Recently switched to @O2 What a shocking provider it is. Even when it says you have 4g you can’t get on anything. Terrible

@O2 hi, the 4g in my area,ky128nx has been really poor for a few weeks now. Not helped by a sky bb outage today where I can’t get on 4g either. Are you aware? Signal checker suggests it should be ok but marked decrease in speed recently

@O2 One for the network teams. Only happens on 5G in the EC2V 7JE postcode but the connection to WhatsApp keeps dropping. My office is here and has been happening since 5G went live

@O2 thanks o2 been waiting for my phone for 2 weeks then get told it will be 3 more weeks as o2 don't have any dates, so I decided to cancel it (I need a phone asap), Then a hour later I get a email saying its on its way but now because I cancelled it based

@O2 Thanks. Like I said the fact it works on 4G makes me think it’s not the app as it would be a consistent error everywhere. One for the network teams perhaps? Just giving you the heads up- no need to resolve today.

@O2 Ah I see yeah it did say that on the email but upgrade to Unlimited data applied for two weeks ago - applied to account immediately and showed up on Thursday last week so I’ll hang off for a few days
