    @Ofcom I am getting overcharged by @O2, I have put complaints in, it has been a lengthy process. Was assured a resolution by 25th May. I am still awaiting this and I am no further. @virginmedia this has been an issue since I have been on volt. I need some clarification asap

    @O2 20 years I've been with you & never used anything like my data allowance in a single month This month I go over and BOOM! text me to pay to "bolt on"data at extortionate costs. NOT HAPPENING 😬 #ripoffBritain #trustpilot #telecom @Ofcom Loyalty is a 2 way street REMEMBER THAT

    @O2 all last week and all this week 3G only yet have an iPhone 12 when was with EE never had a problem if I knew I wouldn’t get more than 3G I would of stayed with EE
