    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 why is it so hard to upgrade my sim now? 1st of all, the “upgrade” options are ridiculously expensive and filled with **** i dont want/need, second- i went for a proper “upgrade” plan so i can keep my number, said i was switching to android but youve just changed my tariff?

    @kokeshimum @O2 Same ****. Yet, o2 have increased their customer bills for the past 12 consecutive years. That’s a 4-10% increase every year since 2014.

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

    @kokeshimum @O2 Was in Estonia earlier this year, everywhere you went, no matter how remote the signal was booming. I drive 1m from my home and you start losing reception and that’s on the outskirts of Edinburgh; it’s pathetic and yet we pay more for a poorer service

    @virginmedia is down So forced to use data but @O2 is so slow and bad it struggles to connect to anything and the o2 network app says phone masts aren't working Great service all round, not, what's the point of doubling my data if I can't connect to anything

    5G signal with @O2 seems to get worse by the day. Unusable anywhere in central London these days

    @kokeshimum @O2 o2 is total overpriced garbage. Been with them for 20 years because they convinced me somehow alternatives are even worse. Happily binned them this year and switched.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I'm in wales couldn't use my phone for 6 months due to o2 having issues so went to vadafone
