    @O2 I understand that. But every time you improve it, my signal gets worse and doesn't get better. I've gone from full signal all the time, to having to run around the house waving the phone in the air to get a single bar over the last couple of years.

    @O2 customer service number has been down now for 3 days!!! I desperately need to speak to someone and the store won’t help as it’s a contract bought via the website

    @O2 having a nightmare with your customer service. Just want to swap from an eSIM to a physical sim. Store can’t do it as new systems call up and takes 2 hours to get through. They send one out and go to activate it and it doesn’t work. Now sitting on hold again!
