    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @O2 Have been a long term customer & 2day asked Tottenham Crt Rd shop 4 tech support to download email app. Asked ME what IMAP is, I asked them if they knew - no. Walked out. A waste of my time. Maybe they sell better than provide tech help. Any ideas where to go now for help?

    Hi @O2 - can you explain how with the tens of millions of pounds you charge customers a month, I still struggle for 4G signal in Hampshire?? Yet, when in the middle of a game reserve in South Africa, I manage full on 5G signal with no interruptions??

    @O2 Iโ€™ve been a customer of yours for 29 years, yet over the last 18 months the quality of service has gone markedly downhill. No matter where in the country I travel, I struggle to use data yet my work device on a competitors network works absolutely fine, ive filed many 1/

    @O2 over 6 weeks since you locked myO2 account and you still haven't resolved it! Formal complaint sent but no response to that either!

    @O2 I can call, receive calls, text but cannot get texts. Support told me to get a new SIM, ordered on 22/5 nothing arrived, today told to wait till third week of June. Zero urgency or escalation, no complaint route, I am frustrated!!!

    @O2 Still not received an email with details of my win (on the Blue Monday spinning wheel on Monday this week) - for a Greggs Sweet Treat. Searched in O2 Prioirtiy App, and cannot find the reference code anymore :o( - Definitely won - but now confused :o(
