    @AnythingRugbyy @EnglandRugby @O2 Shame it's not capped for Kenners though. Either way MS15 isn't the problem at all here. Tom Curry must be praying for death or the beach and Ford probably needs a break also.

    @O2 Hi O2. Could someone please ask the Complaints Team to review complaint reference C-2805267674? The complaint was acknowledged on 29 May with a 28-day investigation timeframe, but I've not yet received a substantive response despite following up by email. Thanks.

    @MaryxSSS @O2 it’s actually awful now if it wasn’t already before i didn’t think it could get any worse, miss the days of the free greggs hot drink and pizza every week 🥲 really got me through my uni days

    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address
