    @O2 Hello O2, I sent a tweet on 3rd Feb saying that you need to review your service level agreements with DHL who have yet to deliver my order. This order was promised on 3/2 and DHL said they would deliver that day. Still no delivery? I'm now asked to review purchase?????

  • begbie86 jaysus lad (@begbie86) reported

    @O2 Your help and support is a joke. Honestly would never recommend anyone to join a network that makes it so difficult to use your services. My contract is over and trying to change it to pay as you go sim. Can't get through to customer service for 3 days now!!

  • GoMcMahon #DocMartin (@GoMcMahon) reported

    @O2 every single time I try the Chat service via the My O2 app, I get the response, "Sorry, we're extremely busy..". It never seems to be available, what a rubbish service!

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Wow - looking at the majority of the tweets on here and from my experience with virgin service and poor poor poor Wi-Fi since early Dec…as a NHS doctor, I sincerely hope your defibs are more reliable than your service/company!

  • hopemcjohnson Hope (@hopemcjohnson) reported

    @O2 Good morning. I tried calling the customer service number for abroad and would not go through. I also DM on twitter no reply. I was honestly in bits. I cannot afford £120 when I was told I have worldwide travel data roaming. I even said I would pay extra for the Bolt on?

  • julietobin1 Butchersdog1 (@julietobin1) reported

    @O2 @O2 I’d rather have some signal in NE3
