@O2 I have made a formal complaint due to misrepresentation by one of your staff. Your staff at the Newcastle Eldon Square branch lied to me repeatedly, and mis-sold me £2000 worth of phones, then lied again about the complaints process. Pathetic service.

@O2 Guess what @o2, this has happened again. I’ve spoken to customer service countless times and each time I’m told this has been resolved… Seriously questioning switching networks

  • markhadley87 mark hadley (@markhadley87) reported

Mad to think that ever since I stopped with a monthly phone contract with @O2 and went sim only and they keep calling me to go contract and I won’t cause I’m happy with my sim only, my signal anywhere I go has been a lot worse might have look at another network 🤔

@O2 Happy what? Your service has been aweful this weekend, and I’m guessing I will still have to pay my full bill, not a single 5g signal in sight this weekend

  • PieFaceMark mark (@PieFaceMark) reported from London Colney, England

@O2 hello. I have just moved over to O2 and am considering buying a phone from the company Oneplus. I have read that Oneplus phones don't work with the O2 5g network, is this correct? I don't want to buy the phone then realise I can't receive 5g. Thanks in advance

  • drlajama89 Lor (@drlajama89) reported

@O2 You need signal to get what’s app messages don’t you? Looks like someone’s not on O2!
