My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@Adrianmarlow @O2 WE UPGRADED 2 MONTHS AGO AND HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PHONE!!!!! Paying for something we don’t have and getting nowhere with o2!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! I will be leaving as soon as my contract has finished

@O2 ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Been waiting for a phone to be delivered for 2 months!!! DPD confirmed it never left their depot and can’t find it, yet WE are the ones that have to chase this up with you. O2 promises call backs and you hear nothing from them!!

@Sam6WHU @O2 Formal complaints route. Ask to escalate to the executive complaints team! Failing that and once you can evidence you’ve tried their complaints procedure or not happy with their resolution, take it to the ombudsman, but you have to try complaint first or FOS will reject

@Ginger_Tucci @O2 I never get signal in any city centre with @ThreeUK either, I never get more than 2 bars of signal anywhere I go, even stood next to a phone mast 🙄

@O2 Excellent - but it would be better if you focused on domestic issues and sort out a decent signal coverage in the UK….oh, and whisky your at it get your ‘added value services’ to actually work as well….EE for me as soon as I am able to get out of this awful contract…..

@O2 I've been promised a call from a manager o 7 separate occasions since 12th Dec and I'm still waiting for someone to call me. How ca your customer service team be so incompetent and unprofessional? You clearly don't care about your customers!

@O2 me again…..why is the service so bad? I’ve had 12 months of this now! Just reported recent fault to customer services and the office sounds like it’s on a bus. The noise is awful listening to everyone talking at once.

@O2 hi how can i cancel? I have now had no netweek for 6 days and you state the mast wont be fixed until the 11th. This is awful service. tried called and ita 40 mins wait!! #getmeoutofhere #pleasereleaseme #NO2!
