@O2 so got my account, 6 week ago, I have never been able to log into account, all the codes sent, reset passwords, it keeps telling me my o2 account is not activated still, please yet again help

@thealmeister @O2 I had the exact same issue and I roam a lot. Spent hours of my life trying to resolve. I’m the end I ended up terminating my contract instead of upgrading and came back as a new customer and it worked. Network team just kept blaming the roaming network, but happed across EU.
