@o2 - Hi. My mobile signal (SY6 area) has been down for a few days now. Signal checkers says there is a fault with the mast… Can I get a refund on my line rental being as I’m paying for nothing..?

@O2 Part 2 - The person she spoke to said she was not the only customer to call with the issue. This is not really the level of service you expect from a company the size of O2.

Thanks @O2 spent ages on phone getting a new deal and order phone after specifically asking if it’s in stock. Pay my device off only to be told no phone in stock! I have to cancel and go through painful process again? @ThreeUK hit me up

@O2 I am unable to top my payg phone: "Sorry, it’s not been possible to take your payment. Your phone has not been topped up. Please try again or use another card. If the problem continues you’ll need to contact your bank." I have tried two cards which I know are fine.

@O2 the signal in PE19 / St Neots has been awful all week due to maintenance you are undertaking. When will this be resolved please? Wfh very difficult - can’t make or receive any calls!
