@O2 Day 20 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

.@O2 thought you should know someone is calling from 02922715965 offer 40% discount but needs a verification code. The message that comes through is the same one for if you've forgotten your login details. Looks like they're trying to access accounts through this

5 days ago I submitted my payslip to apply for o2 open on an upgraded phone @O2 . It said I'll hear back within 3 days. Nothing. Just tried to webchat with someone but got told 'you're all too busy and to try later'. Help please.

@O2 I've just got a sim only deal and received the sim card but forgot to give my pac code when ordering the sim. Trying to switch it now and the 'keep my mobile number' form now won't submit, can you help please.
