The signal went from Greece at the Airport/Transfer to Turkey at Hotel and even though I changed the network manually, it doesn’t seem right to be charged?

AFG (@AlisonGascoigne) reported@O2 URGENT, have reported fraud on my account twice, it’s my daughter’s phone. Both times told by your rep to cancel direct debit. Now get notice that account overdue and O2 have cut the calls and data. My daughter is travelling late tonight and cannot use her phone.
