@O2 as usual your cust service line goes dead when calling. You’ve messaged to say you’ve cancelled my rolling plan on 18th October- but have taken the monthly DD on the same day. I now can’t make phone calls and only direct is to top up centre. What’s going on???

@O2 #essentialforliving?? What a crock, Your 4g and 5g mobile data doesn't work in the slightest. It can barely load this app, let alone stream audio and Video 🙄

@o2 o2 have just increased their mid contract price increase giving you 30 days to cancel the contract. I might suggest switching to giffgaffs unlimited 18 month contract which is cheaper has more data and no mid contract price increase.

@VueHelp hello a I used @O2 priority app to buy 4 tickets, I paid £14 but never received my email so I could actually book the tickets! @O2 have said they can't help and I'd have to go through yourself! Can I please get a refund or my tickets please?
