.@O2 changing over to o2 is proving a nightmare, my phone no was working, texts don’t, and now my mobile number is apparently out of service… & we have to wait another 50mins for my 24 hr pac code to be fulfilled they can’t look now #badservice

@O2 I'm absolutely at the end of my tether , I'm trying to contact your customer service but every single number I call is automated!! I need to speak to someone as are trying to charge me twice and also cut my phone off !!!! Help is needed !!!!
