@O2 Hi, I upgraded to an iPhone 14 Pro Max couple of days ago but I’m not sure the phone is right for me so I want to cancel the upgrade. I spoke to customer services and they said they cancelled but the order is still live on MyO2. Can you check if it’s been cancelled please?

@O2 shockingly poor customer service at your Maidstone store. Waited near on 30 mins to be seen the assistant Steve then allowed another customer to jump the queue who had been there 5 mins and I was told to come back later! Andy is the manager, but I need an email address pls!

@O2 my son has had no signal most of last night when he was in London and now no signal on his way to school. My coverage is fine and his phone is on my bill so I can check his data. He has about 19GB but is unable to use it. Can you help?

@jamesr181 @O2 I’ve tweeted at them multiple times, I’ve dm them twice and **** all. I’ve pre ordered the new iPhone every year from apple for the last like 5-6 years. I deceive to get a contract and from o2 this year and it goes tits up!!!
