My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 Sorry to award you a 0.5/10 for customer experience. I’ve spent nearly an hour a) on hold b) repeating myself when each agent puts me on hold and I can’t reconnect w the previous agent c) having no way to access MyO2 to see my bill in full detail d) going round in circles 👎🏽

@virginmedia @O2 Got through to someone, and then they pass me through to a different department (which I didnt need) Then on hold for 20 mins. Hang up - go back through - and despite asking not to transfer me, ignored my requests and transferred me anyway. Wankers.

@O2 a week into porting to O2, my partners texts are still showing as the pre-port number! Strangely, texts were from her correct number over the weekend. How many others have had this issue? I did. Customer Service last Wed/Thurs/Fri that it would take 4hrs! Ridiculous Service.

@O2 It returns about 40-45 mins after the crowd disperses the issue being that other networks work with high capacity crowds and yours doesn’t?

@O2 The mast's been faulty since Monday 28th Feb in some parts of Nth Cornwall with no mobile calls/data available. You're telling us to wait until 11th March at earliest for fix. What are you going to do about compensating o2, @SkyHelpTeam SKY Mobile etc customers please?

@O2 Hi O2 I have waited number since 06 Feb 22 for a manager to contact and fix issue with network coverage, I've made multiple phone calls and have raised multiple complaints but to no avail #poorservice
