    @O2 we’re having issues with our O2 signal NN15 area, unable to make calls, when we do they cut off, we are self employed & need our mobiles for work, we have tried turning everything off etc as you have suggested to others but it’s not working. Need this resolved asap please

    @O2 Does anyone find O2’s Data absolutely atrocious these days? I’ve been with them 15 years. Just got a new phone and plan and it’s as bad as I’ve ever known it. Might as well not have data half the time when I’m out. Really bad

    @daviddunninguk @O2 They handed out their customer service section to another organisation (Virgin Media I think) and it’s been an absolute bin fire ever since.

    @O2 Thank you for getting back to me. After nearly a week of trying (and failing) to get anywhere she eventually managed to buy a new phone in an O2 store and have her cards unblocked. All very stressful and unnecessary so she will make an official complaint when she has time!

    @Polymarket @O2 is great for this, 4G, 5G? It's all for nought because none of it works. The worst part, this joke of a network is the best option in my town.
