@LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

Ive been trying to get help from @O2 for over an hour now on their online chat service and ive been cut off twice now but 2 customer service reps because they just end the chat when they run out of things to say its starting to get a bit infuriating

@O2 can you tell me how i contact a manager over an urgent issue, i have tried to ring customer services for a week now, they are rude, arrogant and offensive, cutting me off in mid conversation, even been on resolver to complain, still no reply, ombudsman and ofcom is next

@O2 For 2 years you've had a problem with a mast near me and need landlords permission of the land its on to fix it. You surely can't tell me that in 2years you haven't managed to gain agreement? Seems to me you should re-site the mast instead of you have this much trouble to go thru

@O2 My Volt benefits have not been added, I have been told it will take 14 business days to resolve. There are no Wi-Fi hotspots where I am and will run out of data by tomorrow. Are there any options to help that don’t involve paying through the nose for data bolt ons?
