@LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

Well this is not great. @O2 called up earlier regarding being unable to use call forwarding, Now looks like my Sim has been deactivated not network or phone network and have message "Sim not provisioned for voice"

@O2 what the hell, I called up with an issue regarding call forwarding on my phone your staff has cut off my phone. Not network access and get message Sim is not provisioned for voice. Now sat on phone paying to speak to someone for 20 minutes no hold.
