When you switch mobile phone provider from @virginmedia to @o2 to avoid being left in the stone age when virgin media wifi goes down, only to discover they're the same company and your mobile phone signal is still ****. Brilliant stuff guys #virginmedia #o2

@o2 hi last week I phoned to cancel my phone contract, after speaking with 5 people my contract was eventually cancelled, only it wasn’t because I have just received my bill and when I have checked on line it still shows an active tariff! Please help!

@O2 In 1 year of having a contract with you, I have had the worst reception I’ve ever had from a phone provider and been through TWO price raises. My £15 per month contract is now £20. Absolutely ******* ridiculous.
