Had a lovely message from @Schofe - made my day. Feeling rough but not doing too bad. Just stressed that I have no broadband. My data isn’t going to be enough. Hoping @O2 can help me out!

  • mattcardy
Matt Cardy (@mattcardy) reported from Holcombe, England

@O2 your website and app won’t allow login! Any ideas! I want a new contract but might go to @VodafoneUK now!

  • AgeingLock68
Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

  • blackdoglydia
Lydia Needle (@blackdoglydia) reported from Kingsdon, England

@O2 still no luck and online chat is not working either

  • AgeingLock68
Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England

@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

@O2 I just want to change tariff to 10GB plan. I’m with Virgin Media so that becomes 20GB which is perfectly adequate. Sim Onlys are circa £15 which is fine but was told in store that I can’t port my number on the same network!

  • andrewwillough3
    Andrew willoughby (@andrewwillough3) reported

@O2 It isn’t just my area. I travel the three counties of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. The network coverage in all these areas are suddenly poor

  • jorden05
    Jorden Woellner (@jorden05) reported

@O2 why can’t i upgrade online, tried to do it on chat and they can’t either keep saying go to a store. No I want to do it online. Help me

@EnglandRugby @O2 Wings will never get the ball with Freeman in the centre

  • CoadFiona
    Fiona Coad (@CoadFiona) reported

@O2 over 20 years a business customer. You have billed us £2k for calls made whilst in Mexico because we didn’t have a bolt on. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.

  • missingSanremo

@O2 If anyone is wondering, they make you send a bunch of details and then never bother responding

  • Jayne_e_t
    Jayne (@Jayne_e_t) reported

@O2 Yes I’ve done that several times over the last couple of months. I’ve gone from full signal to none of 1 or 2 bars and calls not connecting or dropping all the time

  • HarryMCraig
    Harry Craig (@HarryMCraig) reported

@O2 I haven’t had a single bit of mobile phone signal for the entirety of my journey from central London to Berkshire today, or indeed for the whole of this week. What is going on???

  • andycomfort
    Andy Comfort (@andycomfort) reported

@daviddunninguk @O2 No signal in much of Beverley. Poor in parts of central Hull and I’m on 2 bars of signal in Barton-upon-Humber. I’ve been with them since they were Cellnet when O2 was just dioxygen.

@O2 No. It's a genuine question that needs publicity. Your network isn't good enough. Who do I need to raise this with?
