@O2 i rang 7 minutes ahead and explained that I was literally there and I’d be there on time. The gentleman I spoke to said that was ok. His colleague was having none of it. This evening was the only free time we had to collect our phones.. this isn’t good customer service.

@O2 customer service is disgusting, no loyalty for customers who have been with you for years. I need to take a new contract out with 02 to get the best deal by over 10% #poorcustomerservice

Incredible stuff. I need to change a UK @O2 tariff so phoned them, as their website is unclear. After wasting a few minutes keying in digits, the auto voice just said.... "Thanks, BYE" and hung up on me! Might just cancel, after 10 years as a customer.

Absolutely astonished at the customer service from @O2 (and not in a good way). Signed up as a new customer 6 days ago and was told phone would be delivered within 7 days. Was told about 1hr later that the phone was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be delivered 1/2

@giffgqff signal is up and down like a bloody yo-yo today. When I report an outage to Giff Gaff, they always say "Our systems show nothing wrong". If I try to report it to @O2, they tell me I'm not a customer. Best solution? Avoid both and use a better network
