    @O2 I want £32.00 per month in total over 24 months, why are there offers to new customers?, why when I try to upgrade online I get higher costs, I'm about to move to 3, I've had no phone signal for 5 months, only credited back 2 months, retention of customers mean nothing to you

    @O2 network is a shambles literally no data unless on wifi, download rates are abysmal and very rarely get a decent signal!

    @djcue1986 @O2 Honest it’s a joke! Been with them for years as well no issues. Tried speaking to them last week and got no where, apple weren’t much help either though😩
