    @O2 do you think I haven’t been trying that? Your engineer team have been working on masts for weeks now and when they give the completion date it’s never fixed!

    @O2 Internet service in my area has been very poor for the last 2–3 weeks. It was slow before, but now it’s become almost unusable. Could you please investigate the issue and provide an update? Or we can change to @vodafone_de @deutschetelekom ?
