    @O2 absolute joke customer services give me the unlock code I have paid for my phone and you are with holding the code so I can't activate my new sim

    @O2 Thanks for the quick reply! Until the phone connects though, you have no visibility of which network you’re connected to. The signal went from Greece at the Airport/Transfer to Turkey at Hotel and even though I changed the network manually, it doesn’t seem right to be charged?

    @O2 your service and signal strength is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced, no matter where I am I always struggle for data and voice signal/service, if I wasn’t tied in to the contact I’d leave in a heartbeat!!! Poor poor poor!!!!

    @O2 Could you also explain how I discuss my contract if all live chats are busy and I can not book a call back until Wednesday!! Customer services were not very helpful!!

    @O2 It is way outside of your timescales for acknowledging this complaint. As said I'll keep posting daily until dealt with, so I suggest you chivvy them along.

    Hey @O2 it's been two months and my 4G is still unusable in my local town centre. I'm a pretty angry and disappointed new customer over here 😒

    To try to save £££ I swapped from @O2 to @ThreeUK but now I don't have my number and both are charging me, lied to by customer service #thanks

    @O2 URGENT, have reported fraud on my account twice, it’s my daughter’s phone. Both times told by your rep to cancel direct debit. Now get notice that account overdue and O2 have cut the calls and data. My daughter is travelling late tonight and cannot use her phone.

    Hello @O2 your so-called 'customer service' is absolute rubbish. I've made 7 calls since 20/05 & issue still unresolved. No surprise then to find that 79% of Trustpilot reviews rate your service as poor/bad. Seems Cr*p was given as an option.
