    @O2 having issues with making payment online , no matter which browser , pc , phone, tablet or operating system , keep getting too many redirects error . Tried all remedies but no joy #o2 #o2redirects

    @O2 absolutely shocking brought a second phone a o2 sim paid £10 twice to try activate and taken money but not topped up phone. Said top up unsuccessful. I can’t call customer service as no top up on my o2 phone I’ll stay with my other contract phone useless company

    @O2 Since virgin media came along ive been unable to use the O2 app to look at my account after a few phone calls to raise this issue & told the issue will resolved yet nothing also i don't have virgin media please can you get on with resolving this issue ?

    @englishdolly @O2 There crap..I was same as you...left for i.d mobile...same package £8 cheaper ! ..my wife and mam have left o2 as well £24 saving between us for exactly same package,s ..do it ..leave them , there the worst company I've ever dealt with ..terrible

    @RonnieStidolph @O2 I had 3 lines with them that had been transferred from Virgin. Moved them all to Lebara this month. Will save £50 a month for the next 6 months thanks to the @MoneySavingExp offer I joined Lebara with. Customer service when I left was a joke.

    @O2 @pethard_connor FOUR DAYS WAITING FOR U TO SORT THE ISSUE. TRY RESPONDING TO DMS I SENT OVER 19 HOURS AGO AND GRT THIS SORTED. I will be taking this further

    @O2 signal has been trash for months and not been able to make a phone call from my house for the last week. I live in Manchester not somewhere with no towers. £41 a month.
