@O2 I have no signal and no Internet unless I am connected to WiFi. I can't make it receive any calls as my phone is saying that its not registered on a network. I have not changed any settings and have tried updating and restarting my phone. None of this works

It is impossible to get hold of @O2 at the moment! Our family discount shouldn’t have been given to us in august! No one has got back to us and every contact option states ‘they’re busy’ - awful service.

Appalled by @O2 customer service. Not only have I had been dealing with a phone that doesn’t work for 10 days, but been fed completely false information about when it will be fixed. To top it off I’ve had 2 people put the phone down on me whilst trying to get through! Disgusting.
