    I literally NEVER do this, but @O2 you need to work on your in-store customer service. 2nd time now. Went into branch to upgrade phone and despite it being busy there was not so much as an acknowledgment or ‘we’ll be with you soon or pop back later’

    @o2 is there anything wrong with signals, I’m either getting no signal at all, no 4g or none at all. It’s beginning to annoy me now when it’s a new contract. Feels like I’m paying a fortune for a limited service. 😡
