    @SDavey88 @iJayB8 @O2 Dont know anyone who has received their order... Although, when I got the S20 Ultra, I remember it never did notify me it was despatched, it just turned up.... so maybe the lack of despatch email/text it will still arrive...

    @O2 you need to sort your customer service lines out. 40 minutes wait to get through to someone then get cut off when speaking to them, second time 53 minute wait to have the same thing happen again!!! I have better things to do on my Sunday afternoon...yes even in a lockdown!!!
