    @O2 Not helped no. If I’m not on WiFi I have no signal to call / receive messages what’s apps etc. 4g sign is showing top left though

    @O2 That's of no help. I've someone managed to get through the convoluted myO2 area and somehow started a chat with a customer eep on the website (an option not available to me previously ) very difficult UI

    @ZakVanHouten @O2 Absolutely awful service today from 02. Cannot get through on phone to anyone that can help. Customer Service say one thing and Retentions say another. VERY unhappy.

    @EE signal and Connectivity has been poor lately. Not to mention the cost of new contracts. Upgrades are ridiculous with them... @O2 what you got for me? think it might be time I return to you.
