@O2 Despite a long wait I never got through and gave up in the end. Changed provider to EE who have no such problem. Looking at your support forums this seems like a common issue.

@O2 why is it whenever your company are in the wrong, a member of your “customer services” hangs up the phone when we start proving them wrong, you better brace yourselves for the biggest complaint to the ombudsman you’ve ever seen, arseholes.

@O2 You were unable to deal with an additional order for an existing customer. I’m pretty sure you’ll do nothing more with this. My own contract is up in a month or 2 and I’m gone as soon as I can too

Bye bye @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a customer it seems you’ve forgotten what customer care is. Ample opportunity to resolve but didn’t so I’ll take my 3 lines to a more accommodating network hello @O2

@O2 Either way I'm not happy being charged more for a bolt-on than if I'd gone direct to Disney+. If I cancel the bolt-on, will my subscription remain active until the next billing cycle? I'd rather pay direct if it's going to cost me the same or more.

@O2 @1986RFC01 I'm having major issues too, in Bournemouth. Taking forever to load websites and some apps not getting a connection at all.
