    @bluegaschris @O2 It’s got so bad hasn’t it? I am in the process of cancelling my contract with them. I have been with them since it was btcellnet 21 years ago and in the last 9 months it has turned to 💩

    @O2 Day 24 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 I have unlimited data with normally good signal where I live but the network has been out since last night in TW7 - any updates on when this issue will be fixed? Please don’t ask me to look at network tips I’ve already done so

    @O2 OK, what's going on? This is to top up over the phone. I want to know why I cannot use my online account. Also, has my £10 a month top up for mins etc ended? Please help.

    @O2 you really need to improve your data service at Gatwick Airport. 3 bard, 4G service and it can't even update twitter/Facebook or download a podcast. Been this way for years. I work at the airport and its deplorable. #badservice #O2poorservice
