    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Every time I phone up I get fobbed off by people who say they can’t do anything. I’m exhausted and dealing with the death of my father. I need someone to reach out to me to schedule a video call. Alternatively issue a deadlock letter so I can complain to CISAS asap to escalate

    @O2 Hi - yes it’s saying it’s all fine. What else can I do? My signal is shocking at the moment everywhere but others on o2 aren’t having the same issue.

    @O2 Please take down your offensive poster "Pride Month" currently in the window on Chiswick High Street. I am glad to report that you are the ONLY company stupid enough to continue with the "Trans" nonsense. Pl ditch it. Every other company has desisted - thank you @sainsburys @Hbgrafton others

    @O2 @o2 obviously the signal is so bad i cant check it. Can you please check yrselves why central Harpenden (shopping, parking etc) does not have a useable 5g signal? I am going to change networks as are many other users because we cant even pay to park, shop etc

    @O2 @waynetuckwell It's still doing it @O2 the app, the web, it's broken. Youve been told when it does it, what happens, and so far, after 5 months youve done nothing to fix myO2. I've DMd I've rang I've emailed. Nothing

    @O2 Respectfully I disagree with that. Nobody who lives near me has phone signal. But I have phone signal when I leave the town I live in. Your signal checker shows no issues either

    Does anyone know how I can swap phone providers ASAP @O2 hasnt had signal where I work for weeks and ive 2 phones I cant ring or text anyone on constantly. Incase of a work emergency im knackered.

    @DavidJa51216245 @SkyNews @O2 O that glorious. I'm two months in and all I've had is lies from CS and no other help. They claim my account is unlocked but I can't even get through a simple credit check page. Maybe I'm just a month away for more terrible service
