Mark O'Neill (@markoneill) reportedJust got a sweet deal from @O2 in Germany. My phone contract was about to end, so O2 customer service told me to cancel the contract now and tell them I was "leaving". Since they don't want to lose any customers, they offered me a much cheaper contract! Result!
