@O2 So if I get into trouble for refusing to leave an 02 shop while trying to close down my contract (for the fourth time) after being advised to take such action by an 02 rep’ then this is on 02. Just making this public here. Wish me luck as my stress levels are through the roof.

Is there anything worse than having full bar 4G, but not actually being able to use the network? @O2

@O2 network is ridiculous. I switched from @EE for no reason. Having 2 sims In my phone proves #EE has coverage whereva I go. #o2 struggles even when I'm at home. Can't wait for my contract to end!

@GunnComics @O2 Yeah, I'm with Three and tried to cancel an old contract and enact a new one. Instead, they demanded that I cancel the new contract and upgrade the old one for more money, or they wouldn't transfer my number. I was conned out of an additional £5 a month. And this took HOURS.

@O2 Hi there. Recently moved to O2 however I’ve found the signal to be poor in some areas I frequent. I’ve a SIM Only added to my partners plan. I’m within the 14 day cooling off with this, if I request a PAC will this cancel or cause any extra charges before full cancellation?

@FraserC69 @O2 It’s like dealing with Terry Gilliam’s bureaucratic dystopia. I’m going back to the shop (third time now) and will refuse to leave like I have been told. The stress and pressure of now having to take such action stinks. Now I will look like a trouble maker in public. :( :(

@LeeFMc83 @O2 Have you rung the depot mate? These phone companies always seem to do the absolute minimum. Either that or cancel and go walk into a store with stock from another network? #coolingoffperiod
