    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    @O2 Just want to say a massive thank you to Leonie (I hope I've spelled that right) in your Redhill, Surrey branch. I had a problem with my phone and she fixed it in about a minute. I'm a carer for my mum so really need my phone so it was a huge relief. Thank you again.

    How poor is your service my O2 app Been trying to upgrade for over a week all I get is an error message tried going through 202 that was about as useless as your app One more attempt failed in going to EE truly peed off with it now @O2

    Hey @O2 you need to do something with the signal in Tenby, Pembrokeshire. It's shocking. 4 bars on 4G and can't connect to anything.

    3 Days no service, I am 70, disabled, and your still lying saying its a Mast problem when my phone says SIM NOT PROVISIONED. I cannot make an urgent call and your chat team say they can't help. @O2

    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite
