    @O2 why can’t i suddenly receive texts from organisations. This problem only started this week. iPhone 13 been on o2 for years. It’s not my settings. Any ideas please?

    @O2 How crap is your MY O2 App I've been trying to upgrade my daughters phone (the contract is in my name) ALL DAMNED MORNING all I've consistently had is "oops something has gone wrong" I've had enough and after being with O2 for probably over 20 yrs I'm leaving

    @O2 Another worrying call for someone claiming to be from O2 advising my sim is no longer usable and anew one would be delivered tomorrow. Have had about 10 similar calls! However previous callers didn’t call me a M….F…..when I declined. Please help @O2

    I'm on @O2 When I leave the house I expect zero signal until I next get to Wifi. They appear to have given up maintaining their cell infrastructure.

    @nickrenshaw5 @O2 @ajgbarnes I've got an issue last couple of days and never had a problem seems to be issues in certain areas they need to get this resolved it's messing things up

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis
