    @O2 new customer here! My one time passcodes don't seem to work which means I can't get access to O2 priority. Same issue happened with the My O2 app but that one let me change my password via email so I can now access. Is anyone able to help?

    @O2 Been actioned. I’ve made a complaint. All I got was an apology and was assured it was changed and that it hadn’t been actioned 2 times previously. I’m now worrying about what’s going to happen. As I need my devices especially my phone. Yet I’m looking on my app. And nope. (2)
