I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone

You emailed confirming the amount, method & expected payment date 👍 But you also SMS'd saying that for a ££ refund not a credit note I have to select that in MyO2 🤔 But I can't log into MyO2 bcz I'm no longer a customer 🤪 Help!

Stephen (@Stephen1494712) reported@O2 Unfortunately despite having it dealt with twice, the app is showing the balance being brought forward from the previous month yet to see my own bill properly I have to use your ridiculous VirginMedia login instead of being able to simply use the app as normal. This is waste.
