    @Osprey0 @O2 Used to be that Virgin were the go-to for being the customer champion, since they merged with O2 that isn't the case. Puts me off moving home internet to them.

    @O2 once again in the situation of being the only person in a group who is on o2. and as per usual the only one who has no reception. Been a customer for 10 years plus but will 100% be moving at the first opportunity

    @O2 I am trying to speak to agent on online chat but it is saying I need to open the 02 app to speak to someone but I am no longer a customer so cannot do this.

    @O2 Kindly **** off. You’ve tried to investigate this so many times and failed then told me if I cancel my contract I’ll need to pay £300 remaining.

    Your complaint system is not fit for purpose! Your online complaint form does not work, it just gives a generic error message (this is not new, it's been the case for at least 2 months) and the complaint email address just bounces back. #disgusting @O2

    @O2 I honestly do not understand why you continuously bar my phone without giving a reason or even putting a note on your system as I can’t make or receive calls !! This is the 3rd time it’s happened and I have been with you since 2005 !!! Just absolutely diabolical service !!

    @SteveJoyce14 @O2 Generally there are issues with signal when there are large crowds of people gathering so close to each other I take it as a given that that's the case with music festivals, sports grounds etc so don't expect it when I'm in/around them
