Andy Mac (@Andy__Mac) reported@O2 @DonBramfoot you must be aware of the sheer volume of calls purporting to be from yourselves? I hang up and block (or play about and waste their time for 20 mins). But surely you should have the resources to get these clowns loacated and banged to rights.

There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!

Shammoz (@Shammoz) reported@O2 2 weeks ago I ordered a Rolling Sim only plan from you. Sim arrived 3 days later. Its now day 10 and we cannot make calls or texts because the plan you sold is broken. WHY? Do I need to go to @Ofcom to report you or are you going to fix it? Selling deals you cannot provide.
