    @O2 hi, I received a replacement SIM but all my credit has gone from my account. There was £30-40 credit on there before and it hasn't moved over and I can't see any of it on my account, only new credit that I've topped up. Please can you help. Thanks

    My coverage with @O2 is absolutely shocking and has been for weeks. Can barely connect outside of my own home. Can't even login to my O2 to complain because theres no bloody coverage

    I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.
