@O2 I believe it’s everyone in the local area as I’ve asked a few people. EE seems to be unaffected, again. The service has been appalling around here for O2 for ages. Barely get 3G most of the time. Where do I stand to leave and move on?

@O2 rang your customer services last night to see why my service has been appalling for the past few months, to which I’m told there’s no issue and I need a new sim card (current one is just a year old). I’ve had barely any service today and for the past two hours no signal 😡
