@O2 @charlieeechilds Ha o2 signal has deteriorated In my area 02 was always the best not any more the other leading networks have decent signal I'm lucky to get 1 bar I missed an important call from the doctors. Come on o2 pick your socks up Or customers will disapear

@O2 I topped up £10 and it automatically took it off for a 1GB Bolt on , when for £10 I usually get 6GB , unlimited calls and texts . Can you see the frustration? And the guy on the phone was trying to sell me a sim deal and not sort out the problem,16 minutes later nothing resolved

@O2 this is becoming ridiculous...I pay a premium to have #o2insurance and may a claim, pay the additional fee for a 24 hour service and still 10 days after I still don’t have a device and a working phone! #o2 #o2complaint so angry 😡

Good morning tweets! What a muggy nite! So @O2 have teamed up with another network, my smart meter isn't connecting to meter, my BT line went down too as its gone digital, same time my smart meter went tits up!🤔 Honestly technology floors me to the ground sometimes🙄
