    @andrewsdenham @Joff_L @O2 They must’ve changed something, have done that for years. Tbh, might move anyway - service is terrible by me - though they still have the best European coverage.

    @O2 seen a deal on uswitch 250gb unlimited minutes and text £15 per month 12 months no increase till next April. Processed the deal did security over they phone and then it says opps something went wrong while on the phone to the security people who pass me to cust service who

    @Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to £10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.

    @O2 got a new Pay as you go SIM card. It's not expired and my phone shows a signal, but when I register the number so I can then top up etc the verification codes aren't coming through. Any advise?

    @O2 - trying to process an upgrade - 02 app keeps telling me to.. Won’t add new Pixel to basket, call Cust Servs..they can’t process..Raise a support ticket..nothing. Cust Servs tell me to visit store.. Store can’t process.. I feel Im being De-Mobiled’ - Is that a thing now?
