    @O2 I’ve been without any real phone signal at home for over four days now. Apparently any upgrade work was meant to be completed tonight. This isn’t ideal when trying to work from home. When will full signal be restored?

    @O2 signal keeps cutting out, can only get enough signal to tweet this at highest point in house. Can't go outside to test as weather is nasty. I'm in Pontypridd. Is there an issue here? I work at home.

    @unfortunatalie @O2 They're all useless Nat. When I bought mine they had an offer for a free galaxy watch. To redeem it you had to have proof of purchase dated up to 31st Jan, I ordered it on 30th and they sent me a proof few days later dated in Feb.... Took weeks of calls to get them to fix it!
