    The @o2 technician never came and internet just worked (as expected).. but only for a few hours. We called and after the usual unnecessary dance of resetting & rebooting, the rude tech support guy tells us that a technician needs to come on Mon 😡

    @O2 heya is there a reason i came into ur shop for help and instead they've just took my money n then stuck me on the phone to customer service line (where am currently on 30 min of hold) instead of having one of the 5 staff members help????? like what was the point of coming in

    It's amazing @O2, that when you order a new phone and have to wait 4 weeks and counting, that your current phone's signal and internet ability suddenly becomes shite and slow as ******* mince. Concidence ?

    @CTSI_UK could I please have some advice regarding @o2 and their fraudulent sales activity - they are refusing to provide a returns envelope or solution holding out until the 14 day period is over to retain contract.

    @O2 Hello, yes I am aware of that but I did not use my phone on the days they are saying I did in my bill. In fact I could not get a mobile signal at all so if I ever did use my phone it was when I had WiFi only. I feel completely ripped off after being a loyal customer for years.

    @coops_92 @O2 I am with EE, I only have an O2 number for O2 priority, I was considering switching to O2 but definitely won't be now, EE customer service is so much better

    @O2 hello useless. Have you sacked all of your customer service team? As no one seems to have been available all week. You’re quick enough to send me promotional rubbish via text and email, but when I need to speak to someone, you all seem to be having a coffee or a pastry.
