    @O2 Are there any managers in your business please?????? Some bright spark has deactivated my sim after I asked for an E sim. Customer services can’t help because they are trying to send text codes to a deactivated sim. I am now left with no phone due to their incompetence HELP!!

    @O2 the customer services are driving me mad….. multiple calls, online chats and “WhatsApp” messages and despite all the different theories I have been given I still can’t activate VOLT benefits. I’m desperate to upgrade and can’t apply the benefits!!!

    @O2 Words cannot express how disgusted and dismayed by this dreadful phone service provider! Not enough characters to say why on here, suffice to say we are terminating our contract with immediate effect. Avoid 02 at all costs.

    Hey @o2 I have phoned 3 times to complain about something you did to my package that still hasn't been put right. 3 times I was assured a senior manager would call me back within 48 hours. 3 times this hasn't happened. What do I do to get to speak to someone about my complaint?

    @O2 disgusted by O2s customer service. Been a customer with them for 10 years & have spoken to 2 of the WORST employees in the past 3 weeks who were rude, shouted over the top of me and accused me of not knowing what I was talking about. Problem still hasn’t been resolved either!
