    @O2 why can I not get in contact with your customer service team? I have called twice and held on for an hour both times and then cut off both times. All I want to do is set my direct debit back up which you cancelled on your side. I really don't have the time for this..

    @O2 it would be nice if you stopped having phone mast problems!! There's been issues with them for around 6 times since Christmas! Then you're stuck with no signal ages, and then the phone mast breaks again! I question if they even get fixed!!
