    @o2 - Hi. My mobile signal (SY6 area) has been down for a few days now. Signal checkers says there is a fault with the mast… Can I get a refund on my line rental being as I’m paying for nothing..?

    @leemcbr37826036 @O2 The call centre is where the scammers are. We tried the store and they said they couldn't help it had to be done via customer service. Something fishy going on with @o2.

    @O2 He spent 40mins on the call, but apparently now has a SIM card in the post. 🤯 Good job he's not vulnerable! I dread to think how you treat the aged who don't have any support at all.

    @Graham_J0 @andrejpwalker @O2 No, it's just MyO2 is ****** for many customers but O2 don't seem to be aware of any issues. The payment portal can in some accounts send a constant authentication redirect loop making it physically impossible to access accounts. I told them 4 months ago but here were are

    Good morning @O2. I’ve been trying to pay my bill through the app but in its current state, it’s an abysmal broken mess; the payment portal doesn’t load properly, Apple Pay is broken make it impossible to do anything in its current state. Has something happened?

    @O2 Hello. There is never any signal around Edgeley Road, SK3. Every week I go there my phone goes on to emergency calls only and is happening to all of my friends phones too. Could this be logged as a fault? Or the coverage map be updated

    @O2 @paultownsend81 Never is a fault, just poor signal. Now you launch satellite and expect us to pay for that to get better signal.
