Chasing up @O2 lack of response to my active Volt Travel Inclusive option that isn’t working in USA! Arrived in Philadelphia 24 hours ago, still no update on the roaming issue. New SIM came with @virginmedia package, regretting the switch over and paying for zero service so far.

@O2 I have been without phone signal for around 24 hours. Your system error site says that there are engineers working on a mast nearby. (Don't want to give exact area on tweet). Any chance of an update? It's a bit of a nuisance

@O2 @giffgaff no coverage in Spalding due to "upgrade" work - may be back on 24/9/22. There is a big outage covering the centre of town. Not good enough - what about 999 etc?

@O2 I am still receiving letters about a fraud account!! I was advised this had been dealt with and closed. Yet since then I have received to more. Same phone number, same agreement number however different account numbers. When can I start a complaint about harassment?
