@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

@O2 I pre ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max last Friday and I paid my contract off early to upgrade sooner, however I’ve only had the confirmation email of my order but nothing since. No dispatch email or anything can anyone help with this, as it is getting released tomorrow?
