    @O2 why are your customer services refusing to replace a brand new 16 day old iPhone 17 . It’s faulty and they are making life very difficult. Worst customer care ever.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 I was on the top of Leith Hill on Sunday you could see for miles in every direction but no signal at all. It’s a combination of nimbys objecting to phone masts and unwillingness to invest. Direct to mobile Starlink will buck their ideas up.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
