@O2 Thanks for the reply. Hopefully all the bad areas where Vodafone provided excellent service will also be better. Note that it isn't my postcode: it's the worst area in Guildford town centre. Quite close to the O2 store

@O2 possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced - spoke to 4 people at this point and no solution! Just on a call and the lady hung up and not even attempted to call back - Paying for something I can’t even use
