@O2 I can’t receive calls, can’t receive or send texts or iMessages. I paid for an eSIM 2 days ago which now allows me to make outbound calls but still unable to receive. Nobody seems to want to help

@O2 for some rain can’t connect to 5G (intermittently) or 4G (at all) in se4. Not helping that your partner virgin is also out on the broadband side. Any chance that one of you two might try and partner provide some sort of service?

I’ve had no @O2 signal in Glasgow from Whiteinch, to Anniesland, to Yoker, since 8am this morning. I check this morning and it said a mast wasn’t working correctly. Surely this should be resolved by now?
