  @O2 @Happyengland79 And this is why everyone leaves O2. The network is shockingly bad, it’s expensive and the customer service is 10X worse!

  @O2 Me & my partner both in 02 get nothing in town but we are paying a lot of money each month & getting no service at all in our home town it’s really poor, member of a tennis club had a social day 35 of us 12 had 02 all said they have the same problem, has been going on for a year

  @O2 priority spin has not worked all day, just keeps telling ne to try again later. Guessing u didn't test properly as I am clearly not the only one having problems

  @O2 Maidstone east, on the train, no service west malling no service otford no service swanley minimal service, London Bridge, minimal service. every working day of my life, trying to work on the train and staring for 45 minutes of a 1 hour journey at a frozen screen. Do better

  @MAUNConsulting @O2 I’m having the same problem been 2 weeks now. Turns out they’ve been sent to an old email address I no longer use but I’m unable to link my virgin account with o2 with the new email address. It won’t let me 😩😡

  @JohnTillUK @O2 Back in 2021 I experienced o2. Battled my way to networks, got them to do a total site unwind and fixed the local service. Promptly left as it didn’t work anywhere else!!!! O2 has been starved of investment.
