    @O2 you've cut my phone off even though I paid my bill on Monday. I've not been able to speak to a human after being on hold for 45min and still waiting to speak on live chat to a agent, I decided to pay again and still have no connection please can you help

    @O2 my service is appalling. I’ve reported this before and you had alleged that you had made repairs in the area. It made a difference, it’s now worse. #5G all I get is 3G or one or two bars of 4G. #2023britain

    @O2 I switched from Three to O2 15 days ago and I still can’t get text messages to my phone. I already talked customer services 4 times and went to a local O2 store. No one helped yet. What a shame.

    @o2 please help, I've lost another Greggs priority code now as the tills were all down this morning so the shop was shut!! This is the second time recently I've lost as code as tills have been down and the code says it's been used even tho it hasn't!!! 😭
