    @O2 @O2 A DM won’t fix what’s been ignored for months. This is public so there’s a record. I will DM but I expect a resolution instantly, not another “we’re looking into it.” CISAS case #713631. Credit file still wrong.

    @O2 one of your celltower is out at yo267qf. Been out 24hours affer some repair guys where messing around with it. We live next to it and have no service. Had to come out to post this

    @o2 my iPhone has one bar with a letter E or zero bars, but my partners google pixel 8pro has 4g and three bars on the same train sitting next to each other! wtf! Sort it!

    Imagine having a broken payment system that doesn’t allow people to pay bills (send login email, then it loops, that really really ******* annoys me!), and then having an automated payment line that closes at night! @O2 is a ******* joke! An hour of this bullshit!!!
