    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    Sick, sick, SICK @O2. Spent THREE DAYS trying to do what should have taken ten minutes. Upgrade website not working, orders being created then cancelled. On a call for TWO HRS yesterday. Can never get to speak to anyone in these isles, always Philippines or India. Cancel #O2

    @O2 has a slogan of essential for living yet leaving somebody with no phone signal for 2 days is hardly living up to that. Then to offer somebody 3 pound has compensation, absolute joke of a company to deal with

    Been with @O2 for years and years but can honestly say their priority app is a complete waste of time! Never won anything, never had anything useful on there, don't see the point of it at all!

    @O2 Good Afternoon, I recently tried to upgrade on line via switch up and it wouldnt let me put my Blue Light Discount on and now I can't access it, Can you kindly help.

    @CotswoldLadyB @O2 I had to leave o2 after over 10 years coz it just went down hill in my area . South of Bath . I gave up and moved to @vodafoneuk best thing I ever did

    @tomlister @O2 My phone often says 4G & a wee while ago that would have felt amazing. Nowadays it seems to mean I’m unable to access pretty much any basic service we now take for granted. What’s going on?
