    @anton_simp66 @O2 @VodafoneUK Is THAT what’s going on? My o2 signal has been absolute garbage all of a sudden recently! 50/50 if I can load anything requiring internet at all when I’m outside of the office/house.

    @O2 Had an email through stating I've taken out a new o2 SIM, with my name and my email, however I have not done this. I tried to ring through to your service desk but couldn't get past security, as I haven't set this up. Where do I go to get this sorted?

    @O2 Thanks for the reply. I'm not actually with #O2 but included all networks in my Tweet because no provider offers a working signal around here so there is no incentive to switch. It's always been like this here & it seems it's never going to be addressed.

    @wayner75 @O2 Yes no signal stood next to somebody on three full signal, O2 voicemail is hopeless most of the time my phone is using WiFi calling to make calls via BT but O2 are just putting costs up.

    Hi @O2, I need urgent help. A provisioning error has assigned my mobile phone number to my iPad SIM instead of my phone, and it's using up my minutes incorrectly. Please can someone DM me to fix the mapping and look at my allowance? #O2Help
