@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 Currently in Ambleside. Says full 4G but doesn't work at all. And doesn't work at home in Conwy or Llandudno etc

Anyone got a number for O2 that doesn't hang up on you? @O2 I've changed networks, used PAC code and network coverage on old network stopped yesterday morning. My number still hasn't transferred to so can't receive important calls #O2

@O2 The problem is with VoLTE switch not appearing for O2 eSIM. It appears for the other physical sim and I didn’t enable it. I want to enable it for O2 because it’s the one I use for data and calls. That link doesn’t help

@O2 This has lead me to ask for contact with a senior member of staff or their complaints procedure to which I have been ignored. Over the moon I’ve been a customer for the best part of 20 years!
