    @O2 myself and my husband had to walk out of your Trafford Centre Manchester store today after the worst customer service, contracts paid out. Wanted to renew 2 of our 3 contracts but the service was so bad we left 😳

    When you reach out to @O2 for help and they ghost you leaving the door open to scammers to impersonate them (see suspended accounts in replies) Glad to be gone after 33 years as a Cellnet / O2 customer.

    @O2 Since virgin media came along ive been unable to use the O2 app to look at my account after a few phone calls to raise this issue & told the issue will resolved yet nothing also i don't have virgin media please can you get on with resolving this issue ?

    @O2 Hi, I have been in Guadeloupe, French West Indies since February 23rd 2026. I got a text saying I have a maximum of 25 GB of roaming allowance included in my tariff. My 02 app doesn't work anymore so I can't monitor my usage. Can you help me see where I am at?
