For context the @O2 service was part of the @virginmedia package, yet Virgin are washing their hands of this even though their promised service never materialised. Such a joke and no idea where to go now as @O2 refuse to speak to us. Any advice on next steps appreciated!

..no compensation for 3x engineer no-shows, and now @O2 are sending us threatening letters due to an unpaid bill for a service which we NEVER EVEN STARTED. Icing on the cake - @virginmedia don’t want to know & @O2 won’t speak to us as the address doesn’t match ARRGGGHHHH!!

@VMO2News @O2 @virginmedia Furious at how you treat long term customers! New customer get deals almost half what we pay and you won't match it and have no decent deals to offer loyal customers instead u put the price up! Poor customer service and highly over charging long term customers. Nice to be valued

@O2 shocking customer service - called to cancel O2 insurance, multiple steps to speak to an operator, informed that only the insurers could cancel my insurance, told by the insurers (very rudely) that only O2 could cancel my insurance, repeat step one.
