@O2 your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Constantly raised their voice and spoke over on several occasions this morning. Very poor.

I’ve had no @O2 signal in Glasgow from Whiteinch, to Anniesland, to Yoker, since 8am this morning. I check this morning and it said a mast wasn’t working correctly. Surely this should be resolved by now?

Absolutely disgusted with @O2 customer service. It’s been over a MONTH and my complaint is still unresolved and now it’s damaged my credit file. This is unacceptable. I’ll be escalating this to the Communications Ombudsman.

@O2 absolutely fuming - you tell me I owe £22.34 & have passed to debt recovery…. Yet My O2 app says I am up to date on payments. I can’t see anywhere money is owed! Trying to speak to someone in customer services is awful. 20 mins and I am now thinking of leaving O2!

@virginmedia @O2 We’ve been without broadband completely since Friday lunchtime. Fix time keeps getting delayed. All phones on o2 and all down to 3G, occasionally 4G so cannot use my hotspot in order to work. This is ridiculous considering how much money I pay out on airtime!
