    @O2 I have been messed around for over a week after paying for an upgrade. Still no phone despite being told to cancel yesterday & that someone would call back this morning. No one did. Now spent 1.5 hrs trying to talk to someone & been cut off 20 times! 2x after getting through!

    Anyone one else finding the waiting times to get through to @O2 Customer Services unacceptable. On Monday 9am up to 15 mins 2pm up to 30 mins 5pm up to 60 mins

    @O2 PLEASE CAN YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE! You haven't sent me a new sim card, but you are happily charging me for my contract. And I can't get through to you - your automated phone line just hangs up all the time. Your service is appalling. Please get in touch to fix this.

    @O2 please help me, shocking service on the phone, my phone is constantly being cut off every single bloody month my bill is paid and up to date, you keep telling me it’s a scam but how can a scam cut you off for owing an imaginary large amount of money, driving me insane now
