@LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

@O2 thieves…..left them supposedly without penalty. All agreed but still took £600. Phoned 7 days ago and refund assured today. Phoned today as no refund…..and it had not been processed. That is theft and shocking customer service. Ombudsman here I come. #thieves

@O2 your telephone line is abysmal. Trying to speak to someone to set up a direct debit (one of the things I cannot do online, thank you!) and it just keeps hanging up on me. Fix this ASAP.

When I was with Three, I had such a awful experience where it came to the point In my life where I would phone the company every month to remove unused chargers and I’ve been on the phone month after month arguing with them. Since being with @O2, I’ve never had to do that once.

@O2 slow service on your dm , only want to switch my sim, ongoing since 4.15pm and still no further forward on this. Disappointed, we’re quick to sell me a sim though
