    @O2 shame on you that to downgrade takes 5 different advisors and 30 minutes to hang up on me but if it is to upgrade it takes 1 advisor and 5 minutes.

    Peak @O2, the mobile signal is rubbish where I live so I use my initiative and try to sign up for WiFi calling. When I log on to the website the security challenge will only send code by SMS. I imagine this is what it's like to pass into a black hole event horizon. #iamfucked

    Hi @O2 Orange F network in France isn’t letting me use data to get online, data roaming switched on, was fine in Dublin yesterday.

    @O2 Congestion on the network. That’s utter bollocks. Basically your saying your infrastructure isn’t fit for purpose then. I’m only just getting 4G in most areas when other networks are getting 5G.

    @O2 It’s been at least 6 months. I didn’t care until I needed to call someone within the dead spot because their house alarm went off - then it became a huge problem! The area probably only covers a block/half a block but it’s within london zone 1.

    Every time there's a power cut, I can't connect to data. Is this a known fault @O2? It means I can't see the local community group pages to get support or track the faults.

    @O2 why is your service so slow in Yate,Bristol, I struggle to send a simple message on social media apps half the time never mind be on a video call with someone whilst out and about, and half the time the places you can get signal is 3G or low 4g that is as slow as 3G.
