They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them. Refusing the 14 day change of mind is illegal fortunately, this is gonna cost £££££

You left my daughter phone-less whilst travelling, all because your ineffective record-keeping could not provide her with the info that she needed for her insurance.
