@O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

@O2 Ok. I’ve paid the bill you’ve already agreed I don’t owe you. I still can’t get through to you on the phone or log on to the app to resolve the issue that has apparently already been resolved. You asked me to DM after yesterday’s tweet which I did, but you haven’t answered!

@O2 has by far the worst coverage of 4g. It’s a joke always goes down. Like having a phone from 1985. Don’t know why it’s so bad. The amount of money you pay for such a poor service

@O2 I have been through the network tips to no avail. The data speeds have been abysmal latelyin the centre, plz fix that asap. Connecting to hotspots is not a solution, we got a data allowance for a reason and we should be able to use it.
