    @O2 appreciate your help. Not able to get through anyone on the chat. I've already paid my bill and got a notification to pay again. This needs to be resolved and corrected in your system that is sending me reminders.

    @O2 I did that yesterday but got bogged down in setting up a virginmedia/o2 account rabbit hole. It was a nightmare. There are no new notifications there.
