@O2 please help, I’ve been reporting network faults for a few weeks now that keep coming back with “nothing found” Handover between 3G and 4G is generally only happening on a phone reboot or going to airplane mode Data speed isn’t good either with all these issues 😕

@O2 I haven’t been able to get the WifiExtra to work on my phone for months… it just always says unable to connect. I try the virgin media option and it says it’s having an issue to try again later. Phone software all up to date. Any ideas?

Just had my complaint against @O2 upheld by the ombudsman. They have to pay me £600 rather than the £150 they offered. Thank you @NWSM + all who encouraged me to go higher. So pleased that @O2’s appalling customer service + the stress they caused me over 5 months was recognised.

The worst customer experience with @O2 took 3 days and 4hrs on the phone to take out a contract. Only to be told that I was not told the truth by the call handler and they had not applied the discount I was promised. Not only that by I've just spent another 1hr on the phone!
