Never had any issues with @O2 refresh but @skytv sky mobile won’t let me swap. Apparently my credit check didn’t pass even though I already have a contract with them. Sucks.

@O2 That was the most painful experience ever trying to move my daughters PAYG to a monthly account. Over 50 minutes speaking to your (excludes queueing time) ‘advisor’ and I even already have accounts with you. Time to move supplier. Terrible experience.

Quit @O2 as been trying to set up a phone for my son and constantly get a message ‘oops something went wrong’. So buying @Vodacom sim tomorrow and cancelling my contract also and switching over. Called 02 currently 30 min + wait. Bad service = 2 lost customers.

@O2 is coverage down all over the country? Signal is awful in my home town, drove to see family 3 hours away and signal is bad there, in london today signal is also bad. Can’t load google maps, Facebook, Instagram etc. I ALWAYS have to find wifi to connect to, can’t rely on 4/5g
