    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 What sort of odd billing system are you running when your final bill isn’t visible online, I then have to spend two days on chat to get a bill amount and final termination refund but still no break down of how you’ve worked it out unless I pay for a paper bill?

    @O2 Guys is there any way to get assistance with issues logging into the O2 portal - keep getting SSL errors and can't use the site at all with any device connected to my Wifi so it's a localised issue I think.
