    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address

    Big shout out to Lewis at the @O2 store in Wakefield. I went it to try and pay for my phone repair after 202 couldn't help me and changing my weekend plans to accommodate. Whilst I couldn't get it paid he did everything he could to help me.

    @o2 What an awful company to deal with Can’t even complain online Been trying for days Love a DM though Still won’t fix your problem 2 months and counting Happy to take my daughters money though🤮
