@O2 I cannot DM you off the mobile as i never used the Sim. As i never needed it in the first place. I was told the sim and account is closed and i would get a refund, but it hasn’t appeared yet.

@O2 Hi, my broadband has been down for the last 48 hours so I’m trying to rely on my 4G but it’s unusable. It’s taken me 10 minutes just to load my Twitter app & find your account to try & tweet this. Surely this isn’t normal with 4G? I’m in Stockport using an iPhone 11. Thanks!

Just beware everyone if buying a mobile phone from @MPD_Online check they can actually connect your service first now on day 11 of a new @O2 contract there not able to connect keep telling us connection is pending after 11 days you’d be forgiven for thinking it will never connect
