@O2 Ridiculous that I can’t cancel my Disney plus subscription from Disney because it’s with O2. My O2 has no option to cancel. Your online agents are NEVER available. You won’t take calls unless it relates to fraud. How are exactly am I supposed to cancel this!!!????

@O2 I have. Apparently my @SamsungMobile note 20 is not compatible with your service. I find that totally ridiculous. Wifi calls are not on the flagship model unless you buy from O2. This was not mentioned by o2 or Samsung at the time of purchase and I did ask both

@O2 The worst costumer service i have ever experienced. The o2 repair team lost my phone 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the replacement. have been contacting them every day and every advisor lie and promise me solving case/call back/ sending replacement.
