My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 after being a loyal customer, scammed in Jan,constantly calling for a solution & passing the blame to other departments which now you have misadvised me ( it has been a nightmare ) I’m escalating and reporting this it should never take 8-9 month to resolve your fraud .

The 4G in Plymouth today, provided by @O2 could best be subtly described as a sack of old Truss. I might stop my direct debit with them. Even if they blocked my phone, it would still be less stressful just trying to use the most basic of apps. Has @O2 shut down all masts?
