    Been with @O2 for years and never known such disgusting customer service. Selling upgrades knowing full well they don’t have to phone in stock and then saying they can’t do anything else. Joke

    People should know… if you transfer your number to @O2 then you better leave it there for the length of your contract or moving it will terminate it. Service in Nottingham so awful it makes little odds but they act like the #mafia never knew this would be allowed in 2022.
