    @VMO2News @O2 @virginmedia That’s good news except I am currently in Tenerife and can get zero mobile connection. I’ve tried everything you suggest in phone settings and account settings to no avail and cannot get through to you to get help.

    @O2 I’ve just signed contract online and waiting for my sim to arrive. My concern is my PAC code expires on 26/01/2022 and then I will have to cancel the new O2 sim and start the process again. How long for sim to arrive
