    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

    @callmeprimey @O2 I use O2 recycle for years usually in the store. I’ve had any issues before now. It’s a well known fact people are being misinformed there’s an error on their phones when there is not. It’s an utter disgrace!

    @O2 Been trying your chat for 3 days now, just says it busy. Also ringing customer services for 3 days, just can't get through. I'm a new customer who has just joined and believe me I am not impressed

    @virginmedia @O2 Sort out your **** - the tv has gone off again! Even if we try to ring you, it is either engaged, cuts you off after an automated message, or says the number isn’t recognised - despite being the same number (150) on every attempt!! And your website isn’t working properly either!

    @O2 has the worse customer service in retail history. I am so angry. I just want out. All I want to do is pay off my device plan. The only line that picks up the phone is the upgrade line and that takes 3 minutes. Payment late is a disgusting bad.

    @O2 tried signing on with o2. The worst experience I've ever had in 1 single day. Rude woman hanging up the phone, unhelpfull , lies not able to provide a simple service. See a deal on o2 just avoid!

    @O2 just spent 40mins trying to get through to your support to activate an eSim to be cut off! …..not happy 😡…..can’t event start a live chat. Why do you make it so hard to speak to?
