@O2 I've literally just said I can't load pages its not a handy tip is it I can see loads of people complaining that sky and o2 are down simultaneously so it's clearly an issue your end I pay a fortune for both and nothing ever works but can't never get anyone to resolve it

@O2 @Eg_a_Sinclair I am having same issues @O2 . I have switched to 2g/3g (automatic) instead of 2g/3g/4g (automatic) and the service has improved. Any explanation in what is going on? This seems to have affected alot of people

@O2 @l3479s I've had the same problem @O2 why won't you extend this to all of your customers? All that will happen is I will cancel this extra and buy direct from Disney at £79.90 for 12 months

@O2 I am sick to death of you making mistakes and then sending debt letters when the error is yours in the first place! I cannot get through on the phones, several requests have been made in dm’s on here for someone to contact me to make a complaint & it’s all being ignored
