    @O2 I'm onto the 4th day of only being able to use my phone if it's on WiFi. I live rurally so my WiFi is terrible and I rely on my 4g. This isn't good enough.

    @O2 I would appreciate some help. I’ve been querying an issue on my fathers behalf for nearly 3 weeks and have had no response from any O2 rep and was told by the store rep they’d keep us updated - we’ve had no calls and had to chase them down in store.

    @O2 for over six weeks have been facing signal issues YO11 3EA area. Network checker says mast issue, techs should be looking at. For six weeks hardly any service - this can't be acceptable to customers. When will it be fixed? Why should we pay for none existent service?
