@O2 tried for over a week to reach o2 to cancel my daughters contract, with no response, held for over 1 hour. No options available online or via app, seems o2 making things as difficult as possible to cancel, causing a further months charge!

@virginmedia hi virgin. I can get the ultimate volt… but without the sim card as I’m already with @o2 as well…and it’d cost me more than buying the whole bundle. I’ve been a customer 5 years and I’m getting shafted because I’m with both. Shocking.

So I qualify for Volt being a customer of both @virginmedia and @O2, I've applied through my 02 app and heard nothing, any help please ?.
