    @O2 Thank you but these are just platitudes. How can it take 8 days to fix a broadband fault? You tell me there is ‘good mobile coverage’ here for O2 but there is none and hasn’t been for years and yet your charges increase! All talk and zero action! @Ofcom @MartinSLewis

    ****** off now been with @O2 for years and the last two weeks I’ve had no service and things only work when I’m connected to WiFi. Can’t ring them to sort it and trying to do a complaints form and even that won’t sodding send

    @O2 this is why I left o2. My partner has a business and his customers are saying they can't get through to him. It has been over a week. The £10 refund is not enough. Can you just fix the mast please?

    @O2 I’ve been a customer of Yours since the start and cannot believe I still can’t access 5G on my phone and that my 4G is pretty much nonexistent?! Please sort this!
