@O2 Yes, that’s what I told customer services. Thank you. I am screen shooting this and printing them out to send a complaint. Lots of others have been told this deal has rpi included on full contract which completely contradicts what you are saying and the link you sent.

@O2 are literally the worst network I think I have ever experienced in 15years of travelling!!! They are utter crap! Customer service is just as bad as their coverage!!! Back to @EE I go or even over to @ThreeUK

@gerwyn @O2 And I thought it was just me. Awful wherever I am apart from last week when I was abroad. I get more 4g than ever I get 5g. In fact I am 3g more than 5g. Counting down the months until I can leave.

@VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 I’ve tried to log in via Priority App several times to use the QR code with no luck! Same issue with Peter Kay tickets! Why offer something that folks can’t log into?
