    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Hey @O2 been trying to view my mobile bill online and via the app for a couple of days now and just keep seeing “Uh-oh… Oops… Something’s gone wrong.” Any chance you could fix that something? Your virtual assistant is worse than useless!

    @O2 Signal is always crap here I’m afraid. It’s the infrastructure that’s terribly poor and it’s showed up massively when I could get a full 5g signal in the remotest part of a Greek island yet can’t even get 4g in a village 3 miles from a big town here.

    @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.

    @O2 @LutzSchueler (1/2) I'm having a hard time with your CS. Have had an Apple Watch issue since March. I couldn't buy through you. Had to go elsewhere which I didn't want. Now, it won't connect to network. Desperate to resolve before baby arrives next month for some independence

    @O2 @Mally_DB Probably the one I've been telling you about for 7 months. But keep being ignorant of your failure whilst I contact the ombudsman... For anyone else .. myO2 backend is broken for a % of users and they don't know how to fix it. IT ticket closed without resolution

    @EnglandRugby @O2 Every director of England Rugby Union needs to be sacked. Firing the most successful coach of recent generations. Keeping the current worst one. Culture always comes from the top and English rugby is in shambles.

    @O2 Problem fixed 7:30 pm , problem identified 7 pm . Everything is ok.
