Trying to join @O2, a saga in several million parts. After 20 years it was time to change provider. O2 were so much cheaper this time round. I needed to transfer three lines. No problem, I though. First up the website said I couldn’t do multiple lines and had to call… 1/

@O2 Do you no longer split the device and the airtime plan? My wife and I can leave in three weeks but no deal is really appealing. Were going to stay as we are but with the device paid off I don’t want to pay £45.63 each. Just had an email saying it’s going up not coming down

@O2 That’s what I use when I’m home but if I’m out doing the school run , going to work etc I’ve missed many calls because of shocking signal
