    I called @O2 to cancel my contract. I asked multiple times if I’d be charged again — your operator told me “no.” Yet today, money has STILL been taken from my account 💸. This is unacceptable. You reassured me there’d be no more charges, and then did the complete opposite.

    @O2 I assume the phone upgrade journey via the My O2 app wasn't tested properly as it gets stuck in a loop trying to verify some new virgin media credentials (via email magic link and SMS OTP). It then crashes out back on the O2 site and your basket is gone. Really poor!

    @O2 @Ofcom O2 eSIM lost xferring to new iPhone. Currently working outside UK. 30mins call to O2 from India - still no solution 1. Can’t logon to manage account as need access to number. 2. eSIM cannot be emailed. 3. Can’t leave as PAC code can only be sent to number. So…
