I’ve been with @O2 since 2003. Several phone recycles done with no issues. However that all changed last weekend. Was quoted £175 for my old phone, phone sent off then email received a few days later saying faulty phone (screen/key damage) & offered £35 instead.

Worst phone company ever @O2 staff working from home just constantly cut you off, unaware of how to speak clearly into there mic, 5th time in 2 days on hold each time for 40+ minutes all’s I wanna do is pay my contract off so I never have to deal with such a ridiculous company 🤬

@O2 I hate to complain but your customer service is absolutely awful - you’ve taken money out of my bank account and not even given me an order number or anything. I was then made to feel like an idiot by the advisor on the phone. i’m still no further forward
