    The grief of losing a parent is hard enough without the added stress of dealing with @O2 to close the account of the deceased. 1 week, hrs of calls & online chats but still not resolved. Worst #bereavement care so far! @O2 sort it out please 🙏

    @O2 I think you missed the point. Power is back, and with it mobile service. Why do we lose service immediately when the power goes out? That's not a very secure service?
