    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    @O2 easily the worst network in the U.K. total fall from grace. 1hr on the phone today for the 3rd time trying to get my PAC working. Retentions to CS, back to retentions back to CS who tried to pass me back. Total **** show. Promised call back at 3pm…..I’ll wait shall I?

    Absolutely abysmal service at @O2 Decide to put me without service and blame a system issue. Still no signal - well if you swap customers SIMs without consent this is what happens. Oh and asked to vacate the line as other customers want to get through. Thanks for that Ayapha

    @O2 Just like to say a big thank you to a member of your staff at your Widnes store. Went in today because of a problem with my SIM card. Checked and replaced within minutes. No fuss, just good customer service. Didn't get the lads name unfortunately, but he was brilliant.
