    Never ever move your mobile service to @O2 because it won't work. Cut off day 2, promises broken. 3 days trying to port a number and still no success. Still trying but no access to bank authentication or HMRC login texts.

    @O2 No reply o2 and no port of number today. Apparantly its been delayed. Would anyone care to advise if its likely to happen tomorrow and what the issue actually is?

    @O2 Day 33 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 My new phone keeps "crashing" / appears pixelated at times and stops working. Am getting nowhere with virtual assistant on O2 website and no-one available on live chat - please help!

    @O2 had no service for 2/3 days now around Tadworth, understand there’s an issue with one of the masts near here but I work from home and this is a real pain. Any significant update?
