WARNING: if you want friendly and helpful service, don't go to the @O2 shop in #Bedford. We went and were treated as annoying interlopers. Walked out and they lost two sales. Will deal with them online from now on. If at all.

Such bad communication from @O2 involving the #iPhone14ProMax 4 weeks wait and still no update! Why let people buy it if we have to wait this long. Getting impatient! When will I actually receive my phone 🙄

@colinrtalbot @O2 Good luck with that they cancelled a new contract because they got it wrong (in the cooling off period) they are now threatening me for none payment of the entire contract I never activated the sim never used it on 11th call still not resolved

Moved from @VodafoneUK to @O2 in April. Worst move ever. Dropped calls every day and texts not being sent. Then after months of phonecalls they inform me they've had problems with my local signal mast! Back with Vodafone. I should have never moved.

@colinrtalbot @O2 Was on the phone with Tesco Mobile over issues with an O2 mast yesterday. Still don't understand how when 2 phones are lying next to each other whilst on charge, 1 can be pinged by a mast in a different, non-EU country. Thankfully, they've waived the £50 charge this incurred.

I have called O2 multiple times this morning, the wait times are so long and then when I ge through to someone they say they're going to pass me through and hang up... DO BETTER @O2
