@O2 Hi guys, like many others… you continue to fail to port my number over. This has been going on since last week. I am missing all sorts of things and there appears to be no end in sight. How long can this continue?!

@coops153 @Joe_Guy @O2 How many hours have been wasted making pointless calls to their call centres, who are obviously not informed of the issue and all seem to simply waffle on the spot

I ported my number to @O2 on 18th October and it’s yet to be completed fully (still don’t receive texts…). FYI @Ofcom having to phone for updates every 2 days and still no real update on the issue or resolution timeframe.

@O2 Thank you, I’m now aware that your technical issues are the reason that I have no service. Will you compensate users for the outage that has been ongoing for over a week?

@O2 How about you offer customers better signal quality and not pocket our money and offer just 3G or EDGE!!!

@Grahamfire67 @O2 Thanks Graham, good point well made, will try to remember that, and stick with the old phone that I'm only upgrading because it's a couple years old and the battery doesn't last as long as it used to. First World problems eh?

@EdgeGavin @virginmedia I feel like I’m going mad. I have to explain the problem over and over again because they’re so awful at their job. Still take the full payment each month for our non working broadband. I’m also doing the same with @O2 and funnily enough, same parent company 🙃

@HoulihanFinn @lisagarb @O2 9 days! That’s ridiculous, I thought mine was bad enough. I was led to believe was a new issue but that obviously isn’t the case. The amount of false information I’ve been given is shocking.
