Al Nickson (@BaldeyAl) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat My signal is always terrible. How come it often shows 5G and I can’t even get a page to open? We pay so much for our tariffs and the service is worse than ever.
-
Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.
-
Richard Walker (@rickgwalker) reported@O2 hello. Can you please advise what your policy is for cancellation of contract when O2 has been unable to provide an acceptable level of service as might be expected under said contract?
-
purple jay💛💙💛💙 (@jayrodgerson) reported@O2 why is it so hard to do anything on your app. It's embarrassing that your app is so bad
-
Rod Clarke (@Arfurgolf) reported@O2 why are your customer services refusing to replace a brand new 16 day old iPhone 17 . It’s faulty and they are making life very difficult. Worst customer care ever.
-
Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
-
Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported@AndyFurnival2 @TomTugendhat @O2 It was better when there were fewer mobile devices competing for the same signal.
-
Sarah Ludford 🇬🇧 🇮🇪🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@SarahLudford) reportedIt’s not just ‘recently’ @O2. @TomTugendhat is absolutely right that your mobile coverage in London is consistently poor. I have found it better in rural Spain than in ‘London, Global City’. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his £7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?

Gwen (@GwenSauce) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 OMG … you’re on O2 too? EE was bad so moved to O2 and they are bad too
