@O2 a bar was put on my daughter’s phone 4 weeks ago. Promises that it would be lifted in 24 hrs. Lifted briefly and put back on. 4 appts for a manager to call but no call. Apparently one called the number of the barred phone. Very poor customer service. 1/2

@o2 I contacted customer services on Friday and gave a PAC code so a number port could be initiated. I was told it would be complete by 6pm Monday. I still have no signal - it’s 11:09pm, and have turned the phone on and off many times. Pls help.

@virginmedia Yes. There is yet another outage. I've lost count of the times this has happened this year. Perhaps @libertyglobal can shed light? @O2 isn't great either! Making complaints makes no difference. #VirginmediaO2

@O2 Yet again I have been unable to utilise a Priority offer despite me having already contacted you repeatedly in an attempt to resolve this ongoing issue. It really is time that this issue be escalated to management level as i am paying for a service that I am not getting.
