    @O2 I need some serious help 😭 any help at all!! I've sent my old broken phone away and received my new one on my insurance but I've sent it away with my Sim Card in, it has everything on there so upset 😭😭 what can I do to get it back 😪

    Hmm, dreadful mobile signal at so many places I've been recently. Finding that @virginmedia have switched across to the @O2 network explains everything. As they are ceasing service it's nice to know that @O2 are a network to avoid!

    @O2 Help! I have an iPhone as a back up phone. Bought an O2 pay as you go SIM card and put £10 credit on it. The phone has never left the house, has never made a phone call and has only accessed internet via WiFi at home. But now I have nil credit. Where’s the £10 credit gone??

    @O2 Tesco, but I know they use your infrastructure, so reporting to both, Tesco have replied, status checked, and issue fixed in the area, I will also monitor and continue to report.
