    The @O2 #network has seriously gone passed awful, I’m so disappointed! I’m on holiday on Majorca with data roaming turned on with zero internet. Awful.

    @O2 your call centre staff are rude and don’t understand what you are saying. When asked for a manger I was told I had to wait 24 hours, no help when you have a query they can’t resolve and then cut me off on purpose. Shocking customer service!!!

    @O2 That’s really no help! The top part of Herne Bay has been reported many times but it’s never improved. Canterbury & Faversham have been shocking for ages. It’s as if half the masts have been sold to Three Mobile

    @O2 Avoid this phone. Got this during launch. Bad camera, display tint, auto screen brightness is way aggressive and dims screen heavily. Nothing support = Nothing. Terrible company. I had to do a charge back which got approved.
