@O2 I had a bad experience at Nero last time as I have 2 contract and one of it it is for my son (16) and he doesn’t drink coffee so he send me the screenshots and the Nero counter didn’t accept the screen shot and she does let me know after she made the coffee so I paid for it

Peak @O2, the mobile signal is rubbish where I live so I use my initiative and try to sign up for WiFi calling. When I log on to the website the security challenge will only send code by SMS. I imagine this is what it's like to pass into a black hole event horizon. #iamfucked

@O2 Is this some sort of ironic joke? Turn it on and off. I think you're missing the point, how can your service be this bad in 2022. Did all other networks just completely leapfrog you in the last few years, Your service is medieval.
