@O2 I don’t even know how anybody was able to access the app/website. I spent all day trying to access both. As an o2 and Virgin media customer I feel let down by both platforms. You’ve already got people reselling them. Think these tickets should be allowed to be put back on sale!!

@O2 Appalling service, expected much better from a company that proclaims "At O2 it's our responsibility to be there for our customers, providing fantastic connectivity and the best value while maintaining the industry's leading customer service", not much on show today

@O2 Absolutely shocking. App hasn't worked since 8am this morning. Not even a chance of getting in just frozen. But suprise surprise, ticket sites have managed to get hold of them without problems and now trying to resell them at scandalously over the top prices

@O2 @peterkay_co_uk How did you manage to do that when the website and the app has been down all day? At least we can now buy them from the scammers for 3 or 4 times face value. Strange how the bots worked the website. Don't wish luck, apologise for this farce!

@RealSamboraFan @O2 Because when you went through the app you are redirected to Gigs and Tours site to buy your ticket....they are the site they use. But I agree when the app didn't work O2 needed to share this info. I was just lucky to find out and buy tickets as from 8.30 O2 app down.

@O2 Need to put a freedom of information request in to see if this is transparent- must only have had a couple of tickets as everyones been trying to log in all day and it’s not been working so can’t see how they possibly sold out. People on 3 network got some
