@O2 recycle like new no damage got quoted for 156 forgot to put sim tray in so had it sent back or it would off been 31 still perfectly fine sent it again got told there was screen burn and there wasn’t when I sent it off got 31 regardless not happy

@O2 upgraded to iPhone 13 on Friday and since I can not make ANY calls !!! How is this ok ?!!!!!!! Someone please contact me your customer service centre is a JOKE every time I call the phone gets put down #o2 #o2issues #iPhone13Pro

@O2 I receive 2 or more spam texts a day since switching to your network 6 months ago. When I was with Virgin for 12 years, I never received any spam texts. Why does this happen on O2? I always report the text and block the number, but they just keep coming! So annoying.
