  @jmellling1895 @O2 @davehpayne That's very interesting. I have had problems for months with the O2 app, periodically not letting me log in. Won't let me upgrade my tariff. When I tried to submit a complaint it failed Call centre suggesting I was the problem. I'm leaving them now. I have had enough.

  @TakeThatClouds @O2 They all do the same thing. They know you don’t have service but can’t help you until you give them a code text to the phone with no service. ******* idiots all of them.

  Wow. The quality of signal and performance from @lebara since switching from @O2 which has been shite for a long time. 5G all the way on my tube journey, unlike o2. And Lebara is so much cheaper.

  Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡
