@O2 I should say, although Jersey and Guernsey are listed in the European Zone, the Channel Islands in general are not, hence the confusion, and I think some of your customer service advisers took that to mean it's international charges.

@O2 please help!! Ive been trying to activate the data plan on my Apple Watch since Monday evening. Kept saying activating on the watch app. Went through a reset (with apple) now it’s not even saying activating and keeps asking to set up the data plan to which I get error code 08

@O2 hi my mum has received but missed a number of calls from someone claiming to be you. When I answered today they told me they were you and when I asked them not to call they became very rude. The mobile number was flagged as a scam. Just to make you aware.
