    @O2 can’t get the app to work for days on end but have no “issues” taking everybody’s direct debits as normal.

    @O2 Morning, maybe I didn't meant signal. It's the mobile data I meant 🙈it's particularly dreadful in parts of Chippenham where I struggle to get H+ with 4g nowhere to be seen. The same in Bath, where I rely on local places free WiFi. Will that above link still help me?

    @O2 hi need to log into my acc but app is down for maintenance I need to reactivate my sim as flying bk home soon and my sim isn’t working

    @O2 for weeks when I'm in work I've had slow or no Internet... when I've checked service status it keeps saying a mast isn't working as it should and an engineer is on the case.. but as I've said... its been weeks... have they got lost looking for the mast?
