@O2 how am I supposed to cancel my contract if I’ve already moved abroad? I can’t email. I can’t chat online, you won’t call back an o/s number, and the phone line automation says I need to use the Uk number which I no longer have. This has been SO frustrating, just let me cancel

@O2 access4u part of o2 help are heartless. They keep throwing in my face how they have helped me, I provided all medical notes to them and request one more extention on plan and they are being bullies and threatening someone who is vulnerable to switch my line! They are bullies

@O2 Just had worst ever service from your tele sales team. 1.5 hours on phone, past from dept to dept, but no details transferred, spoken at by someone who sounded like trackies already on & was on the couch, beer in hand, only to be cut off before sale went through. Stressful!
