    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    @Gammitin @O2 O2 is so useless, my grandad has been with them for years, until ~7 months ago one of the local masts became faulty. It's still faulty to this day and he would use signal in the late morning/early afternoon every single day. We managed to get him out of the contract with no fees.

    @Joff_L @O2 Upgrade offers are never good. Was cheaper for me to go to PAYG than upgrade to the deal they offered me on my SIMO plan.

    @O2 almost a month without data inside my home due to a mast issue. It’s been down at least 6 months out of the last 12. Your coverage is also non-existent in Exeter. It’s 2026 for goodness sake.

    @O2 @Joff_L Check out Sky. Same network data at a fraction of the price. It’s why I left a couple of years ago after over 15 years.

    @O2 hi, I have been reporting for the last 3 weeks of connectivity issues ( ie no connectivity) in the NG4 area and still keeps coming back as 'no issue'- there is no obvious way of escalating this, how do I go on?

    @O2 - mast not working properly in SW17 9PP. When will it be fixed? The local Church is without its Internet. The website has been saying the engineers are working on it, but there are no further updates.

    Having issues with my 02 priority tickets at Vue. @O2 please help it says the code has been redeemed on the Vue website but it hasn’t and I have 3 kids upset they can’t watch Mario tomorrow!

    @O2 Get a grip and get somebody to call me who can actually do something, this is shocking now and as I’ve said, I will never ever go anywhere near you ever again. Sort it out
