Mobile reception has always been terrible at my house - pretty patchy all over MK - though @O2 keep insisting there's no issue. Currently I can't seem to received SMS (texts), which is a big problem for any service using that for authentication 😳 Anyone else experiencing this?

@O2 Never! Someone told me this and no one had the ***** to say o2 made a mistake and I was charged more towards my device plan instead of my airtime plan! I spent 4 hours of my day for nothing.

@O2 past two days there have been regular connectivity issues during the day in and around Bolton, has there been an outage as it’s getting annoying now with nothing working unless on WiFi ?
