    @O2 This is outrageous. What absolutely abysmal service. I don’t understand who has purchased the tickets as at no point was I able to even get into the app or the website. You have lost the trust of so many consumers.

    @O2 @O2 not even angry that had no chance of getting Peter Kay tickets but to have the app crashed so can't get free drinks Thurs night and free Gregg's Fri breakfast is just beyond bad
