    @O2 I called to complain about lack of data signal on my new phone. Now I have zero signal at all. No data, no phone, no message. Can't connect to network. Well done O2. How to NOT provide a service.

    .@O2 Hi, why am I suddenly being treated like a new customer by your website? It's asking me to set up passkeys, biometrics etc when I've been a customer for years. I just need to pay my bill! I don't use biometrics to log into the bank, why on earth wd I do it for O2 at £15/mth?

    @O2 I haven’t had service on my phone for a week now after I reported fraud on MY account. I was told there was a fraud bar on it (I had to find out myself rather than be told) and it’s still on. What is going on?!?!??

    @O2 somehow not mange to have some of the worst service I’ve ever seen from a mobile provider in recent years but also one of the worst customer service departments I’ve witnessed. Don’t sign with them
