    @O2 just gone to sign up for a pay monthly SIM but on the page where it asks for your name and date of birth, it comes up with my mother's details and won't let me edit them even though on 'My O2' the account is under my name and date of birth. Any way you can help?

    @O2 hey, ever since I have had the S21+, the facebook app keeps closing. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache and all software is up to date. Can you advise on a fix at all??

    @O2 @TheO2 there are major network issues with the network that O2 are not being honest about with their customers . I hav barely had any signal for 2 weeks. I've been with them for 7 years without a problem. Customer service is shocking and I'm leaving o2
