    @O2 That’s Just terrible, I’ve constantly been trying to get on the app without success since 09:45 with the odd glimmer of hope until this afternoon till now it says it’s actually down so how can you be sold out ? I think a fuller explanation is needed to your loyal customers!

    @O2 @phillipc26 They will be able to take payment pal, that’s the only thing they’re good at! Can’t provide a decent service to customers tho! Absolute disgrace today, how can you be a premium network provider but website doesn’t work?

    @O2 Your app has been down all day even before the tickets went on sale. How have you managed to sell out? #O2Priority you are joke especially when sold tickets are selling for astronomical prices. Who have to sold to? Not your customers.

    @O2 At 4pm your customer services team confirmed over the phone that the app and website had crashed at 10am and there was no update as to when it would be restored- but to keep trying. Please explain O2!!!!

    @O2 Who have they sold them to when your app has been down all day and is still down now 14 hours later 🤬 you should of been prepared that it was going to be high demand !!!

    @andyw83 @ChrisBurgess72 @O2 Yes-appears they've taken it proper down now, overnight I suspect... Go through web browser not app, as above, ignore when you when you enter code & says a problem, there isn't-always tells me that, click to tickets... Not helpful for you in pool but London 02 seem easier to get.
