    @O2 @virginmedia Please treat complaint C-01092563 with urgency. This was logged nearly two weeks ago, and you have now placed two defaults on my credit report despite my always-on-time payments. Please reach out to me here to resolve this ASAP.

    @O2 so once again I didn’t get the emergency alarm on my Google phone , the same phone beside mine did. It’s the same with 5G, I never get more than H+ my husbands phone in the same place gets 5G.

    @kirkmanchris @EE @O2 O2 no reception at all in IL2, my lad is on ID mobile / Three network & always worked fine. I’ve just switched over from O2 to ID / Three mobile and works a treat apart from half time when everyone logs on 👍

    @O2 My service has been dead since 25th August. SIM reactivated but stuck on 3G only. Complaint raised, ZERO resolution. I’m paying for a service I don’t have. Sort this NOW or I’ll take it to the Ombudsman + demand full compensation

    @O2 1/3 the worst experience I have had in long time…. Over last 6 months have not been in work and missed payments… been transparent throughout.. I have started job recently and ask for two weeks breathing space to pay debt and get connected…
