    So, still NO Samsung Tab 8 ultra from @O2 Order Date:15 February 2022 Never communicates with there customers with updates, only thing you ever get told about a order is "we will email you when it's on its way". Shocking customer service, no respect for customers new or old.

    @VMO2News @O2 @virginmedia during my current VM contract, I got a free upgrade from the M350 to the M500 due to also being an O2 customer. When/If I renew my VM contract, do I still get this perk of a free upgrade to the next speed?

    On Thursday, what I assume was the first SIM arrived after all. I called @O2 and explained - no problem, I was told, she’d set that one up now for me. Just wait 24 hours for it to activate. 24 hours came and went. Still not working.

    @O2 Complaint more about virgin (see other reply). o2 complaint is about the ridiculous q’s I was being asked on live chat and on call. Said I didn’t received sim but then asked to confirm the sim num then proceeded to ask me for the code that was sent to o2 sim. Full complaint tmro

    @O2 appalling , I have never experienced such a ridiculous situation - 4 months, 5 visits to O2 shops, multiple calls to O2, E-mails, appalling brick walls .. just to trying to pay and get additional SIM card !!! Can you define customer service for me !! ????

    @O2 Hi O2 I have waited number since 06 Feb 22 for a manager to contact and fix issue with network coverage, I've made multiple phone calls and have raised multiple complaints but to no avail #poorservice
