    @O2 when are we gonna see these service issues fixed? Don’t get signal at home or at work, don’t get signal in town or if I do, barely. My phone telling me I have 3G or 4G but it just doesn’t work, can’t load anything. I’m paying a lot of money for what?

    @O2 you are not dealing with the issue I reported to you this afternoon. You are harassing my 80 year old father with demands for payment - even though he has a pay-as-you-go account which is in credit. It’s no good telling me to call Customer Service - they are awful!

    @memike72 @tescomobile @O2 Swap the number from old sim to new sim. Call into a TM shop and text SWAP to 23424 from old sim. Then reply with new sim serial number.When you lose signal pop new one xx

    @O2 you are sending threatening letters to my 80 year old father - who doesn’t understand why you are demanding money from him! He keeps trying to call you but can’t get any help. I suggest you contact me because this is harassment of a pensioner by O2!!
