@virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

Hi @O2, how do I order an esim pack please? There's no option for it online or in the app. I'm currently on hold for customer services but it's just playing some really horrible music at me.

@Carlstretton @O2 Good luck. I waited now 23 days and no further in getting mine sorted. I ended up getting a sim with another network and just starting again because I can't be arsed with the battle anymore. Horrendous. I had my old number ages too

@O2 been waiting 19 days for an next day delivery of my new phone. Contract started paying for something I have not got. On the chat multiple times (8 conversations), phoned up, 202, official complaint made. No contact from anyone and still no idea when it’s going to turn up. 😳

@O2 Hi, I don’t have another phone to check it in. I’ve been having issues with messages for a couple of months, they take ages to arrive. And now I’m not getting them at all and have missed some important apps. The store have said it’s an issue with Nokia and Samsung phones

@O2 signal in our area last month was down for over 3 weeks. Told the issues won’t happen again as they’ve fixed it (been ongoing for years) got a text to say the mast is down again and will be fixed the 12th then 13th and now the 20th. This is absolutely ridiculous now
