    @O2 No it is a new air time plan and tariff. I was on a rolling contract. I left and used my PAC code and now I have a new bill. If someone would answer your customer service calls I would be able to sort it but they don't. They hang up! #O2fail

    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.
