    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    Just to be clear @vodafone is awesome. @virginmedia used to be awesome in Guildford because they used Vodafone as providers. Now ruined by @O2 who have shown no commitment to fix things for their customers. 6 months and waiting. Pathetic.

    @O2 shouldn't be allowed to run as a network. Dog **** signal and drops significantly when the wind changes direction. @EE can you coach these amateurs?

    Hi there @O2 I am now sure that your customer service must include disconnecting the phone any time you run into an awakes conversation as this is now the 3rd time your caller has put the phone down after telling me they will transfer me. Lies & poor service have been consistent.

    @O2 Please can someone help with my order. It’s 10 days since I ordered my phone. I’m now on a new contract for a phone I haven’t received. It’s impossible to@speak to anyone by phone and the person on chat said ‘just wait, it’ll eventually arrive.’

    @O2 So my Apple Watch dropped off the network, customer services told me to go into store to get a new eSIM. Shop said Apple Watches don’t use eSIM and that they received a notification overnight of a nationwide issue with Apple Watch plans? Where can I keep updated on that?

    @O2 Hi, there must be an issue in the Swindon/Royal Wootton Bassett area, for over a month I’ve had terrible issues with signal and mobile data. What am I paying for if I constantly get no service and shoddy 3G? Can this be looked into please as not happy with what I’m paying for

    @O2 Awful customer service, eventually got through, staff having a party so could not hear call handler, then transferred twice to not very helpful staff and then cut off. We are trying to cancel our account but with no success! #notimpressed!

    @O2 Loyal customer for years due an upgrade. Selected my phone,but it did not include a charger. No worries, as i can purchase it separately for £35. Unfortunately i won't be renewing my contract.

    @O2 Hi there - emergency" and Live Chat is busy and the bot & FAQs don't cover the case! I am currently out of UK and my phone died. I've transferred my Pay Monthly SIM into another phone, but how do I activate it? I need it for personal stuff and 2-part verifications..Help!
