    @O2 have just switched from 3, so far waiting 6 days for my number to transfer over. Just been told they have no idea when this will happen. Terrible service, concentrate on your customers not your advertising! Disgusted

    . @O2 so nobody again dealt with my complaint. I called to actually find out no formal complaint had been raised. No one could answer why I hadn’t been contacted by the 4 previous managers that should have called me. A formal complaint was logged and yet again no response!!!!

    @O2 I have no signal and no Internet unless I am connected to WiFi. I can't make it receive any calls as my phone is saying that its not registered on a network. I have not changed any settings and have tried updating and restarting my phone. None of this works
