    @O2 Hi @O2 my signal is awful, and I need to speak to an advisor about you charging me less for a shocking service, but all agents are too busy, can I email or just speak to a virtual assistant only (that’s then tells me the agents are too busy)

    @O2 That the area has had work done and signal would be much stronger. Which is lies. I can’t get signal never mind 4G/5G in the centre of Belfast.

    @O2 - how often do you disconnect customers who upgrade? I'm unable to use the device I paid for outright, nor my new upgrade, for the last week as you have disconnected my number and nobody will help. Nobody knows what they are doing. What a shambles of a compan.@MoneySavingExp
