    @O2 I’m having to use my mobile data while @virginmedia move our broadband to our new address so that I can work from home. Unfortunate both the O2 app and website do not show any data usage dials. Can you help, I need to make sure I don’t overrun on my usage?

    Worst #CustomerService I have ever experienced? I've been a @tescomobile customer for 1 month & they've set a new low. The level of incompetence / disinterest from their 'chat' support and phone support is mind-blowing. Sorry I left @O2 Don't switch.

    @O2 I am trying to report my phone as lost and order a replacement, however there is no option to do so without making a call, or using a phone that I don't have. Shambolic customer service.
