    @O2 @peterkay_co_uk Shocking! Been refreshing since 10am and the “app” and website have failed not even got close to being in a queue for tickets pretty appalling. How can you help me get into it to see if there’s any tickets left?

    @O2 I spent all day refreshing the app, never had a chance. Shocking frankly, it should have been paused until the issues resolved to give everyone a fair chance.
