@O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

Sat with a friend last night, we both went to google something we couldn’t remember the name of, she starts swearing at her phone because of the **** signal, whilst she’s sweating I find the answer, thank god I had @O2 with good signal whereas she had a very poor 1 bar on @EE

@O2 shocking service by O2 Tried to pod my new number on Thursday morning. Still waiting despite calling over ten times to be told it’s in hand. o2 told me to DM them which I did. Obviously no return. Avoid at all costs

@O2 O2. You are an embarrassment to service companies. Failed again. How can it take a week to port a number. I have Dm you multiple times so no need to use that excuse. Every time I call I get told escalated to mgr and back office. I can only assume they are all on holiday

@O2 please can you get in touch. I've had no signal now for 8 days. Your website is now saying you don't know what it will be fixed. I am only able to use my phone when connected to WiFi
