@O2 Hi if a message on someones phone says "s emergency calls only" could it be connected with a service issue you have in that area as you have an online status saying "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry."

@O2 just returned from a family holiday in Blackpool,staying at Marton Mere,had zero mobile signal for the whole week unless we travelled to town centre,is there a reason for the abysmal coverage in that area?

@O2 appalling advice from your shop 18 months ago when I purchased iPhone 11 Pro Max and yet you still charged me over £50 a month on contract. I’ve been with you since you opened so am a loyal long term customer. Will move to Vodafone now #leaveO2 #O2poor #badserviceO2

.@O2 we’ve been in touch with three different team’s for 2 weeks now and not one response on the fraudulent use of my fathers name on one of your accounts. This is preventing him remortgaging his house and has basically put his life on hold. Can you please address this issue?
