@AWumman @O2 Emotionally. I mean, I want my @O2 number, but how can you make payment arrangements if you are disabled with a brain injury and put in hold or can't get to talk to anyone who can help make arrangements to keep the phone active. Every time I get any money it's gone, bankruptcy

@O2 Can you help please? I took out a new sim only contract with yourselves yesterday and I’m trying to set up mobile data on my iWatch but it’s coming up with error 110? I’ve tried to call but they weren’t sure? Is it potentially because I need an esim from yourselves? Thanks

@O2 I signed up for 12 month contract beginning of March for an exclusive existing customer deal of £23.00 a month … first bill in £25.69?!! When you sign up thats the deal you expect NOT hammered for a completely different price on your first bill !! False advertising!
