    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 leave me stranded without a phone abroad as they set up the o2 travel wrong and they put the phone down the first time and the second time just change it not taking into account I’ve struggled for the past week!! Guess that’s what you get being a loyal customer these days
