    @O2 I transferred my number on Saturday (O2 to O2 and I still don't have a connection). I've spent about 5 hours on live chat/on the phone and have no indication when this will be resolved. This is unacceptable!! Why am I paying for a phone/service I cannot use??

    Unfortunately. O2 Will not give me my PAC number until I top up another £10 which I will never use as I have a new sim contract. How is it legal for O2 to hold mobile numbers to ransom like this? Isnt the PAC service FREE? @Ofcom @O2

    @nothing @O2 Why not in India,make it available in other shops like Reliance, #Flipkart even returned pre-book amount, it is a worst e shopping centre. Worst customer care.

    @O2 same thing happens every month after I pay my airtime and device plan, still cut off from making calls. Even got a PAYG sim Inthe phone too now getting this hacked off with this service. All because of a Samsung watch that never linked up to the device. Sort it out please
