  @GoldenGatsby @O2 Thanks for getting in touch. About 3 weeks ago I stopped getting texts that were for 2FA to my O2 phone. I got in touch with O2 and they said it was a known issue they were working on. It’s been working intermittently since… I’m all ears to work arounds :-)

  @O2 why the scam and misleading customers. I have upgraded, cannot access my account or claim #samsung chromebook. Customer services couldn't help. Need to complain and close account!

  @Declorated_ @O2 I ordered a doro off 02 and was promised a free ******** and it never arrived so I had to go to the pound shop. ridiculous behaviour for a high end company
