    I’ve never known chew like trying to just get my account sorted with @O2, haven’t even had a phone with them for the last month and a half and I’m getting charged nearly 700 quid that I don’t even owe. And then have the phone put down on me twice while trying to complain

    @O2 The mast that has been taken down in Sutton Coldfield is causing terrible issues on a daily basis . How does O2 expect us to work and keep in touch with old,vulnerable parents without a reliable phone signal ?the next update not expected til 20th April now ? Unbelievable!!😡

    @O2 my mum has a contract phone but has lost it does she have to phone up to report it lost etc or can she call in to a store when they open back up never week
