@O2 so once again I didn’t get the emergency alarm on my Google phone , the same phone beside mine did. It’s the same with 5G, I never get more than H+ my husbands phone in the same place gets 5G.

@kirkmanchris @EE @O2 O2 no reception at all in IL2, my lad is on ID mobile / Three network & always worked fine. I’ve just switched over from O2 to ID / Three mobile and works a treat apart from half time when everyone logs on 👍

@O2 My service has been dead since 25th August. SIM reactivated but stuck on 3G only. Complaint raised, ZERO resolution. I’m paying for a service I don’t have. Sort this NOW or I’ll take it to the Ombudsman + demand full compensation
