    @Ofcom @O2 Just tried to port my number away from o2. The method via text doesn't work. You can't do it via your o2 account on the website and the phone method closes at 21:00. 02 service is pathetic and designed to keep you on their network. FIX IT.

    @O2 hoping you can help. I need a replacement sim. I can’t call as I don’t have a working sim. The chat says they can’t get me a replacement unless I can receive a text. Can’t receive a text as I don’t have a sim. Can’t go to a store either so hoping you know a different route!

    @O2 your payment system still don’t work it’s been a week what are you guys playing at. So many people have complained and you still won’t accept it is not working.
