    @HulmeNatalie @O2 Try 5 months and being sent to a debt company as being charged every month. There executive complaints team don’t cake so I taken to the regulator. Costs them £750 for my complaint which they don’t get back. Somethings happened since mid year 2025 the service is diabolical

    @CliveinEngland @O2 They’re the worst, was automatically signed up to an O2 sim with my Virgin Media contract without realizing. The sim was never used or even looked at so no idea what the number was so didn’t get anywhere talking to them until I cancelled payment directly with the bank

    @O2 I need urgent help. My mobile number is stuck in a "migration loop" between your old/new systems. I’ve been without service for 7 days,I’ve lost access to my WhatsApp I’ve filled out the forms but need a manual technical override.someone from the back-end team please DM me?

    @O2 No sadly I'm not an O2 priority I don't get priority, they were booked through the ticket partner for the band but my problem is with your app for the O2 venue itself

    @O2 18.13.0 and Google pixel 9 pro xl If you look at the reviews of the app this is apparently a very common problem

    @O2 only 1 of 3 accounts is showing via the MyO2 app. Deleted, reinstalled, signed in and still the same. Shows the accounts via safari. No point calling 202 as all agents are offshore and cannot help.

    @O2 its been several months since I have upgraded via switch up. Firstly the rejected phone was approved as you made a mistake and I am still waiting on the returns package to send the old one back but keep getting charged! Sort this out or I will cancel my direct debit.
