    @O2 I’m just venting my anger about the so called pre order of the iphone 13 pro max I have received I ordered the handset 4 days before the actual release date Which on release date I never received I’ve been waiting a total of 12 days for my so-called pre-order part 2 coming

    @O2 Hi. I just signed up for a sim online however my current provider ended my service sooner than expected so I currently have no network. Can I go to an O2 store and get the sim now rather than waiting for it to come in the post?

    @O2 Giving me a link for the help guide is useless, the issue isn't my phone it's the mast, I'm getting weekly text updates to tell me there is an issue, you just can't seen to repair it
