My sisters phone is broken and both @O2 and @CPWTweets have been zero use. What was she paying insurance for???? She has spent all morning trying to get help and each person just points her to the next useless person.

@KatsiSitos @O2 Join the queue , if you get thro you been told a load of prewrote rubbish, be patient, we are addressing the issue, reset network settings, we call you back!! Just tweet your complaint and add BBCWatchdog tag to it.

@O2 Done all that. Every time. Same 'advice'. People don't complain because it's accepted as the norm. The West Country (anywhere left of Reading, south of Birmingham) is always shoddy. Meanwhile, your CEO is plump with foie gras, cigars and champers. It's a disgrace. Fix the masts.

@WhichUK @o2 maybe worth looking at the home page of o2. I am not alone with network issues and when you try to complain just ignored/ lied to. Customer service is horrendous.
