    @O2 Why bother. I have done all this. My sister is on o2 and you gave some spiel about mast maintenance. Fact is that o2 has preformed poorly for years now. My job requires a good data signal to send job sheets, and to be honest, most days it's a real drag.

    @O2 i contacted you Weds with an urgent issue. Its now Friday & no one has replied to me. The problem that I was trying to contact u about has happened because you have STILL NOT RESPONDED!!! This is not acceptable. Shall I just cancel my DDs and take my business elsewhere?!??

    @Cyber_Betty @O2 I have been with them for 15year, and they have just got worse. Most of my conversations get interrupted by being cut off due to signal. Data is slower than a nailed down slug.

    @O2 when you did the screen with envy promo for a free bag it never arrived. I chased company twice and they said someone would get back to me but they never did
