    @o2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

    @O2 can you explain why my daughters rolling plan was cancelled today withoutwarning and why your website will not allow a refresh? Tried calling call centre any they could not help. What has happened to O2? Do we take our business elsewhere.

    @O2 I’ve had no service for over 48 hours after a port from Sky Mobile. I provided my details via DM 13 hours ago and have been ignored. Please escalate urgently.
