@O2 No reception at my postcode and this is the useless message on your website - "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it." Could you be more vague?

@O2 help! Been paying for 3 I watch contracts for a year when we only have 2 watches and the staff on the phones can’t be any more unhelpful. This is really unlike o2 :(

@O2 @aaa_lll_iii_W I had the same issue and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't fix it, although the app is working now. Bad timing for anyone like me who was in Nero during the app outage.

@O2 Hi, unfortunately I did not receive an email or text. I logged it on Chrome on my O2, added it as an extra and added my name, date of birth and email, but I've had no email unfortunately. It's let me sign up but then when I try sign in, that's when it asks for card information
