Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 How do I make a formal complaint? I have been trying to get my Priority access sorted after being a customer for nearly 4 years. Endless call centre staff telling me I’ll have an email sorting it out in days - and nothing!

Well after a week were my phone decided to pack up. @O2 decided to absolutely screw me with the most disgustingly shocking customer service, I’m now back with @ThreeUK who brilliantly got me back up and running. Still can’t get back into my iTunes though!

Why is the @O2 signal in Blackpool ( specifically FY1 ) so rubbish ?!?! Hardly ever get more than 1 or 2 bars on 4G which also constantly drops out. Anything I can do to increase the coverage at my end ? Any help would be appreciated as it is driving me insane.

Jeez @O2 @virginmedia I’m just trying to pay a bill. Stupid new sign in system asks for a passcode then doesn’t give me an option to enter it. On hold for 20 mins if I call. I just want to pay a bill! Arrgghh

Not looking good for you @O2. All the reports you ignore are more than a joke now! I bet when you pay for a service you expect it to work? You literally are ripping people off because you charge for something you fail constantly to provide #evidenceforombudsman
