@O2 @Ian57586675 Hi @o2 I have the same 4G issue in Harrogate as does everyone else I know on O2 here. It’s been like this for years. Usually in town centre can only get very slow 3G. I’ve messaged you several times about it, always get the same reply about the mast issue. Will it ever be fixed?

@O2 been trying to get through to someone on 202 and keep getting hung up on.I want to talk about my recently placed upgrade. Order was meant to be ready yesterday and been told there is an issue with it but cant get through to anyone. Now tried 5 times and hung up on each time😡

If Sky mobile is ran by @O2 then they need a new provider because damn, there data is shite!!!!! Shouldn’t take up to five minutes to download an app on 4G, yet my wife who’s on @EE can download an app within seconds!!!

@O2 Can somebody please explain to me why there is virtually no phone signal on the Blackpool promenade. Was out yesterday all day and i may aswell of been carring a calculator. Ridiculous. Its been like this for year.
