My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@O2 thanks O2 Sutton. My only day of the week off. Got up specially for your advertised 10.30am opening time only to find a paper note outside saying ‘opening 12.30’ no explanation no apology. Really poor customer service.

I’ve been experiencing probably the worst customer experience I have EVER had from @O2 ……. Without doubt the biggest disregard for customers, rude agents that never call back, useless in every way!! Is there any mobile operator who care ?? @EE @VodafoneUK

@O2 No network outages. No long weekend. Just a regular Thursday. Yet im on hold for 30 minutes listening to"We apologise for the wait, we are extremely busy" when calling into your customer care line. In what world is it ok to make customers wait this long? Understaffed!
