@O2 customer for over 20 years with 3 phones. Never missed a payment. No credit issues. Trying to renew but they want to know my salary. If I don’t provide, computer says “no”. No wonder customer service level is only 2.3!

@O2 6 days later this is still ongoing. The mast near my area is not working apparently. What are you doing to fix this? Not only that but my virgin media internet has also stopped working due to an ‘outage’. Last night, my phone was unusable. God forbid there was a family emergency

@O2 Customer 30yrs + you don’t look after customers anymore and coverage seams to be getting worse. Since you merged with virgin your level of service has gone down, typical call to you 40mins for a simple thing and the language barrier just makes it worst.
