@O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

@O2 My phone was returned for a repair to O2 Engineers who advised the damage was not covered by Warranty?? I had a screen on a 5mth old Z4 Flip where the screen went totally black!! I caused no damage but by default under warranty I have been asked for £425 to fix. 4 weeks no phone!

@o2 what is the issue with wifi connections on London underground/tube. Do your customers still have options? Seeing messages that it's been removed... Wifi Extra doesn't automatically connect?

@O2 hi, is there a problem with location services on the Priority app? It keeps saying no offers in 10miles radius and my local offers now appear to be miles away! Ps. I’m on the latest app version.

Over the last week several times and today for 2 1/2 hrs battling with @O2 customer service….. cut off umpteen times 😡 I just want to sort out my account. How difficult can this be!!! Has anyone else had such poor service from O2, if so any tips to get it sorted?

@O2 Thanks for the response @O2 but sadly it’s not just my local area, the network is just terrible and to think I came from orange back in the day because you were better, how tides turn I guess.
