    @O2 this is becoming a joke now 7+ months I have not been able to use my properly you lot need to sort it out I’m paying £76 a month for what ?? To have to b connected to Wi-Fi just to use my phone!! All you keep saying is there is a tower down what for over a year !! 😤

    @O2 Just had to pay TEN TIMES my usual data rate to add a bolt on. Phoned customer services. They said that policies have changed due to abuse of goodwill. I have been a customer for years, and now ripped off. Also, with you not supporting Pixel Watch, I am leaving. It's a shame.

    @JefferyBeaker @O2 @virginmedia I have the same problem, can't do anything that requires online connectivity. Keep getting the same replies off them. Virgin media sucks 😕

    If @O2 had spent as much effort on sorting my problem with there network as they have advertising to me since I decided to leave I might not be leaving, instead they just lied to me

    4 months without a phone and for the 8th time I’ve just been told when the problem is fixed @O2 will compensate me, I don’t want compensation I want a working phone.
