Do @O2 wanna sort the signal in Selby out? It’s become non-existent over the past few months. Started using a carrier pigeon. It’s more reliable. Will be changing networks when my contracts up next month

Been with @O2 for 13 consecutive years (no idea why) and I can’t believe how bad the network has become in that period of time. If you’re anywhere with even the smallest crowd you can forget about any decent signal.

@O2 Absolutely shocking customer service, online chat is busy so keep getting diverted to O2 app. O2 app tells me to ring 202. On hold for 25 minutes then while answering security questions I get cut off! Final straw your WhatsApp service also tell me to call 202!!! Awful service

Thieving gits @O2 have increased my daughters mobile costs by 17% having only taken contract in Feb. How do they justify it apart from greed, exploitation and extortion. Signal isn’t even good on M42, so not being spent on infrastructure. @MartinSLewis
