    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @meg_b17 @O2 @virginmedia If you are already a customer you won’t get anything. I have spent ages on the phone and chat with them and they are just trying to get you to sign up to a more expensive and longer contract

    @O2 hi, I've pre-ordered the Google Pixel 6 Pro as an upgrade to my existing O2 account. One thing I forgot to check was how do I keep my current mobile number? Sorry to trouble you.

    So @o2 still haven't bothered fixing the phone network in the oban area no phone calls no 4g absolutely nothing we are paying for a service that's absolutely pathetic.

    3rd failed attempt to get a PAC code so I can port my number (due to O2's repeated "system issues"), resulted in my call accidentally being merged with several other customers. Shout out to everyone else on the call, it was fun while it lasted! @O2 @Offcom #EpicFail #IT #doh

    @O2 is there any problem with the service in nn14 area? I've not had any service for about a week now. Missed several important calls and not been able to send any txt or use my data!

    @O2 my signal is down again second time this week and 4 times over last fortnight. You say your mast is down. Not helpful for us working from home,from a 25 year long standing customer and former employee. #Isittimeforchange

    @O2 I just did it and still not working! I did that rebooting everyday and still does not work. Every time I called the help centre, staff said give 24 hours sim should be working. Now it is 96 hours, nothing works. Officially sent written complaint to 02 last night too.
