    @O2 I’ve checked the website says all fine and carrying out some work the 27th but my 4g is still so **** taking ages to load, and before you tell me to turn my phone on and off again… I’ve done that🙄

    @O2 I have now made an official complaint against you at O2 cos nobody has even attempted to get back to me about the issue raised, I have also been given legal advise saying I can stop my DD and not suffer bad credit

    @RocketSteve @O2 It happens to me everyday I’m currently seeking legal advice as I’ve had problems and reported them for the last 18months and last week my daughter needed to get hold of me and could t because the call would not go through they are a joke of a company

    @O2 I would like to make a complaint regarding charges for an add on, for @amazonmusic and @disneyplus, I have been wrongfully charged and your site isn't great for making a complaint. If I had a subscription out directly with the companies above they could deal with the issue.

    @O2 I’ve ordered my iPhone pro max at 1pm friday. But can’t find a thing about it on the app. Tried to call but that’s a joke. Someone try to give customers a little service over there. You took my money. Sent legal docs by mail but what next?

    @O2 @AliceFlemo92 I wouldn’t bother been on o2 for 18months & seeking legal action 2get out of contract due 2false advertising. I have been told theres a problem with the mast in my area but if I go on as a new customer & do a live signal strength test it comes up excellent they are liars & trash

    @O2 been trying to call O2 and speak to a actually person for days now !!!!! That automated service just gives you the run around. I want to speak to someone about my bill be overcharged before it happens again !
