    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 your call centre is awful! Trying to upgrade to a new O2 phone but being made to buy out of my sim only O2 contract but staying with O2. The foreign call centre can’t understand this

    @O2 you're a disgrace. Don't like complaints do you? Faffed me about on here, try sending a formal complaint and then says 'there's been an error'. Your complaints procedure is just as crap as you're service and coverage. Don't send me another link that doesn't work either.

    @O2 appreciate your help. Not able to get through anyone on the chat. I've already paid my bill and got a notification to pay again. This needs to be resolved and corrected in your system that is sending me reminders.

    @o2 why has your 4G data become so bad? I have 2 bars but very difficult to get online at Axminster Train station to check on travel. Bridport is just the same. Why?

    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address
