@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@clairew11864401 @O2 I got some through the app around 10.30 took a bit to get on just kept refreshing then purchased some with no problem through gigs and tours, I didn’t need a code it just let me purchase them as went on through my 02 Priority app

@MrsGleeson2 @O2 Question is, how did the Touts get the tickets? I think every O2 customer tried to get access via the app and was completely shut out (including myself). It's interesting to find out, how these buyers got access? Absolute farce @O2

@O2 Prime example why 02 are ****! Been with them 15 years ,only good thing was the o2 priority and it crashed on the busiest day, **** signal all the time, can’t wait to leave

@O2 Changed to o2 to reduce my virgin media bill, what a mistake service poor no reception, but hey after Peter Kay tickets I now have priority bonus! What a joke shambles of a company there as bad as the scumbag ticket touts modern day crackheads!

@O2 You should be ashamed of yourselves promising o2 customers priority tickets when in fact you couldn't even log on to the app because its terrible. How is it that I was on it from 10am Thursday and it didn't even let me log on.
