  @O2 trying to cancel my mums phone contract who has gone into a nursing home with dementia to be told you need to speak to mum. I explained again my mum has dementia to be told will need power of attorney. Your staff are so insensitive at such a difficult traumatic time.

  Through a phone “system” and 3 operators who largely ignored our issue. We’re now on to the Complaints team at @o2. A disproportionate amount of effort to leave a contract they are not fulfilling, without being charged. As we can send a text or receive a call. @MartinSLewis

  Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones

  @2gurlys1kupp @O2 @virginmedia Aye mate it’s horrible. I complained on live chat and got £30 off my bill. Told me it’s now been fixed but it’s still terrible. Virgin WiFi is just as bad.
