@MattsFarming @O2 I am sorry to hear about your mother's death and the problems you have had with O2 O2 is in my top 3 companies for the worst customer service I have ever had The other two companies are one of the debt collection companies which they employ (Moorcroft) and their partners Virgin.

@o2 ported my number 2 weeks ago. Since then despite numerous phone calls, 2 visits to stores and even an email to your CEO 24 hours ago I still do not have incoming texts or calls. Just what do I have to do to get someone to address my issue and tell me how long to fix it?

@O2 the worst service. E sims dubs work. Got told to go to a store and pick up a SIM card. No one said I needed id other than my phone. Now they won’t serve me. A week sorting so far
