Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

What’s going on with @O2 network, I’ve either got no signal or 3G most of the time, getting international dialling tones when ringing people, the customer services reps are absolutely clueless, been telling me for 4 months there’s a mast down in the area, dog **** company
