@O2 Wifi Calling isnt working either... and the network check states a Mast isnt working as it should... maybe that mast should be replaced as it keeps going down.

Can you point me in the right direction to get this sorted please, I’m getting nowhere with the help pages on the website

@O2 no online chat customer service and after being old for twenty minutes three times I’m cut off. Why is it company’s can take more money than they should and customer have to chase YOU yet if we as customers owed you it would be a much different situation. Shocking service

But @O2 are still missing the point of my argument whether I take out a new phone or stay on sim only they’re still getting money from me, you’re penalising those who aren’t in a position to take out a new phone they still want to be a customer yet you’re turning them away

@O2 Wish I'd not taken the free 6months when I upgraded earlier in the year as I was only paying £5.99 then anyway. Sure I saw something that people already on an O2 extra would get an email of how to redeem the offer. Can I cancel my extra and then add it back on?
