Had a lovely message from @Schofe - made my day. Feeling rough but not doing too bad. Just stressed that I have no broadband. My data isn’t going to be enough. Hoping @O2 can help me out!

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 Appreciate you can’t guarantee speeds, but you’re clearly throttling the speeds down to sub 0.5MBs. The local network connection isn’t at issue. @O2 advertising inclusive roaming that’s essentially unusable for anything more than basic messaging feels very like a scam.

@PlymouthCraig @O2 I agree, I’m going to go with @EE next. Much better signal and deals out there and one monthly payment rather than two like on o2. I wish I could leave early ha x

@Fiddlesticks999 @O2 Amazing isn't it when @o2 customer services are based abroad, and yet they can't wait to hike up costs for the UK customer, I'm leaving in July after 15 years, jokers
