My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@Kewjonrichard @O2 @rosalyn129 I'm so sorry. What an awful situation. It is unbelievable how crooked this company is. I am with EE, but my husband decided to switch and try O2. What a mistake! Now he is locked into paying for a service he isn't getting. I highly recommend EE for the future. Much more ethical.

@tescomobile To be fair this increase is explained when you take out a contract and is also in the contract. Well it is on @O2 whos network you use

So I have a @itvhub account trying to log in tonight and it set a £39 yearly payment to my @o2 bill and I can’t work out how to get rid. I can’t afford food let alone £39 please help

Absolutely shocking customer service @O2 go round in circles to speak to an agent. Spoken to two - one gave me duff advice and the other has just cut me off. Sort it out - all I want is my visual voicemail sorted. Thinking about cancelling my contract.

@O2 I have questions to ask over the phone and your o2 customer service line keeps directing me to the website and then ending the call. Your customer service is awful. And the callback request online doesn’t work. It’s really really frustrating.
