@O2 Hi, ordered a new phone yesterday for next day delivery as it was needed urgently. I’m still waiting for confirmation it’s been dispatched so given up hope of it arriving tonight. Live chat told me earlier it would be delivered today but heard nothing. Can you help please?

@O2 hi. I have a works business phone via o2 and I can’t get wifi calling. Is this something that can just be activated on the phone i have Samsung A12. Looked on the phone there is no option to switch it on, but says sign in to activate it. Does the employer need to ask?

@O2 Absolutely shocked with your customer service. They keep disconnecting the calls. I raised a complaint, was told I'd hear within 3 days, and heard nothing since. Is this how you treat every customer?

Very poor customer service @O2 having to deal with the nightmare of having my personal belongings stolen from me, in addition to waiting days on days to get any further information. But take money from my account for a bill INSTANTLY
