    Getting proper pissed if with @O2 been with them over 10 years but the signal is getting worse. Maybe time to switch.

    @O2 It turns out there was an issue with my call where it just didn't put me in a hold queue it seems (as I got no hold music or "please wait"). So held for 2 and a half hours of ringing. When I redialled was through in 10 mins and the person I spoke to helped massively.

    @O2 please can you explain why you advertise @AirtimeRewards on your app to save money, but calculate & charge VAT on bills before applying these discounts, effectively devaluing whatever you thought you were saving? VAT on £35 should be £7 not £11 - please help me understand...

    @O2 @virginmedia transferred 1 of my 3 numbers to o2 to give me a monthly discount on my bill. Unfortunately they haven't fixed the issue with my connection so I'm moving providers which means there is no point moving 1 of my numbers to you. That link doesn't explain what is day 1?
