@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 I learned in September how you treat your customers, making offers and then refusing to honour them. Despite ample opportunity you refused to honour your offer. So this week I became an ex o2 customer and couldn’t be happier.

@O2 #thieves what a bunch of thieves my partner ordered an iPad before xmas which never arrived until February which in any way or form is to late After numerous contact they finally agreed to cancel and no charges to be incurred provided the item was returned which it was

Can’t afford to pay my phone bill. Called @O2 last week- surprise surprise outgoing calls have been suspended. Spoke to an incredibly rude gentleman called Timothy who told me that the line had been suspended due to “bad debt” (bill was due on 27th). I have a good mind to just
