    @O2 what is going on with your signal, it's always bad, but the last few days have been horrendous, 1-2 bars max even outside of the house!

    @O2 my boyfriend has been on the phone to your customer service for 3 hours today with no resolution. He has no phone signal (in London) since he joined in Jan. He has missed important work emails and calls. Worst service and customer service I’ve ever seen.

    @daviddunninguk @O2 They handed out their customer service section to another organisation (Virgin Media I think) and it’s been an absolute bin fire ever since.

    @O2 It isn’t just my area. I travel the three counties of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. The network coverage in all these areas are suddenly poor

    @O2 I tried everything including calling your customer service but I've purchased elsewhere because your call centre could not help me either.
