Absolutely disgusting service from @O2. Changed my carrier to them so husband & I could share data, had it confirmed by chat transcript it had been applied, now being told that doesn't exist & if we complain to @Ofcom they won't change the plan to give more data at our expense.

@O2 you need to sort your internet out in your Milton Keynes shop. Three hours it took to transfer the data from old to new phone, and still ended up doing it at home. This must happen constantly, cost us more in parking. Not great Customer service!

Shocking customer service from @o2 breaking laws. They want us to pay a bill they refuse to send us. No bill just a text saying how much. How the hell do we know what that amount of money is for without a bill. #stayaway

@O2 I wonder of your CEO knows how appalling your service is. I don't imagine I'm the only customer who has received such shoddy service. Your revenue is in excess of £6.2bn. You can afford it. Or is it profits before people?

Husband had to pay over a tenner for 1gb of data to get me through until this new plan starts, and the new plan will be costing £6 a month more than before, all because of @O2's total ineptitude & barefaced lies, so you can damn well guarantee we'll be going to @ofcom with it.

@O2 6 weeks ago when we took out the plan it was possible and the person from customer services assured us it had been applied and activated, so we'll be taking this further. We have the chat transcript. You'd have been better off showing goodwill to my long-time customer husband.
