@O2 Hey @O2 1 message every 24 hours, that repeats the same info you asked previously, with no immediate follow up is not going to solve this problem. Can I please have some actual efficient customer service?

@MartinWildlife I was thinking of changing for a better signal but I will stick with @O2 - only please do something about the coverage in rural north Wiltshire. It is poor immediately you leave any of the town's. I appreciate the signal booster in my house but outside it's v. poor.

@O2 @O2 This is the 7th working day and still no phone call from the complaints team. I've already started to take legal advice on this as it's an open and shut case. A phone call would have gone a long way to resolving this. Such a shame that customer service appears non existent.

Hi @O2 do you still give refunds for loss of signal to your customers? You have been doing work in my area for over a week now and I have had hardly any signal that whole time and it's still not fixed. I can't make calls, access the internet, and I've missed important calls too!

@O2 Not had a problem roaming with EE in either Spain or USA. Not cost me a penny extra either. O2 coverage just isn’t good enough outside cities to make them worthwhile for the times I’m not on holiday.
