@O2 asap as he is not keen on phoning again since they were really unhelpful and he got nowhere with the issue. As mentioned above, O2 have admitted the problem was caused by their error so it’s incredibly frustrating he is having to go through hoops for it to be fixed

@O2 network is crap. 2 weeks of constant call dropping. Nhs telephone consultation missed as the doctor couldn't hear me and now I have to wait 99 days for a further appt, phone mast not working in the area but no solution. I won't be paying my monthly bills until it is fixed

Seriously @O2 have a bunch of spastics working on their web chat. I placed an order the SIM card never arrived and ******** **** asks me what the sim serial number is.
