@O2 8/10 places I go. To make it worse, I can’t even access my online account to see how long I have left on my contract before I can leave due to mistakes from customer support, Despite several phone calls and email chats “my o2 is not available” Complete waste of my time.

@O2 That's kinda poor though. Like a simple text to say "you are no longer in the Europe zone" wouldn't have been hard when it switched to a different network. Why would I check online if where I am is covered when I will get rinsed for data if it's not?

Hey @O2 is your network having a problem in the south with the power cuts? My phone shows full 4G and almost full signal but I have very little and very intermittent connectivity. Been like this since around 3.45pm

@O2 What’s going on with your top up service??? My mother’s had her pay-as-you-go-phone for years but suddenly you can’t find her account??? I go to top up, messages can be sent to her phone but you can’t find her phone???!!!

@O2 can you help, I am in the USA and have purchased the bolt on, starting on 15/10/22, and the bolt on carried on until 21/10/22, but now I have a bill of £1,877 for using 304mb of data, and you have cut my phone off from using data until this is paid, can you please resolve
