Dear @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 My contract is up. I live in Kings Hill, Kent. This is a massive development that's been here for years. Yet ALL of your signals suck. Have any of you got plans to sort this out? Because everyone on the hill is desperate for a decent signal.

  • RosieJa36631076 Rosie James (@RosieJa36631076) reported

@O2 you’ve sent me a new SIM card to help improve signal issues, but when I put it in my phone it can’t find any signal (the irony). Why is this?! What do I do?

  • iandtify Unbind (@iandtify) reported

New location (but still around Surrey, Redhill) network signal and internet speed: @O2 full bar 4G/5G still slow. @EE 2 bar 4G+ everything's slow. Both lags with mobile gaming. So what network should I try this time? 😐

  • Matt2593 M A T T (@Matt2593) reported

@virginmedia @O2 By the amount of complaints here I can see why I’m waiting so long for an engineer to fix your problem. Why don’t we all make official complaints or better still all cancel our contracts and stops using virgin.

  • philgrovesuk Phil Groves (@philgrovesuk) reported

Hey @O2 - is there something wrong with one of your masts in the #hernehill to #elephantandcastle areas? My signal on my train journey to work has never been good, but now it is non-existent for huge swathes
