    @O2 I'm onto the 4th day of only being able to use my phone if it's on WiFi. I live rurally so my WiFi is terrible and I rely on my 4g. This isn't good enough.

    @o2 - Hi. My mobile signal (SY6 area) has been down for a few days now. Signal checkers says there is a fault with the mast… Can I get a refund on my line rental being as I’m paying for nothing..?

    Honestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL aren’t up & running it’s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.
