    @O2 why is it I’ve tried for 7 months to cancel my contract but you never respond to my emails, my calls are always cut & I can’t access my account... sort it out and stop charging me!!!!

    @O2 No that is not what I asked. I selected Amazon prime video as my perk but as I already had Amazon Prime I had to cancel this to take up my free offer. However this is not the full Amazon Prime which was not made clear. So yes it’s free rather than £5.99 - but lost full Prime perk

    @O2 But it doesn't as no monies or pending amounts show on my bank account like other services I use certainly do. Think it's time to change to an upto speed / date network service i can rely on as I am a very good customer with high bills every month.

    @O2 I ordered an apple series 6watch for my husband as I have one .I stupidly ordered him one on my o2account which cleared my account .I want d separate one for him I’m now out of pocket by £507.please please help.I’m awaiting reply via chat but nothing yet.
