    @O2 Multiple, I live in sittingbourne its bad. Home, work, bad. Leicester to see family bad. Bournemouth weekend away, bad. Your status thing says its fine. Im not here to moan about it more just to ask can you do anything about it? And honestly, why is it the worst its ever been?

    @O2 When are you planning on improving the coverage? Up to about 6 weeks ago, it was slow but usable, same on Vodafone , now it’s basically unusable

    @O2 Hi, zero bars and no internet or connection anywhere between W2 4RJ all the way to E2 9PA. The website says masts are down, been a few hours already, any update?

    @O2 I have made countless phone calls. It got referred to the main department to get the issue sorted. This was over a month ago. I’m always told the same thing “We will contact you within 5-7 working days” nothing ever gets done.
