    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    @O2 for months now will have been dealing with VMO2 tech support as I am unable to access my o2 account. Security code gets sent to some unknown phone no which is not mine then it asks me to enter account recovery words which I don't have.

    Every single month I have trouble accessing the my o2 app, since it’s became virgin media! Absolute joke can never pay my bill in time because of it, doesn’t let me sign in even though the details are correct!! Shouldn’t have to phone up every month to sort it! @O2 @virginmedia

    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more
