    @O2 I raised the complaint about 2-3 weeks ago, given or take a few days. But really the point is the letter I've been sent, which is attached for you to read. As mentioned, it's pathetic and offers no resolution whatsoever.

    @O2 This has been going on for a long time. It’s lack of infrastructure improvement, not a specific technical fault. Your coverage is bad in most areas
