    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @O2 I have been trying for about a fortnight to sort out a new SIM only contract and each time I am met with the attached. I've tried multiple cards, different browsers and I can't do anything. I can't log in and talk through the app as well because I'm not a customer.

    @mattstingray @O2 Donโ€™t worry your bill will go up by ยฃ4 in April and they tell you itโ€™s to improve service! Had better signal in ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ฌ, ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ, ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ญ and ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท off the local providers than I do with one of the main players in ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง

    Hi @O2 Do you know there is a problem with your app & website. You can't make a payment on the site. It keeps kicking you out with an error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". I have seen other people are having the same issues. Can you please fix it ASAP. People have bills to pay.

    @O2 hello, for 2 weeks now signal and 4g has hardly been working in Southport. My battery is drained within 5 hours because 4g is trying to find the network to connect. This is happening to a few people. Are there any works in progress? Thanks

    @O2 Iโ€™m IT literate. Have done all this countless times. Local O2 shop confirms that I have this issue. A common complaint in this area where they say the mast doesnโ€™t work/is getting fixed, and/or whatever else. The problem is endemic and I feel that I am paying O2 for 0

    @O2 ME19 and ME20 areas are shocking their seems to be no point being with o2 if you canโ€™t make and receive calls or get online itโ€™s 2026 ffs you report it and itโ€™s the same excuse we aware of a problem and we are trying to fix it but it never seems to happen !!!!!

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times Iโ€™ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adรฉla FIX IT @O2
