    @O2 hiya hoping you can help as the online site it slow assuming cause of the new iPhone 17 pre orders. If I upgrade an iPad to a phone will it come with a new SIM card? As the iPad sim is just data and texts & no minutes I believe or will I need to upgrade in store. Thank you

    @BPCP91 @O2 I hit the order and pay when it was 19th September and it kicked up an error message saying something was wrong with ny switch up details and told me I had to empty basket and start again, website just was not working so decided to do it over the phone but after nearly an hour on hold by the time we went through everything on the phone it had changed to up to 3 weeks but email confirmation said delivery on 19th and MyO2 tracker said 19th but not long had an email telling me date has changed to up to 2 weeks however MyO2 tracker still says delivery date 19th

    @O2 Yes, I would really like to waste more of my time trying to get through. Either your website team are all off on holiday, or they need sacked. Shocking service. Now no doubt the delivery time will be several weeks.

    @OmgItsJordd @O2 Thank you, so if I do the upgrade online I should get the option to select a new sim to be sent with the phone? Never upgraded iPad/tablet to a phone before.

    @O2 I take it the O2 switch up is the biggest scam going or I am being lied to...tried to swap the phone, found "damage" to the phone, later when questioned since I have photo evidence this was not damaged and confirmed but still finding other reasons to not carry out the swap!!

    I have to say… @O2 the WORST when it comes to upgrading. You have to have a better system in place. As it’s the same issue every single year. 🤯

    @O2 I received a blue Monday voucher for pizza express and when attempting to use it the code didn’t register and was not valid. Restaurant never had this happen before and was quite embarrassed.

    @O2 my phone won’t let me get past o2 switch up - it’s agreed to the switch up I get to the final check out page and there is an issue with my “switch up selection” by there isn’t.. and I have never used my switch up until today…
