    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @RonnieStidolph @O2 I had 3 lines with them that had been transferred from Virgin. Moved them all to Lebara this month. Will save £50 a month for the next 6 months thanks to the @MoneySavingExp offer I joined Lebara with. Customer service when I left was a joke.

    @O2 I have had 3+ weeks of limited to no signal at my house. People unable to contact us. Despite you working on the nearest equipment at SO21 1HA. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

    @O2 I've tried but it still won't let me use my rewards as that's all I want to do is to use the rewards I have without having to set up several ID and keep trying to sign in, it was way simpler when I could just go into the app and redeem my rewards

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @O2 Hi, I have been in Guadeloupe, French West Indies since February 23rd 2026. I got a text saying I have a maximum of 25 GB of roaming allowance included in my tariff. My 02 app doesn't work anymore so I can't monitor my usage. Can you help me see where I am at?

    Why is O2 so dreadful for signal recently. Costs a fortune and the phones don’t work or load information. Absolutely dreadful @O2
