    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    @virginmedia Finally have working Internet 9 days after installation. What a stressful experience, I hope no customer has to go through that. As for @O2, that's another story to get my money back after @Virgin sales team added a sim card to my account. Your staff are rude on the phone.

    @O2 hi, I’m currently abroad, but not managing to get any service. I’m with people also on O2 who have managed to connect with zero issues. Is there anything I can do to get this resolved?

    Never experienced such rubbish (and that’s putting it nicely!) customer service from @O2. Absolutely fuming 😡. They really need to sort their systems out and start offering better customer service!

    @MrMatthewHolton @O2 It’s driving me mad, now over a week without being able to make a call, every incoming call is caller unknown, @O2 shops and customer services hasn’t the first clue either.

    @O2 I heavily suggest everyone refrain from signing on or even joining o2! If you were stranded and in need of calling family or being followed and tried to call afamily or friend, you wouldn’t be able to because they take your money and don’t allow you to call out! WHAT ********

    @virginmedia Well, on your side, we could do with someone calling us about cancelling the contract with @o2 you set us up on for a deal, then said we couldn't have it. As your agent set it up with the wrong accout details and wrong email, we cannot access it after @O2 didn't shut it down.
