    @LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

    Well, @O2 I’ve just tried to cancel my contract after paying £35 per month which should have been £10 !!! and in my efforts slowly slipping into a coma having waited 1 hour and 45minutes just to speak to someone 🥴 really😡😡.. #O2

    @O2 your phone help service has hung up on me 3 times in a row, i've been in store to try and get help and i've been trying to resolve an issue for going on 2 weeks now - this is ridiculous😡 Anybody use a different service that they can recommend??

    So fed up with @Google @O2 @currys giving me the run around! My mum passed away last week💔 and since the latest updates my Google pixel 6 phone has lost network to receive and make important calls for arrangements.This caused more distress when I'm already grieving,sort it out!
