    @O2 Received a call from 0333 006 7136 claiming to be from 02, offering 40% discount on my contract, if I renew for 2 years. When I asked if I could speak to the team via Live Chat on your website, they said they'd put me through to another team on call to help. Suspect fraud.

    Can’t believe @O2 is still trying to scam me into paying money for a device I returned a month ago!!! Even with the receipts for return and all the time I lost on the phone and in store trying to solve this issue!!!

    Carried on misunderstanding the @O2 customer service guy on the phone. No reason for it at all, perfectly normal accent, I just couldn't process the words properly. Said 'pardon' and had to ask him to repeat himself, I feel so bad

    @O2 Please for the LOVE OF GOD fix your ****** phone signal! Just had a telephone interview and the signal dropped 3 TIMES!! NOT the impression I want to give off when I'm trying to get a job.

    @O2 Just fix your system to put people through to an advisor when your flawed automated system can’t help instead of hanging up on them. Very very poor system that would make even the pope swear.

    @JamieCook1995 @O2 Ah I’m just me. Everybody loves a treat and even better if it’s free. The greggs and Caffè Nero will tell you if it’s still available and you’ve got 20 mins once you’ve requested the QR code to redeem it so do it when at the shop.

    @DPDgroup_news @O2 Thanks, your live chat was a really poor experience to be honest. I was however advised that someone from the depot will be calling me by half 11 so will keep my fingers crossed

    I upgrade through the MyO2 app. On screen says "available to order" I order. Go through all the clicks and tap the final agreements stuff. Great. Then I get an email "your order is out of stock" Hang on a mo....??? Make up your damn minds, @O2 Try and keep your site updated!!

    Hi @O2 i was accepted for a sim only recently. I have bad credit and defaults on my credit file, will i still be able to get a handset in 3-6 months? And would there be a credit check?
