    @Ginds79 @O2 I've just tweeted then the same. The signal is absolutely awful. I can only get in contact with people if I'm on WiFi. That doesn't help if I'm on my morning commute/after work with no WiFi available and needing to work off my phone! You're not the only one!!

    @O2 @nicka____ I have also sent a Dm which has been ignored. It seems that I am not alone on this….your customer service is not great like the actual phone service you provide.

    @O2 Is this one of your numbers '02038754174'? Not quite sure how you got my number, perhaps when I changed network, away from #O2! I left for a reason! Now with @EE and 1000x better service - the network actually works, who would have thought it!

    @o2 your signal and internet is absolutely rubbish ….. used to be decent but these last 4/5 months it’s slowly got worse and worse….. why?

    @O2 @O2 kept my son's credit on his pay as you go after moving to another network when we were advised as soon as his number went across to the other network he would be refunded in his bank account totally disgusted in this behaviour from o2 I'm now leaving the network to

    @O2 Staff who commit #fraud by upgrading tariffs without permission of the customer & then proceed to do absolutely nothing about it!! Customer Service at it's best...
