    @O2 @EE trying to move family members phone from o2 to EE and we say pac code not recognised, can’t get new one and work all hours your open. Help please

    @O2 After being passed around from store to customer services and back again (even with lots of proof of ID/passport etc and looking at my bank details with O2) I discovered a flaw in your system and was stuck in a circle. I managed to cancel with a lot of faff and lost work hours.
