  Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

  @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

  @O2 I SWEAR TO GOD IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU!! Absolutely ******* typical... all of you cellular providers are as bad as each other when it comes to needing to speak to customer service!! 😡 Your stupid automated system keeps hanging up! I hope it gets hacked🖕

  @O2 my ancient mother is having phone issues. Showing no sim, invalid sim so assumed sim issue and talked her through taking it out and putting it back. Worked briefly but now says no service. Help! She’s 50 miles from me and with no shops open I don’t know what to suggest.

  How am I supposed to actually cancel my @O2 contract? Can’t do it online, can’t email them, can’t do it in the My O2 app, phone lines are all only recorded messages. Been trying for days 😡

  @O2 Yes, I've done it and uninstalled apps one by one that I installed just before the problem started. It's only done it once since but I can't get on with the phone, I'll just pay it off quick as I can then I can swap it. Thanks

  @O2 Why are you advertising next working day delivery when you are not delivering? Been waiting 3 days now - no updates, stuck on 'order being processed' and your online help people are no help at all. FALSE ADVERTISING!
