@O2 Hi, We have three members of my family on 02 network. For the last two weeks I have tried to get the free odeon tickets on either the Monday or Sunday and the app won't allow me and will say limit has been reached, they are still available as my family can still use theirs

@O2 hi there, I've switched to your network today and everything is fine except iMessage. It's been "waiting for activation" for 6 hours now. Have tried resetting network settings and restarting phone. Any ideas?

@KateLoveTheatre That's rubbish of the staff member, sounds like he couldn't be bothered. I had an O2 staff member in store say their machine was broken to do a data transfer on my phones years ago once he found out what phone I had so definitely lied. @O2 sort out your staff's attitudes please
