    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 cannot deal with disabled people in a sensitive manner. Treat them as if they are stupid and refuse to deal with their carer! Thank God we choose to leave!

    @O2 My DMs don't send, so... I'll be brief. Usually the deals show up for places about 160 miles away, I've found that save for later resets it temporarily. I think it might be because it needs time to refresh and also being in a building doesn't help.

    @O2 without a Shadow of a doubt @O2 has the worst customer service ever.. They don't listen. They don't care. They hang up. They are full of excuses. Don't DM them because they never get back to you or they give you the same copy @ paste excuse. What a joke of a company.

    @O2 @02 shambles the worry of another £2200 bill coming out by mistake is massive.I’ve complained saying I’ve been getting the same data usage warnings even though I’m on a unlimited data contract No wonder people have breakdowns with money worry’s if this is the service you operate
