    @O2 @LFCandPROUD I had the same problem paid for the coverage for a week and my phone was terrible until concerted to the hotels WiFi

    @LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

    @O2 I’ve been trying to get help but if the experience I’ve had from the call Centre in the last 24 hours is what O2 customers get then it doesn’t bode well. If you want to contact me on 07837 340241 then I’ll talk it through but I’m not calling again.

    Word to the wise : @O2 WILL NEVER contact you to convince you to move your near ending phone plan to a new fancy "business" plan, never, ever. Be aware of companies pretending to be you service provider. Remember : O2 don't do cold calling. Pass the word 📣

    @O2 I also rang this morning and they said dpd would be here with the phone before 11…. Still nothing and when I track it says it’s on its way back to o2. Please help! I’m due to give birth any day now and urgently need someone to help!

    A new low for customer service @O2 when trying to move from Vodafone but after 3 hours on the phone, email links not working, cut off twice and not called back when said they would I don’t think I will bother. Appalling

    @o2 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP CALLING ME. Over 50 calls day and night in 24 hours from your Network overseas call centre team trying to get me to change contracts. It’s not acceptable.

    @O2 my 84 year old father - recently bereaved - was sold 5G mobile obviously not needed. I’ve tried calling and live chatting to cancel order but no response. Appalling customer service. Please could someone at o2 help me!
