    @O2 Please help me. I have woken up to no network on my phone and when I restarted it I then got a message "SIM 2 not provisioned" I don't have two SIMs, just one. I urgently need my phone. I am registered disabled with life limiting conditions.

    Disappointed with @O2. I’ve spent 4hrs on calls this week trying to resolve an issue. I’ve had contradictory information, multiple transfers & promised callbacks that never happened. Due to the repeated failures, the only reasonable option now is to allow me to leave penalty-free

    Hey @o2, specifically #o2priority when you do a presale, app sends me to #Ticketmaster. When I'm there Ticketmaster sends me back to the Priority app to get tickets. I mean talk about keeping an idiot busy here but this does not get me tickets to BICEP. FML

    @O2 @pethard_connor FOUR DAYS WAITING FOR U TO SORT THE ISSUE. TRY RESPONDING TO DMS I SENT OVER 19 HOURS AGO AND GRT THIS SORTED. I will be taking this further

    @O2 why do I have to raise a complaint just to get an issues resolved when your app glitches and I end up purchasing 2 bolt ons I don’t even need. You state that the purchase follows a text or email regarding the purchase and how to cancel but I didn’t receive anything. Very poor
