@jwickhyoung @VodafoneUK I couldn't even load tweets over the weekend at my aunt's house in Dunfermline. The internet doesn't like H+ data in 2023. Thanks @o2. Makes me wonder what I'm paying all this money for when my mobile doesn't work when I'm out and, y'know... mobile.

@O2 hi, I am trying to port a number from Voxi to O2. The Voxi service disconnected yesterday morning but I’m still on the temp O2 number. Called customer service last night who said it’d be done “within minutes”. Still not done. I need my number active. Thanks.

Hi @O2. Currently abroad and data roaming is not working for me. Can make calls, but not use data. I've tried all recommended troubleshooting on the o2 forum. What to do next?

@O2 my number hasn’t ported over to your network fully. I have moved from Vodafone to O2 and my O2 sim has no signal. I started the process on Sunday night.

@Tankslider @O2 Doesn't surprise me, they’re so used to customer churn they know they’ll just win another defector from elsewhere, and as a good chunk of the MVNOs use o2s network (inc Giffgaff which is owned by o2 anyway) there’s a strong chance whatever you do in a huff you end up paying them

@O2 your online chat repeatedly keeps crashing on me when I’m trying to contact service. This is getting very stressful

Hi @O2 I just called support about my number port. Was told all ports are delayed but can’t say by how long. I asked if that is likely to be days, weeks or months. The answer was “it won’t be months”. So, could be weeks? Meanwhile, no contact or MFA number available. Not great.

@O2 I’ve lost service on the old Voxi SIM. O2 temp number works but not getting inbound calls on my long-term number, and outgoing messages not coming up as from me when received.
