@O2 complaint raised mid Jan about not having signal within my local area. Customer care team call me back a few weeks later and confirm that a mast has been down since September 2020 and someone else will call be back within 5 days. 3 weeks later absolutely nothing!!!

@O2 I've been trying for 3 days now to give you my Vodafone PAC code to port my number on to my new O2 sim. I've been hung up on once, and twice told that you have system problems & to call back the next day. How long will your systems be down for??

@O2 how on earth can O2 justify a 11.8% increase in prices. Yes, it's in the terms of my contract, but you are milking it. Disgusting. At this time of high inflation, surely massively profitable companies could help out a little. When my contract is done, I'll be gone. @BBCNews

@O2 Interesting to note that according to last year's annual report, @o2 invested around £750m in the network and still managed to rake in profits of £581m. Yet they absolutely need to raise their prices.

@O2 you’ve text me my own phone number 23 times in the last hour and I can’t access the support chat. Please could you jog on
