    @O2 I also had a technician visit my place to do the wire work in the building through o2- but he refused to help with any FRITZ box setting as he said this was not a part of his job.

    @O2 I am an o2 DE customer but I can't find them on twitter 😭 I tried using the myo2 mobile app suggested to connect the router but it cannot help me after a point. Can I talk to someone in English preferably? any global hotline? email? anything?

    @O2 I have been calling your support line and keep getting thrown out. I have a technical query and can’t get an answer. Not a good customer retention scheme.

    @O2 My signal has been very low on and off and today someone called and it went straight to voice mail. That’s the only issue I’ve had with calls and texts have been fine :)
