My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 Can you please sort your mobile data coverage out? 4G but nothing loads or sends. Been terrible for the last 3 - 4 months! trying to run a business on the go and I can’t.
