    @O2 Hi o2, On 11/01 I changed my tariff to the £15, I topped up £15 as I knew I’d need more data this month due to travelling and being on annual leave. A few days ago I received a text to say I’ve used all my data, this is because it’s only given me the £10 bundle. Please help

    @O2 It's happens in various areas, in Dorset. I get 4g but can't make calls or use data in town centers, Bournemouth and Poole areas and then the same in rural areas where I've had no issues before until the last few years. Lime wimborne, ferndown and west moors.

    @mitchellsingh89 @O2 I left o2 as the service was shite,but rejoined again as I get a couple of benefits which suits me and the service is tenfold that it once was🤔

    @mitchellsingh89 @O2 I had the same signal issues with O2. Went to EE much improved. Never looked back.

    Not bad enough that the service you provide @O2 wasn't **** enough you've logged me out my app and expect me to jump through hoops to get beck into it! I don't want a virgin account let alone join it too my O2! Sort it ******** out
