    @O2 @LFCandPROUD I had the same problem paid for the coverage for a week and my phone was terrible until concerted to the hotels WiFi

    @LFCandPROUD @O2 It said I had 4g but in honesty it was poor couldn’t load simple web pages and sometimes it took 4-5 attempts to message someone all for the cost of £30 odd

    @O2 Makes me laugh really how you sell phones on contract then a couple of months later make your apps uncompattible with the handset! I'd understand if it was an old phone but they aren't. Counting down to when my contracts over! Would help if your customer service team understood!

    @O2 how on earth can I speak to someone about my account? All numbers don't work. Message us not working. How can I possibly solve the problem and stop you cutting off my device of I can't contact you to sort it out?
