@O2 I have spent the last 1 hour on the phone to CS who cannot find my address as new customer. Online to paraphrase said business address and cannot process ?! Seems ridiculous as is very much a residential address and has been for 100s of years ?!!!

@O2 I can’t find the Bolt On “Standard Rates in our Euro Zone” I am in Greece with the partners network “Cosmote” but can’t access my data which is very annoying. I have therefore been forced into purchasing the “International” which is completely unfair! Any reply appreciated

@Ryeallen @WokeFisk @O2 Well that’s just stupid ini. I doubt I’ll be sunbathing where I live so I’ll obviously want to go abroad. So your point is completely wrong.

Hi there @O2 - I have a PAYG sim card (with credit on it) and it seems to have 'died'. I use it infrequently but I'm sure it was less than 6 months ago. Please could you help? Thanks!!

@O2 any chance of you acknowledging that it's not currently possible to order from your web site if you don't have a house number... postcodes with only names don't work... Please fix..! i have tried 5-6 postcodes now and all fail..

@O2 Yep. That just says the network is fine. Which is what it always says. That doesn't change anything.

So angry I must get back to antiques progs. To make matters worse, my phone was lost when I was transported to A&E this week. @O2 will not replace it unless I pay over £200 so can only communicate via laptop. Means I can't phone 999 if I need help eg w dangerous neighbour.

@O2 joined your network over a week ago and it looks like your second attempt to port my number has failed…. How hard can it be really?!
