    @O2 2/2 to fight to get through to customer service after being cut off twice the operators. Your customer service is extremely bad. Why block me trying to pay online? Thank god I will no longer be a O2 customer ( I have been for last 18 years) and moved to EE.

    @LutzSchueler @MarkEvansO2 this is the only way I might be heard although it wouldn’t surprise me if this too doesn’t work! I have literally been contacting @O2 for about 17 days now and promised a manager call back 6 times never get one I am being palmed off and goes unresolved

    @travelweekly Totally support any change on calls and data on phone packages. Why shld people pay for other people calls to the EU? If you use your mobile & use mobile date then pay for.@O2 shld charge their customer

    @HerveyBrookes @O2 Exactly. Any extra fees in this context are roaming fees by definition. And that doesn't help us EU citizens that now have to buy an additional international roaming plan when we go to the UK.
