@O2 I've tried various cables and plugs to no avail. The port doesn't appear damaged and was working fine until maybe a month ago. Surely a handset that's less than a year old shouldn't have problems?

@O2 I understand they are busy and I’m waiting patiently but when I actually get through and then get cut off, the customer service person doesn’t call me back. They know my number…it’s my o2 number!! 😡

Hi @O2, you charged me three times for a single top-up and when I got in touch via your complaints email I was told you have to issue the refund via cheque? Why can you not put the money back in my account? It is 2021.

@O2 Hi my Samsung phone is less than 10 months old and will not charge via a lead. I believe the charger port may be faulty. Can this issue be rectified under warranty?
