    @O2 no service for almost a week! Mast problems, why is it taking so long to fix, is it being fixed. My contract expires 8 Feb, not a good time for you to leave me in the lurch!

    @O2 for 6 days I have been unable to use my phone due to your services numerous phone calls and still not working! Absolutely shocking service!! I’ve been told same thing every day! I some how have bars on my phone but my accounts in credit!! LIVID!!! No one wants to help!

    @O2 my number ported over to you, however 24hrs later my voicemail is not working. When I call it from 901 its still the Tesco mobile voicemail, but call my phone & it just goes dead rather than send to voicemail. Tried calling 1750, wont work as "you have not received my number"

    @O2 @VMO2News @virginmedia They are not answering. Can you guys not sort this joke of a company out. 24 years as a customer and the customer service is the worst I've ever witnessed. Tie you in to 18 month contracts too so I'm counting down the months and weeks till I get out of such frustrating service.

    @O2 I've tried numerous times to get through your phone menu to use a PAC code to transfer my number across. Just hitting a wall, great customer service for a new customer 😤

    @O2 I have a samsung phone with emergency messages activated. Having to use it the other day for the first time, Days later I find that I've been charged for this, via my bill, when it's a vital service, sorry why is this even a thing with a system designed to help people!

    @O2 I have seen your network guide already and it hasn’t resolved my situation. I need to speak to an operator but the system says they are all busy. I can’t use your service but you are still charging me!!
