@o2 - Hi. My mobile signal (SY6 area) has been down for a few days now. Signal checkers says there is a fault with the mast… Can I get a refund on my line rental being as I’m paying for nothing..?

@O2 The site is ok now and I can access my account. The issues with the website was about a week or 2 ago but today I had to create a new password for no reason. I hadn't forgotten my password. Was your system hacked?

@O2 @TheO2 i’ve received disgusting service from o2 over the past few months regarding a bereavement issue. I’ve made multiple complaints and was told on Wednesday that I would get a call back from a manager within 48 hours. No surprise that I still haven’t had one 3 days later.

if that still does not resolve the situation then i will be taking it to ombudsmen... regardless of the outcome i will NEVER outright buy a device or sim or have a contract with @O2 ever again

@O2 hey o2, I’ve arrived in Saville this evening and cannot get any mobile signal/connection. It just says it cannot find it. My bf @iain7777 has same phone and contract and it’s fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

@CitizensAdvice basically @O2 sold me a contract lying to me about the upgrade and lied about 5 or 6 times and then I find out after I tried to ask them to look into it they tried to sweet talk me with a £100 now I’m having bad network they keep hanging up on me @financialombuds
