    @O2 so you won't answer any form of communication I need to pay my bill. But I can't do that because I never activated the sim so can't log in to myo2 I'm am not being charged late fees because you won't answer

    @O2 No one called back. The advisor told me on Saturday that "Ian" would call me in 5 minutes. had to call twice on Sunday till someone finally sorted me out. The payment had to be done over the phone. Poor show!

    @O2 Good morning I recently joined o2. Because of the the 25gb roaming capabilities. I was not made aware of your aggressive throttling of network speeds when in USA. Think this need sorting are at least making customers aware clearly before they enter contracts.

    @O2 I have been trying to speak to someone to change my payment day for weeks and every single time I get an automated message to say your busy. Currently on hold and have been for 30 minutes. Can never get to speak to anyone.

    @O2 I'm getting repeated text messages with my new @oppo flip.I was told by the guy in the 02 shop it was a problem with oppo. Strange why my son and my friend got their oppo flip from @sky and they have never had any repeated text messages.. please explain

    @o2 #o2network live and work around Worcester. My wife has EE and has perfect 4G all day every day everywhere. O2 - ABJECT PATHETIC NON-EXISTENT GARBAGE
