    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    @peterkay_co_uk @O2 how are we still not able to log into the o2 priority app to get tickets!! Absolute let down! Had to wait over 400+ phone calls last time to ticketmaster and nearly 5 hours on the phone to get tickets and now the same amount time this time around! Sort it🙏

    @BabyBrownRabbit @O2 I almost gave up when I got no help from support team luckily someone here referred me to @techrexovery01 on twitter and he got it fixed for me all thanks to him contact him now and get yours fixed.
