@O2 When is the data getting fixed/improved for Crewe/Nantwich? Literally unusable, can barely stream music let alone use social media. Been like this for 6+ months and others on O2 agree. Switching in a few days if you can’t acknowledge how awful it is

@O2 I've been coerced into early upgrade, what salesguy promised vs what accnts telling me r 2 different things. Cust.srvs unable to refund my £ back to crdit card which I used to pay off existing balance on phone. I'm a loyal 02 custmr over 20 yrs I'm asking for help to resolve
