@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 I am a personal customer but when I tried to leave O2 you offered me a business contract as it was the only way you could offer me a good enough deal to stay, if I was told at the time I could lose out on things I would have just left!

@O2 5G never seems to work when in/around Hull City Centre. Have to turn it off and revert to 4G which works ok. Any reason why please? Thanks

@virginmedia another day of sketchy Internet, 4th tweet in as many days about this. Down for a solid 3hrs this afternoon and last night connection was so bad I was forced to WhatsApp call over 4G (that's on @O2 ) as no @virginmedia broadband!

@O2 Obviously if i leave my area it will slightly improve but in my home the signal is disappointing way disappointing
