    @GarethTurpin @O2 We can decide what phone to use, when we want, but you still can't provide data connection at Bournemouth beach during the summer. Any more than about 100 people and it seems to fail to provide any internet service

    @O2 so far pretty let down by the service. Order phone yesterday, pick store that has stock (13 miles away), text 30 minutes later, they have no stock. Call agent, go tomorrow and collect it, arrive at store, no phone even though they have the phone I want in stock. Genius plan
