Outstanding customer service from @o2 who have now hung up on me four times in a row. These big companies make it so hard to be a loyal customer. Thanks @firstdirect for getting it right consistently over the years #CustomerService #CustomerSuccess

@o2 disgusting behavior not helping my mother with her account. Countless calls and ignored emails. She has to look after my dad with dementia as well as the stress dealing with your chronic customer service

@O2 can you tell me how to apply Volt double data? I have been a customer of both Virgin Media and O2 for many years but when I tap the "See what you can get" link in the MyO2 app it just tells me to "join Virgin Media". How do I link the two accounts?
