Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

@O2 @virginmedia signal has been useless for nearly 2 weeks and the person in 02 shop in #Colchester today said no idea when things will improve as they’d been told it would be fixed by LAST Saturday! What is going on?

@O2 I'd love to be able to, but so far in 2 months: two calls, two shop visits. YOU STILL HAVEN'T MANAGED TO PORT MY PHONE TO YOUR NETWORK, other than to receive calls and texts. So basically so far you have been utterly useless as a company.

@O2 absolutely shocking customer service from O2. After being a customer for 19 years, I've never experienced Customer service like it. A complaint raised in November21, no reply from your 'conplaimts review service', dire customer service from your refresh team... 1/3

@O2 Your retention team is refusing to let me terminate my contract and told me to wait. This is ridiculous. So that means I am going to another to another provider to get my contract terminated.

@O2 managed to speak to Chloe, a 'manager' in the Refresh team in January who asked for photos then couldn't be bothered to reply once I'd sent them, to be told by another inept member of Refresh staff, my complaint had been closed it's MARCH22 and it wasn't remotely closed...2/3

Who, was unaware of it, until it was highlighted by a member of the service providers team? I think I'm due some compensatory reimbursement for lost income pf almost 50% is a huge amount of business to lose isn't it @O2?
