@O2 If I do that I lose my 1GB fibre with @virginmedia I just think it’s really scummy that I have to pay for a sim that literally doesn’t get used. I didn’t mind when I thought it was part of the virgin deal but then you put prices up by like 12% which is really crap.

@totalkharnage @O2 It's happening everywhere. Every company is increasing the prices and giving the customer nothing in return.

@o2 I have been a customer of yours for years but this will be the last contract I have with you. 11.7% rise, really?! You don’t think it’s *************** and completely to tone deaf in the current climate?! I hope the little bit of extra money is worth the loss of customers!

I ordered an iPad SIM from @O2 - and was sent a SIM that used a @giffgaff number (which doesn't work). O2 won't sort it out because it's a Giffgaff number - unbelievable!

@O2 really wouldn’t recommend using o2. just rang the customer service number to find out my refund was supposed to be automatic but hasn’t been. it’s been 2 weeks, and it’s another 7 working days to wait for this because people clearly can’t do their job. 4 weeks for £109 refund

@adamdayson @O2 @BBCNews Cashing in is a polite way of putting. It’s a money grab whilst it’s customer base is suffering. Thankful I’ve only got a 12 month sim deal the I can kick these swindlers to the kerb next year. The sooner the better.
