    @O2 There’s 3 of us in the house all on virgin mobile and all 3 of us now have the same issue it is not a sim or device issue it’s the coverage service x

    @O2 As requested I sent you a DM yesterday at 11am, you replied asking for my details which I have now gone through 5 times. I am still awaiting your response. This isn’t acceptable customer service. I was told I was being put through to a manager and then got no response!

    @O2 I’m actually with @virginmedia mobile but since they joined with you our data service is rubbish.. we used to use data more than WiFi as that was how good it was.. but not anymore x
