@O2 how do I have a mobile contract put on hold? @AffordableMob managed to send a "brand new" mobile phone where the seal has been tampered and finger prints all over the screen. Their customer service has been 🤬 so far.

@O2 hi O2 have had there upfront money from my bank ok but your still holding on 2 my money from my bank for second attempt on order of my new phone this is a week now you have not released it back to my bank account if continues I will cancel my direct debit on the 21st Feb

@O2 Everywhere I go and my payments are always up to date! I need this sorting out asap. I can’t even call o2 myself because the network is down fully!
