Squall Loire (@squall_loire) reported@O2 The complaint wasn't really related to my account, it was related to the behaviour of your agent in your chat service, which was predatory and full of lies. The entire transcript accompanied the complaint, and was sent from the email attached to my account.

Mr B’s History (@MrZacJamesB) reported@O2 Cannot make a bill payment via Apple Pay or card on the app or browser. Nothing wrong with funds or the card. I’ve tried to contact someone and the app similarly fails to do that. The systems at O2 since Virgin have taken over are dreadful. Any help?
