@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 I have been trying to speak to a real person for 4 weeks now no luck. Live Chat cut me off several times. I have no signal indoors and have to go into my garden to make or receive calls. Checked network coverage. Has anybody had any success talking to someone at O2?

@O2 Hello, do any humans exist at O2? I've brought my dads phone over to O2, gave PAC code from Three, sim arrived, all setup except, old number not ported over. Calling 202, every options leads to emergency only blah then a "A good bye". Was coming to 02 a mistake?!
