    @O2 @paultownsend81 Never is a fault, just poor signal. Now you launch satellite and expect us to pay for that to get better signal.

    @O2 I have been trying to get through I broke my phone and bought a new one I out in my o2 SIM card and I can’t receive text messages hence can authenticate my payments apps I need urgent help

    I’m sick of having hardly no signal and 4G doesn’t work properly! If nothing changes I’ll be cancelling my contact @O2 😡

    I have a case file, the response was to download mytello as your network apparently don’t allow any international calls. I’ll be joining @O2 tomorrow. 10 plus years with sky… cheers 🙄
