@O2 @SamsungMobile Thank you for scamming my mum and dad. Stay away from 02. Worst company in UK. 02 left a missed payment on her credit file even though my mum and dad never received the phone. It has been 3 months where is the phone?? Your customer service department is so bad.

@o2 and @Virgin your service is bloody shocking. Two days I’ve had no internet while I wait for an engineer and even my mobile data keeps flipping to 3G when I spend £80 a month on a stupid iPhone 13pro. I remember when o2 wanted to be known for the best customer service

I have never felt so upset and sick after a phone call with a customer services department. 4 weeks I have been trying to resolve a mistake @O2 have admitted was theirs. Now a rude customer services person. #O2dobetter #Awfulcustomer
