    @O2 Morning, Ivr an ongoing issue that there is no way yo input a password to access my account. Its been going on for months. Someone replied yesterday and I duly gave the information asked for and no onr has replied? Do you usually ask for passwords?

    @O2 are you having issues with your card payment system? I’m trying to pay the reservation fee to upgrade but no method is working. Cards, Apple Pay or PayPal. I have funds in the account and have also tried 2 individual accounts Incase it was my bank.

    @GraemeNason @O2 I’ve been waiting for over 12 weeks to get this issue resolved Graeme. Sick of ringing them now and getting the 48hr fix response.

    @O2 Duh. The issue is the recorded message from your network telling me that my phone is blocked despite your staff telling me that my account is not in arrears and my DD was taken on the 11th without issue.
