@O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

Sick to death of not having any signal with @O2 you log a problem and all you get back is we are working on it and will touch within a week! Come on @O2 sort it out! Shocking customer care !

@O2 I don't need to DM the exact postcode. I walk around the whole RG30 area every day (pokemon go) and it doesn't work very well in any RG30 postcode, but my Three phone works perfectly. I have used your network guide exhaustively but it doesn't fix anything.

@O2 Day 23 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@martynhardacre @O2 Yeah and the solution they give on their website is "find a WiFi hotspot". Great from a "mobile" internet company.
