@O2 seriously o2 fix your god damn data coverage!!! It is getting worse and worse everyday and can’t even work properly in non peak hours when towns aren’t busy. Can’t even get decent coverage when I travel to different parts of the UK!! Your service has become a joke 🤬

I recently renewed with @virginmedia and part of that deal was converting my sim to @O2 i have filled in the forms online but still not had any confirmation back regarding the pac swap. I really need this phone as I have a 7 month old and if there was any issues. Please help

Think I’ve given up with @GreggsOfficial , silly you can’t use money on the Greggs app if any of your order has any free items (like @O2 Priority) - and it’s a service you top up with real money !

@O2 I have sent via private message but happy to share experience with current or perspective customers. As you are good at rising prices each year but the customer service declines further where left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Happy to explain further on here
