My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 please explain to me I’m not able to receive a full service due to a fault with a local mast. There is no fix time or date for this. If I want to leave you’re going to issue me cancellation charges...but you’re not providing me with a full service I am paying for.

@O2 Done! I had absolutely NO IDEA that there was a way to report this type of phishing scam. Sadly your representative in customers services was unaware of this way to report the issue, and seemed to indicate that O2 had no formal way to raise a complaint about it.

@O2 @saintdougie you’re useless, i’m paying for a service i am not receiving, signal is bad compared to other networks in south wales at all time, i’m extremely disappointed, it’s not good enough, sort it out
