    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 Fail. What’s also a fail is that there’s no @O2 data service in the @TheO2 whatsoever, nor does the O2 Wi-Fi work there. Other than that it’s going really well xxx

    Yet again, I get a message from @O2 telling me my bill is unpaid, when as per usual the money is just sitting in my bank account waiting to be taken, and their own user account website isn’t bloody working. Not bad considering I can’t even use the iPad I have with them because

    @o2 Priority app is still down ! @Ticketmaster you have to join 3 different queues then it just buffers & times out ! Not good enough is it guys ?
