I want to give a huge shout out to @O2 for their shocking customer service over the past 2 weeks... upgrade on Saturday 03/04 and was advised my new iPhone would be delivered on Tuesday 06/04. Still not received and customer service have been useless in locating the package...

@wobblyclark @VodafoneUK You don’t know how lucky you are. @O2 hung up on me the other day and actually getting through to their customer service takes some doing.

@TGratzek @O2 That app just shoes cell information and signal quality. I did do a speed test at that location and it was 100 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up. The best I've seen on 5G in the UK is 100 Mbps, but the network I'm on has only 40 MHz bandwidth for 5G at the moment.

Terrible customer service by the team at @O2 Westfield. They sold me a product I didn’t want, after i explicitly said I didn’t want it and I’m now being told I can’t get out of it. Literal, actual theft. Me, @O2 and @Ofcom are gonna have words
