@o2 - Hi. My mobile signal (SY6 area) has been down for a few days now. Signal checkers says there is a fault with the mast… Can I get a refund on my line rental being as I’m paying for nothing..?

So @bt_uk can’t fix internet and phone line issues it seems for 48hrs+, but as usual @O2 falls over when more than one person tries to use it in North Wales. Bet there’s no compensation off either as usual!

In mega moan mood today but honestly @O2 you take the P now. Charging for a sub standard service on calls as well as 4G. Then you have the cheek to tell me 5G is here #york. You can’t even manage a interference free telephone call by the station

@O2 Why is it so hard to change a spend cap? The help page doesn't help, you can't do it online, none of the auto helps can do it and no agents are available. For something that should be the click of a button
