    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 desperately need help figuring out what is wrong with my data. 2/3 weeks ago its strength dropped very dramatically and its now entirely unreliable. Tried a new sim, staff member noticed one of my bolt-ons had been turned off. Local mast fixed. Still ****. Nothing is working

    Did no-one in @O2 or @virginmedia test how the name Volt might work on their phone IVR, and like, whether it might at all sound like 'fault'? The answer is, of course, no. Quite difficult to get help on Volt, it turns out.

    @O2 I pay for a service every month, when I don’t get that service it’s frustrating. I have been into the @O2 store in Preston to voice my concerns. However it isn’t right or fair to get mad/upset with them. It’s YOUR problem #sortit

    @O2 Well they said my network provider, gave them my number it was this caller ID, 0113 310 0141. This is a breach of my privacy as this ain’t the first time it has happened with o2.

    @O2 iPhone 10s, only network available is TIM with ‘E’. Other Manila option is vodaphone but gives me no signal at all (I am in Italy)

    @O2 When you pre order your new iPhone 14 pro max in deep purple and leave a deposit. Told to pick up 10th october only to go in an no phone to be there waiting for you. Such a disappointment. Shocking customer service and leaving customers unhappy an not satisfied with staff
