    My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

    @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

    @O2 I just arrived in France, and am unable to use my phone AGAIN, despite your text about “Welcome to France” and informing me about usage! I am unable to contact your support team, I am very angry. Please contact me and sort my problem. I pay you good money for no service!

    @O2 It’s been ongoing for over a year. You told me it had been resolved but we continue to have no @O2 signal. Seems to have started when you put in a new mast down the road.

    @O2 You didn’t look into it for me though. You told me you only deal with virgin media landline, tv and broadband, not much point in contacting you really. 0 help.

    @DelBoy80s @EnglandRugby @O2 And he makes poor decisions in defence. Ultimately we will never agree on this but I suspect you wouldn't have an issue if he played for any other team.

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @O2 You have connected me today and I haven’t even got my SIM card yet so I am now left with no mobile network, I also can’t sign into anything as it’s on a loop asking for a passkey, as a new customer I am regretting switching to you already
