    @D2LMC @O2 They'd also lowered the price since I ordered so they'd made some changes to the site, just not one to say it was out of stock. I've managed to cancel now but tool me ringing 4 different times

    @O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia Spent 1 hr in store 2 be told they cant access my account & can't upgrade 2 replace brocken one. On the phone, talking to 4 people & couldnt cancel contract as a code needed to be sent to dead phone & call me back 2 collect my debit card details.. o2 uou'vr just lost s a custemer

    @TelefonicaUK @O2 it's fair to say when you put together your crm, you didn't have the customer in mind. One of the most frustrating amd non user friendly experiences I have ever had.

    @O2 I informed you 6 weeks ago of my husband’s death and I was told that the account was closed, however, you are still writing to him demanding payment and threatening with debt collectors. This is very distressing and so poor that you are doing this!
