    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 I have replied back. 5/6 times. I’ve raised another complicated that’s not been addressed. No one’s got back to me on your live chat since Friday. I’ve been since emails since October and not one has been responded too. So yes I do need more help from you please

    @O2 Day 29 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK @O2 My phone keeps dropping calls at exactly 14 minutes 28 seconds. It's a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Looked on forums and getting conflicting reports. Some saying it's a Samsung problem, some saying I need a new sim. By the forums it's quite common

    Hey @O2 you seemed to have doubled my mobile bill this month for some reason, does that mean I now have to spend 2 days fighting with the 2nd worse customer service (after @virginmedia ) in the country?

    @O2 I've done all this , even with WiFi I still have very poor signal. This was I slight issue but got worse when I changed my pay monthly contract deal.

    @O2 how do I report a network issue? Very poor signal at my address 3G at best, mostly just get the E signal on my phone.
