    @O2 what a horrible customer service! Spent 1 hour on live chat to get a deal. The representative sent me an email to check out. Opened the email it didn't have the right link. Used the WhatsApp no to get the deal and they said they can't help me! Total waste of time

    @talk_2_frank @O2 Totally agree, its not great communication from them at all. I had a simple issue which could have been resolved fairly easily however over 2 weeks on they have changed my monthly tariff without my consent & now still waiting for a manager to call. its getting rather frustrating

    @O2 Hi, just to let you know when my contract ends in a few months time I will not be staying with o2! I have been with 02 for nearly 3 years now & over the past year my service has been so slow even with 4g it is really slow!

    @EE And yet you still can't get a signal in Newcastle on match day. You could with @O2 though. Over 5 years and still a problem. Shame @O2 's deals are rubbish.
