    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Disgusted at how we have been treated by staff in store... Soon as we are done with our phones we are gone... Never buy from them... NEVER buy the Galaxy flip!!

    @O2 imagine being a phone provider and having employees who have no clue about working a phone. One can’t transfer a call and just hangs up. Requested a manager to call about shocking customer service and being charged £160, who can’t even call back within your 24 hours. Dreadful

    @O2 Nope, new tried them, tried 4 phones all on o2 all have issues... Clearly oversubscribed masts... Gets a little better if I force 3g, but still a very bad experience... As soon as I am a few hundred meters away from the terminals and connect to another mast all is ok....

    Twitter - please help me. My 80 year old father is being harassed by @O2 for money - even though he has a pay as you go account which is in credit! Has anyone been through similar and can advise - because we just can’t get through to @O2 1 of 2..
