    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    I left you @O2 for @SMARTYMobileUK because your mobile data is atrocious. There's an issue in my area that hasn't been resolved even after 2 weeks. Smarty, I hopeyou can provide me with a reliable Internet connection which O2 cannot fulfill.

    @O2 Thanks for replying. 3 bars 4g and the service is terrible, there has been a definite decline in quality of service.

    @O2 my phone is under warranty until the end of this year it’s not working properly and been told 3 weeks for repair without a replacement because of Covid! Not great when I’ve been a customer for many years - I know it’s your policy but feel phone should be replaced! 😡

    @O2 terrible signal at DT64PT Coverarge checker says full 3g and 4g. Correct. I have full bars, but it's like dial up and unusable. #SameSpeedAsCaptianSlow

    @O2 If I’m in the EU on a pay monthly tariff, are calls/sms to landlines/mobiles in the country I’m in taken from my inclusive minutes/texts or charged as if I was in the UK (i.e. an international call/SMS). The wording on your Help pages is a bit ambiguous.

    @O2 disgraceful customer service when trying to arrange a phone repair. Passed through to different people and I'm still no closer to getting the phone repaired!! 😡😡😡
