    @willyepp @O2 @O2 have become arguably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They messed up am order for me, then still took the money from my account. Nearly a week ago, amd still haven't been refunded.

    I'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

    The @O2 and @virginmedia online account process is the worst UX I've ever experienced. Whoever was in charge of pulling these services together needs sacking and blacklisting. Joke.

    Hands down the most useless customer service ever . @O2 you message them, they tell you to dm them and then ignore your message and do sod all to help.
