    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    Trying to get help from @O2 is a nightmare. My number porting should have been done on Thursday but hasn’t and can’t get hold of anyone to speak to!

    @pizzaaaqueeen @O2 There is a good chance of recovering your lost I was scammed twice and I will never get scammed again thanks to autospace cyber1 on Instagram I was able to get my refunds back

    Absolutely disgusted by @O2 and the lack of customer service. Not only overcharging me £600+ whilst on holiday and then turning off my data, but then expecting me to pay £400 of it because they can’t “change a bill once it’s generated”. Be careful everyone! Ridiculous!!
