    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    Seriously @O2, no support for eSIM Quick Transfer on iPhone? Why on earth would I need to physically obtain a bit of paper with a QR code on it when I could access the same QR code on a PDF or via my online account? Do you even know what the e in eSIM stands for? Unimpressed.

    @O2 Any reason why my service is not working while away in the USA??? It was working up until today and now I have zero service. Not great while away as I need to use my phone.

    The worst mobile supplier? @VodafoneUKBiz @VodafoneUK Due to Queens death they've decided not to help customers as their helplines are closed! 2 days without internet faster then 3mbps. Will cancel contract I've had with Vodafone since 1987 & go to @O2 bet they help customer's.

    @CannyAuldGyruum @O2 @ThreeUK I’ve got Apple Care which helps things. That looks exactly like mine right now. In a way it’s good that it picks up problems, but rendering phones useless in the process is a bit much,

    @GoodallTimothy @O2 Just sick of the excuses, it's disgraceful, literally lost count of how many times I've told them it's clearly not working, check social media, I'm getting sick of it, they're sly as **** saying I'm contracted but then doesn't a contract work both ways?
