@AXS_UK disappointed that I didn’t receive the email link to @petetong at @o2. I got a text saying to look out for it, an email saying it would come and then nothing... so gutted, the help links on all emails were useless.

@MarkEvansO2 So @O2 have messed up and forgotten to email details to priority customers of @petetong event tonight. After a **** day it seems it’s acceptable to rectify this 40 mins late. No online chat. Won’t issue refund. Won’t apologise.
