    Not only did @O2 mess up my personal data, lie to me on the phone, fail to port my number resulting in me cancelling but losing £20, they have sold my number so I now get scam calls offering me 30% off my o2 bill (despite my number not being o2) Safe to say they are the worst

    @O2 Thank you for that information. I understand it would be difficult to distinguish between normal and emergency mms messages, just hate to think of someone in a real emergency using it and racking up a huge bill 😕
