@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 absolutely disgusting service. Have been waiting since May for £60 credit to be added to my account. Another month of empty promises that it’s been added! If I cancel my DD you can chase me for money instead?!

@O2 is the any way of speaking to a human being face to face about an issue? I’ve been the shop and they just ring a call centre for me and after 45 mins they cut me off, i ring from my own phone and they cut me off!! Worst customer service ever
