@O2 I've called up, was on the phone for 50 mins. I was advised to just stay put and wait till the signal issues improve. This issue has been ongoing since I took the contract out in Feb.

@O2 why do you still have so little 5g around. I'm glad I didn't pay extra for 5g but frustrating my husband has the same 5g phone on a different network and has 5g. Not even in Chester which is a pretty big city.

@O2 I’ve been through your FAQ, troubleshooting and given times and places before with your network team, new sim etc….and no resolution. It’s beyond a joke now 😡 if you can’t provide network coverage just say so, then we all no where we stand!!

@O2 just wondering how to get someone in your call center(s) to actually fix a an issue they say they will? Been incorrectly charged termination fees and, despite being told it will be sorted for the last week, I still wait. Guess I'm on the phone AGAIN today.

When I was with Three, I had such a awful experience where it came to the point In my life where I would phone the company every month to remove unused chargers and I’ve been on the phone month after month arguing with them. Since being with @O2, I’ve never had to do that once.

@O2 phone basically unusable due to no signal. Signal checker says in the CR2 area there are works going on until 7th August effecting signal. Seeing as we are paying for a service we arent getting what compensation are you offering? Thank you

@O2 can someone from complaints or a manager contact me ASAP please. You have now cut me off twice after over an hour in the phone. Is this your new level of customer service ? This is regarding my elderly Mother with Alzheimers.

@O2 I’d hang on but O2 Twitter was saying “this year” in 2017 so the info you get from the company isn’t very reliable. Thanks anyway 👍
