@O2 That's kinda poor though. Like a simple text to say "you are no longer in the Europe zone" wouldn't have been hard when it switched to a different network. Why would I check online if where I am is covered when I will get rinsed for data if it's not?

Absolute **** service provider is @O2 . Number is deactivated for the last 6 days and this people not able to understand why? Such fools are there and no intelligence. Friends… Any chance of selecting a phone provider try to avoid @O2

@O2 Shocking service, no response on Twitter either?and it gets worse…. now I have no signal and no ability to make calls. I would like to initiate a complaint I can’t get through to anyone as your lines have shut. Is this an actual proper phone network anymore?

@O2 Hi, I am having problems with my voicemail since I changed my tariff this week, I have totally lost all voice messages, no longer have visual voicemail and every couple of minutes I’m getting a notification of a new voicemail but there isn’t one?
