  I recommend avoiding @O2 as a mobile provider. Cut my services off yet they've gotten payment on 4th. Am told my services won't be restored UNTIL the 13th because they can't "find" the payment. Bank has given them the details they need. Can't even call the doctor, complaint it is

  @O2 how the hell can I wait 8 weeks for my money back, £490 for a sim I don’t even have . Complaint logged, it’s been over 8 weeks, no resolution, told by o2 to contact ombudsman but they don’t even deal with you. Get it sorted FFS

  @O2 - mast not working properly in SW17 9PP. When will it be fixed? The local Church is without its Internet. The website has been saying the engineers are working on it, but there are no further updates.

  @O2 Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Call up regarding my locked account, had this issue since 18th of March. The cheek of the lady to try and sell me an Apple Watch. 😬

  @JeffArnoldX @O2 I’m the same been a loyal customer for 15 years and they can’t offer me a decent sim only contract to stay with them, yet can new customers get offered far better deals and they won’t match it

  Dear @O2 I’ve just spent 24 hours in Llandudno I can’t believe in 2026 your network had virtually zero coverage. I only managed to find my hotel as I knew it was near a pub and I logged onto the pubs WiFi to download a map of the area. This is not acceptable
