  @beckieebabee_x @mhewson_MCH @O2 I know right! I’ve been with them 15+ years and they used to be great. Now I can’t get even get signal in my garden, the train home its awful and match days at the local football ground absolutely zero chance of signal for 2 hours.

  @huckleberrydan @mhewson_MCH @O2 Exactly the same here ! Data is just as bad even if got some phone signal. In a city can’t use the maps because it’s rubbish! My partner has moved to EE. & in going to follow suit if I can find a decent deal!

  @O2 No, because I don't answer calls I'm not expecting. If I wanted to discuss a complaint on the phone, I would call you. Written complaints should be responded to in writing, otherwise it feels like you're dodging anything being on the record.
