    Just heard back from @O2 that it will cost me £232.92 to replace my phone. I hoped my 20 years as a customer & the circumstances of my being ill & in hospital would make them be a bit more flexible, but no. I am truly stuffed. I have to keep on paying for a phone I don't have.

    @O2 has the WORST voice AI system. It asked me for my password but couldn’t understand my Northern Irish accent. All I wanted to do was speak to a human being about my problem.

    @O2 Sorry no :(. There must be a technical issue your side as the phone is the same and the only difference is that you've integrated 5G near us

    Hey @O2 how do I raise an issue about a delivery? It’s not you, it’s the courier you’re using, they are not able to help

    Wait, so not only does @O2 not support eSim Quick Transfer, they’ve also run out of ‘stock’ of eSims because they only do physical printed versions. Maybe someone should tell them what the ‘e’ is supposed to stand for in eSim. Would providing an esim pack via pdf be that hard?
