    The service I've received from @O2 absolutely disgusting trying to sort an issue and speaking to someone it was very difficult to understand which makes it more frustrating one that talk too fast with a heavy accent.

    @andrewsdenham @Joff_L @O2 They must’ve changed something, have done that for years. Tbh, might move anyway - service is terrible by me - though they still have the best European coverage.

    You tweet @O2 asking for help after your phone has been stolen on holiday. You receive a public facing, sympathetic response asking you to message privately. You do and... nothing. You can't help thinking it's glossy PR. Either there's nobody there or they don't care

    @O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.

    @O2 I'm absolutely pissed off with O2 i can't log in to my app as its asking for virgin media login details which I don't have an account with 2 calls to customer services & just a waste of time
