@O2 one of your call centre staff was rude and hung up on me! I made a manual payment last week for my bill, an error 500 code came up on your ap, showing my bill is now overdue, its come out if my acct, spoke to bank and they said it’s pending as o2 have not claimed it!! HELP

Loosing the will to live with @O2 and the appalling lack of customer service!! Nearly 4 weeks and still no refund received!!
