One week since I just went into @O2 to "Change my tarriff" because I needed a little bit more data per month and two failed sim swaps later they've now seemingly cut off the number I want to keep and closed my account. Disgraceful customer service. I need my number active.

@O2 I am in the middle of a GDPR complaint and had the misfortune to talk to your manager Ben today who said there was no GDPR breach and O2 do not have a DPO. Can you confirm you do not have a DPO?

Upgrading with @O2 has never been easy, and im genuinely starting to wonder if it is worth sticking with them through another headache. Blocked from upgrading because the link sent to me did not work, and now going to need to wait up to 2 more days to get a phone that works.

@O2 will you do something about your service, im fed up of trying to use my internet and getting on my phone unstable connection, can barely make phone calls anywhere you literally have to be the worst provider out of them all, No chance being connected for Christmas!!
