Honestly @O2 have made blood boil I got 4 letters in post demanding final payment. And have been told on phone these are friendly reminders. I’ve never missed a bludy payment and paid early than the payment date to pay by awful awful company I can’t wait to get rid of!

@O2 Please let someone in management know that it’s underhand and morally wrong in these bad economic times to dress up taking on a totally unnecessary new data contract (ongoing debt) as a “free reward for loyalty.”
