    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 sooo annoyed!! Trying to do a webchat with an advisor on the app.. brings up options to help with them takes me to a website detailing it. I don’t need that I need a human!! Really wishing I hadn’t moved networks!!

    @O2 9 minutes. The trouble is. You can lock / pause the recording now. When you had to hold your thumb on the record button no one would dream of 9 minutes

    @O2 As a customer for 14 years. I won’t renew my contract. You’re customer service is appalling. My new upgrade on a 36month contract was cancelled/not delivered. I’m so annoyed with O2
