    @O2 has totally lost it ! Anybody else thinks like I do ? Charged me £2,000 this year and the service I required and paid for did not work when i needed it !

    @SophiePrestonHa @O2 We need to look at gdpr again!! Data calls are apart of the problem along with spamming data calls.. Do you think it’s possible time to change from over seas call centres need to be replaced?? we should be able to ask the government to fix it?? They overstepped with no accountability to everyone personal information abroad

    The UK phone company @O2 doesn't properly validate email addresses and sends customer info to other random people if they sign up with the wrong email. Contacted them twice and they haven't stopped sending me all this customer's personal information.

    Good afternoon @O2. We continue to have absolutely zero telephone reception in Burley New Forest BH24 4BA? You told us last year the ‘issue’ had been resolved. It has not been resolved. Can you look into this please?

    @O2 @sheritzy The coverage checker doesn’t fix the problem or does it? Seeing too many customers complaining about O2, it’s very sad. I’m glad I’ve changed my package

    @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

    @O2 My number ported over yesterday and I’ve topped up by £20 but I cannot link my o2 account to my number so I cannot choose the bundle I need. I’m on a £10 rolling plan so I’m just getting charged for data. Customer services can’t help and o2 store can’t help. Absolute shambles 😡
