@LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

After something like 16 years, I've finally left @O2 and moved to @EE Signal issues and inconsistent coverage finally made me leave, after a number of calls and no improvement in the mobile reception. Shame, but I get much better signal in King's Hill now.

Come on @o2. Tried your chat service THREE times and got disconnected. Then tried calling only for the automated service to say “bye” and disconnecting. This isn’t good customer service.
