    @O2 why isn’t my e-sim working in Australia please? I was told that I can use my plan for free in Australia because I’m a volt customer. My husband’s sim is working fine. I’m lucky that I bought a PAYG 3 sim to use in Singapore that still has some data left

    @O2 @Apple Still nothing - called to chase our complaint twice today and when the call gets awkward for your customer service reps the line mysteriously goes dead - seriously you couldn’t make this **** up! Where have you relocated your call centres too may I ask? #customerservice

    @RussJerichoArt @O2 They never appear and all they'll tell you is you'll get an email when it's dispatched and then lie about the estimated delivery date when you ordered.
