@O2 Hello O2, I purchased a Samsung 21 Ultra from yourselves about a year ago. I have since changed networks due to coverage issues. It seems O2 have baked settings into my phone that a factory reset does not remove. Please advise how I can remove your unwanted settings and apps.

@O2 following on from the disaster of yesterday I am still unable to login to priority app. Either passcode doesn’t work or when it does it resets and asks for my mobile again. Not a great experience! And yes I’ve deleted and reloaded app

@O2 Please can you sort the Priority App out, since the crash yesterday, my app hasn’t worked properly, trying to login, sends me a code enter the code kicks me straight back to the login page again. It’s getting annoying now.
