After being told this and considering the ****** experience both me and my parents have had with @O2, we phoned up customer care and asked to leave. But we were told that to change airtime network, we had to pay off the entire device plan too which was like £450.

@O2 Soooo the issues people are facing aren’t masts there are issues with many peoples phones today… unable to make calls/texts etc so get on it.

@O2 @virginmedia Will never go with virgin internet/tv ever again. Worst customer service and never ever worked. 3 months without internet apparently an engineer working on it. I left the company never got a penny back for lack of service.
