    @O2 what is happening with your coverage ? Thats the last few weeks i can't make or receive calls whilst in my own home. PA3 postcode area. Never had a problem before!

    I left you @O2 for @SMARTYMobileUK because your mobile data is atrocious. There's an issue in my area that hasn't been resolved even after 2 weeks. Smarty, I hopeyou can provide me with a reliable Internet connection which O2 cannot fulfill.

    @O2 If I’m in the EU on a pay monthly tariff, are calls/sms to landlines/mobiles in the country I’m in taken from my inclusive minutes/texts or charged as if I was in the UK (i.e. an international call/SMS). The wording on your Help pages is a bit ambiguous.

    @O2 the mast has been down in L39 since Thursday last week and isn’t due to be fixed until 31st, will you be refunding us for this time we haven’t been able to make calls or send texts?

    @O2 Thanks for replying. 3 bars 4g and the service is terrible, there has been a definite decline in quality of service.
