    @O2 Yes I have registered for updates and every week get the same reply, it will be fixed by the following Friday and never is. Last I heard would be fixed by 11th Feb, now you say its the 15th Feb, let's hope it is gone on far too long now.

    @O2 trying to get the code sent regarding tickets to wicked!! Why advertise when they are available and then not complete the process for your customers, tried phoning as well and no help available at all....cmon o2 sort yourselves out, not good enough at all!!

    @O2 Rubbish reception since 2017, according to my DMs with you! The current issue seems to have started over the weekend: I received the text about my bill from you on Friday. Have tested with partner + parent this evening & I'm not getting their texts, yet spam is getting through!
