    @O2 I have received a text stating I owe money, but I don't owe any money, I have a direct debit set up, i can't get through to customer service and haven't received a letter or email stating I owe money can you help????

    @virginmedia @VMO2News @O2 Took the ‘free’ benefit out last week, was happy until my bill arrived today. My package cost has increased by £1.79 an month Volt M350 Fibre Broadband. Can you point me in the right direction to get this sorted please, I’m getting nowhere with the help pages on the website

    @RushtonSerena @O2 Shocking service! I went to their Fleet Street store, hoping they'll be able to help. They said, because they'll be closing for good soon, they couldn't be arsed helping. We're better, connected....aparratenly! 😡😡😡

    @O2 Wish I'd not taken the free 6months when I upgraded earlier in the year as I was only paying £5.99 then anyway. Sure I saw something that people already on an O2 extra would get an email of how to redeem the offer. Can I cancel my extra and then add it back on?

    @ZakVanHouten @O2 Exactly what i went through, my account difficulties even after reaching their support service and all i got was Robotic mail replying me until a friend of mine now referred me to Unimeta_tech on Instagram he was the one who helped me retrieved mine dm him he can help you

    But @O2 are still missing the point of my argument whether I take out a new phone or stay on sim only they’re still getting money from me, you’re penalising those who aren’t in a position to take out a new phone they still want to be a customer yet you’re turning them away

    @O2 I was speaking to someone regarding giving my 30 day notice. The call cut out because the moron deactivated my number straight away! Not happy. Can someone fix this please?

    @O2 Yes! And when I try to apply it says: ‘Oops, there's been a problem. Sorry, we can't show you this extra at the moment.’ - any advice? It came up through 02 priority app
