@O2 Hi @O2 yes it has been referred to credit file referrals over two weeks ago and no response. The check had issues because call handler tried it twice in short space of time. Have been told to try again but don’t want to damage score further. No response from anyone. Have sent DM

@O2 @LindopSmart My son is self employed and relies on his mobile for work. On Tuesday he lost all signal. I checked your status app and it said mast repairs but should be sorted by Sat. Disgraceful. He cant call u as no signal. He wants compensation. ss11 postcode. I came off #O2 after 20 years
