    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @nsandihelp Hmmm…. Unconvinced. Never had/have any problems using hashtags or phone key presses with any other organisation. Spoke to an adviser who said a workaround is to long press hashtag key for 5 secs…..haven’t tried it yet….. @O2 - is this DTMF issue your problem?

    @O2 signal consistent crap in every area and customer services do not want to do anything about except try and fob you off with a phone call in 2-24 hours. Defiantly have to consider moving phone providers and stop paying for this disgusting service. #dontchooseO2 #O2arerubbish

    @O2 Personal customer. Charging 7.20mb is an absolute disgrace. Why can’t you offer daily packages? Literally only want to contact home for a few minutes a day.

    @virginmedia @O2 I’m calling you on average every other day there’s been issues in the tw9 area since beginning of October… every time you call up there’s a pre recorded message.. customer service just talk to you like your stupid and say what can we do ?? It’s a network issue .

    @O2 and just when we thought o2 couldn't sink any lower, they have succeeded again. Your customer service is zero at best, roll on the end of our contracts.
