    @O2 The service you have provided me since joining a family contract a month ago has been absolutely shocking. I have spent over 10hrs on the phone, with no resolution, had all our SIMs cancelled without being told so, and dealt with clueless and unhelpful customer service reps.

    Good afternoon @O2. We continue to have absolutely zero telephone reception in Burley New Forest BH24 4BA? You told us last year the ‘issue’ had been resolved. It has not been resolved. Can you look into this please?

    @O2 @ad_moran4 💯 stay away from O2, signal is woeful everywhere. Sort your deal out with EE, you will regret it if you go to O2. I had loads of issues and raised incident tickets and they just kept saying there was nothing wrong. Useless network
