@O2 Disgusting service in Irthlingborough NN9 Northants area! let down with phone calls,texts etc! Have to walk round outside to try to get signal. Neighbour walked all round estate to try to get signal. Cut off talkn to drs & hospitals! its a disgrace! What r we paying for!!!!

@O2 Actually you are not sorry. You have achieves what you wanted, that is you have made loads of money, the customer is somewhat irrelevant as long as you keep making money

@O2 It was all done in time as instructed by the O2 store, no one replies when I send info by via email, such as the proof of purchase to confirm the phones, black hawk do nothing despite what must be 10 calls to them, plus the O2 help line
