    @O2 @LFCandPROUD I had the same problem paid for the coverage for a week and my phone was terrible until concerted to the hotels WiFi

    @LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

    @O2 @O2 and another call wasted - as soon as I get through to someone after 20mins on hold, after about a minute speaking to them they suddenly can't hear me and end up cutting the call. The problem is not on my end. Getting really annoyed with this now.

    @O2 i have wrote several emails to yourselves about the defaults you have put on my credit file. You have admitted liability but im still awaiting further communication from you. You send a pre-generated email saying 5 days its been longer than that! Wasnt even a customer

    @O2 please teach your customer service staff to listen to what the customer is saying rather than constantly dismissing them and carrying on with their own agenda to SELL UPGRADES AT ALL COSTS - want to keep your customers? Then don’t get pushy - right now you are pushing me away

    @O2 Have done as you asked, and sim does not work in another phone. Think that shows it to be an issue at your end and not with the phone or hardware.

    @O2 when is your Odeon offer back up on Priority? Tried at 3pm then 4pm today. This is the second time in less than a week there's been technical problems with different offers 😔
