@LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

@skytv @bt_uk no internet so can’t use my phone no signal and no tv and no internet neighbours said you they were told it might be up to Tuesday all are things in the flat run off wifi and I need to walk all the way out the house to make a call @O2 signal is only one bar no good

Been with @O2 for years and years but can honestly say their priority app is a complete waste of time! Never won anything, never had anything useful on there, don't see the point of it at all!

@O2 I sent the Resolutions team several emails, I think they replied, in very general terms to only one of them. Moorcrofts gave me about 5 different phone numbers in letters and on the website. Virgin Media is the only other company which has such poor service as you & Moorcroft.

@O2 You barred my SIM over “fraud” — then admitted it wasn’t fraud days ago. But I’ve still had no service for 7 DAYS. I can’t contact my kids or partner and now you’re saying I might wait 10 MORE DAYS?! This is disgraceful. Fix this now. #O2 #Ofcom #FraudBarFail

@O2 you are a joke ! 4 weeks of complaining, waiting for a replacement phone for a faulty one , after being told I can send faulty one back on receipt of replacement. 2 official complaints and still no further forward. Customer services are useless😡

@O2 customer service is ****. Handed my notice in for my contract in January 2023 and they've been charging me up until this month and believe £30 compensation is suitable for that time, now not responding to me and being told to wait for a reply (2 months later)

@O2 Have had my device that i returned via Switch Up (that they cleared and accepted) for over 5 weeks and still haven’t cleared the device loan and STILL charge me monthly for it. Even after making 4 complaints. Genuinely the most incompetent network going. Incompetent wankers!

@tomlister @O2 In my house the signal is low but when I go out sometimes on the motorway it’s almost a full signal
