  @O2 So there is a nationwide problem of poor signal strength then? It’s literally everywhere I’ve been this week from Hastings to London to Edinburgh. It can’t go on. I will be looking at other options this weekend after 35 years with you.

  @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.

  Hey @O2 been trying to view my mobile bill online and via the app for a couple of days now and just keep seeing “Uh-oh… Oops… Something’s gone wrong.” Any chance you could fix that something? Your virtual assistant is worse than useless!

  Honestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL aren’t up & running it’s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.

  @JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. They’ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then ‘routine maintenance’ with no update due until 1st Aug.
