    @daviddunninguk @O2 On @VodafoneUK there is this mad black spot between Rawcliffe Bar Park & Ride and Clifton Moor (Home Bargains) - the length of Manor Road (YO30 5). All signal just drops completely. Vodafone used to be atrocious in the city centre but seem to have nailed that recently.

    @O2 Hi, I'm in the USA roaming, was told by O2 when calling a local number in the USA to enter the number as shown. This does not work and not a phone issue. Was told by O2 to reset network settings but this will reset WiFi settings too. Please advise.

    @O2 its not building material inside and out i am having issues, i can place my phone to the window where there is minimal material and still have issues dont pull that one, my partner on EE has full coverage so it cant be building material, unless the o2 signal is inferior to EE

    @O2 Hi O2. My number was due to port over yesterday from EE. I am still waiting with no service as EE number no longer working either (for obvious reasons) please help

    @O2 need some help - new iPhone in February, previous info/data transferred from old iPhone. Green text messages not sending to anyone without iPhone (message send failure every time). Need this fixing ASAP but can't get hold of an O2 advisor.

    @O2 Absolute garbage. Never been a problem before with same day click and collect. You can suck my chocolate salted nutz I’m cancelling the order - terrible service
