@O2 Day 35 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 great, no service, again, no updates til 20th Dec, brilliant…..meantime stop calling me asking me to upgrade, you cannot be serious when I can barely get 4G. Only thing happening next year will be me going back to Vodafone

@O2 your customer services team seem very keen to constantly hang up when asked to be put through to someone who can deal with nuisance calls/harassment. Do you guys allow/encourage harassment and nuisance calls on your network? Thisbis quite concerning!
