    @o2 - Hi. My mobile signal (SY6 area) has been down for a few days now. Signal checkers says there is a fault with the mast… Can I get a refund on my line rental being as I’m paying for nothing..?

    Absolutely shocking from @O2 today. Years of loyalty and 2 hours haggling still give me worse deals than a new customer….. who wants my business @ee @VodafoneUK

    @O2 @paultownsend81 Never is a fault, just poor signal. Now you launch satellite and expect us to pay for that to get better signal.

    @O2 New online platform shared with Virgin is horrendous. Absolutely nothing wrong with the old set up, now its slow and full of glitches. Probably spent a fortune to make it worse as well.

    @O2 sort it out paid my bill over 2 weeks ago nearly 3 weeks now and still no service I need my services reinstated. I’ve been calling you everyday and still nothing you keep telling lies.

    @EE 6 days left on my contract with a complaint with exec team, I've just rang up and been told its unfortunate @O2 have massively undercut you by £12 a month unfortunately I'm better moving to o2 what ****** customer service after 9 years, @Offcom need to look at you
