    @O2 I paid £10 to top up PAYG mobile at shop/Post Office. Code entered an hour later didn't work. Contacted O2 "help" line. Told voucher had been redeemed but not credited to me and to get refund from shop/Post Office. They said take problem to O2. No refund. Another PO scandal?

    @O2 I shall be watching to make sure some trees are planted somewhere, move them so they are not in the way of your equipment, then you don't have to cut them down again.

    @O2 please explain to me who decides what is fair usage on an unlimited data package? And why if you are on an unlimited data package it’s not actually unlimited? Awful customer service and mobile provider.
