@Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

@O2 I just moved to you from 3 on a 5g plan and have been really happy. However I'm now roaming on my plan in Venice and my S21 Ultra auto picks an Edge Vodafone network. The speed is quite unusable. Can you tell me how I can 2021 speed roaming in ITaly with you please?

@O2 Vodafone no longer exists in Malta it is now Epic mobile will i roam onto that network as Go Mobile data is extremely slow

very upset that @O2 could not find a way to help me. I have used them in different forms and accounts for the last 20 years. when I lost my phone, and had wrong insurance they bumped me from team to team end result no resolution!

@O2 Yeah. Just did that now. Seems the only option at the mo. If that doesn't work, she will have to close her acct with you and her and hubby can go PAYG with a supermarket close to home. Thanks for your help.
