Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

Thought it was the authorisation issue, default email opening a browser that no longer works with website. Changed default browser on email, it worked, but payment confirmation screen crashed.

We have tried online and the app and website both lead us down the same path caught in an authorisation loop.....
