    @O2 Nothing else currently, the sim swap issue was caused by myself over using the esim code forgetting I’d scanned it many times before on my android and apple. I’m hoping maybe one day we can download the esim profile as backup with unlimited count of installs on individual device.

    @O2 Yes, I’ve done that. Local mast down. Third or fourth time you’ve lost me money in as many months. I’ve been with various iterations of what became O2 for nearly 30 years and you’ve NEVER been this bad.

    Having the worst customer service experience with @O2 . Difficult to speak to a human on the phone and when you do, all the staff tell you different things.Terrible. I’ve been trying to get a simple issue resolved for over a month and I don’t seem to be getting anywhere. Dm sent.

    An ignored live chat then a trip to the shop in trostre where they couldn't help followed by a 25 min call with @O2 where they couldn't help. All I want is a new sim/num for my daughter. Unhelpful, complex and rude.

    A visit to the shop in trostre where that wouldn't help followed by 25 mins on the phone with @O2 where they wouldn't help. I only want a new number for my daughter but everything about their process is lengthy and unnecessarily complex. Stay clear.
