@O2 Why? Are you going to solve this issue today of me not being able to make phone calls here in the US?

  • pjeary
    Paul Jeary (@pjeary) reported

@O2 are you having issues in the FK1 area, cell service dropping from 5G to E & having connectivity issues, sometimes people phone me & they can’t hear me

  • silestanix

Fantastic @O2 you guys just get better, still can't call or message out here and it's an emergency situation... Cancelled direct debit today. Until you guys can compensate me for this ****** service, bill will not be paid. Seeing as I've had no calls service etc, that's fair.

@O2 are the worst communication in Europe without question, every month I waste hours on the phone to them, and they LIE

  • CliveDaviesUK
    🇺🇦 Clive Davies #FBPE 🔶🇬🇧🇪🇺🇭🇰 (@CliveDaviesUK) reported

@O2 @TomTugendhat I never have a signal in Surbiton & yet you say ‘good coverage’ You just lie.

  • Jonny_Ham
    Ham (@Jonny_Ham) reported

25+ years with @O2 BT Cellnet, finally had enough, signal absolutely shocking, totally gone down the pan.

  • intermax
    intermax #FBPE #FPHD #RejoinEU 💙 #FBPPR (@intermax) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE If you think Dulwich is bad, try Brighton and Hove. The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.

  • Angieeclectic
    Angelique 🎵🇬🇧🇫🇷☮️ (@Angieeclectic) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You're right. I never have trouble with reception in France. BUT Tom if you ever had to deal with French telecommunications companies you would quickly realise our own EE/BT customer services are far better.

  • miniblob_dnr
    miniblob (@miniblob_dnr) reported

@GitGrumpygit @LUDENClassics @O2 Amazed to hear that!!! In the South East, it's shocking!!! Motorways, Trainlines, Rural areas barely covered, if at all!!! Town centres seem to have way too little capacity so just unusable, if you get a signal!!! Not sure what sort of area O2 actually works in to be honest!!!

  • drhanko2
    Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
