    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    @O2 have to be the WORST company to deal with for customer service! 4 days 2 complaints - promises galore and … NOTHING!! Can’t wait to get rid of this contract

    @kokeshimum @O2 Listen to any talk radio show and the regularity with which they "lose" guests and callers is embarrassing, and nearly all down to dodgy mobile connections. Sadly Brits gave up a really decent landline system for the "convenience" of mobile without thinking about quality.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Because the UK internet infrastructure is old, it's a patchwork of systems from different eras. Less developed countries have a newer total network

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live near four major cities. On 4G I can’t get an internet connection, cuts out constantly mid calls as soon as drops from 5G to 4G. O2 is broken.
