@delroyc89 @O2 My signal has improved a little but it's still slow and I can't hear people on the other end of the phone. I have rang them numerous times and all they say is I'm sorry etc etc but I'm tired of hearing it now. Thanks for your reply though

@O2 I’ve transferred to a monthly contract with you via mobile phones direct. You’ve emailed me about my first bill but I currently have no service provided by you and no ability to ring you to sort this out as my old provider has cut me off. Can you help please?

@O2 Cannot sign into O2 account or get through to a real person on live chat, if I ring it's over £3 a minute to talk to anybody & you have to go through push buttons etc. Am extremely fed up. I should have received a new SIM card last week & it aint arrived yet. Can you help?

Hi @O2 - I'm looking at buying an Xbox Series X through your store and am looking for some info on warranty/breakdown cover etc. Is this something you can provide? All help on the website and app seems to be mobile related and chat bot wasn't able to assist

Did no-one in @O2 or @virginmedia test how the name Volt might work on their phone IVR, and like, whether it might at all sound like 'fault'? The answer is, of course, no. Quite difficult to get help on Volt, it turns out.

@O2 We’ve been doing that with no avail. Was always the first Monday of the month and there have been none of late. It’s one of the main reasons I stay with o2 as the coverage where I live is awful and has worsened over time. Perhaps time to consider other network providers

Nearly 4 weeks since my @O2 pre order was meant to be delivered and still being fed the "up to 4 weeks from now" line from their supposedly clueless support team.
