Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?
-
Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

Sarah Loughran (@SarahDruscilla) reported@O2 in this day & age, why do we still have to settle for a signal that is “patchy indoors”. Got a text today saying our network issue has been fixed. Zero improvement. Still only 1 bar indoors. I had a better signal with O2, 20 years ago!!

Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedTwo years of no service from @O2. Two years of paying two contracts to them despite this. And still they want £189 early exit fee. Have been waiting 2 weeks for a call back!! Lots of promises, no call. Yet have received an enforcement notice!! Intentional possibly?@MartinSLewis?

Frazer (@FJZ05) reported@O2 Your 5G signal in Nottingham City Centre is absolutely abysmal and has been for a long time. When are you going to do something about it? It’s a joke I’m paying what I am for such poor service. It’s become virtually impossible to use my iPhone reliably. Truly awful.
