@O2 four times I’ve now been cut off for a simple cancellation of a contract. Disgusting how 4 members of staff have cut me off. Beyond a joke. Makes me realise my choice of cancelling is validated. Worse customer service I have experienced with any company

@O2 I have rung customer services 5 times in the last 2 hours and each time people hang up because they cannot solve the problem!!! Please will someone help me !!! I left o2 at the end of Feb and I am receiving bills with extra late payment charge this is unacceptable!!!!!

@O2 how do I go about making a complaint. I can’t speak to an agent online and when being on hold to speak to someone on the phone for over 40 minutes I was cut off. Not good enough.

By the time I got through to a @o2 human I was very frustrated but managed to sublimate most of that and explained the issue. I was told tech support would be in touch within 3 days. 2/

@laurenbreen_23 @O2 I'm just looking into that now. I'm tying to access my @O2 account but with no signal quickly dropping to no service I can't even see how much longer I have on this Pay Monthly Sim. It's £10 p/m more at EE.
