@GarethTurpin @O2 perhaps you could help me get a resolution to my problem? 2 months ago we upgraded a contract online with o2, the phone has never arrived and we are paying for the phone. Customer services are not resolving the issue and it is left to me to ring every week!

@Daisiver29 @O2 I went smarty, there are issues with the data indoors but phone calls are fine. Just check what cover near you is like as they have their detractors. Cheap though with no price increases

@O2, your signal coverage across the whole of my town is horrendous. I have had less than satisfactory use of your network during the course of my existing contract. I am currently typing this whilst parked outside a central public library that's left it's public WiFi on. #signal

@O2 Your prices are high and you fail too provide 5 G for what I pay for utter joke of a company and I’m sure if I broke my side of the contract you d be taking me to court. Sick of your operators giving me bull💩 on why there’s no 5G you don’t deserve customers

@O2 @o2 Here's some more reasons not to love you: 13.4% price increase. And a network with very poor coverage. I will not be renewing my contract. That way, you won't be able to fleece me any more. No way to contact you. Just some inane 'virtual' assistant. Dreadful!
