    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @O2 I’ve had to rejoin EE. Number porting as we speak. O2 customer service an absolute embarrassment. Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎

    @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Do not switch to o2 theres a reason their cheaper their signal is awful im o2 wifes EE she always has signal i dont. I've been o2 for about 20 years the minute my contracts up im off

    @O2 my data has not worked for 2 days and I don’t know why. Your app never works. I’ve turned it all off and on and you asked me to DM but you have not helped in any way. Why has my 4G not been working!!????

    Used @o2 satellite up at @Beamish_Museum and was able to send and recieve texts and also whatsapps... No signal on EE so relied on o2... well done.. (this was on a iPhone 17 Pro Max)
