    How poor is your service my O2 app Been trying to upgrade for over a week all I get is an error message tried going through 202 that was about as useless as your app One more attempt failed in going to EE truly peed off with it now @O2

    I pay for @Spotify premium every month through my @O2 bill. Have done for years without issue. Now being told payment to Spotify has failed and account downgraded. £12.99 still shows on my o2 extras bill. Which of you needs to fix it?

    Hey @O2 you need to do something with the signal in Tenby, Pembrokeshire. It's shocking. 4 bars on 4G and can't connect to anything.
