    @O2 why can't I find a phone number to speak to you. Despite going round and round in circles on your website and the myO2 app, I still don't know the answer and just want to speak to or message a real person. Is your customer service really that bad?

    @O2 trying to cancel a contract now it’s up, the links provided for the cancellation team on your life chat don’t work. I’m 4 hours into the conversation and I don’t have time for back and forth for days to get it sorted! Do you have a cancellations team link please

    @O2 I have a number of business phones (all iPhones) which have worked fine in London using WiFi Extra underground - until today (one phone). Your phone support is hopeless and deny its existence. Help.

    @O2 24 hour phone replacement insurance service has now taken over 1 week to not happen. I am running out of time to get my phone back by Thursday when I leave for holidays. Now the entire system is down and they are not taking calls whatsoever.
