    @O2 2 weeks ago I ordered a Rolling Sim only plan from you. Sim arrived 3 days later. Its now day 10 and we cannot make calls or texts because the plan you sold is broken. WHY? Do I need to go to @Ofcom to report you or are you going to fix it? Selling deals you cannot provide.

    Seriously fed up with @O2 - constantly sending me back and forth, with making a payment, one minute it’s not on their system, the next I receive letters asking for payment, and when you get in contact, they don’t help and brush you off - this has been going on for months!!

    @mitchhirsty @bencrolla @O2 I managed to pay via the email they send. There is a link there. Hope its helpful. Rubbish service from their end. System is a mess.
