@o2 - Hi. My mobile signal (SY6 area) has been down for a few days now. Signal checkers says there is a fault with the mast… Can I get a refund on my line rental being as I’m paying for nothing..?

@kokeshimum @O2 Why on earth have you stayed with O2 for 15 years? Of the 4 (now 3) operators, they are easily the worst.

@Richard268422 @O2 O2 have gradually got worse and worse coverage, go outwith towns uts pathetically inadequate and go to scottish boarders, you get practically nothing. These charlatans don't go for best customer coverage, they go for what's the bare minimum we can get away with

  • Bruggers100
    Tony Brugnoli (@Bruggers100) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Vodafone just as bad down south, dead spots in and around my hometown, can’t get a phone signal at all at my son’s school. The companies will not invest in infrastructure. You can get a better signal in the Lake District because the infrastructure supports emergencies!
