Damn, shocked that @O2 completely screwed me over for over £200 for a 70-min call to the US. In 2022 how can that be OK? Too late now to retrospectively add an international call bolt-on. Daylight robbery. Friends, what are your tips for a better UK network?

@jackmbishop_ @O2 This happened with me! I ended up being in debt with them cos stupid me didn’t check it had actually come out. Im with EE tho. Did you pay off your phone or anything? Cos sometimes you can be in credit off that xx

@O2 I can't get a phone signal on my phone. I've checked the network checker and there isn't any problems. And I've turned my phone off and on. And checked my mobile data is on.

@O2 I need help and it seem there is no other way to contact you. I signed up for a O2 SIM through my virgin TV package however I've been unable to sign into my account. It says 'i need to activate my account'. I contacted O2 originally when this happened but got nowhere.

@O2 Hi my elderly mother is trying to top up her phone, when she logs in it says that a security code is being sent but it doesn't arrive (3 times over 4hrs). I'm trying to top via phone and it's rejected twice. Is there an issue ?
