Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

@O2 I’ve also had the issue repeatedly where people can’t hear me down the other end of the phone, which has happened just now after being on hold with the bank for 47 minutes and then the call failed. I don’t know if there’s a difference between phone and data signals

@O2 I am simply trying to transfer my O2 business number to O2 retail. After two weeks of my number lost in the system and 5-6 calls being bounced between departments. I need this resolved. Nobody can call me! Help!
