    @o2 say they can't send it back and calling me a liar saying they wouldn't have taken it twice! I've got proof. I have 2 young children and only 1 ***** left and what was in my bank was for food etc. i have no one to help me.#

    @O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

    @O2 not staying with a mobile company that allows call center to be rude and insulting to customers and refuse to send a pac code for 3 days o2 have seriously gone worse since o2 allowed the new call center to be rude

    @O2 If I could in that area, I would but there aren’t any. Can anyone be specific as to when it will be actually fixed? Has anyone been there, are there parts on order? Is there a Job Number for it? This would be proof that its getting looked at and means a fix is in place
