  Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

  @Lucozade3D @O2 Look O2, another person who is getting the same issue when trying to pay the bill. Surely you know this is widespread by now! Sort it out and stop blaming your customers for your mistakes!

  @willmcgugan @O2 Doesn't sound any worse than any of the rest of them, tbh. Call their line to cancel your service, then tell them exactly what you need in order to not cancel and you'll probably get it. That line is the real customer service.

  Absolutely horrendous treatment of my wife by @O2 . This isn’t even a post to get something moving, already raised to the complaints team, and they’re doubling down on trapping her in a new contract while not supplying her the service she ordered. Terrible customer service!
