@MattRibbins @O2 I had a similar episode recently with Vodafone, large areas where 4G used to give me good coverage, but only 3G signal received. After a couple of weeks it was fine again

@lucejane23 @O2 You're better off changing it to use 4g and not 5g at all, should improve things a little for your signal xx

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia How about making your website work properly first? You've changed the layout and now the payments page doesn't load up, it just goes blank everytime i try to access it. O2 never change, you always update the site layout and it screws everything else up with it.

So disappointed in my service from @O2 😭 I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and had no problems until now which is such an shame. Upgraded my phone a couple of days ago and had to phone 3 separate times since then, due to different errors being added to my account.

@o2 Are you able to assist? Apple support advised it is a service provider issue not my phone (iPhone).

Wi-Fi calling is supposed to help make calls when the mobile signal is poor. 100% able to make calls on the London Underground with no signal. Faulty mast breaks Wi-Fi calling indoors? @O2 So many bad responses from customer service recently. 🐂💩baffles brains?
