  @SkimoBeats @O2 Good luck when you eventually get it.. I got a galaxy 8 classic mobile data and I accidently downloaded the sim plan for my phone instead of watch and they have completely refused to help me sort it so my watch straight up is a clock when I go on runs.

  @O2 Reception in our area GL54 is appalling with only an E service available all to often You dismiss our feedback saying there is no problem when clearly there is . Stop ignoring the problem and fix it

  @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

  I'm a loyal customer of @O2 for decades with no intention to leave but with 5 SIMs in the family & a mixture of surreptitious chicanery on tariffs and annual increases I realise I'm paying a big Loyalty Penalty. O2 price discrimination blocks the advertised deal I want😡
