@O2 I have not had any phone signal due to a phone mast down for 2+ weeks.I have emailed & live chat multiple times but have not had any response. It is not due to come back until the 7th. Please confirm I will be getting a refund for the service I am paying for but unable to use

Anyone who is on @O2 consider leaving. I can honestly say that the level of service I have received from them is nothing short of appalling. Have had issue after issue, lie after lie. I’m done with these people
