My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

My biggest mistake was ordering eSim from @O2 with unlimited data Why should I wait a week to get an eSim? While other companies such as @holafly_com issue the qr code as soon as you order? @o2cando #O2
