    @O2 still not sorted iyour pathetic priority site some 8. 5 hours after Peter Kay tickets went of sale. You’ve let down so many of your customers today and you’ve done nothing but make excuses. A lot of us can’t wai to leave you as soon as our contracts expire as a result.

    @peterkay_co_uk Tried over 8 hours to access the @o2 priority page today, never managed to get on!!. After having tickets secured for the previous tour which was cancelled (cant be helped) I feel so aggrieved that nothing was in place for people who had previous tour tickets as a priority. 🤬

    @O2 Been trying to login on O2 priority since before 9.30. I really can't understand how the pre-sale is sold out when the website has been down since 9.30am. Who has managed to get these tickets?

    @O2 And your entire network has gone down lagging people unable to make calls or texts, liked ones unable to locate them on certain apps so therefore worrying. It’s a joke.

    @O2 O2, at a time when people are struggling financially ,you have totally let down your hard working customers. Peter Kay announced he was keeping prices low, but you’ve allowed touts to buy and re-sell upto 10x the amount. You should hang your head in shame and embarrassment.
