    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    @o2de My contract was cancelled about a year ago and a refund was confirmed. However, I only keep receiving monthly credit notes by email, but no money has been transferred to my bank account. Please urgently check and clarify. Customer no.: 6094099929 @O2

    @o2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

    @O2 Yes They said its been an issue with your codes for the last week. They've had a lot of people come in and unable to use it on the Pizzas. As in it just doesnt accept the codes. Greggs - Hounslow both stores on the highstreet and Heston Greggs - High street Whitton

    @O2 please check DMs as I have sent a new message. Despite assuring me my billing issue was sorted I've now had a message threatening my service including my travel bolt on that I am using while on holiday. This needs sorting asap.
