@O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

@O2 It seems to be happening all the time especially when I'm at home. My signal is indicating 4g and full signal yet my Internet speed is under 1mbps. The network guide says there is nothing wrong. I've tried switching my phone on and off

@O2 There has been an issue with a phone mast near me for the last year, it affects my phone signal that was perfect and the internet 4G dongle. Been getting text message updates for months advising of the issue but nothing ha happened. Can you advise a date for fix! NG23 7JA.

@O2 hi, I have been having an issue with my signal since I started my plan back in February with yourselves, whereby there the signal is usable due to an ongoing issue with the mast, keep being told that there is nothing that can be done, no option to cancel or discount
