@O2 Hi. It’s been one week since I bought a Pay&Go SIM and I still cannot use it. I’ve spoken to support several times and I was told my issue will be looked in to. This morning I woke up to no service so I cannot even ring them anymore. Can someone here please help?

@O2 I have tried to call 3 times and each time after holding for 10 mins I get cut off when put through to an adviser. Need to speak to someone as I received a v long text msg to my home landline at 4 AM this morning waking entire house, amongst other issues 🤯

Never bill me or transfer my services from Virgin, then today letter comes from O2 saying i'll be disconnected if I don't pay, call in and told i've been passed to debt collectors and need to pay £234. I this how you are making money now @O2?
