@MikeAubury @O2 Mike - they clearly state on the roaming announcement page how people can leave. Click the link they’ve shared and scroll down. Customer service simply told me I CAN use my contract allowance as NORMAL. If I go over my CONTRACT limit - i pay. Why is the webpage so wordy?

@O2 Please clarify the situation for your customers in Northern Ireland regarding your intro of EU roaming charges for UK citizens. When near the UK/Ireland land border in N. Ireland the network frequently switches to an EU network even when you are still miles inside the UK.

@O2 Thanks for replying. What happens to people who are physically located on the UK side of the Irish border (say, Belleek), but whose service will frequently ping from masts on both sides of the border?
