@O2 I left and have a final bill 2 pay. That isnt an issue but what Im having problems with is ur letter that tells me what will happen if I dont pay, or what to do if I’m having problems paying but not actually how to pay as I can no longer use my o2 as Im no longer a customer!!

Hey @O2 , you’ve mismanaged the porting of my account, lied to me with every interaction (3 store visits and 15 calls) and now you’ve cut off both of my numbers at the same time as making it extremely difficult to contact you any other way. Any chance of a resolution?

@O2 The items in cart were all from the linked section. The problem wasn’t that it wasn’t taking the discount off, it just wouldn’t accept the code to apply to the cart. In red it said “Oops! The promo code you entered is invalid. Please check the code and try again.”

@O2 Account showing as Wifi Calling active, phone saying it isn't, and when I try to turn on, says contact O2, Rang support, they said reset my phone, done that, no luck, can I get some actual support?

@o2 - failed direct debit, don't re-request, send snail mail and tell you they'll cut you off in 7 days from date of letter. Dated 6th dec arrives 12th dec. Cancel direct debit. Literally any other company - reapply for direct debit amount again a week or so later. 🤯 #stoneage
