@virginmedia @O2 I have activated the volt through my 02 app and it says I’m ineligible for volt as virgin media isn’t available at my address.. yet I’ve been with Virgin media for 5 years at my address with broadband. Can you advise why it’s saying this please? And what you will do to fix it ?

@MrMattBoden1997 @O2 I've had to connect to the WiFi at the game can't get any signal at all... Done what O2 said and Dm'd them and no reply. Really frustrating!!

@O2 I went into your MK store today. 1 1/2 hours to buy a phone of which I sat around doing nothing. Not one offer of a coffee or cold drink. Buying a phone is an incredibly mundane boring thing to waste 1 1/2 hours of my life on but a refreshment night help!!
