    Literally sick and tired of @O2 Our area has had zero/10% signal in months. Apparently all is well with the transmitter! Terrible service. They did give me a £10 credit, but I still can't make a call more than a minute without it dropping out. #sortitout #o2

    @O2 why do your call agents keep cutting customers off? Phoned three times today, taking 50 minutes each time through to Retentions, refused access to escalate a complaint - poor customer service - let’s cancel the direct debit payment see if that get your attention

    @O2 terrible service especially 4 new customer. On hold for 40mins yesterday whilst operator checked something. Hung up in the end. Today call transferred, gave up after 20 mins. Not even hold music so didn't even know if in q. Bad service!

    @O2 Hi yes but this issue hasn’t been resolved for over 2 years now. I can’t continue to pay for a service I can’t avail. I’m going to move to another network provider as over 2 years is unacceptable by all standards of the book.
