My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 how can I speak to an advisor via Live chat. I've tried several times over the weekend and it just says it's not available. Has this service stopped? I was waiting for almost 20 minutes yesterday and no one answered the phone.

@O2 And the fact it’s the ‘expected levels of service’ despite the excuses to the contrary over the past 3 years, is the reason that once this contract is up, I’m leaving o2 after 15+ years. 👍

@virginmedia @O2 So I activated volt. 02 doubled my data and informed me they had doe this within days however virgin have still not increased my speeds nor been in touch… disappointing poor service from virgin as usual 🤬
