    Just a quick reminder to everyone that since @O2 joined @virginmedia they have somehow continued to get increasingly worse and both provide the worst service in their respective fields. Also **** you for using AI chat bots, that loop around countless times.

    @O2 is My O2 down? Whatever Virgin are doing, they have really screwed it up. Took me over 30 minutes of looping to actually register again (as they forced me to do so) and now just getting 404 error trying to login.

    @O2 customer agents give you amazing service. However, the solutions they offer are terrible. I wish I never signed up with O2. They **** up and the only answer they have is; I am sorry about this. And @O2 I don’t need to dm you as no one helps me! #shock

    @O2 Do not bother.........the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! 2 fauly phones in the past year, and now they're refusing to accept any liability. Customer service reps can't speak or understand English, and blatantly lie to you on the phoen 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!

    @O2 I can't link my O2 account to the new VMO2 ID. I get a message saying "Sorry, we couldn't link your account due to an error". I called but they didn't understand. I can't access my online account. Can someone help?
