@O2 I've already submitted a formal complaint, I'll be asking for my PAC Code when I'm back in the UK next week. Enough is enough. I will also be withholding payment of line rental for this billing period, as the service has been non existent, I still cannot make phone calls.

It’s not just ‘recently’ @O2. @TomTugendhat is absolutely right that your mobile coverage in London is consistently poor. I have found it better in rural Spain than in ‘London, Global City’. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his £7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?

@O2 signed up 2yr sim only Fri 12/06. received msg "my new number active" but I put in a pac code to keep my old number AND the new SIM hasn't arrived yet. Also I keep getting booted out the login page now of my virgin media account. Not impressed at all. Considering cancelling

@O2 I've got a formal complaint pending at the moment so I doubt online team could push it any further but appreciate you guys wanting to look into this, will DM you the complaint reference number. And yes, PAC code would be good too, will send my number in that same dm.

@Jonny_Ham @O2 They usually limit companies who use their network to 100mb whereas unlinked I can get 700mb some cities

@O2 After 25 years as a customer, I’ve discovered the hardest part isn’t getting a mobile signal- it’s making a complaint. Broken forms, unmonitored complaint emails, missed promises, no updates and a 28-day wait for a response. Quite remarkable customer service.

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's not the government's job to help you choose a decent mobile phone service. You're a grown man. You can make your own consumer choices, whether they be sensible or stupid.

@lebara have to say, for a PAYG network you guys have been absolutely brilliant. @O2 have failed me here in the USA since my arrival last Monday but this humble lil PAYG sim has been brilliant since a few days ago.
