    @O2 why haven’t you released the hold on my refund yet? You said it would happen last Thursday. It’s now Tuesday!! Very very very poor service since you charged me three times for my upgrade…£861.54 you’ve withheld. I need to pay bills

    I have a joke for you: what do you call a network that won’t accept you? @O2, because they refer you to a credit check team for no reason, you wait a week and no one gets back to you
