@O2 your website and app won’t allow login! Any ideas! I want a new contract but might go to @VodafoneUK now!

  • AgeingLock68
Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

  • AgeingLock68
Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England

@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

  • blackdoglydia
Lydia Needle (@blackdoglydia) reported from Kingsdon, England

@O2 still no luck and online chat is not working either

  • WebkinsWorld
Ellen Stafford (@WebkinsWorld) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

Had a lovely message from @Schofe - made my day. Feeling rough but not doing too bad. Just stressed that I have no broadband. My data isn’t going to be enough. Hoping @O2 can help me out!

@TomTugendhat @O2 I was an 02 customer for about 15 years and just put up with worsening signal (zero at home) and price rises. Had enough this March and had to get PAC codes via phone call. Couldn’t even complete the call because the signal was so bad- 02 do not care. I’ll never go back to them.

  • LukeAlexanderpr
    Luke Alexander (@LukeAlexanderpr) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Go on your mobile data settings and turn your signal to “5G on” not automatic!

  • DUNFORD1979
    Dunny (@DUNFORD1979) reported

@O2 @TomTugendhat No signal in Lancaster at all

  • AndyFurnival2
    Andy Furnival (@AndyFurnival2) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 EE are just as bad. All networks believe the utter bollocks they peddle that coverage is fantastic. It was better when it was 3G. If only there was a regulator that could put an end to theoretical coverage maps 🤔

  • ArthurAssendune
    Arthur Assendune 🇪🇺💙🇺🇦 (@ArthurAssendune) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes Tom, but the objective is to maximize profit NOT provide you with a functioning service. Golden rules of Capitalism: 1. Charge the maximum you can get away with. 2. Deliver the least you can get away with.

  • wotyagerrin
Lord Follicle's whomsoever machine (@wotyagerrin) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone They also tried piggybacking on my personal bandwidth to offer their public “EE WiFi” service from my home router. Presumably they do this to all new customers? Not the best first impression.

  • CliveRoper
    Clive Roper (@CliveRoper) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Go for Lebara on Vodafone, good service and reliable

  • JohnTillUK
    John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported

@O2 Forgive my ignorance but how can consistently poor or non existent data service be attributable to an account issue?

  • ACaldwell68074
Way Of The Hunter 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@ACaldwell68074) reported

@O2 @davehpayne The Hassle I have to top up, Repeatedly having to re-enter my Name, address & bank details, which were all previously saved before virgin media interfered with my login, I'm starting to consider leaving for another network provider, I lost all my carry over data because of it.

  • coomerdarren
    Darren Coomer (@coomerdarren) reported

@NaomiRedman4 @O2 @virginmedia I had this problem I put in my email address & password which I use but it failed so tried again email then clicked forgot password once I reset that and was sent a verification code once I did that I was back in maybe try that.
