@O2 I'm onto the 4th day of only being able to use my phone if it's on WiFi. I live rurally so my WiFi is terrible and I rely on my 4g. This isn't good enough.

@SkyHelpTeam It's not sky that's the problem it's @O2 as it was the same when I was on their network. You never get more than 1mbs even with 4 bars on 4g.

@O2 I’ve already messaged you earlier today. In some very rare occasions I’ll get 4G but hardly ever. Also it’s not a fault with my phone, my wife’s SIM - who is on @VodafoneUK - works flawlessly. Your shambles of a network, however, is useless

@akpsnow @O2 Did they resolve this for you? We've been in the US for a week and the partner network (T Mobile) speeds are non existent. Can't even load Google maps half the time. All they've said to us is they can't guarantee speeds

@poppyandjules @O2 No, utterly useless. They told me that I had to connect to T-Mobile, not helpful as the network has no coverage in most of the US. They also claimed I could connect to AT&T for data, this wasn't true as it never worked. Sorry I can't be more help. Let me know how you get on!

@O2 why isn't my number ex-directory anymore? The amount of spam callers I'm getting daily is beyond a joke. No I haven't signed up to anything. It's been since you gave me a 5g sim. Not happy. Customer services are no help either.

@O2 it’s now been nearly 4 days that I don’t have any service after you guys accidentally barred the sim. Can’t get my head around that you can’t reactivate it and there are no other options. Tried DM you and calling numerous times but keep getting different responses
