@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

@O2 who can I contact in writing to formally complain about your lack of communication leading to: - Excessive charges abroad, - Failure to cancel my insurance, - Failure to process my notice to end contract. Need this sorted & in writing because you clearly keep ignoring me

@O2 asap as he is not keen on phoning again since they were really unhelpful and he got nowhere with the issue. As mentioned above, O2 have admitted the problem was caused by their error so it’s incredibly frustrating he is having to go through hoops for it to be fixed
