@LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

2/2 @O2 3 hours later you texted me to tell me that the parcel is with DPD. I called DPD and they say that only the sender can cancel the delivery, which you won't do. So I suppose we are just sending an 1800 iPhone to fraudsters and I'll pay the bill?

HELP How the hell do you cancel your @o2 sim (not in contract) if they won't answer the phone. They gave nothing in their FAQs which allow me to cancel. Must be illegal. Thought SKY was difficult? Try @O2. 🤬🤬🤬

@O2 appalling service this month. Days without any form of signal then text messages stating “you’re waiting for the landlord” to be able to get in and fix the mast. Absolute joke. Yet I’m still expected to pay the bills that you’ve increased in price..

1/2 @O2 I was defrauded 15:15 on Tuesday, and I called you at 15:22 - I reported that someone had changed the address on my account and ordered an iphone contract of 1800 I was told the fraud team would call me within 48h. You refused to cancel the order, change the address

@O2 are the worst service provider ever. My phone got hacked in September 2022, the hackers changed my contract away from sim only…..6 months later they still haven’t changed my contract back to a sim only deal at a competitive rate.
