My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 Have DM this info but not sure it will help. Guy who answered kept saying calls were recorded, but he also said that when he called back from Northern Ireland.

@O2 is there a reason that signal in the Stratford upon avon area has been so abysmal for the last few months?Lucky to get 1 or 2 bars of 4G in most places across town and when you do it still takes forever to load! It used to be really good signal here when we took contracts out

@O2 I keep receiving missed calls from other 07912986xxx numbers, and when I return the call they have no record of calling me. Similarly I’ve had calls from people saying they’ve had a missed call from me, despite having no record of this in my calls. Is this a network issue?

@O2 the woman on your customer service team then went to BLOCK ALL 4G on my mothers phone. Top notch customer service, when she bought the phone and sim 2 days ago. What a fantastic experience. Please contact me because I want this resolved and that idiot fired.
