going ring @O2 every month to complain until the mast near me is fixed. 6+ MONTHS GUYS, I CANT GO OUTSIDE AND CALL SOMEONE BC IT DOESNT WORK WELL. wouldn't be able to call anyone if I was in need or trouble

@O2 Hi, my issue is that my phone isn’t working properly, it’s not receiving any signal, I have tried to speak to someone on the chat function in the app however the person I am talking to is trying to advise me to claim on my insurance when it should in fact be under warranty.
