    @LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

    @O2 @LFCandPROUD I had the same problem paid for the coverage for a week and my phone was terrible until concerted to the hotels WiFi

    @Alyshaa_134 @O2 If you go ombudsman route, start a log of all the times network Isn’t working, get some proper evidence, location time, what’s not working and postcode. I failed to do that and cost me.

    @O2 I’ve just moved from smarty to o2 and got an IPhone 13 with yourselves. Wow, your service is actually terrible. Very disappointed. I’m I doing something wrong with my phone? HELP. 4g 3 bars of connection in Chester and couldn’t even load Google 🤦

    @O2 once again my signal has dropped out. Missed a call, managed return it only for the call to last 1.5mins because of no signal Husband's phone hand no signal at lunchtime. I have DM you this morning as requested, no reply yet.

    It took 11 requests before @O2 would log a complaint. Terrible customer service. Please don’t use them. Use anyone else instead.

    Data non existent and calls not connecting BS41. @O2 And only four miles from a city of 350k. This is bad.

    @O2 Years ago you where the best network but gotten progressively worse which I can’t work out as it should only get incrementally better each year as you add more to your network but you certainly don’t appear to be doing that

    @O2 do you have an issue with internet for the iPhone 13. Mine just hangs whereas the wife’s phone which is the iPhone 11 doesn’t have an issue, both of us on o2

    @O2 only tell you 2 days later on their terrible app when you've overspent. I've been landed with over £52 of extra bills when I accidently turned on data thinking it was covered by one of their weird "bolt on"s

    @O2 I'm trying to get money owed to me but can't get to speak to anyone, I'm no longer with o2 and the number on an email doesn't work
