@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

@O2 Being happily tight I switched network when you folks continued the free roaming. As the SIMO contract was same price as last network (not saying THREE). Well done O2 for not trying to fleece people

Opened a new @O2 phone contracted and selected to collect today in store, but after paid the upfront they ate my collected date for the 19th, I got so annoyed and decided to cancel the plan, now I have to wait how many hours for my refund from the upfront ? So I can go to EE

@O2 What's going on with your customer service? 4445 keeps cutting me off, same with +443448090202 and your 'My O2' app is about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. I can't get through to anyone!
