@O2 when my bill is due it says that it's been paid a few days after its due so then I think that I paid it then 2 weeks after the due date it says overdue then I had to pay directly can you fix this

@o2 exactly when will you be rolling out 5G in the north west of England? Half the locations I’ve visited in the last two weeks I’ve had no signal despite you saying good coverage and every time I’ve reported you say the network is busy in that area. One of them is a college!

Hey @O2! I have been trying to get my number ported and after 3 days - I still can't get any incoming calls/SMS and am on 2 network (& bills) ! Please can someone check this and sort out the port. Or I'm happy to end the contract and go back to my previous provider.

@O2 I have tried to make payment for my bills and not going through. Customer care agent advised that I transferred to your bank account but the payment is still yet to be confirmed

@O2 OK, just had the worst customer service. Spoke to two people and they had NO CLUE whatsoever. They sounded like children on the phone. Apparently O2 cannot sell me an eSIM at moment due to "issues" and this has been the case for 2 months???

@O2 I had a phone delivered on Saturday but have had no coverage since. Been in contact with your advisors since Monday and still no working phone. Today one of your advisors shouted down the phone at me and hung up. You guys are making even Vodafone look good right now
