    @O2 why is your signal so poor in #guildford? I have 4 bars of 4g signal, yet I can’t use mobile data until I’m 2 miles out of town and join a different mast. It’s been like this since I joined o2 a year ago. Lots of people on o2 report the same issue

    Finally faced cancelling mum‘s phone contract with @O2 today. It was devastating but not difficult. I don‘t know if @GeorgeMonbiot‘s terrible experience with Vodafone made them all improve, but I am grateful that I was shown empathy and a quick resolution.

    Hi @O2 - my wife and I have got a pay as you go SIM each (just moved back to UK), however none seem to be 4G (even though we’re in 5G network area + 5G phones). Is it possible to switch on 5G for us?

    @O2 are the worst network I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with in the 20+ years I’ve had a mobile phone. Two months trying to sort a simple issue, multiple rude customer representatives, double charged for a service we don’t use and almost impossible to secure a refund!

    @ThreeUK can you explain to your (potential) customers why you keep charging money for phones that are already paid off if a customer forgets to contact you? In times of #CostOfLivingCrisis £25/month for 6 months is a lot of money! @O2 can do it, why can’t you too?

    @O2 #o2 how do i go about getting you guys to unlock the phone I bought from you to other networks? The pay and go SIM card I currently have with you is terrible and phone calls cut off after 5 minutes every time. Can you please advise.
