@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

Hi @O2 I purchased a new contract phone on Saturday and within an hour I received an email to say the product was out of stock. The website is still showing in stock. Can you give me an idea as to when I should be expecting delivery of the phone and whether I need to cancel?

@babymable @virginmedia @O2 It's down for us too in East London, The reason why we are leaving Virgin now. It seems to be down more then up lately... Just signed the contract with Community Fibe, cheaper, faster and so reliable. They also gave us the first 6 months free.

@O2 please help me, I have tried calling multiple times and been on hold for 40-60mins then it hangs up, app chat doesn’t work and I have been over charged £60+ last month and £40+ this month. Is there any way I can resolve this?
