@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

So appears you only get an emergency alert if you get 4g or 5g signal. @O2 only deign to let me have 1G in a small corner of my garden, or wifi calling, which means I'll be killed to death before getting an alert.... which is nice...

@O2 @GOVUK still haven't received my emergency alert... notifications were on and the rest of my household received theirs (my partner at 14:59 my son got his at 15:20) fingers crossed I'm with them if an emergency happens or I'm stuffed!
