My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 and @SamsungUK need to improve there customer service. @O2, ordered a new contract but the phone has been delayed for unknown reason but the communication has been poor with no updates as to when I will receive the phone and you sent me a bill for a service I can't use.

@O2 when you think O2cant get any worse,… they then slip to another level of f### up and screw your account up even more,.. the worst ever,.. I wouldn’t recommend O2 if you were the ONLY network in the world.

So @O2 we’ve had no reception in our village #Bovingdon since at least 3 April and currently no indication of when it will come back. We have vulnerable residents who are disconnected, residents whose businesses depend on connectivity. For those who do get through to customer 1/

@O2 @virginmedia @itvtakeaway Please do not buy sim cards from this dishonest company. they made a 15 percent hike this month, because of the air pollution (they said it would not exceed 4.3 percent) I have never seen such a fraudulent (dodgy) company in my entire life.

@O2 had no network connection for 2 days now in the M26 area. I'm on transplant list so need my phone wherever I am and that is mainly at home in this area. It could literally could be a life saver anytime if it actually worked.
