You have trashed it since merging and incorporating those clowns you joined with. Barely works, unnecessary extra steps, repeated need for login which has turned into a tedious exercise. Itโs TRASH

Mr Bโs History (@MrZacJamesB) reported@O2 Cannot make a bill payment via Apple Pay or card on the app or browser. Nothing wrong with funds or the card. Iโve tried to contact someone and the app similarly fails to do that. The systems at O2 since Virgin have taken over are dreadful. Any help?
