@O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

@erika_helsinki @O2 It's unreal how bad their customer service is. Just been in store to resolve issue to be told "sorry our customer service phones aren't working" will be invoicing @O2 for lost revenue and moving providers.

@KennySmithPhoto @EE @O2 Was fixed last night neebs, the problem here is they don’t have rights of access to their mast on private land and need permission each time which adds a day to the repair. They should have rights of access but alas ….. normal service has resumed

I’m honestly not normally one for complaining about company’s on Twitter but @O2 you absolutely completely deserve it. Rang to cancel my contract in august got told no to ring in September cancelled it. Got a pay as you go SIM card out. Then got another bill of £49 days later.

@O2 put my new sim in my phone and I’m now snookered can’t get support because new and old sim add doesn’t work… Online chat isn’t working…. Great first experience this is…. I swapped my number from old company… and the new SIM card won’t work what ever I do, not activated?

So @o2 you can't even respond to customers, Literally the worst company to deal with! Customer services are none existent. No response to emails, no response to tweets nothing from you.

@O2 why are your policies for fraud, so unreasonable? You commit fraud, then expect the new potential customer to wait weeks for their unauthorised deduction to be returned. @Ofcom

@O2 hi there I have an old phone I’ve given to my mum and need it unlocked, tried to get through on the chat but no one there. When I look at the online form it asks for my mobile number but I’m not using the phone any more.. can you help please :)
