My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@thealmeister @O2 I had the exact same issue and I roam a lot. Spent hours of my life trying to resolve. I’m the end I ended up terminating my contract instead of upgrading and came back as a new customer and it worked. Network team just kept blaming the roaming network, but happed across EU.

@O2 Thursday drink offer is a scam - watched it count down to 5pm and surprise out of stock as soon as it turned to 5pm so clearly not an offer!
