Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

Had a lovely message from @Schofe - made my day. Feeling rough but not doing too bad. Just stressed that I have no broadband. My data isn’t going to be enough. Hoping @O2 can help me out!

@O2 @EnglandRugby When are you going to fix your network so the real world signal is the same as your signal checker shows? At this point your signal has been awful for so long it'd probably stand in court as fraud or outright theft.

@O2 Can you please tell me why the phone signal is so poor around West Auckland?

@O2 do you employ people to call customers from mobile numbers to speak about promotions then when i say not interested then they put the phone down? Or is it dodgy?

@MartinSLewis I quite like the @O2 contracts paying separately for the phone and service, but I constantly get far worse signal than my wife on Vodafone, especially at home where I need to be near a window, so I may have to change as soon as expire.

@tweets_marks @O2 @SamsungUK Unfortunately there’s no O2 signal here despite them saying “4g indoors”. I had the same issue in wales when I lived there

So not only do I have no sky broadband @SkyHelpTeam after 22.5 hours, but my @O2 4g signal at home is absolutely SHOCKING! Wish I’d gone back to EE

@O2 It’s ok, but I’d there any way to pause the constant nagging? I’ve never been so (Passively)-aggressive nagged by a company before — I’m like a week or so late over Xmas & I’m getting daily calls/texts/threats-to-the-vital-service. It’s needlessly anxiety inducing.

@O2 just spent 3 hours on the phone trying to upgrade my account so I can use my phone in Australia and New Zealand. I’ve spoken to 4 different customer service advisors. Each one contradicted what the previous person had said.

I absolutely love @O2 ‘s 5G with full signal but no signal to speak of feature. So innovative. Hard to think how they’ll top it. Maybe a ‘you can only call yourself’ system. Let’s see. #2023 #Tech

Just a few things I enjoy more than trying to go on the internet using @O2 mobile network. 1- Banging my head against a wall. 2- Stepping on Lego. 3- Toothache. 4- Listening to commercial radio. 5- Getting a paper cut. 6- Visiting the 02 shop where they just blame your device.
