    @O2 Hello there, My name is Christopher Attwood, and my 02 contract finished months ago. When I call to cancel it, nobody ever answers the phone. I have called endlessly to cancel my contract on seven separate occasions, and not once have I had my call answered. I wish to cancel.

    @LaurenKetchley @O2 Not really affecting my bank as cancelled direct debit, managed to stop the phone from being sent out, but I’m stuck with a high tariff that no one seems to be able to change. I’m paying it til they refund me as I don’t want bad credit. Poor service all round from them.

    @cwbmufc @O2 Seen on Facebook they are doing works on a mast near here that is affecting service, should all be back to normal by 13th apparently
