    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    Just had a call from customer services @o2 telling me I had a 50.percent discount .pretty sure it was a scam.tried to phone o2 but 40 minute wait .be careful people

    @O2 apparently there is a default on my credit score with O2 and I have no idea why, I cancelled my accounts last year (so no longer have an account) and everything was paid at the time so wtf has happened?

    @happyhardwick @O2 @julesserkin cheers, a good idea 'short term', these alerts will happen later, so I want to stamp it out 100% to avoid 'random' stress for my doggo very frustrating... Q) why have the 'network providers' not text their customers to ask if this alert is ok to transmit?

    Why do I NEVER get internet at certain times of the day, like this whole journey to work. Nothing. Then when I spoke to @O2 CS yday she said “every company is like it”… This CS I swear! 😡 Paying almost £70 for 5G which I don’t get, I get 3G & that don’t even work. 🤬

    @O2 is it possible to exit a sim only contract early due to appalling signal etc. ? Been back with o2 for nearly 6 months now and its constantly like being in 2003 with GPRS. Shambolic

    @tjaneg1 @O2 Are you having issues too! I had a scammer 8 weeks ago and o2 still haven’t sorted it. I have a £1,800 phone and tariff taken out on my name and account. I just want it sorted. Have you taken it further?
