    @Jak_Collier @O2 I know I had to pop out - came back and saw the tweet. It’s shocking - I was on my phone and computer trying all day. Never got passed putting my phone number in. So to see that loads got them and are reselling them is a real kicker!

    @O2 Absolutely pathetic. You should send presale codes to customers and direct them to the ticket sellers. The app was never going to cope with that level of traffic.
