    @O2 Just had a look at it says everything is fine, its usually when im at work i have 0 bars of signal even though im connected to wifi. I will try to turn my phone on and off 👍🏻

    @O2 A mast has been down in my area since the beginning of April.I get daily updates for ongoing works and the deadline gets further away. This is causing me not to be able to use my mobile data, minutes or texts that I pay for.Will I get a discount due to this until it is fixed?

    Here you lot. Be careful with @O2 . I was sold a tariff for the boys phone that didn’t exist. “It will say 10gb of data but it’s really 30gb - special deal”.. Only to be told “that’s not true” by another o2 worker. Who diz that??? @O2 do that! Piss poor behaviour

    I DM'd you as requested @O2 and replied to the email address you supplied. I haven't had a reply! Sad times for customer service and promotions....maybe it was just a marketing ploy!
