    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    Had a lovely message from @Schofe - made my day. Feeling rough but not doing too bad. Just stressed that I have no broadband. My data isn’t going to be enough. Hoping @O2 can help me out!

    @O2 I’ve received multiple cards, and the issue has persisted. I’d argue, also, that you have not helped in the slightest since there has been no change in the service. I want to cancel but then you’re getting money for even less service. Atleast I can make calls at the moment

    @O2 if a customer rings you with mobile data access issues abroad and explains that the unavailability has spoiled their plans to travel and explore the region, you do NOT respond by laughing and saying "no point crying over spilled milk". And then put the phone down - twice.

    @O2 I’m still not getting 4G after nearly a year of waiting for it to be fixed “within the next few weeks” terrible network, @Ofcom I’ve raised this issue with you, and with @o2. What more do I have to do to be able to leave a network without recourse!?

    @O2 hi, I upgraded yesterday to a iPhone 13 with esim. I have no signal on new phone, but old phone has signal but cannot make outgoing calls. I don’t have a landline. Please help.

    Another city. this time Milton Keynes. Of course I don't have signal @O2 My phone is pointless. works nowhere. 5G doesn't exist either.

    @O2 I don’t know if you have any clout? O2 billing is shocking! number you gave didn’t work. None on the app or website or rubbish help function work. Yes, he was late paying, but he hasn’t been able to pay and now there’s another bill! I’m going to resolver. Please, can you fix it?

    well done @Apple - I wasn’t happy about #siri and tonight, I noticed that Siri selections stay on the screen AND I can go back to check out other suggestions. This is the first time a company has addressed my complaints. Hey, could you help @O2 and sort out late bill payments?
