  • AgeingLock68 Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England

@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

  • AgeingLock68 Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

  • mattcardy Matt Cardy (@mattcardy) reported from Holcombe, England

@O2 your website and app won’t allow login! Any ideas! I want a new contract but might go to @VodafoneUK now!

@VodafoneUK hi I’ve just tried to call my mum who’s a Vodafone customer. It says call failed. But my brother and dad can call her? Confused. I’m with @O2 and all other calls work perfect? And here’s me thinking I’ll transfer to Vodafone next year … 😌

  • mattd1981 Matt Dickinson (@mattd1981) reported

@O2 While it’s moving and stationary. I thought the purpose of a mobile device was that it could be used whilst MOBILE, moving, not stationary. I think your reply is poor and a typical social media reply that shows you really couldn’t care less.

  • SuzanneTait Suzanne Tait (@SuzanneTait) reported

@O2 Help in time ? Nobody was really any help at all.

@O2 what a joke if a company spent over 2 hours tymryi g to airy out an issue and just get the run around sick of this crap from big companies as long as you get the money you don't give a crap.

  • so_akin Oğuzhan (@so_akin) reported

Heyy @O2 — I haven’t been able to use mobile internet, make calls, or send texts for 3 days. Are you planning to do something about this? I can’t see any explanation about the problem, maybe you don’t know but we have a big problem.
