Dan - Truly_Anomalous 🐦 (@Truly_Anomalous) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I left the O2 network this month. Our local access point is constantly either down or just not serving data. Fixes rarely last more than a week or two.

Marne Blair (@MarneBlair) reported@RobertGCurrie @O2 @EE is the same in Carlisle now. Signal is shocking
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

RichardAngell (@Groundhopperno1) reported@O2 hi O2 can you help me with an issue on my account? 3 lines customer for over 20 years and I’m struggling to get the loyalty discount and also the local 5g mast has been out of action since December and I’ve been paying for an airtime contract that hasn’t given me a service
-
Al Nickson (@BaldeyAl) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat My signal is always terrible. How come it often shows 5G and I can’t even get a page to open? We pay so much for our tariffs and the service is worse than ever.

Tristan ☀️ (@trispretty) reported@O2 I get scam calls from people claiming to be you (I've never been with O2 Fyi) I try and keep them on the phone as long as possible and ensuring that they're wasting time with me and not a victim that might fall for the scam. #doingmybit

ᗪᗩᐯE (@Jaxstad) reported@HopefulWorrier @O2 They have really gone down hill! I can't get a decent conversation with anyone in customer service!

Provoke the Woke 🙈🙊🙉 (@No_to_wokery) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You had 13 years to fix this mess. What do did the Tories do in government again ?

Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported@AndyFurnival2 @TomTugendhat @O2 It was better when there were fewer mobile devices competing for the same signal.
