    @o2 - Hi. My mobile signal (SY6 area) has been down for a few days now. Signal checkers says there is a fault with the mast… Can I get a refund on my line rental being as I’m paying for nothing..?

    @O2 I’m a customer with both yourselves & @virginmedia but I my O2 account says I can’t get benefits. I’ve had no internet @ home for nearly 3 weeks & am running out of data allowance so really need the Volt boost urgently. Please can I get the Volt data boost applied ASAP?
