    @LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

    @Christhefish86 @O2 O2 won't do a damn thing about that. They have made the money they wanted from the ticket that's all they care about. Only way to stop the touts is to not buy from them. We fans will miss out but they will be thousands out of pocket

    @becca_parkinson @O2 Becca type in “o2 priority tickets Peter Kay Manchester” into google and then go through on a desktop, took me a few tries but I got through. Scrap doing it on a phone cos it keeps taking you to the crap app

    The amount of time the @O2 priority app is down these days It's on the thin line of miss-selling a benefit Peter Kay was always going to be insanely popular But this could have been planned for as seen as getting weekly cinema tickets crashes the app these days

    @O2 Absolute joke. Been trying for over 2 hours and still get the same problem “priority content not available right now” but people were able to get tickets on gigs and tours?? 🙃🙃😠🙃 #o2prioritydown
