    @O2 Yes, it clearly said it was a test. My problem is that you tested system at 07:45h! That's not on. You ought to test it at a more civilised hour! Will you be taking that feedback on board? I'm sorely tempted to turn off alerts if you're going to be testing the system so early.

    @lookerslounge21 @O2 I was with EE for years but their prices went through the roof. They are all as bad as each other now I think.

    @tescomobile The @O2 4G network can't cope with demand in some areas. My Mum was getting 1mbps in a good O2 4G area. Switched it to 3G+ and it's 15mbps now. Telling people to turn their phone off and on and wiping the sim isn't good technical support.

    @O2 are you doing EAS (Emergency Alert System) messages now? My mum just had a test one with an American styled tone saying what type of emergency it is (but said its a test)? Or is this England wide testing?

    @O2 After receiving a loud, emergency alert message from you at 7:45am and again at 8am, my panic attack has just become slightly bearable. Couldn't you have done this in the afternoon? You could've caused accidents! Fear is power. #policestate
