Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reported@O2 Apparently to transfer your eSIM from a phone that doesn't work to a new phone you can also get your new phone and place it next to the phone that doesn't work. But make sure the phone that doesn't work is switched on and Bluetooth is on.

Unfortunately in the 6yrs since I left @O2 they’ve still not brought 5G to west wales.! Which is a deal breaker.

I then tried to submit a complaint online and guess what, that throws an error too! So raised it via X DM and given a complaint ref and assured I’d be contacted via my preferred channel
