    I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

    @O2 how do you allow all these touts and scammers to buy all the tickets to your shows at the o2 and let them re sell them for 5 times the value when there's children lose out. What a **** show

    @O2 so my iwatch decided to die,and I’m still paying for the sim,how do I cancel. Your amazing app only lets me cancel my phone airtime that’s linked? Also want a new watch.
