@O2 it seems that o2 are happy to add random addresses to my account & passing on to the credit reference agency, impacting my credit report! I am now associated with an address in a town I’ve never even been too! Very disappointed with o2’s response to this with no consideration

@O2 feel like cancelling my o2 contract but wouldn’t even be able to speak to an actual human to be able to. The worst phone service I have ever used. Do better o2.

@O2 Called back and held on for 12 minutes only to be met with a barrage of call centre speak and a rude chap who told me to calm down despite me not being hyper in the first place.. hung up on him and called back- 15 more minutes on hold and was told that he had ...
