Well @O2 and @Apple, setting up my new iPhone 12 using Quick Start is proving to be anything but! As far as customer experience goes, I’m not impressed! 😡 With frozen screens and sending me back to start again, this is a painful process. Not happy!

@O2 I would like to know how the NHS got my number to harass me. This message ‘get your booster’ appears to be sent to every mobile in the Uk,so I need to know how they got my number.Can you confirm if you supplied NHS with your customer’s numbers? This contravenes GDPR

@O2 very disappointed in o2's customer service, paid for a phone to collect today from their silverburn branch only to find that they have closed early with no notice, extremely frustrating as their website states open till 20:00, can you offer any explanation @O2 !?
