Its wonderful that you pay extra with @O2 to have your phone delivered by 1030 and to not have that slot honoured. Then to call @DPDgroup_news and be told that they are not going to do anything except be very unhelpful then hang up on me.

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 How about helping "our communities" by providing a working broadband service? This is the third day my street's Virgin broadband is down - after a supposed "network upgrade" from Virgin. Meanwhile Virgin loves putting up prices well ahead of inflation!
