I’ve been with @O2 for years, they recently increased my monthly contact with no additional benefits and when I decided to move to @giffgaff, they charged me for cancelling the contract with them. Such a great way to treat your (no more) loyal customers #O2 #customerexperience

Hello @O2 Been with you 20 plus years. Just had a message telling me I’ve just sent my first MMS message which I didn’t, plus I’m going to be charged for sending that non existent message. WTF? Should I seek a new provider?

Hey @O2 I've got no service at all - apparently an issue with a mast close to me but can expect an update by 9th August - nearly a month away. So what am I supposed to do until then?
