    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    @O2 trying to correct my DoB on my contract seems to be beyond O2 ability. 6 days in, countless calls to customer service, visits to local O2 store and logging a complaint and still no closer to a resolution.

    @O2 It's not tv issues I have an issue with it's not being able to use rewards or just login with a o2 account as I keep being asked to link a virgin media account as previously I was just able to use my phone number which is an o2 one

    Very upset with how @O2 treat customers who have been with them a long time. I have had an ongoing complaint since Aug 25. Can’t seem to get a call back or even a response from the social media team. Disappointed is an understatement.

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @O2 - Account locked. Still waiting on someone contacting me about my o2 account being locked. Time to give up on this poor service and speak to the shop I purchased my phone from.
