@LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

@O2 can I request a copy of a phone call that was made to by from o2? It was an outbound call that was made to me regarding an upgrade and now your customer service is going back on there word with pricing after the contract has been taken out. Shocking
