    @o2 - Hi. My mobile signal (SY6 area) has been down for a few days now. Signal checkers says there is a fault with the mast… Can I get a refund on my line rental being as I’m paying for nothing..?

    @O2 You utterly useless clowns. There is no option to send a messag via private message, as surely anyone in your shoddy organisation should know. You are an utter disgrace and if this is the way you treat customers of 20 years plus, you are very much going down in my esteem.

    Hands down the most useless customer service ever . @O2 you message them, they tell you to dm them and then ignore your message and do sod all to help.

    @O2 I am currently in Nigeria and my O2 UK SIM is showing “Emergency calls only.” I have already tried: restarting the phone, enabling roaming, manually selecting partner networks such as MTN and Airtel, and changing network modes.

    @O2 O2 refuse to accommodate customer needs re: payment dates. The data allowance is appalling for PAYG users, and the coverage is poor also. Cue the ‘sorry you feel that way‘ dismissal from O2.

    @O2 I have to say I am hugely disappointed with the customer service I have received. Staff who claim they are managers have not called back as promised. Im just looking for a fair resolution on my bill!

    @FrauForelle @carl_344 @O2 I had nightmares with them just ordering my current phone where they wouldn't honour a deal even though they messed up,been with them maybe 20 years - Why I didn't cancel then I don't know.
