    @O2 I have tried calling. Usually it will allow me to dial out and speak to cust service however now whatever number I dial it just disconnects. I only have one phone and no family to use theirs

    @virginmedia @O2 Called virgin media to reduce my package price and somehow I’ve ended up with it double to price. Advisors lying over the phone. Unable to amend this and now I’m left with a bill in unable to pay and it’s going to leave a mark on my credit file! VM customer services are cowboys!

    @O2 Hi I’m currently abroad and my data has just completely stopped working. It has been working for 2 days whilst here now nothing. My roaming is definitely on and tried to reset network settings, can you advise? Thanks

    @O2 absolutely shocking service today. In Italy with no phone network or service. o2 customer service no help and no resolution. Customer of more than 20 years, but will be reconsidering after this experience. Can anyone @O2 help?!
