@rutty_uk @O2 Five minutes later, I called the number for prospective new customers and the adviser answered so quickly that I got a fright. Sky are the same. Prioritising new sales over service to existing customers.

  • AbbeStyles abbecummings (@AbbeStyles) reported

@O2 such a shame after being a very loyal customer of yours for almost 20 years i was refused a free upgrade. After paying £729 off my £905 device on #refresh plan the £175 couldn't be squashed. Never asked before . Your adviser Hector simply replied not long until april. 👍

Ever since my phone got automatically updated to 5G it’s had the worst signal ever! @O2 this may be the start to the end of a loyal 15 year relationship. 5G feels much slower than 3G.

  • rutty_uk Dave Rutt (@rutty_uk) reported

@caledoniaman @O2 I ditched them a few years ago when I went into our local O2 store with a printed upgrade offer from Carphone Warehouse. They couldn’t/wouldn’t match it - can’t even beat their own franchised network deals :/

  • dw_rarr dw (@dw_rarr) reported

@O2 trying to top up my grans phone and its hitting us with all outgoing calls are blocked under call barring but the options are not even on plus i tried the longer number and its telling me its not an o2 number when it clearly is. Help?

  • bats22 Caroline Ward (@bats22) reported

@O2 After 45 mins on hold I have been cut. System makes it impossible to speak to a human. Such a poor service.

  • CoveViewHoliday Cove View (@CoveViewHoliday) reported

@O2 Please can you help? My friend has an 02 PAYG old phone & has bought a new handset which takes a nano SIM. Where can she purchase a SIM card with no bundle to continue her existing PAYG plan, keep her sizeable credit & transfer her number ? Thank you

  • stuartls Stuart L Stevenson (@stuartls) reported

@O2 need help, asked for checks to be done as getting almost zero signal at and pretty much zero data signal everywhere I go, this can't continue

  • HennieBooks Wandering in Middle Earth (@HennieBooks) reported

@O2 Hello, I'm trying to top-up my phone online but for some reason it's not working? Your page keeps showing me after I put in my address - "Oops. We can't find the page you're after"

  • markhaldane Mark Haldane (@markhaldane) reported

@O2 Not much - I answered and they said something like "Hi we have a new offer for you from O2" and I said "I'm not an O2 customer - how did you get my number?" at which point they hung up.
