    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    @O2 I shouldn’t have to beg for a better deal, I have three numbers with you and they are all getting more expensive, with poor service signal involved across them all

    Really need to commit to leaving @O2 when my contract expires. Those Artemis astronauts had better signal than what I seem to get. 4 bars, 5G and **** all. We pay more and more, but get less and less.
