    I did get a reply which raised more questions & seems now have to wait a further 48 hours for a response. Tried to call - 45 minute queue - no time to do that at moment. Come on @O2 this new customer is not impressed - you have PAC, porting number should be quick & simple.

    @O2 why have you taken away the Odeon ticket? Also the free drinks on Thursday out of stock within 10 mins, one of the reasons I went with you was Priority but that’s just got so bad! It certainly isn’t for the signal which is the worst in the UK IMO!

    @O2 just had message on my phone - 4G calls switched off...I've googled and found answer to it, I have switched phone off and on gone to settings to check but when i go to Voice and Data i don't have VolTE as ive seen advised, I have a screen saying 5G on 5G auto and 4G help pls

    @O2 @virginmedia each time we call customer services we're told did you log it and call us, it takes a while just to get through to your cust services & I don't have time for that. How are you going to compensate me? This whole week has been atrocious & still is currently

    @O2 Day 109 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
