    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @O2 SO NOW YOU HAVE DISABLED BOTH MY PHONE NUMBERS SO I CANT CONTACT ANYONE OR O2 to sort this COMPLETE MESS out x disabled at least 5 hours ago just before I had been PROMISED a call back from o2 customer service !!!

    @O2 Day 79 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 I cannot access wifi there as it is my gym and they do not have a wifi available, so pretty poor having it that bad for that length of time. Your coverage says it is good indoors and outdoors on your map, but obviously this is a lie

    @O2 Why am I not getting network at the following postcode ME17 1RE, it says there is a mast issue, but this has been bad in that area since we joined you back in September last year! Sort it out

    @pollyesta73 @O2 Actually starting to think they have been taken over by a group of crooks just taking are money! From signal to customer service the whole company is shocking! And there’s nothing we can do !! I’d rather they just terminate my contract but they want silly money to do that

    .@O2 why is the signal in my workplace area so diabolical? Not to mention the several miles surrounding the area. I have had messages from your customer support colleagues stating that it's because "the area can get a little busy" but it's currently 4:30 in the morning........

    @pollyesta73 @O2 Tbf I was with virgin before and never any real issues !and they were all ways easy to contact and get help! But they automatically switched me over to this joke outfit!
