    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone I've seen this in other countries, and there's no reason it can't be implemented in the UK. Because these networks don't have the ability to properly cover the entire country, there's absolutely no reason we can't have domestic roaming in the same way we have international roaming. They wouldn't have to charge for it because every single mobile network would benefit from it. If you can't get an EE signal, for example, you would roam to Vodafone instead. It could be switched on instantly, but they choose not to do this.

    @O2 I switched to O2 9 days ago and have had no phone line soon after. You ported my number to a handset that was never delivered (now stuck at a depot) and locked my account for suspected fraud. I can’t receive 2FA codes, so I’m locked out of other accounts.

    @O2 Jumping from My O2 to web browser to email and back to My O2. That is an annoying experience and a stupid design just to top up. It should be all in the app, not 3 apps.
