    @O2 my wife has now twice ordered an upgrade and twice the order is missing “in the system” and your customer service agents “don’t know what happened” . 1st order cancelled. 2nd order they cannot cancel as it may still be in transit but they don’t really know (2 weeks later)

    @O2 Worst customer service in the world. Tried (called 7x) to cancel sim within 14 days on my partners account (i upg instead), charged 25, told it was canceled, now have a final bill of £395.00, telling us to cancel DD which results in missed payments. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

    @O2 she was supposed to receive a callback yesterday, but nothing. So still no replacement device delivered, tried to order twice, your agents gave no idea why it’s happened or where it is, they cannot cancel the 2nd order and nobody calls her back? 5 weeks now since 1st order

    Absolutely APPALLING customer service from @O2 Went into the shop because my new iPhone iMessages were associated with my temporary number and I am unable to change it. I was told that I couldn’t be helped and I should “keep Googling” #o2 #customerservice
