    @HarrietSergeant @O2 O2 are awful. Virgin was brilliant. I can’t log into my O2 account despite having changed my email address with them. I should have changed when my last contract ran out. Next time I will.

    @O2 why do I have to raise a complaint just to get an issues resolved when your app glitches and I end up purchasing 2 bolt ons I don’t even need. You state that the purchase follows a text or email regarding the purchase and how to cancel but I didn’t receive anything. Very poor
