@O2 Day 1 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated. X

@O2 please can someone sort my poor signal issues. I keep reporting via the the app and you say I’m in busy area. Surely there is something you can do? I live near Gatwick and not even got 5G. It’s bad enough that my @virginmedia broadband has been down since yesterday!

@O2 sooo annoyed!! Trying to do a webchat with an advisor on the app.. brings up options to help with them takes me to a website detailing it. I don’t need that I need a human!! Really wishing I hadn’t moved networks!!

@O2 I was interested to change to O2 from EE but am amazed during account creation at the password policy being limited to 16 characters with no use of symbols, this is far from a secure option and I can’t quite understand this being so poor. Is this right?
