@O2 Done that a good 15+ times on different occasions, never stops them. It’s frustrating reporting something over and over and no results seen months later.

@Ofcom Yes, @O2 - take note. Having gone through every possible option on their customer services, you have to go to Lost/Stolen to actually speak to someone. Every other option hangs up on you.

@O2 How come there is no option to select 3G connection on the iPhone 12? Not very helpful if you in an area with poor 5G and 4G connection, which just so happens to be the most of Northern Ireland.
