    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 mine and my husbands airplan should be discounted with my blue light card discount. Last month it was £14.90 this month its £24.74. What's going on please? I can't even get on the website to check as it's down.

    @O2 would recommend anyone stay away from 02. Piss poor customer service just want to tell you that you’re lying with evidence in front of you. Go back and forth between sales and customer service.

    @virginmedia @O2 Ha! Phoned the number it said voice calls are not supported on this number! How do you get a problem solved by Virgin media? Write a letter?

    @O2 someone needs to have a look at the signal in the Swanley, Bexley and Dartford areas as 4G keeps cutting out and the bars keep dropping

    @O2 I have been unable to try sim in a different phone but i now have a notification saying 'sim 1 not allowed' does this mean there is a problem with the sim? Sorry but this is extremely inconvenient i am paying for a phone i can't even use at the moment
