@O2 Is O2 just spouting the usual garbage ? They keep on sending me texts saying they are doing work to improve the network in my area. But then nothing changes. The network is still sub 2 meg speeds . Do they actually do any work ?

@O2 Why is swapping a phone number from an old sim to a new one so difficult. Have tried 3 times in the last month. Website, calling customer services and the move by text service all told me that I'll be moved within 24 hours. 48 hours since latest attempt and still nothing.

@O2 Yes. I did that straight away. The Daily Mail became involved and The fraud team immediately resolved the issue. So all’s well that ends well.

@O2 Do you have an issue with your payment system please? It’s not showing billing info and there’s no “make a payment” option in the app. Website just says error. Many thanks.
