    @iryanjamese @O2 Completely agree!! I’m pretty pissed off to be honest. Just hoping it isn’t going to be October! Even on the apple site it’s saying mid October now so I think the same problem wherever you go now!

    @O2 I’m having issues sending text messages. I either have to go into airplane mode and back or turn my phone off and on before they will send. Others on O2 NOT experiencing these issues.

    @Ofcom I know there is a time scale for companies to deal with complaints before you get involved but I swear this issue I have with @O2 is driving me mad. I literally want to pay a bill and they won’t or can’t take the payment despite it showing as pending from my bank. 1/2

    @iryanjamese @O2 I’ve always preordered through o2 but this year seems to be a real problem. Never had this in the past! There shouldn’t be a preorder option if they aren’t going to have the stock!

    @O2 @Ofcom it’s going to end up showing on my credit file and I am trying to sort a mortgage. Another 2 hours on the phone tonight and not sorted. Nobody wants to take responsibility. HELP

    @O2 You guys are LIARS. I was offered a promotion by o2 staff and I am now being told no such thing exists. That the employee I spoke to know one knows. Yet I’ve had texts from O2 asking what I thought of my service. Go back and listen to the calls associated with the account .

    @jamesr181 @O2 I’ve tweeted at them multiple times, I’ve dm them twice and **** all. I’ve pre ordered the new iPhone every year from apple for the last like 5-6 years. I deceive to get a contract and from o2 this year and it goes tits up!!!

    @O2 hi I requested a super Duolingo voucher with o2 priority, it says the voucher has been used but my Duolingo account is still on basic, it now says the voucher is not available and to tweet for support?
