    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 how do you allow all these touts and scammers to buy all the tickets to your shows at the o2 and let them re sell them for 5 times the value when there's children lose out. What a **** show

    Avoid using @O2 for your phone! Issue raised over 5 months ago and still not sorted. So much for O2 Priority. Look elsewhere!

    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    @O2 my daughter, stranded abroad with no phone after a theft, has received terrible service from you. Unless you can actually support her we will be cancelling our DD and making a complaint to @Ofcom. Good customer service is not rocket science!
