@Slug_a_otoole @O2 It works okay on 4G but slows right down on 5G. And it’s not because I got my COVID booster jab. I got that in December.

@O2 received 4 calls and a text today telling me I hadn't paid my direct debit and would be charged £3.50 - even though you took my payment and then refunded it. Shocking to penalise customers for your mistake when the customer service agent admitted it was a widespread problem.

@O2 if I bought my tickets on o2 priority (and so they are labelled as o2 priority tickets) but I am no longer an o2 customer, does this matter for the priority queue? Does access to this queue depend on the ticket or the priority status of the customer?

@O2 nobody has got back to me and I am really getting frustrated. O2 customer Rep on the phone now saying that another 5 to 7 working days will take for the restrictions to be lifted. What a shambles is this

@O2 phone upgrade…phone lost by @DHLParcelUK …none of the companies know where my new phone is… they send me from one to another!two massive companies that cannot locate a phone…and the customer has to just wait for them to blame each other!!! Disgusting

@O2 @purpledolphins7 They didn't help me. They didn't apply the increase in speed. In fact they said I could have 1gig for £30 extraper month. False advertising and liars!
