    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    Had a lovely message from @Schofe - made my day. Feeling rough but not doing too bad. Just stressed that I have no broadband. My data isn’t going to be enough. Hoping @O2 can help me out!

    @O2 myself and my husband had to walk out of your Trafford Centre Manchester store today after the worst customer service, contracts paid out. Wanted to renew 2 of our 3 contracts but the service was so bad we left 😳

    @O2 You’ve just lost a customer of 7 years. I’ve had no mobile data for nearly 5 days and was told I’d need to wait up to 7 working days just for someone to investigate it. Really disappointing customer service and unreliable coverage.

    Disappointed with @O2. I’ve spent 4hrs on calls this week trying to resolve an issue. I’ve had contradictory information, multiple transfers & promised callbacks that never happened. Due to the repeated failures, the only reasonable option now is to allow me to leave penalty-free

    @O2 You have connected me today and I haven’t even got my SIM card yet so I am now left with no mobile network, I also can’t sign into anything as it’s on a loop asking for a passkey, as a new customer I am regretting switching to you already

    This - I’m in the South East and @O2 is awful to the point of needing to change networks. Yet I can go anywhere in Europe is signal is rock solid

    @O2 my data has not worked for 2 days and I don’t know why. Your app never works. I’ve turned it all off and on and you asked me to DM but you have not helped in any way. Why has my 4G not been working!!????

    @O2 My Mum got a new phone but her number didn’t transfer over. They tried 3 esims and she still has no network.
