    2 Saturdays in a row now my @O2 data speeds have been basically non existent despite full Signal bars and it being fine every other day. Network stats say no problems in my area but something is definitely going on here! Looking at leaving them now! #O2 #data #4g

    @O2 can’t wait for my contract to be up so I can leave. Don’t usually moan, but not help whatsoever! I can’t afford £250 a month for two phones and a tablet.

    @O2 I have been locked out of my02 for four months now. I have called o2 numerous times, visited o2 stores, raised complaint and EVERYTIME I get told issue will be resolved in 3-5 days, you will get a call back etc. Its been 4 months. PLEASE HELP

    Hey @O2 - If I send you a written complaint, the correct thing to do is to reply in writing. You should not be trying to call me about it.

    Was on Vodafone for 15 years plus, very few issues. Been on @O2 for a few months and it’s absolutely shocking. Coverage appalling, phone cuts out part way through calls regularly . Paying for a service I’m not receiving. Avoid at all costs!

    @O2 I pay £12.50 Sim only for my wife's phone...bit of a rip off....poor coverage...30G mobile data that doesn'twork...should've gone with @lebara
