@O2 I returned a faulty product on 25/1/23 and a refund was due to be processed on 25/1/23. I have called your CS team on two separate occasions since, and each time the refund has been promised within 3-5 days. Needless to say the refund has not been received. Please help!

@virginmedia @O2 I have signed up to virgin mobile. Not realising SIM cards will take ages to arrive. But my contract is ending in 2 days. Can I cancel and just sign up in store ??

@O2 can you please confirm if there are known issues in the Bracknell RG12 area? I've had no signal since at least Wednesday morning in my flat (on two phones). Normally have great signal. Network checker says maybe slowness but nothing about outage.

@O2 waited ages to speak to someone in customer service only to be cut off! I have credit on my pay as you go account that I want refunded please as I've changed plan and you now take money from my registered card instead of me having to top up each month
