@O2 with Vodafone for 15 years: no problems. Move over to o2 and am in disbelief at service I am currently receiving...4 stores in 2 counties, Staff not knowing how the systems work, store systems not updated to sync with phone and i'm £1000+ down in income. Appalling #NO2

@O2 I have rung customer services 5 times in the last 2 hours and each time people hang up because they cannot solve the problem!!! Please will someone help me !!! I left o2 at the end of Feb and I am receiving bills with extra late payment charge this is unacceptable!!!!!

@MarkEvansO2 @O2 @virginmedia A mother at home in bed with an aggressive type of cancer and no phone to contact emergency service if something happens. Every time I call o2 they refuse any help and even refuse to give me the PAC code so that I can go with PROFFESIONal network . 4 days of work losses

@O2 I am in the US travelling alone. I have the travel bolt on and once again my phone does not work. I need to make calls urgently. Please help? This happens every single visit.
