    Told my mother to leave @o2 before her last upgrade but she didn't. Now she's regretting it. The woman has lung disease and can't talk on phone properly. Do o2 care you're not well. Nope. Appalling service. She's been with them 10+ years too.

    @virginmedia @O2 Virgin media why have you declined my Quidco cashback. If you don’t want to honour the cashback why offer it? What’s the reason for declining? There is no reason. I will post my negative review for other to be aware of this. Not a happy customer.
