    Thinking of switching from @O2 because their network is lacking. Haven’t been able to get decent signal at all for months and today, could get signal when I was in direct line of sight of one of their masts.

    hi @O2 i am still owed £659 for an iphone i bought from you which never got delivered which i requested a refund for, in APRIL. countless times i have called, gone into multiple of your stores and still nothing has been advanced please i am a 21 year old student thanks

    @wheat_daddy @O2 I always struggle to get an EE signal at byards leap which isn't too far from you I gather so I'd be wary of them.

    No internet coming upto 30days from your service, three attempts for a technician to call us for no call to ever be made, and now just been hung up on by your call handlers. @O2 what's going on why can't we get a technician or even our internet sorted? All calls are recorded.

    Hi @O2 Do you know there is a problem with your app & website. You can't make a payment on the site. It keeps kicking you out with an error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". I have seen other people are having the same issues. Can you please fix it ASAP. People have bills to pay.

    @O2 how can I access my final bill if nothing in the app is available or when signed into the web account no bills available? Already spent 55 mins on the phone to customer resolution this morning.

    @O2 @giffgaff will you PLEASE do something about the dreadful mobile signal issue in and around Penzance? I understand it is a mast issue? Can only call when near WiFi!
