    @O2.co.uk/O2CTW Can someone help, I've just recieved my 25GB O2 SIM thro a deal with Virgin Media. The Sim has been sent with my surname spelt incorrectly. If I insert the SIM in my phone, will O2 recognise my surname spelt correctly ?? Getting fed up now. can someone help ?

    @O2 A nearby phone mast is shown as not working. I have had no service for over 12 hours and no messages about this or the length of time for repairs. I’m a carer for an elderly lady and need to be available at all times. Can you assist?

    @O2 I had a sim only deal to upgrade to in my basket this morning and when I've rang customer service you said the deal doesn't exist. I've took a screenshot, so it exists! Any help please.

    @O2 i changed both my phones to sim only around 2 weeks ago, the lady said no payments would come out in june as we paid off both our contracts. Can you please help/explain to me why my bill is now saying 50 odd ££?!
