Erm ok. Just called @O2 to upgrade and their automated service comes on to say their opening hours are 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday and I should call back when they’re open ..? Is it not 20:12? 🤔 I’m confused

Warning to all. Be careful of scammers. It’s the season. I’ve been had by scammers pretending to be @O2 who have accessed my account, taken out a new contract, ordered a brand new iPhone 12 and tied my to a £1200 - 36 month contract that I never signed or agreed to.Trying to sort

@O2 No point going back to your store, they claimed it was the phone and sent it away on first contact, now same issues occur, went back to store with me. Manager of store tried to get him to change phone again. Why?
