Hi @O2 & @AmazonUK any data leakage or something recently? The same #AmazonPrime #scam has been calling me since this morning, already more than 15 times (different number each time, sometimes mobile, landline, UK or China). Any way to fkg block these calls for good?!!! #help 🤬

@O2 after the crazy snow storm we had here in shetland we still had very little to no phone signal on half the island? Any ideas on when we will be connected again? Or get a refund?

@O2 really disappointed wi you guys...one of your agents changed details on my account...while I was on a call with him... so I would fail the security questions cos I was cancelling an order...and that was just the final insult in a long line of really frustrating occurrences

@O2 Now this is a joke!Charging me for a contract that was cancelled 3 separate times on the phone and at a face-to-face visit to the Cambridge grand arcade shop. Absolutely useless customer services. Why does anybody use this company?
