@LutzSchueler I’m already speaking to @o2 to try and get support but I’d like to ask you why you launched Volt without proper systems to deliver or training for your staff?

  • psychomania666 PsychoMania (@psychomania666) reported

@grshorwich @O2 I just got standard copy and paste waffle, no actual useful information. Was stood outside the O2 shop in Burnley on Saturday and the 4G was that poor I couldn't even send a photo.

  • dompyone LL (@dompyone) reported

@O2 I’m one of those because your service does not work. Useless as it can be

  • coreyp03 Corey (@coreyp03) reported

@O2 What’s the number to call and speak to the complaints department? Home working isn’t an excuse for poor service!

  • realirish The Irish starvation (@realirish) reported

Anyone know the date @O2 ownership is moving to Liberty (Virgin)? This is definitely on the cards. I've noticed the massive drop in service quality since they merged.

  • JvonJvon Jvon udine (@JvonJvon) reported

@O2 I cancelled my contract and said I wanted to keep my phone as pay as you go which the guy said he would send another sim to do the exchange and I never got the sim and till date nothing I called now for a puk code only to be told I can’t get one cause my contract is cancelled

  • EmathsUK Mark McCourt (@EmathsUK) reported

@O2 No matter how many times I convince myself that your customer service can get no worse, you once again prove me wrong. If you're going to save money by forcing your call centre staff to work from home, perhaps give them systems that don't hang up on customers mid call.

  • realirish The Irish starvation (@realirish) reported

@O2 Your network in Derry no longer has enough data bandwidth for users. No delivery of a new sim card either.

  • grshorwich Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported from Lea Town, England

@psychomania666 @O2 And of course on 3G you do get a reasonable signal but no actual data throughput...

  • grshorwich Godwin Stewart (@grshorwich) reported from Lea Town, England

@psychomania666 @O2 Brace yourself for a string of promises that will never actually materialise...
