@O2 How can such an established telecomms provider have such a terrible app & website!?! 🤮 On top of that, coverage has turned to utter #crap in the #North over the last 24months. Tempted to return to cups & string and do away with the headache of this once great network 👎🏾

@O2 dont trust o2 they offer you stuff then dont follow through and deny what they have said despite having paperwork to prove it Go with Giffgaff they use the same network anyway and they actually care about their customers. o2 are a joke

@O2 I’m not very happy. I placed an order with you for a 256gb 14 Pro, because it said I’d get it the next day. But now after I’ve placed the order and unable to cancel, it says 1 week. I purposely got the more expensive one, to get it quicker. Really not impressed.

Dear me @O2 I switched to you from @EE due to bad signal at new address. I have had my phone for over a week and *still* no WiFi calling available. There is absolutely no signal in my house (despite your checker suggesting otherwise) - so have to drive to call you. Unbelievable.

DPD UK are so rude unprofessional and never on time but thanks to @O2 they will feed back the poor service I had from DPD UK I just hope they don’t use DPD UK again
