@O2 10+ years of being a customer with 4 contracts. Recently missed a payment of just under £15. No text, letter or email until yesterday when i get threatening letters demanding payment along with default notices and then today i get one saying my device is being disconnected.

@virginmedia @O2 I have been having issues with WiFi dropping out too and they still won’t send a replacement hub - been a customer for 10 years and equipment is about same age- just want to speak to someone who knows what they are doing rather than trying to sell me more stuff - so frustrating

What’s going on @O2 had an email saying my phone was arriving Tuesday and it’s now Thursday with no sign of it. No tracking information and no one in support can help apparently. #NoBodyKnows
