@O2 I have recently switched from sim only to PAYG and my phone hasnt received calls since I got the new sim! I put £10 on as I thought that was the issue but my balance says 0 - received a text 10 mins ago to say I have a big data bundle but I'm out of the country. Please fix!

Disgusted in @O2 been on hold to you forever to buy a new purchase and when the woman obviously didn’t have a clue she hung up on me after me being on hold for an hour. I’m deciding which company to go with and based on this it may be @curryspcworld shocking customer service
