@O2 no service for almost a week! Mast problems, why is it taking so long to fix, is it being fixed. My contract expires 8 Feb, not a good time for you to leave me in the lurch!

@O2 you need to sort your customer service lines out. 40 minutes wait to get through to someone then get cut off when speaking to them, second time 53 minute wait to have the same thing happen again!!! I have better things to do on my Sunday afternoon...yes even in a lockdown!!!
