    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    @mister___ran @O2 I have to speak to O2 for work purposes, we bought a business, made the old owner redundant. Called to cancel the contracts and guess what… would only speak to the old owner. Repeat anything else and you can tell they read from a script!

    @JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. They’ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then ‘routine maintenance’ with no update due until 1st Aug.

    Hi @O2 any idea when the mast will be fixed in Herne bay so we can get some signal? I haven’t been able to make calls at home for weeks now but you still expect us to pay our full phone bill. Thanks
