    @O2 over 20 years a business customer. You have billed us £2k for calls made whilst in Mexico because we didn’t have a bolt on. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.

    What the hell has happened to @O2 mobile phone coverage over the last few months. The areas where my phone reads No Signal is becoming ridiculous, making my job as a courier virtually impossible, as the GPS continually dropping out

    @O2 I’m trying to make a formal complaint but your complaints process appears to be failing. Your online complaint form gives me an error and the complaints email address directed me to is not monitored. I need someone to help me register this complaint through another route.

    I've had terrible coverage from @O2 - Can't get a signal most of the time in Liverpool City Centre - At the castlefield bowl gigs - every other network my friends were on was ok, O2 failed Generally can't trust it for any coverage
