    @O2 you gonna fix the visual voicemail text bug or just let it sit there. You charge enough money and don't spend it on better signal surely you can put a bit towards fixing bugs.

    @xlilyyrobinson @O2 They’re the biggest pile of **** going. I’ve had issues for a week and recieved two replies from then and not one has been to get the issue sorted. I’ve reported them now. They’re an absolute disgusting disgrace

    Really disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received from @O2 recently. An issue O2 has acknowledged fault for still remains unresolved despite multiple calls, live chats, emails and more. I’ve completely lost confidence in O2 and just want a fair resolution. @O2

    @O2 hi is there a reason why I keep getting asked to link a virgin media account to use my o2 account when all I want to do is use my rewards towards my data bundle next month, neither of the apps will just let me use my phone number to login and use my rewards

    @1stSimona @O2 Go onto it d mobile ..cheaper for exactly same contract plus customer service miles better ...been with virgin all my life but since they merged with o2 not the same ...absolute terrible me my mam.n wife left now save £24 pm between us same contracts ...mobile speed much faster

    @O2 six days u have done nothing to get this issue sorted. You have been reported with immediate and if u don’t get this sorted today without fail. Further action will be taken against u. You’re ******* deranged if u think not doing anything sort an isssue in 6 daysacceptable

    @O2 reporting a lost sim should'nt be this hard, stuck for 5 mins with an automated service wanting to send me a text which I can't receive then when through to next part going in circles until I had to pretend I don't know my phone number, now in a long queue to speak to someone

    @O2 Hello, I am wanting to upgrade my phone. The phone is over £1k on contract and currently have a DRO. I never included my phone bill on my DRO because I was and still am up to date with payments. Am I right that because the contract be over £500 I have to declare it to you?
