    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @O2 @SamsungMobile Worst customer service in the world. Tried (called 7x) to cancel sim within 14 days on my partners account (i upg instead), charged 25, told it was canceled, now have a final bill of £395.00, telling us to cancel DD which results in missed payments. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

    @o2 and @Virgin your service is bloody shocking. Two days I’ve had no internet while I wait for an engineer and even my mobile data keeps flipping to 3G when I spend £80 a month on a stupid iPhone 13pro. I remember when o2 wanted to be known for the best customer service

    @meeshymoomin @O2 @Virgin I’m not even in contract but because I live in eco housing it’s all we can have. They’ve charged me for tv phone and internet for five years yet I do t have tv or phone, the line doesn’t even work. now the internets down it’s taken two days to get an engineer that’s hasn’t arrive

    @virginmedia Broadband is fine, this is regarding being moved to @O2 as part of my package negotiated with retentions. Previous mobile under Oomph package was great now being told that in my two main postcodes the 4G is congested and there's an unknown fix date 1/2

    I have never felt so upset and sick after a phone call with a customer services department. 4 weeks I have been trying to resolve a mistake @O2 have admitted was theirs. Now a rude customer services person. #O2dobetter #Awfulcustomer
