    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.

    @O2 Hi, I am having a lot of trouble accessing the app to see my bills. Keeps asking to verify my email which I do but the app keeps asking to do everytime I try to log in! I am in a never ending loop! Spoke to someone who couldn't solve it! Help would be appreciated

    @O2 It isn’t just my area. I travel the three counties of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. The network coverage in all these areas are suddenly poor

    @O2 I’ve been a customer of Yours since the start and cannot believe I still can’t access 5G on my phone and that my 4G is pretty much nonexistent?! Please sort this!

    @O2 a freeing of mine was sold a phone from your shop in bury a few mths ago but has had problems with it time and time again eventually going bk to o2 in Trafford centre to have it looked at only to find there is no record of this phone anywhere in records . Police investig

    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address
