Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 Day 40 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 I'm a Germany O2 customer. I got a new sim card from a different company, but in order to have my previous number, I need O2 to release my number so it can be used by my new SIM. I called the hotline several times, but didn't get any helpful responses.

@O2 really disappointed wi you guys...one of your agents changed details on my account...while I was on a call with him... so I would fail the security questions cos I was cancelling an order...and that was just the final insult in a long line of really frustrating occurrences
