    @O2 how does one get hold of customer service if they cannot get their phone to call anyone because it randomly stopped working… tried using my work phone but because it’s not the phone it’s like climbing Everest, aka extremely difficult

    @O2 Dear friend colleagues My experience o2 has been the worst I have ever had with a mobile network. My advice, do not event move to o2. They make it very very hard to leave. Wasted so much time on customer service. They deliberately end calls or delay work. It’s a scam!

    @O2 ringing to cancel a SIM card is absolutely awful! I had a SIM card on my account for my Nan’s use - sadly need to cancel as she passed away 2 weeks ago. Very uncaring / unsympathetic staff on phone. Ridiculous!

    @wildfiresmm @O2 Their customer service is infuriating. They can't/won't tell me when it will be available. Yesterday evening, I was told by an advisor to just wait, and the online chat was ended on their side.

    @virginmedia there’s nothing wired to the router as far as i’m aware. We have Virgin TV with our broadband, that’s been ok but as soon as I leave the room the WiFi router is in, the connection just goes and as I say my @O2 signal is a joke where I live so I have nothing. It’s getting annoying

    @VodafoneUK @O2 @Ofcom Why is Ealing Broadway Station (and pockets in the surrounding area) a mobile data black hole? It has been for years. And nobody seems particularly interested in addressing the problem.

    @O2 invasive ask your salary when you get a mobile phone contract. I have never had any other service provider do this. If you need access to 02s network without the invasive data collection you can use giffgaff or tesco instead.
