@cmr824 @O2 Switch mobile provider. I’m stuck in a contract at moment but have found their customer service to be poor (and that’s me being generous). They’ll bend over backwards to sell you something but if you have an issue they will constantly tell you to contact a different dept

Woeful support from @virginmedia – hope @O2 see sense and part ways with them asap otherwise I dread to think how many customers they could be set to lose too. Avoid at all costs!

How much do I hate @O2 currently. Login to account to be sent a security code with nowhere to put it in. Start live chat to ask what to do? End up being locked out of account now supposedly being put through to a manager guess what that’s not happening been disconnected from chat
