    @O2 Such a poor customer journey. Agent not empowered to fix the issue. Follows a script that means all my wifi passwords have been deleted knowing that it wouldn’t resolve the problem. Oh and not sold the correct tariff 😡

    @JSjbryning @O2 @LoveIsland Well so why have an issue with my opinion which is based on people who’ve spent 24/7 with them , you think if I record you for 24hrs I Can get footage to paint any narrative I want. In 24hrs no one is smiling 24/7

    The German wifi is the worst ******* internet provider ive ever seen. @deutschetelekom and @O2 are the worst Wifi companies imaginable scamming you for a way higher price than the service provided. I

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing has worked and @O2 has had the bad speeds for 5 years now, it is nothing to do with my settings it is their equipment. I used to work for their supplier and no how slow their deployment of 4g equipment was. There is only @VodafoneUK that is worse and that's not by far.
