    @O2 If o2 try to make me pay for airtime beyond the 29yj given the way I've been treated over the past 24months... Incorrectly fully disconnected for multiple months... Original higher contract downgraded to the 500 one and never allowed me to return it to normal. I will take it...

    @o2 terrible customer service! I’ve been pushed around to different departments on two different times of calling and then cut off! In fact I was cut off 4 times on Friday! Upgraded phone was faulty, now left with a phone that doesn’t work

    @O2 Day 69 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 I l think I’ve made a mistake,leaving Vodaphone, and going to O2,every second call Iam getting call fail,and the reception is useless,I’ve asked them to change my phone from i phone 13 to I phone 13 pro, because I heard the signal is better but they’ve told me to get lost.

    @O2 just spoke w/a man saying they were from O2, calling to help lower my bill. They ID themselves as Harry & things went downhill from there. Asked me where I’m from (none ya), said my voice was so cute, & asked my age as well (not relevant). If this is SOP at O2, I’m out asap.
