    @LesTwigg @O2 Funny how the sim can receive signal from various masts, yet fails to work on the internet? BBC website loads, but search engines don't. Thanks for the heads up

    @O2 trying to cancel my mums phone contract who has gone into a nursing home with dementia to be told you need to speak to mum. I explained again my mum has dementia to be told will need power of attorney. Your staff are so insensitive at such a difficult traumatic time.

    @O2 yet again shocking service. Why do we bother to pay our bills. The customer service is just shocking and my phone is yet again dropping out as their are issues

    @MrBananaStand @O2 Ring your bank and tell them you want to cancel a 'Continuous Authority' let them know you've attempted to contact O2 to cancel and you can't as you no longer have access to the account

    @O2 @o2businessuk I'm not sure what's going on with you at the moment, but your customer service atm is truly shocking. All of your comms channels are broken - I'm trying to upgrade, and it's impossible to speak to anyone
