    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @O2 What kind of draconian service is this? No method whatsoever to contact you about my phone being disconnected due to a DD fail from an old account, why not just represent it like normal companies do? its only 7 DAYS Try to contact you? NOT A CAT IN HELLS. its impossible.

    @O2 Like **** you did. Nothing whatsoever. I go to make a call and get transferred to your payment line. Ive no issue making payment, but you definitely did NOT email/text, bugger all. THIS is the only way to contact O2 no app, no number. You cannot contact the number above either.

    @MPD_Online @O2 tried to buy a phone from mobile phones direct - horrid experience, 1 week later and still no phone, order 080120163, then 13 mins on hold to cancel it. am now heading into town to buy one directly with 02.

    @O2 Any other suggestions? If I do manage to get a connection and have a call, the call will always get terminated. What is going on? I can’t believe I’m having to pay full price for such an unreliable service which literally does not allow me to communicate.
