    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    @O2 hi, I received a replacement SIM but all my credit has gone from my account. There was £30-40 credit on there before and it hasn't moved over and I can't see any of it on my account, only new credit that I've topped up. Please can you help. Thanks

    @O2 appreciate your help. Not able to get through anyone on the chat. I've already paid my bill and got a notification to pay again. This needs to be resolved and corrected in your system that is sending me reminders.

    @O2 2 weeks ago I ordered a Rolling Sim only plan from you. Sim arrived 3 days later. Its now day 10 and we cannot make calls or texts because the plan you sold is broken. WHY? Do I need to go to @Ofcom to report you or are you going to fix it? Selling deals you cannot provide.

    @cherry_ugh @O2 They depend on us just accepting it and not knowing how to deal with them legally. They back down every time. Ps I’m on o2 and the signal sucks

    @EnglandRugby @O2 Every director of England Rugby Union needs to be sacked. Firing the most successful coach of recent generations. Keeping the current worst one. Culture always comes from the top and English rugby is in shambles.

    @O2 Thank you for getting back to me. After nearly a week of trying (and failing) to get anywhere she eventually managed to buy a new phone in an O2 store and have her cards unblocked. All very stressful and unnecessary so she will make an official complaint when she has time!
