    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 I don't think so. The new app is terrible/slow since the Virgin media merge and it was 'updated' and I don't see a way of checking if it is the main contact number. The 'my details' link does nothing but all new to confirm my email.

    @O2 I have an iPhone 17 pro max,not working tried everything to get it working DD failed can’t pay phones not working. Have had it since December. any advice taking it to the Apple Store tomorrow

    @O2 I wouldn’t call it “confusion” — I’d call it misadvertising. And no, they didn't . If you want to attract customers and keep them in such an unstable market, you need to get your advertising up to scratch.

    Reading all these people complaining about @O2 and getting responses. Yet my complaint has been there since dec 3 and no outcome. Discriminated against in a store and they seem not care just charge us more money for a terrible service.

    @O2 I cannot call 202 🤔.. this is one of the problems trying to get hold of O2. I don't have contract so cannot use the number. I don't have a landline. How can I pay for the handset? In a store?

    @O2 I need urgent help with Order. My phone was delivered to the West Bromwich store but staff say they can’t release it due to a “back office issue”. It’s been several days and still not resolved despite multiple calls and visits. Please can someone escalate this ASAP.
