    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @O2 That’s what it says online but still doesn’t answer my question! For example, I get signal in north London, but never inside the emirates due to the amount of people. The map shows satellite covers that area. Will my phone switch to satellite because it can’t connect to 5G?

    @O2 has anyone else ever had a promise that O2 would call to sort out a serious mistake on their part, only for them not to call at all? Clear lack of customer service response demands another complaint! This company wouldn’t know customer service practice if it fell on its head!

    @O2 Hi - yes it’s saying it’s all fine. What else can I do? My signal is shocking at the moment everywhere but others on o2 aren’t having the same issue.

    @O2 8 letters all the same telling me about my complaint .that never mentioned the origonal complaint arrived all at once .you must spend a fortune on ink and paper

    . @virginmedia I’m also locked out of my account for weeks due to something going wrong with merging @O2 and Virginmedia acoints. Escalated several times and once again today. Your support options knowledge articles, and support paths for this issue are shocking - HELP

    @O2 Respectfully I disagree with that. Nobody who lives near me has phone signal. But I have phone signal when I leave the town I live in. Your signal checker shows no issues either

    @O2 Hi I cannot sign in to My O2 no matter how many forgotten password email links you send me, it simply doesn't work. Never had this problem before you joined with Virgin. Hence I can't access O2 at all to look at getting a new phone so may have to look elsewhere... 🙄
