    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    Avoid using @O2 for your phone! Issue raised over 5 months ago and still not sorted. So much for O2 Priority. Look elsewhere!

    3 Days no service, I am 70, disabled, and your still lying saying its a Mast problem when my phone says SIM NOT PROVISIONED. I cannot make an urgent call and your chat team say they can't help. @O2

    @O2 waited over a week to have a new Apple Watch delivered. No response from your team or urgency and DHL awful so have cancelled the order!
