    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 I joined O2 on the 24th January 2023 as part of a @virginmedia bundle, after 3 months of enormous hassle, countless phone calls to O2 customer service my Volt benefits are still NOT ACTIVE! Until this fiasco is sorted, no further O2 bills will be paid. #CustomerServiceFail

    @O2 my husband @twmpalmer has a mobile phone account and eSim for his Apple Watch with you. Both of these accounts have been completely disabled, customer services ask him to go to the O2 shop the O2 shop ask him to call customer services. Neither can resolve, please help!

    @KevinHart4real @O2 Arena - were the real joke of the evening - cancelled out seating with no advance warning! Were made to queue missing the support acts whilst running around scrambling for tickets !!!!!!

    @O2 Did I also mention I am being harassed by a debt collection agency now because of O2? This is nothing to do with me, O2 never carried out Due Dillengence when setting up this account by phone and you are now trying to blame your mistakes on me. Please sort it out
