    @O2 Thank you but these are just platitudes. How can it take 8 days to fix a broadband fault? You tell me there is ‘good mobile coverage’ here for O2 but there is none and hasn’t been for years and yet your charges increase! All talk and zero action! @Ofcom @MartinSLewis

    @O2 Thanks. I've downloaded the app and trying to run a speed test, but it says "you currently do not have network connectivity". I'm very much aware that's what the problem is. I'll leave it to you to find a solution.

    @O2 this is why I left o2. My partner has a business and his customers are saying they can't get through to him. It has been over a week. The £10 refund is not enough. Can you just fix the mast please?

    @bombdiggy__ @O2 If I’m not on the wifi in most places, I have no signal and they tell you to call when you have no signal but how can you call without signal?? Mind games
