Takes a further 48 hours to respond, asking security questions that could've been asked for with the order no. Never actually addresses the questions asked about their procedures (not my account). Would you want to give them your money @O2 ?

Hey @O2 ! Marketing calls trying sell me new products or services are not a way of 'thanking me for being a valued customer'. If you want to reward customer loyalty, why not reduce my monthly bill instead?

The worse thing is I’m stuck on another contract with @O2 thanks to the deal I have with @virginmedia - if I could I’d cancel that one too. Never again.
