    @LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

    Can i also say i have NEVER ONCE missed a payment. @O2 cancelled my watch contract on me, tried palming the blame onto me. I was told it was sorted back in June to receive this monstrosity today! Demanding payment.

    @wiredimage @virginmedia @O2 Thanks Ben... checked again and I finally had that option. MyO2 has been broken for 3 weeks (a known technical fault) so their assurances over the phone that it would happen automatically are not true!

    @O2 @jermanicus It’s not working. The page loads fine but once you enter your details you get hit with ‘oops something went wrong’ happens also via customer services. Please can you look into this? I’m trying to move my number from giffgaff!

    No signal with @O2 for over a week now. The In store staff are useless & all I’ve been told is to wait a further 24 hours. I’ve waited 192 hours so far, no one is willing to help. Looks like I’ll be switching providers today after over 10 years! Joke!

    .@O2 I upgraded my phone on Saturday and have had no service, calls, or data for going on 4 days. I know there’s a technical issue with new SIMs, but can I have an actual ETA as to when this will be fixed? I’m travelling from Thursday and will need access to both calls and data.

    @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 As a loyal disabled customer of 22 years I feel that £70 a month for a S22 Ultra is over the top for a 25 gb plan. I felt the guy was as personable as a plank of wood and was really cold. If this is the new vodafone I guess I have to look elsewhere :(

    @O2 Upgraded my phone with you guys on Saturday and the SIM swap has failed and I've been left with no calls, texts or data for 3 days...when are you going to fix this?
