@O2 I’m just about to change networks. Here in Portsmouth for months now We’ve been getting poor network coverage on 4g absolutely crap now, it’s not surprising you give so much away it’s to keep us interested, well not anymore.

@O2 @micky_quinn They are most certainly not available 24/7. I spent 3-4 hours on call trying to sort an issue out yesterday and also today I am on hold 40 mins.

@dlvc1981 @O2 SHOCKING! the service I’ve received from o2 over the past couple of months!! Been cut of Atleast 10 times, it’s like advisors know nothing will happen to them. Been on hold 4 hours yesterday to be told can’t get through to that department. Horrible! 3 promised calls from manager

Something wrong with @O2 customer service if my previous bill was £10 & I upgrade to a £15 tarriff & my bill this month is charging me £41.66 & just been made out I am stupid by customer service who claim I signed up to the extra £16.66 charge when I didnt what good service👏👏👏
