    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more

    @O2 I don’t understand why you cannot issue a refund directly to the account you took the money from, and then send it as a cheque without even asking first

    @O2 hey O2, I cannot login to my account, no matter what device or browser I use, I get errors, I know my password, I can login via passkey, verification works, I keep getting "too many redirects" or some error about the website configuration. PLS HELP.
