@O2 Any idea when we will get a decent signal in ME 10? Virgin engineer had to go for a 10 minute walk yesterday to get enough signal to transfer our router, paying every month and having to rely on landline is ridiculous.

Is anyone else having problems with an @O2 rolling plan? It has been going on for months and they seem incapable of fixing it

@O2 Thanks - I’ve paid now - since posting here. I also tried calling 202 from my phone the workflow funnelled me to a dead end and could t send me a link. I wasn’t offered the option of a human. After being a customer for 2 decades - it forced me to think of the cheaper alternatives.

@O2 Please can someone help me? I cannot access my account because I originally registered with an email address I no longer have access to. There seems to be no option for me to change the email address on the account without accessing the original. How do I resolve this, pls?

@O2 Cant it just be fixed? For the first time ever yesterday I lost a dog and had to ring people. Not registered on network isn't good enough for 40 minutes. Luckily for me, the dog went to my van after being spooked by thunder. Ive had to be two way radios for my colleagues.

@O2 Yes I’ve checked and logged in and apparently I was alerted previously my bill was going up extra which was outwith my agreement increase and I had a limited time due to this to terminate contract freely. I don’t wish to do that but I do wish my bill to be less like before.

  • Peek0320
    peek (@Peek0320) reported

@O2 your switch up scheme is a massive scam, got me to sign up to a new contract, received my phone and listed issues literally not present on the device and told me to now keep paying for the device as well as my new one. Lmao 🖕

@O2 Sorry @O2 I don’t understand your response Are you saying you are going to attempt to fix the issue once and for all or are you just offering more fluff?

@chipstuart67 @O2 I mean it would be unusual for a big corporation like o2 to only be interested in money and not give a **** about their customers……
