    @O2 It isn’t just my area. I travel the three counties of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. The network coverage in all these areas are suddenly poor

    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address

    @O2 you're a disgrace. Don't like complaints do you? Faffed me about on here, try sending a formal complaint and then says 'there's been an error'. Your complaints procedure is just as crap as you're service and coverage. Don't send me another link that doesn't work either.

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.

    What the hell has happened to @O2 mobile phone coverage over the last few months. The areas where my phone reads No Signal is becoming ridiculous, making my job as a courier virtually impossible, as the GPS continually dropping out
