@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

@O2 My number has been disabled by O2 for more than 96 hours and still waiting for your advisor. See without phone connectivity for 4 days. If can’t solve my problem please provide me PAC code for my number so that I can switch my network company. Not happy with service.

@O2 afternoon! We’re currently on hols in Paignton and Torquay. 4G is impossible to use. 3G is sometimes useable. Do you have issues here or is it just capacity issues? It’s not even busy yet!

@O2 I am trying to transfer old number to new sim. My old number has been made out of service by O2 for the last 4 days and every time ring customer care service and says it takes 24 hours and hung up the phone. Please restore my number
