@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 are a mess at the moment. App doesn't work, phones are to busy to answer, and im left with a phone thats useless and im not getting what I pay for. Everything screams ClusterF×*k. How can you get help if you cant even get through to them. 30mins on hold so far!
