@O2 how is it our family has zero signal (usually 4G) but apparently “our network can get busy in this area” #bordon (a small town). Can’t log a fault or get thru to any O2 agents on the app. I know a storm is underway but just accept network faults and not fob off customers

@virginmedia Perhaps a joined up approach might be worth it with @O2 customer services? Network Update: Ws13 7ru, Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. Looks like a phone mast near to you isn't working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are on the case... Disappointed 🤨

List of companies on my **** list. @O2 supposed to live in a good coverage area. Only get intermittent Internet and miss most phone calls. @OpenreachHelp useless infrastructure. Couldn't fix a 10 piece puzzle. @PlayStationUK does not send emails. At all.
