@LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

@O2 @LFCandPROUD I had the same problem paid for the coverage for a week and my phone was terrible until concerted to the hotels WiFi

@TomTugendhat @O2 With UW that uses the EE network. Never had issues. Unlimited data, calls and texts for £23 a month and can add extra SIMs for a tenner a month. Can send you the details.

Hi @O2 5 days, multiple agents, each promising 24hr SIM activation. Still nothing. Can I finally speak to someone in the UK who can actually fix this?

@O2 Not to be funny, but how are you going to supply text based help on a platform made around posting images? 🫠 And this is a rather important question, it wildly effects the security of all account holders and really deserves a answer without hopping platforms
