    Absolutely disgusted with the service my mum is getting from @O2. She sent my dads phone back for repair and they are saying they haven't received it. She's being passed from pillar to post now between them and @RoyalMail. She has proof of postage but apparantly thats not enough

    @O2 The last update was I spoke to your customer service team last Saturday 22nd May around 9.30am they read all the notes on the system on my account, I was told someone from the complaints team will phone me Monday morning as they where closed Monday came & gone nobody rang 🤬

    Your network performance in my town has been spectacular in its completeness of being entirely ******* unusable. For weeks now @O2 . Don't DM me. I'm not interested. Just paid my bill. This is going to be a ****** relationship for 17months.

    @Ofcom you seriously need to look at @O2 customer services. Almost every call either gets cut off before answering, or mid call. This has been happening since I took their crappy service out in January.
