@lisajaneloves @O2 Exactly what I say ,can't run a network and give people what they pay for, let alone try and sell tickets for huge events .Sort it out o2 ,supply decent network coverage and let tickets be sold out through the big boys ,not the wannabes

@idlewildgirl @O2 Have you tried switching 5g off? O2 have a real capacity issue. But downgrading can just make it work. Phone signal itself should be ok.

@LilHay @O2 It is yeah, I think they’re hoping we just give up and go onto live chat or ring O2. They give us false hope that they’ll reply to our query but never do. So much for replying ASAP… “as soon as possible” 😕🫤
