@verenaxcote @O2 100%. I know it sounds silly but a weekly free coffee chilling outside Caffè Nero before work was a lazy excuse to stay with a more expensive than most O2 contract (which also increases twice mid-term). @o2 do not underestimate this poor decision.

  • rftimson Stefan Haselwimmer 🇺🇦 (@rftimson) reported

@O2 Surely you should release more codes? I never used to see "Out of stock" so consistently.

  • LilyPinkBaker 👻 Claire (@LilyPinkBaker) reported

@O2 But how can I miss out? Surely the allocation should be enough for each customer to have one. And why is it now only once a month?

  • Taylod61 ❌ David Taylor 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧❌ (@Taylod61) reported

This is brilliant @o2 4G signal strength 541kbps and we’re paying money for this

  • hoarp001 Peter ***** (@hoarp001) reported

@O2 I sent a letter about a week ago to cancel a new contract under 14 day cooling off period. I have not heard back. Your website will not give me contact details, it just goes round and round in circles. How can I get confirmation of my cancellation? Thanks

  • talk2talkcomms talk2talkcommsltd (@talk2talkcomms) reported

@O2.... BEWARE any unsuspecting new customers to o2.... their customer service department is the most incompetent I have had the misfortune to deal with.. what has happened..?.. used to be excellent. They seem to accept identity fraud without any thought for the injured person

  • tmw1000 Tina Walsh (@tmw1000) reported

Are @O2 and @SamsungHelpUK direct message folk there to test you? Really simple IT issue has turned into tech equivalent of root canal surgery, made worse by a different person answering every time and not reading anything you've already told the previous person.

  • JasonMo25436420 Jason Morgan (@JasonMo25436420) reported

@O2 got new unlimited SIM but after 24 hours speeds bit slow and signal dropping

  • tokyo_katie tokyo_katie (@tokyo_katie) reported

@O2 hi how do I get help re my phone claiming I'm not registered on a network... which considering O2 just took this months payment is not correct

  • smithy15493 Jacob Smith (@smithy15493) reported

@o2 Everyone i’ve spoken to has said the same. How can it be this bad for this long and an entire town/area affected? We at least want to know that it’s being worked on, or there is no point in being a customer.
