@O2 Since the day virgin made the mistake of switching to you guys from EE who I had absolutely 0 problems with and never have had problems with. Every time I’ve had an O2 contract the signal has been dreadful. I have to walk out my house just to make a phone call.

@O2 really are the worst provider out there. 2 bars of 4g maximum wherever you go never full signal and barely works, 5G can have full bars and won’t even load 5 minutes if a podcast and then you can’t even make a phone call if you have full 3G. Can we actually use our data?

The level of service recieved from @O2 over the last month can only be described as SHAMBLES! Failur after failure on their own policy and more than 3 weeks for a call back but nothing.... and they call their customer service! @Ofcom @TheO2
