@O2 I've been in touch, of course it took them more than the 48 hours you have to cancel payment for them to get back to me with proof of the "screen burn". A quick look at trustpilot and your own community forums shows this is a blatant SCAM. Not chuffed.

Hi @O2 I got a new sim, but I cannot log in to my account via the app to top-up, and the top-up does not work over the phone or via the website. Looking through forums', you need to reset my account for me to get onto the app. Can you please help?

@O2 I’ve just upgraded to an iPhone 13 which I’ve set up with no problems. The box included a new SIM card, do I have to use the new one or carry on with my old SIM card? Also how do I enable 5G?

@O2 Mobile signal in Peterborough has been terrible for about a month now, service status says 'Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working as well as we would expect.' How has this not been fixed yet? Got 90GB data plan and can't use a single bit!

@O2 Hi there, your network checker says its completely fine but I can assure you it isn't. The representative in the o2 store said she had received a number of complaints herself from family and friends.
