    @O2 Hi, I’ve now spoken with o2 who have advised it was down to an error from your side. You had me on two contracts when I left. Letter received from moorcroft debt recovery. Whilst I have now been issued a credit this company will have me as a bad debt !

    @O2 thank you to the 4 advisers that have either put the phone down on me or transferred me to bogus departments when I’ve tried to report fraud in my elderly mothers account! Nice one! 👍🏾 Any chance you can help? Or are you only interested in upgrades?
