My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 My son knocked my phone out my hand while carrying him down the stairs and it’s smashed front and back. Phone is useable but screen is very damaged. I’ve never dropped a phone in the whole time with O2 - something like 13/14 years (1/2)

Absolutely astonished at the customer service from @O2 (and not in a good way). Signed up as a new customer 6 days ago and was told phone would be delivered within 7 days. Was told about 1hr later that the phone was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be delivered 1/2

@O2 Hey my wife is with a different UK network roaming on AT&T and gets proper 4g speeds? Is your roaming deal just a bad package? I travel for work a lot and thos speed will make things difficult

Incredible stuff. I need to change a UK @O2 tariff so phoned them, as their website is unclear. After wasting a few minutes keying in digits, the auto voice just said.... "Thanks, BYE" and hung up on me! Might just cancel, after 10 years as a customer.

@O2 But as I keep telling you the numbers do not work!! The answer machine just says "This option is not available, please contact our customer care services" which is absolutely impossible!!

@O2 I’ve been a customer for a long time and don’t often need to get in touch but really struggling with your customer service today. I need to make international calls and appears I can only change this by contacting you. However this is impossible. Please #help
