    @O2 what a shame I've been a customer if yours for over ten years.went to the mall in cribbs causeway .no acknowledgement from staff. Appreciate it was 730pm but they could have raised a smile. Wanted to charge 20pounds for a charger which was 15 in ee. Staff more helpful too.

    @O2 emergency calls only/no network/can't log in to myO2 because security texts are going to orphaned phone. How do I find out what's happened. 100 is useless

    .@O2 we’ve been in touch with three different team’s for 2 weeks now and not one response on the fraudulent use of my fathers name on one of your accounts. This is preventing him remortgaging his house and has basically put his life on hold. Can you please address this issue?

    @EE Absolutely no issues with @O2 in the parts of Liverpool I’ve lived in... only ever heard bad things about @EE in the city too... weird.

    So, I moved to @O2 in March. Since then I’ve been added to their priority marketing list without opting in, told it’ll take a month to remove me, and received more robocalls, spam calls and texts in three months than I did in years with previous provider. What customer service…

    @O2 appalling advice from your shop 18 months ago when I purchased iPhone 11 Pro Max and yet you still charged me over £50 a month on contract. I’ve been with you since you opened so am a loyal long term customer. Will move to Vodafone now #leaveO2 #O2poor #badserviceO2
