    @clm2071 @O2 I’ve had the same issue today with a representative cancelling my order several times despite taking money from my account. Fortunately someone else is handling this now! Their service and communication within the team is horrible

    @O2 your customer service is awful. Containment team has not replied to any emails per our resolution, all this after waiting on the phone for 2 hours and countless emails and phone calls, what a joke!! Please action our complaint it has been almost 3 months!! C-1905251528

    @O2 what can I say about o2 the biggest load of crap ever I recycled my iPhone 14 over a month ago and I am still waiting for the credit to be put on my account so I can pay the iPhone 14 off but all I keep doing is get told the manager will call back no call back received

    Hate using this platform for this reason, but need to call out @O2 for abysmal customer service. 9 calls since Monday to try and sort out my upgrade totalling nearly 4 hours on the phone, I’ve now totally cancelled the upgrade and will be cancelling my contract after 15 years!

    Worried 😟 about my human parent. Paying a lot of money to @O2 for a phone, doesn't work. Made several complaints over 6 weeks, via written letters, emails and phone calls, but they still won't resolve. No offers to help from @O2 . Has anyone else had problems with @O2 ?
