    The new o2 Blue Mondays is absolute toss. Was bad enough when the prizes were 25% some random company, but now you don’t actually get anything @o2

    @O2 is our network down? Whenever I try and call out get the 'Call Ended' message immediately. I also can't answer any calls. I try and it immediately terminates the call

    @O2 appalling service. Cannot access online account, held on the phone for over an hour and cannot make payment either? Now you issue a penalty for non payment! Cant wait to quit the contract.

    @LucyProxxyfox @O2 @virginmedia Good luck with a complaint Lucy, mine is nearly 5 months old after O2 cancelled an iwatch contract incorrectly and stuck an arrangement to pay on my credit file, which stays for 6 years. About to go to the ombudsman
