So, @O2 think it is acceptable to cut my service when O2 owe me money the UK Ombudsman ordered O2 to pay me as compensation for O2's lousy service. Do O2 really enjoy their lousy behaviour being exposed online?

@O2 . Dear o2, this is a thread on your customer service. I have a contract with your for £10/month. I recently activated a USA travel bolt-on and travelled to the USA for 5 days where I utilised it (I note it included a shockingly bad 0.5mbps speed cap @EE are much better here)

@O2 Day 57 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 When are you going to get around to look at this? I'm at risk of incurring costs from my old mobile company if you don't help me get this port complete soon. Presumably lack of staff is causing this delay so what is O2 doing about that?

@O2 signal has been patchy for months. Received a text Saturday saying it's all sorted. But today it's emergency call only and supposedly going to be like it for a week. No treats from priority, no contact with friends & family, no googling info, can't even book the dentist

@O2 I will just have to try and cancel the contract then because you guys are going to incur me greater charge unfairly by taking days and days to get back to me. Not good. Been a customer a while.
