despite repeated assurances over three weeks, @O2 has failed to remove the fraud bar on my phone, leaving my service unusable. I have made multiple calls, store visits, and raised a complaint that was wrongly closed. I require immediate resolution or I will escalate legally.

@O2 your "customer services" start calls with "hi dear" Do you think that's appropriate? It would be inappropriate if they were competent. As they are not, struggle to speak intelligible English and cannot resolve issues, it's particularly offensive.

@O2 Migrating from O2 PM to O2 PAYG has taken 7 days so far, 3 phone calls of over an hour each and teams of people who have no idea what they are doing. Your customer service standards are shockingly poor and your back office processes are terrible. I can't wait to leave you
