Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 I just placed an order on your website for an Apple AirTag, which you claimed was in stock. I've now been told it isn't. How do I cancel my order? It doesn't show in my account and your phone numbers assume I have a phone contract with you and I can't speak to anyone.

@O2 Done that. No faults. So now what? Look at the forum links above. Presumably everyone has faulty SIM cards that need to be replaced or some other range of excuses that O2 go through to play for time. I have been given £20 bill credit, but don't want it. I want a working service.

@O2 finally had enough of O2, seems i can never get a signal at festivals, this year Glastonbury & Kendal Calling I got nothing, Football stadiums... Nothing. what am i paying for? everyone else around us on different networks don't seem to have an issue

@metpoliceuk @dhlexpressuk I’ve been victim on phishing where criminal has gained access to my @o2 account and ordered an iPhone to be delivered to my address. I hear they try to intercept delivery. Coming tmrw even tho I tried to cancel. N1. Can you help?

@O2 So ive tried everything on that list. Still not working. If it isnt fixed asap im gonna be forced to get a different phone on a different network as this is ridiculous. I literally just paid over £50 for my bill a few days ago for my phone to be a brick without wifi 😑
