@toastfortwo @FelicityCloake @O2 3’s reception is terrible though. I live in London and have 1 bar of signal. When I was with EE I had 4 bars.

Hey @O2 someone DM’d me about changing my phone contract to a cheaper one with same amount of data, texts and minutes which I did, but now I have no phone signal at all, there is no issue in our area either

@O2 I have had no service for over 24 hours on my phone. Checked service tracker and no problems - turned phone on & off every hour …but nothing! Can’t call you….can you please help!!!!
