Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 Found them, thanks. I'm not happy to wait indefinitely without anything more than an automated response from that team. Its discourteous to not be acknowledged after the standard reply time has expired. I can get in at the top of the chain and have it pushed down if they like.

Why doesn't the @O2 live chat person not listen to what I say when I tell them I can't receive any text messages and have no service on my iPad which is why I wanted a new sim card sent out. "I'm going to send you a 4 digit code to the number we're discussing.." /facepalm

Absolutely disgusted by @O2 and the lack of customer service. Not only overcharging me £600+ whilst on holiday and then turning off my data, but then expecting me to pay £400 of it because they can’t “change a bill once it’s generated”. Be careful everyone! Ridiculous!!
