    @O2 Thank you for sorting this today. Feedback to people on phones about poor customer service and also that the AVR cuts you off and sends you to website unless you say ‘cancel my contract’ so not a great experience there either

    @bhuvanbhaskar @O2 Update for you people on many faces of 02. Reported problem signal our mast busy stop complaining. If you take out contract your signal improves. Your phone at fault. This dead lock letter go away. I contact mp and ombudsman. Next face. Very sorry we have discovered fault

    @O2 I'm trying (in vain) to contact someone from o2 regarding my phone not working. I've tried the customer service number, gone through the automated options and keep being cut off!!! There is no online chat option! How do I speak to someone from o2 to resolve this issue??

    @O2 @O2 he’s being cut off after having selected option 1 for something urgent, it’s like the customer service reps are hanging up. If he can’t speak to someone soon we will be looking to change mobile provider

    @O2 - So disappointed about being misled repeatedly about delivery of my new phone. It arrived at the wrong address in the wrong country (during lockdown), and could be days before it gets to me. 10 years of being a loyal #O2 customer counts for nothing :(
