    @O2 I am in the O2 shop to make a complaint and the advisor in the store has been trying to get through to O2 on the phone now for 20 minutes. O2 are awful….go anywhere else for your new phone

    Having major problems with @O2 UK having moved a number on an iPhone 13 to them. Phone does not receive the bank verification codes used in 2FA and @o2 seem to be unable to fix. Anyone else had same issue (& if so how did you fix?) thanks

    @O2 It’s a business account and you@don’t offer anything as advanced as an app for a business account. The phone line is waiting 15 minutes then cuts off. Abysmal service.

    @O2 The issue has been going on for quite some time, progressively worse in the last couple of years and yes, leaving the area does improve it but I don't fancy moving house
