Doesn't scan the play & therefore, hesitatant in distribution. Smith can't tackle and doesn't function when on the back foot. Opposition targets Smith to get in the front foot = England scramble.

Ghost (@faulkner84) reported@O2 Well the 3G issue is everywhere. It’s like as soon as 4G was rolled out you turned off the 3G service. 4G is hit and miss where I go. Sometimes if I don’t have a full 4G signal then I may as well be sending pigeons.
