My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@ezzeeegooner @O2 @SkyUK I live in the middle of nowhere and Vodafone Wi-Fi calling is excellent at home. I don’t have too many problems with the signal as a lorry driver I’m all over the country and very rarely suffer signal problems

@O2 My phone isn’t working in the USA and the only way to login to contact O2 help is by receiving a text code… to my phone that doesn’t work - what idiot came up with that system!?

@O2 tried ringing twice again tonight and haven't had any success. Advisor spoke and put me on hold to put me back in a queue and then when I was finally answered phone put down. Standards are high I see!

@O2 You have got to be kidding? Handy tips? I don't want to be faffing around when I pay enough for my 02! I am still having intermittent network. I want this sorted and some sort of compensation! I missed important doctors calls because of this! Please get back to me. Thank you.

@tomnixon @O2 Tom, I've been a phonecoop customer for over a decade. Customer owned. They have never let me down. When I exceed my mobile data limit they call and offer an upgrade that minimises my cost. Recommended.

@O2 as much as love being a customer with #o2 there is a downside especially when you have to phone up to ask to pay off remaining contract. Would be easier especially if you’re disabled like me. And sometimes it’s easier to pay on the app/website. Please take this on board.
