    @O2 no service for almost a week! Mast problems, why is it taking so long to fix, is it being fixed. My contract expires 8 Feb, not a good time for you to leave me in the lurch!

    @O2 It’s capacity issues, you run off band 1 and band 20 here and for the amount of users it’s very slow. Need to add 3/40/38 to the mix or even 5G to help with it 😩

    @O2 You replied but have not fixed it. Stop with the stalling and please fix it. I don’t know how many times I have to tell you this is urgent. @BBCWatchdog still no resolution.

    @O2 Still no response and still unable to get through to anyone on the phone. This is appalling customer service. I’ve been waiting over an hour to get a response on your my o2 helpline

    @O2 second Monday in a row I’ve attempted to contact o2 and it is seriously like pulling teeth! Customer service in o2 over the years has massively declined! I’ve been with you over 10 years and next year when contracts are up I will be leaving. I deserve better

    @O2 Hi, it’s in Dundee. The Network checker has half no signal, half only signal outdoors. Its been like three days now..
