My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

Absolutely horrendous service from @O2 , bought a new phone last week and still haven’t been able to use it as they haven’t transferred my number over after several staff said “it will be done in 24 hours” !!!!!!!

@O2 Wifi - so POS, card terminal, store radio (internet) & loyalty card scanner have no broadband access. Router is on but PPP light is off. Customer O2 access is also off
