My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 guys I need to speak to customer service. I was on hold for over 40 mins twice yesterday afternoon and in messaging I just get an auto reply saying you are too busy and to try again later!

@O2 son has phoned snatched and Im desperately trying to put hold on account why he travels home. spoke to someone who won’t help and when I asked if his phone is used for international calls whilst they won’t put a hold on will O2 charge him. She put the phone down !

Hi @O2 I just called support about my number port. Was told all ports are delayed but can’t say by how long. I asked if that is likely to be days, weeks or months. The answer was “it won’t be months”. So, could be weeks? Meanwhile, no contact or MFA number available. Not great.
