    Asked to speak to senior management & the agent told me the manager will speak to me in 3 - 4 working DAYS what kind of customer service is this???? Especially when I don’t have a WORKING SIM because of your team’s incompetency to simply do a sim swap NOT change a phone no. @O2!!

    Massive thanks to Annique on the phone at @O2 for being the only one out of 4 advisors to resolve my issue. Was the only one willing to discuss what needed to be discussed and explained it to me in layman’s terms

    @scootertooter7 @O2 We’re in rural Angus and have gone down the mobile broadband route after years of appalling “service” with BT. It’s proved so much better. Hope you get things sorted out soon. x

    @O2 The fact that for almost 2 years now I’ve had the worst 4G and 3G signal throughout London :/ And I’ve complained about it several times.

    Hey @O2 your app says network is fine where I live but I’ve no signal and nothing on Vodafone. Had power cut for 2 hours and now being told a mast has issues in beattock but you’re saying it’s ok? Please can you check again as it isn’t working here

    @O2 Day THREE without phone service!!! I’ve called 5 times, live chatted 7 times and DM’d once. I am trying to run a business, my anxiety levels are through the roof!!! How hard can it be to upgrade, to a new handset, with a new SIM? I can’t call or text anyone! #o2 #mobile

    Honestly I have never seen as bad a service as @O2 have given my other half, he had 2 phones on a contract, paid 1 off and they cancelled the wrong one in error!3 months and at least 7 different people later can’t resolve the issues he’s still getting because of it, it’s bizarre
