@arokorol @O2 Seems expensive but I guess maintaining a network in a warzone is hard. Probably not the biggest hardship someone has suffered in that area today so 🔬🎻🤏

@O2 customer service is awful staff poorly trained and up to one hour and thirty minutes just to upgrade if you’re an existing customer go to a new provider

@O2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

@O2 I wonder if you could help me as I have spent about 5 hours today trying to talk to a person at O2 and all I got was bots. I have lived at my current address for over 6 years, today I got a bill for someone I have never heard of, dated from last year.

@O2 have a multi SIM contract & it is impossible to get a PAC code for one of them despite you being legally required to do so. Text doesn't work for multi SIM and website gets stuck in a loop back to main account page every time. No one has picked up the phone in 3 lengthy calls

@O2 @JustinDiamond16 Many, many people have reported this just on X alone, I have reported it via Customer Service and they’ve opened a ticket and nothing has been done (no surprises there). This has been going on for months and months, if you do manage to get to the section where it asks for your card details choosing the Apple Pay option just spins and spins and then says Apple Pay isn’t available, if you manually enter card details 9 times out of 10 the payment fails. Turn to the IVR system over the phone and payments are successful, a payment reference is read out by the automated system at the speed of light therefore you have absolutely no time to write it down and then said payment just doesn’t reflect on the account. Why you messed around with the billing system I’ll never know, 18 years this year I’ll have been an O2 customer and the previous system was perfectly fine, have you never heard of the phrase “IF IT AIN’T BROKE DON’T FIX IT”?

@arokorol @O2 Force your device onto an Israeli network. “Palestine” does not have agreements with most networks, and the cost per minute/byte is higher than on a cruise ship!!!!

@arokorol @O2 Well that is a piece of **** phone carrier for sure

@O2 There’s zero point. You work with @AXS_UK , a company that chucks you out of the queue in a never ending loop cos it thinks you’re a bot. Meanwhile thousands of tickets already up for resale. Again, they’re not fit for purpose. Things have just got worse since they came along.
