@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

@O2 having an enormous amount of trouble in trying to get a new Sim card for a lost phone!!! Ridiculous and hang up when asked their name. Very very average O2 So how do I get a new SIM card for a lost phone … over 1 hour on this don’t send a text to the phone as it’s lost Doh

@O2 hi, had a PAC ported across this morning. Would be told everything would be ready before 18:00. I cannot receive calls or send/receive texts. Made numerous calls to O2 today with no resolution and disconnected numerous times while waiting for customer services. Please advise.
