@O2 7 and a half hours... 2 and a half today. sent home with a pay and go sim with no balance on it and no one has picked up on the "help line". Thanks for ruining my weekend and stopping me from being able to access my online banking

@O2 you’ve had a issue in CR2 area ages ‘.phone mast close to you isn't working as expected, This issue is caused by signal interference that we're working to fix. We’ll update Thursday 30th June 2022. Any idea if it will be fixed this is 3rd date….

@O2 I am appalled by the continuing service I am getting. I've let it go in the past but now I fed up. I've spoken to someone who said a manager will call me (maybe) but I want this resolved today! As I have something in writing from u that u are not honouring
