@O2 Your service has been absolute garbage. Can't call, text, or access mobile data. Tried all afternoon to get customer service, no luck. Did everything in your FAQs, no help. Never had this trouble with Giffgaff on your network. New phone is a brick. Disgusting.

@O2 what should be a simple transfer of numbers. No phones working, one lost number and where is my 11am promised phone call? Hours spent on this. Customer service at its worst.

@O2 Day 138 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

Can anyone explain why O2 4G or even 5G for that matter is absolutely shite down South. I’ve had quicker 4G in the highlands of Scotland than down in Bath/Reading - takes 5 mins to load one website. @O2

Important. Please RT and share. If you receive a call from this number: +44 1997 617576 saying they are from O2 it is a scam. Have spent best part of afternoon on phone between genuine @O2 people and my bank locking everything down. These bast***s caught me out.

People at both my bank and @O2 couldn’t have been more help, kind and understanding. Even when I broke down they were brilliant. Still angry with myself as usually I can spot a scam a million miles off. How they sleep at night, God only knows.

@O2 I've had no mobile signal at home since Sat 1st April, you now say it won't be fixed till the 11th. But I expect you still want paying.
