    @O2 I keep receiving login requests by emails from various places across the country, pretty much every day/early hours. I've got MFA set up and know my account is secure but what can I do to stop this happening please?

    @O2 @LutzSchueler (1/2) I'm having a hard time with your CS. Have had an Apple Watch issue since March. I couldn't buy through you. Had to go elsewhere which I didn't want. Now, it won't connect to network. Desperate to resolve before baby arrives next month for some independence

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.
