@O2 my wife had her phone stolen and O2 helpline is absolutely the opposite. I would like to speak to someone based in the UK as soon as possible - your customer service operative seems to think O2 shops in the UK are open

  • Katharineeanne_ Katharine Anne 🦋 (@Katharineeanne_) reported

@O2 worst customer service ever. Been trying to pay a bill for my Apple Watch since last week after paying a bill of £170 they still won’t put my phone back on. In the middle of a pandemic and the person I spoke to said to me just use someone else phone. Not ideal advise to give.

@ChantelleSeddon @tomclearwood @O2 If you get a decent signal on O2, switch to Giffgaff, as I did a couple of years ago. They use the O2 network, but do not tie you into a long contract. You will have to buy your handset outright but monthly costs are tiny in comparison. btw I have no connection with them.

  • roddersparfitt Rhodri Parfitt (@roddersparfitt) reported

Just received the worst service from @O2 possible. O2 look at your customer service and admit when you have got it wrong. Seriously what has happened to loyalty
