@O2 Hi there, recently purchased the oppo x5 from you. But I can't get a 5g signal. My wife is sat 2ft away from me and has a 5g signal. SIM card should already be 5g. Any ideas?

@O2 Yea I’ve tried that. Same problems across different iPhones, SIM cards, have restored OS several times. I was told by one of your advisors that if the problems persist after all troubleshooting and its isolates to service, I can leave without penalty.

Well it’s safe to say @O2 are absolutely terrible for customer service. Been having issues since Thursday. Can’t get a straight answer from anyone online or in store. Should’ve went with my gut and changed provider.

@O2 That's ridiculous! You need to teach your employees in store on what devices are accepted as I asked multiple times and he assured me I can use nhs discount. I would never have bought this phone/contract if he said I couldn't use nhs discount!
