    @daviddunninguk @O2 They handed out their customer service section to another organisation (Virgin Media I think) and it’s been an absolute bin fire ever since.

    @O2 your call centre is awful! Trying to upgrade to a new O2 phone but being made to buy out of my sim only O2 contract but staying with O2. The foreign call centre can’t understand this

    This! I recently added @O2 satellite for £3 a month extra. Meant to kick in outdoors when signal drops. Literally have never connected to it or seen a difference!

    @O2 roaming data still doesn't work after porting to O2. Countless call to O2 didn't help.

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.
