    @o2 - Hi. My mobile signal (SY6 area) has been down for a few days now. Signal checkers says there is a fault with the mast… Can I get a refund on my line rental being as I’m paying for nothing..?

    @o2 why has your 4G data become so bad? I have 2 bars but very difficult to get online at Axminster Train station to check on travel. Bridport is just the same. Why?

    Hey @O2 why is that every day for 3 weeks one of your operatives has interrupted my day by calling me. Each time the number is blocked, but still they come. If this is your way of securing a new customer it is but an epic fail. Desist please.

    @O2 Your agent just tried to tell me that RECEIVING International Call (I.e. from outside UK) whilst in UK (I.e. NOT roaming) on my O2 registered mobile (UK domestic customer) is chargeable. What?! No, should NOT need any ‘bolt on’! Charging me as described above is ILLEGAL!

    @O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?

    @JohnnyFocal @O2 Bit like my EE phone when I went to Wembley stadium last year which has EE plastered all over it. Couldn't get a signal.

    Hey @O2 been trying to view my mobile bill online and via the app for a couple of days now and just keep seeing “Uh-oh… Oops… Something’s gone wrong.” Any chance you could fix that something? Your virtual assistant is worse than useless!

    Brilliant from @o2. Called them to complain about the poor network signal of late and was told I need a replacement SIM as a start (when their coverage map shows an issue). Now what small signal i had is gone as they have made my current SIM inactive. Good stuff, top drawer O2
