    @O2 :- it is a disgrace that central Swindon is not covered by 5G and that 5G+ is only useable outdoors in selective parts of the town centre. Worse, since you started to migrate to 5G parts of my house in Old Town, Swindon are dead zones. A premium rate demands premium service.

    @O2 @Gary_Polley I dont beleve owt o2 say anymore ..dm is rubbish .still no reply after a month ..and a bill for a service i was told 3 times had finished ..

    Every other week @O2 tells me they’re improving the network in my area and every time it mysteriously gets worse. Weird

    I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.

    What the hell has happened to @O2 mobile phone coverage over the last few months. The areas where my phone reads No Signal is becoming ridiculous, making my job as a courier virtually impossible, as the GPS continually dropping out

    @O2 @O2 I’d love an update on the three phones I ordered yesterday that I was told would be delivered today… tried phoning the store, your support staff tried phoning the store… and the store did not answer at all! Now “hoping” they’ll be here tomorrow, or at least an update, thank

    @O2 I shall be watching to make sure some trees are planted somewhere, move them so they are not in the way of your equipment, then you don't have to cut them down again.
