    @Pandamoanimum @O2 I had a major falling out with O2 in 2010 (after being with them for 15 years). Moved to Giffgaff (which ironically uses O2’s network) and never looked back. Nine years later, O2 are still chasing me for the money they say I owe them.

    If you've a problem with @O2 forget it. You are screwed. Raised issue on 21 July. Supposed to respond in 3-5 working days. Got call today 10 w days later. Line was awful, (ironically) couldn't hear a thing. Was cut off. No attempt made to call back. #essentialliving my arse.

    @O2 Hello O2, I am currently abroad and have temporarily replaced my O2 SIM card with a local one. Unfortunately, I have lost my O2 SIM card. I am trying to block it, but your service has been very poor, and I haven't been able to get any help.

    @O2 lads, why is the mast in WA6 down AGAIN?! As soon as I leave the house I literally cannot do anything, I get no signal, no nothing. It’s been the better part of a week. If I didn’t pay you for a week you’d be pretty pissed right?

    @O2 you couldn’t transfer my phone to new contract and as a result, it’s been disconnected for more than a month. Your complaint department keeps telling me it’s not fixed yet for two weeks, I can’t get PACCode to move to another provider! It’s ridiculous!!!

    @O2 I ordered a phone upgrade yesterday which DPD attempted to deliver today. It seems YOU should have sent me a pin number to quote but nothing received here by email or on old phone. I tried to call you for help but instead I am going around in circles with your AI idiot. HELP!
