@O2 Called customer service, as my sim doesn't work and it doesn't register to the network. I have got my phone number with me, but they keep insisting on getting an order number which I haven't got from the emails that I have been sent. And are unable to help me. Please help.

@O2 I was offered an upgrade on Wed, lost visual voicemail after upgrade, rang to get it back Thurs. 10 mins after it was “sorted”, lost ALL services. Been without network service since 3pm. ABSOLUTELY unhelpful “customer service” agent too when I reported it.

@O2 I tried to contact your Fraud Team, but no response at all, now it's been over two weeks. I've been victim of identity fraud and without your help I cannot close the case with Equifax.

It’s not always easy to speak to a real person at @O2 these days and no online chat facility either. Resorted to contacting them by Twitter & amazingly got a prompt response. My mobile issue was speedily resolved by the O2 Twitter team. Good customer service, thanks guys 👏👏👏
