    @O2 hi I've had my Google Pixel Pro 9 Plus only 8 months and the phone is shocking. Really slow, glitches in certain apps, no where near storage capacity, and updated.

    So after another hour on the phone to @O2 and @virginmedia I have had to cancel the O2 side as they are simply unable to activate a SIM card They then send me an email saying they will disconnect me blah blah I’m not even connected! Idiots.

    @O2 @LutzSchueler your people are great!! Since 2023 I have been charged for a number which I have never used. Having discovered the DD amount of £29.00 , I was shocked and contacted o2. I was passed onto Virgin and back to o2 again and finally asked to go to a store.

    Funny @O2 advert at the moment boasting about coverage. Failure to invest in the network in North Lancashire and Cumbria says otherwise. Why I switched networks after 12 years of decline.
