    @o2 - Hi. My mobile signal (SY6 area) has been down for a few days now. Signal checkers says there is a fault with the mast… Can I get a refund on my line rental being as I’m paying for nothing..?

    @O2 @paultownsend81 Never is a fault, just poor signal. Now you launch satellite and expect us to pay for that to get better signal.

    @FrankFWJH @O2 Looks like a satellite render to me, which cause angle distortion if it’s tilted view of Earth and not top-down

    Can't help feel that @o2 data reception has got worse since they launched that satellite data thing 5G is like being on dial up

    @O2 fix myo2 or I can't pay you for 6 lines, it's that simple now. First the web, now the apps gone tits up. It's not just me, it's been for months Fix it or I cannot pay.

    @O2 I have been locked out of my02 for four months now. I have called o2 numerous times, visited o2 stores, raised complaint and EVERYTIME I get told issue will be resolved in 3-5 days, you will get a call back etc. Its been 4 months. PLEASE HELP
