    @O2 absolutely awful customer service, for a telecommunications company you are awful, waiting to speak to someone I get another customer and your free 6 month Disney pack is being charged at £8 pm!!!!!

    @O2 Poor service in the St Albans area for over 3 days now. How long does it take to fix a mast. I have just moved to you from Vodafone and thinking of going back to them. I cannot run my business with service like this. I am supposed to be on 5G. Cannot even make a call.

    @O2 @virginmedia Thanks I’ll look into what multi-sim plans you have but the reason I left was due to poor family, multi user based tariffs.
