@MartinSLewis I mean technically with @O2 I'm paying £26 for my airtime and then more for my device plan. So it depends if you mean just for the network or both? When I look at the new deals, the one I'm on is still the best.

@O2 I complained to your customer service department that I was a victim of fraud on the 27th march. I was told your fraud department would call me within 3-5 working days.. wells it’s been nearly a month and no contact and now you want to restrict my contract due to no payment?!

@tjaneg1 @O2 Are you having issues too! I had a scammer 8 weeks ago and o2 still haven’t sorted it. I have a £1,800 phone and tariff taken out on my name and account. I just want it sorted. Have you taken it further?

@O2 I am absolutely appalled at your customer service just now on the phone. Spent over an hour yesterday and now 30 mins to speak to someone- only to be cut off! Have already sent you a DM about an arrears query.

@O2 I’ve made a payment which is now not sitting in the right place on your system. Upgrade can’t be processed and i need to go back through the entire process (of over 3 hours) to get the phone I wanted. Unacceptable customer service.

@O2 why is the internet coverage in Stockport so bad. Trying to load anything takes about 5 minutes and if you want to watch something then forget about it. It never works.

@O2 don’t use this company they are a rip off I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all there own data free, never turned my mobile data the whole, got a bill when I got. Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother
