@LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

@O2 We’ve moved sim to another phone, tried a different providers sim. Currently waiting on a new O2 aim to try…but I don’t hold out hope. You text today saying network issues resolved. I got 20 mbps connection for 30 mins and then back to the same.

@O2 I kept getting a message there was a problem with your request. Even when I clicked use now. This was exactly at 2:00:03! You need to make more tickets available now virgin media customers can access this. It’s impossible to get a ticket.

@O2 I have had no service since the middle of September I have been using your network checker which has been telling me there's a problem with the mast. You've used every excuse and still not fixed I'm disgusted with the service and I deserve a refund on my bill

@O2 I’d love to be able to google what haggis is, but this loyal customer on the west coast of Scotland has no data connection as your service is now nonexistent! Will I be able to use my phone like I used to be able to or do I need to move network??

@O2 I’ve tried network tips, I’ve contacted you…your tech team have been involved and where I used to connect with speeds of 40/50mbps, I’m barley getting 0.5/1 mbps! Your are failing to deliver a service and this has been since September!

@tomlister @O2 If its a contract see if it includes a network guarentee, If your signal is not living up to this guarantee, then you should be able to cancel your contract without paying a fee

@O2 Trying to resolve an issue with you for over 2 weeks now but keep getting told a manager will call back in 72 hours but they never do. @O2 it seems like you win the prize for the worst customer experience. Been hung up on multiple times and flat-out lied to. Can you help here
