    @MartinSLewis Now ask them why a large % of their customers cannot access their accounts or payment portal Broken for months but @O2 don't seem to care. It's ridiculous how I cannot look at any of my account or pay my bill using the online service

    @O2 Can someone please help sort an issue. I’ve been waiting over 3weeks and the call centre said there nothing they can do and have submitted a new ticket and I need to wait another 2weeks! CIT-A399507 & CIT-A407913.

    @O2 @sheritzy The coverage checker doesn’t fix the problem or does it? Seeing too many customers complaining about O2, it’s very sad. I’m glad I’ve changed my package

    @BlueChefCTID @O2 @1903bw Naff all service anywhere - struggled to use my phone for anything around Brighton yesterday, but same everywhere in the UK really. Leaving again the minute my 'contract' ends!!!
