    @O2 what is going on with your mobile phone service? I've had hardly any signal at all for the last few days! my mobile contact price has gone up yet the quality of service has gone down.... so I'm paying for something I'm not getting! Same with Talktalk

    Hey @O2. I’ve got a new sim coming in the next few days and had an email confirming my ‘new number’. I’m expecting to transfer my number from my current network and provided my PAC. Does that only happen when I activate the sim?

    @daviddunninguk @O2 I’ve had a battle with a broadband giant for a year, not getting the guaranteed speeds. They kept paying me compensation, but I don’t want that. I just want a service like it used to be. It since they joined forces with EE. Anyway I’m now on halo 3, touchwood all good.
