    @O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

    @O2 @Support_O2Help Why can you never get straight answers from O2. Been chasing up a refund for nearly £1,000 and they blame the bank for the Cheque declining. You’re the company that has issued the cheque due to staff not doing their job probably and cancelling contract.

    @O2 I need help, being charged for something returned to you in June! new phone returned to you as it didn’t work, no replacement sent so cancelled contract, now receiving debt letters and affecting my credit rating.ive rung over 50 times! And still got no where

    @O2 your customer services in a different country is rubbish why move them to a country that doesnt even speak english and can only answer every 5 mins my phone going back and cancel this shitshow
