@O2 When will you fix the code 08 message for Apple Watch plans. 0ver 50 days to fix what should be a simple problem is a bit much. Especially when you are told someone will be in touch 3-5 days and still can’t use my watch fully.

@money2themasses Exactly @O2 will increase by bill by 14% or so but their service has been poor the last year I’ve had to put complaints in about 3 times and they seem to think it’s acceptable to increase bills while offering a poor service and no signs of improving it

Hi @O2 the network coverage to use mobile data at Bristol Broadmead is really poor! The amount of times I've tried to use my bus app to purchase cheaper tickets and can't because of the signal issue

@O2 why do your telephone advisors speak over your customers, then when the customer employs the same tactic, they call them rude? It’s been 5 months to get a refund, it’s only partial. Will be making me switch, also maybe hire less rude staff? #throneoflies #o2priority #lies
