@O2 I've been with your company for 2 hours and I'm having huge problems. I have a PAC code to change my new sim to have the same as my old number. It's been rejected twice (it's correct) online and can't speak to anyone on the phone. Cut me off twice! Please help. POOR START

@O2 Hello. My grandparents are in their 90's and are isolating at home due to vulnerability. Their phone contract is up for renewal and need to speak to someone. Can we ring on their behalf as they will find the phonecall difficult? We would typically help them.

@O2 can someone tell me why every time I call your customer services number, I go through all the options and then get the message ‘thanks for calling o2-bye’. I have been cut off however via the payments line I have zero balance to pay + it’s impossible to speak to an adviser!!

@O2 please help as your call center are not helping. Letter on 30/12 states contract cancelled and final bill within 6 weeks so why did you attempt to take payment on 15/1 causing a bounced direct debit bank charge and you say you didn’t send that original letter?

Hey @O2 any idea why I have no mobile data connection right now? It’s not my allowance as I’ve loads left, signal is showing as fine but no connection to anything unless on Wi-fi

@O2 I think I know why I'm being ignored now. Your mast has been broken since 3rd December, poss earlier. I know that because call centre finally told us, despite being told numerous times this info isn't available. Why am I being lied to?

@Vodaphone4 do you have any samsung watch deals I'm currently with @o2 but after repeatedly being messed about told 3 times a manager will call and never has I'm strongly considering leaving and hearing your the better option

@O2 my iPhone says visual voicemail is unavailable, I've tried resetting my network settings, texting STATE to 9011, my bolt on has also been activated. Do you know how I can fix this? Thanks :)
