    @O2 My wife (an O2 customer for over 20 years) lost her phone a few days ago and has tried to replace it but "computer says no". You won't let her buy a new phone because verification is linked to her lost phone. She is stuck in a mad loop. Please help

    @O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.

    @O2 I shall be watching to make sure some trees are planted somewhere, move them so they are not in the way of your equipment, then you don't have to cut them down again.
