    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 This may sound really stupid, but how do I do that? I have never had a smartphone or, a tablet, just an old laptop! The iphone is refurbished with no instructions don't know what any of the buttons are for yet & I can't even figure out how to sent a text/ make a call yet! Sorry!

    @O2 No because I've been able to sign in with no issues on the app/web. There's no error message, it's when I go to sign in through o2 extra email, I put my email and password in, click sign in them nothing happens
