    @O2 Can get on website but cant get to sign in or to the ticket page. Priority window open for 48 hours…. When does the 48 hours start considering we have already lost 2.5hours & the joke of a system still continues

    Absolute joke trying to get Peter Kay tickets. Been trying since they went on sale at 10am but the @O2 priority app is still down, as is the website. How on earth can they call it priority when you can’t even gain access?! #O2Priority 🥲

    @O2 Poor show O2. I have been trying to access Priority for 3 hours now. I have managed to switch to EE in the meantime, for many reasons (no network coverage etc) but this was the final push I needed. If a communication company can't get this right, it says it all.

    @O2 Glad to see your resources were on top form when resell sites managed to bulk buy @O2Priority - can’t access the priority app but have no problem buying from @viagogo for nearly 10 times the face value 👍
