    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 Wifi calling is awful when calling landlines which is what I was doing when the issue occurred.

    @O2 I have a broken phone and want to upgrade....I can only do this by entering a code sent to my phone.....a broken phone, that doens't work😩. Not helpful at all!!

    @O2 with all due respect, your phone service is absolutely ******* horrendous. No 4G in Bristol although I live centrally and my phone constantly tells me I have no internet connection. It’s such bollocks considering how much I pay a month. @VodafoneUK can you help me?

    Ludicrous customer service offered by @O2 15min talking to a robot before been able to talk to someone. After talking to them the first time, I was told to call on Monday. Called on Monday and I was told to call today, and after 45min waiting, I was just told to call tomorrow.

    @O2 atrocious signal quality around Lewisham Station. Almost no data service, around one or the main London transport hubs. When r u upgrading your network in the area?
