    @O2 Thank you for getting back to me. After nearly a week of trying (and failing) to get anywhere she eventually managed to buy a new phone in an O2 store and have her cards unblocked. All very stressful and unnecessary so she will make an official complaint when she has time!

    @kaznyemh @dbcxptures @O2 When I was in Cornwall the other week, I got really good signal, in fact I got the fastest speed test done using mobile data that I’ve ever had.

    @O2 Any one else having problems dealing with you @O2 Over 2 months my daughters phone hasn’t been able to receive or send I or text messages Don’t seem to care Tried to escalate complaint But complaint form don’t work
