@O2 so my tweeting getting noticed, been approached by Ofcom, so get tweeting your complaints and add BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, and Ofcom tags. I’m not putting up crap network connections with this for another 14 months!

@craigaynsley @O2 I’m having the same issue!!! And my old sim has lost service too! Normally I can use one phone or the other until it swaps! Turned on and off numerous times.

Anyone having issues with their #SamsungGalaxy22Ultra freezing, crashing, pixel issues??? Mine mostly freezes & switches itself off and on again I believe its software issue have done everything incl factory reset.. @O2 @SamsungMobile do I have to put up with 3yrs unexceptable

Spent 2.5 hrs on call to @O2 ordering new phone. Noticed delivery address was wrong so spent another hour getting them to correct it and assure me phone would be delivered to correct address. Guess what? Appalling service
