@O2 when I was at the scene of an accident with emergency calls only, why would my phone not connect to the emergency services? Not just mine but multiple phones all had the same issue. This could have cost lives.

After more than 20 years, today I am saying bye bye to @O2 and Hello to @tescomobile . I am hoping for better customer service and compassion and fairer pricing. The moment I changed that SIM over, I have alread halved my bill - I urge anyone today to check too

@O2 Just about to sign up to O2. Go to site and get: "We're working on it This page is unavailable because we're making improvements to our site. We'll have it back up and running as soon as possible." Yep, good reason to walk away and look for another network right there....

@O2 Hi, your business site has old details about year of Apple TV+ offer. It’s now only 3 months however when I signed up the customer advisor on the phone said it was valid for a year. Also the offer is only for new subscribers.
