    @O2 has got the be the worst network in the country. Paying £60 plus a month to only get signal when I’m on wifi 😒

    @O2 Day 7 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 once again I have no data network in Bournemouth today. Tried everything to resolve, on/off, remove sim etc. showing full 4G. Wish I’d never moved from Three. Still waiting for a complaint to be resolved from August!

    @O2 get to your lewisham store at 1530, they say they’re short staff come back at 1645, I do and have been standing outside till now, 1705, at least have the decency to update me when you’ve passed me going back in- just rude!!!

    @O2 9 hours after you reported it fixed (again). O2 Network Update: Stratford Rd, Shirley, Solihull B90 4AJ, UK Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry.

    Hi @O2 we’ve been in Blackpool most of the day and have little or no signal until we were leaving. Do you have a known issue, a lack of cell towers or something? We’ve been half a dozen times this year and it’s always the same on 3 different phones.
