@O2 I have wasted a lot of time and effort on something which should be simple. I don't have the product I purchased nor the service that goes with it. I have never wanted just another physical sim.

@Gavlar321 @EnglandRugby @O2 Maybe you’ve seen something I haven’t but he’s kicked 4 times in the Prem this season and 3 were classified as ‘errors’. I interviewed him in January and he’s a brilliant man and player, but doesn’t fit SB’s system. (I had hoped he’d be utilised like May was by Jones but alas)

@O2 increasing business tariffs by the rate of inflation PLUS an additional 3.9% so an increase of 17.3%! An increase of above inflation is unjustifiable in these difficult times and only adds to the problem of high inflation. We’ll be moving our account ASAP. #o2priceincrease

@O2 The mast not working in Sturminster Newton, Dorset, is causing real problems in this rural community, eg pregnant women being unable to call the midwife, people missing medical appointments. There has been no signal for 6 days already. This is urgent. @Simon4NDorset

@O2 A default has now been added to my credit file for a SIM card I requested to cancel on multiple occasions. I was told by the contact centre that the reason the phone line cuts or I am put on hold for such a long period after requesting to cancel.

@O2 So @O2 collects the money but won’t take responsibility for cancellation? I’d like a full refund for the misleading & deceptive sale of a unsolicited product add on. £12/mth and never once used.
