    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 That does not help I’ve been with O2 for may years and trying to get a signal in some areas is far worse

    @O2 Hi, I’m on an O2 PAYG Rolling Plan and I’m roaming in Taiwan. Data works but I can’t make/receive calls, and I’m not receiving verification SMS (Telegram/My O2). Please check my account for any roaming/SMS barring and enable roaming voice + inbound SMS (SMS MT). Also I need help

    @O2 for the first time I used O2 switch up in November 2025 but wish I hadn’t bothered! As now paying for 2 handsets as supposedly “Likewise” has never received my traded in one - -/ I’m undergoing cancer treatment I can ill afford the extra cost and hassle.

    For **** sake @northernpower and @o2 not only has power gone out but **** all phone signal. Northern powers site is shite for actually logging there is a blackout and @o2 appear to not have emergency power on their masts.

    @O2 I've not "lost" my device, It's damaged and a replacement was sent... I had it delivered to a hotel, the receptionist wasn't there so the DPD driver took it back, I can't get it redelivered until Monday, when I'm not here and your support is useless! #SeeWhatYouCANTDo!
