@thepmadden @O2 I've been having almost the same problem...I lost the SIM card, so now even though I have the email and password for the account I am unable to cancel my contract. In March I've spent over 9 hours trying to get through on the phone and my official complaint email is ignored.

@O2 It was every where in Telford basically, I managed to fix the issue after I didn't hear back from yourself only to find out two and a half weeks later some one did try and call and left a voicemail but never called back.

@virginmedia Hello, o2 won't let me cancel without paying a fee. You have reduced the costs of my tv package which has been very helpful, but @O2 are refusing to do any offers and want to charge me to leave.

@O2 @EnglandRugby I need assistance now. O2 have disconnected my phone fully, I can't even call O2 to sort anything out. I can't make or receive calls with no prior warning. The app doesn't work and just spins so it is impossible to speak to someone.
