    @O2 @LFCandPROUD I had the same problem paid for the coverage for a week and my phone was terrible until concerted to the hotels WiFi

    @LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

    @virginmedia What a load of crap I’ve been trying for 8 hours and couldn’t access a thing I don’t see one person on here or the @O2 twitter page that have had any success in getting tickets yet now they are being sold for ridiculous amounts of money 😡

    @O2 Not been able to get on the app at all today. Not at all and still can’t. Absolutely ridiculous that I can be permanently logged in usually then I’m logged out today and still can’t access it. Very poor service from such a big company.

    @O2 We wonder how all the tickets have gone when none of us could get on your priority app or website since 9am this morning. Just what everyone needed. A whole 9 hours refreshing the app pointlessly. Thanks for that. Please ask me for customer service feedback
