Hi @O2, I got a new contract with you on Tuesday and submitted a PAC code to move my old number over that same day. I've had no signal on either phone for well over 24 hours now and cannot call your support team. Can you please help?

@O2 so I got an iPhone 12 yesterday and swopped my number across last night no problem. Today I have no signal on either phone and am told it may take another 24 hours. If you’d made me aware of this I would have bought one from apple

I can’t change my billing address on @O2 because my new build house number clearly isn’t in their system (despite the fact the house mine is attached to is). As I can’t do that, I can’t order a new device, because the address now doesn’t match that of my bank! Help please!
