Two separate O2 phones at the same location failed to receive the UK Gov wildfire Emergency Alert on 14 August. Both were on 4G/5G with Emergency Alerts enabled, and alert history is empty.

Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡
