@O2 Why is my reception so rubbish? My wife is on 3 and her internet is more than twice as fast and not just at home - everywhere! It’s not a device issue or a temporary reception issue, or a dead spot. It’s just absolute rubbish. Absolutely everywhere.

@O2 @o2 for a comms company you are very difficult to speak to. Tried to call you 3 times today and each time you said you were too busy and cut me off. Terrible customer service. "We're O2. We’re available 7am-10pm (8am-8pm weekends) and 24/7" bullshit

@O2 Hi, how do I get you to stop emailing me someone else’s mobile phone bill? I love other people’s personal information but I get so much that I have to cut down. Not verifying an email *before* sending personal info is a really big security hole. GPDR?

@O2 No it been really bad now for over a year, I am forever reporting it to our local branch (o2 north Swindon orbital) and nothing happens. The network app originally reported a problem and now it say the network is constantly saying it’s busy….
