    @O2 my phone number was disconnected on Thursday and was reassured numerous times it would be reconnected within 24 hours. 3 days later and it still isn’t reconnected. I’ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!

    @O2 due to your rubbish signal in hx2 9 area can I leave your service because it's not fit for purpose, bills gone up and rubbish signal and data speed

    @O2 How long does it take for you to investigate loss of phone signal/mobile phone data. Rung up 2 weeks ago and was told it would be looked into and still nothing. Your website status checker says no issues , clearly there is as it’s affecting our whole estate

    @O2 after multiple phone calls to customer services to advise i had been receiving emails and texts stating I owed money when I dont a restriction has been placed on phone and they cant lift the restriction for upto 7 days. @O2 I wouldnt recommend you to anyone these days

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.
