    @O2 Hopefully - I placed a new order to join O2 on an iPhone which was, at the time of ordering, on a 2-3 day lead time. I see now that this is up to 4 weeks - are you able to inform which of those two is more likely? I am moving home in the next few weeks which may cause issues.

    @O2 - your service is so discrimating. You removed Live Chat for HoH and d/Deaf customers and create this useless web of 'help' with no actual help. Even if I try 202 - I can't talk to anyone for actual help. ******* joke of a business. Sort it out.

    @O2 My partner switched to 3 for better service is our new home. She paid her last bill. But we now have a £23 default showing on a credit report. Nobody answers the phone, online chat get disconnected, and the complaints page has no available appointments. How do we talk to you?

    @O2 why is it that you like to state that your offers and deals are for everyone “fair for all” I think you put it. Yet when I’m trying to change my tariff to a plan I’ve seen online, I’m being told by your sales advisor that the plan I’m talking about is a new customer offer?
