@LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

After 7/8 weeks of having constant issues with my Mobile phone, with constant messages back n forth with @O2 after telling them multiple times what's going on but suggest the same outcome.. So i had to take a out a new contract to actually have a fully working phone

@O2 signal keeps drifting between 3g & H, been happening for around 3 weeks in Wigan WN6 area, your shop said it's to do with setting up 5g, what is the time frame on this as I haven't got WiFi at home

@virginmedia @O2 I need help for my mom and dad they can't get Netflix working on their Tivo box the circle for loading just keeps spinning. We did call yesterday but they said they would put us thru to a tech department where they can get charged for their service? This is unacceptable!
