    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 2 accounts opened fraudulently in my name.I’ve now called multiple times, visited O2 store & filed with fraud dept-still getting notice of enforcement letters threatening me. I’m not an O2 customer! Credit rating now seriously affected.Just give me a number to call for help!

    @O2 recently got a new O2 sim and transferred my old number to it, now I can’t send/receive iMessages and I’m not getting verification texts from certain apps so can’t set up my online banking! 🤬 O2 online chat incredibly slow to reply - very frustrated

    @O2 @EE It’s a sad fact that what used to be good networks you now have to take them to the ombudsman to get any thing done. They both offer terrible customer service and could not care less about their customers. Believe me I have had better customer service from 3.
