@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@sean_simo @O2 It's buried away in their terms and conditions. Sadly, the o2 staff don't seem to have a clue about their own products. Totally agree that advertising such a poor service when roaming in the USA is pretty misleading.

Over the last week several times and today for 2 1/2 hrs battling with @O2 customer service….. cut off umpteen times 😡 I just want to sort out my account. How difficult can this be!!! Has anyone else had such poor service from O2, if so any tips to get it sorted?

@Trystanian @O2 Totally agree although they swear they don’t on the phone… several times… @O2 please see above the issue is not restricted to me apparently. Travelling again soon, hopefully you addressed this by then. I would also hazard a guess that it’s even less based on my experience.
