Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 I’m having trouble getting into my account. Sometimes I can see stuff, other times not; plus where is my data indicator - I use it to keep tabs how much data I have left? It’s gone! Very confusing. The visual was easy to understand :(

How awful is the log in process now that o2 has merged with virgin and the prices! I just want to get onto my account to cancel and find a cheaper supplier for myself and my mum and you’re making it impossible!!! @o2

@BuzzTheSchnauz1 @O2 Ive been trying over few days when I get a chance and can't get through ,even there chat service stuck in loop at 2.50pm it said it will 61 minutes and now at 3.57pm Informing it will be 59 minutes,
