    @O2 any issues in the fk2 area? The signal is absolutely horrendous right now, not even remotely worth the money paid for it right now 😡😡😡😡

    The only time you can get reliable @O2 signal is by going to Europe. Anywhere in the UK. It will show 4G / 5G and you get naff all. “Maps offline” Music struggles to stream. Horrendous.

    @O2 Won't let me inbox you chat keeps closing but if I get told the mast is down again im gonna scream its all I get told. But any one thinking to join O2 at the moment. I wouldn't bother

    Looking for a new mobile network provider as had enough of @O2 just not working where I want to be. Who actually covers the south of the UK well, particularly the New Forest and Cornwall?

    @O2 No, because I don't answer calls I'm not expecting. If I wanted to discuss a complaint on the phone, I would call you. Written complaints should be responded to in writing, otherwise it feels like you're dodging anything being on the record.

    @O2 are the shittest network company ever! Can’t even get any signal in my own home! I’m expected to pay over £100 a month for **** all! If there was an emergency nobody could get hold of me.

    @ALittleLaw @O2 They are also sending me insane. I've collectively spent over 6hours on the phone to them! And not a solution in sight! I've cancelled my direct debit. Not a penny from me until it's sorted!

    @O2 my account was locked for unknown reasons 2 months ago. 6 calls and 6 promises to sort later it is still locked. You have the worst customer services of any company I’ve dealt with
