    @O2 as a customer of O2 for nearly 20 years I am so disappointed. I have been charged for using data roaming at a ridiculous cost, as couldn’t make a call! Sent a DM to resolve and had no reply.

    @O2 what are the current plans for replacing the mast which was removed in East Barnet EN4 last summer? We were told end of Sept and that’s not happened…WiFiCall not much of a help. Shall we leave O2?

    @O2 WARNING, Only be a O2 customer if you want no service, **** customer service who laugh on the phone, hang up on you and break their promise. 10 months no service! 10 days no manager callback. 5 advisors hung up because they can’t help me and their managers can’t be bothered.
