@O2 any chance of being able to sign into the website some time this year? Can’t access my payment details on the app and the website just hangs and doesn’t load when I try to sign in. I need to change my payment details for my contracts. This has been ongoing for a while now.

Just spent an hour trying to change my address with @O2 Absolute load of crap and ironic that a mobile phone company make speaking to someone nigh on impossible. Think I’ll change to @VodafoneUK when I need to upgrade.

The service from @o2 is like that boyfriend who messes you around, makes you think he’s changed, only to ghost you again.. I think I may have to break up with them

@O2 Pity the sarcastic live chat couldn’t tell me this, all I got was a very rude response telling me to look closer. Not helpful. I was sent a link that you couldn’t submit details on as it kept sliding down beneath my keyboard. I eventually spoke to someone. Rubbish experience

@tescomobile Sadly Tesco Mobile uses the @O2 network, which is pretty poo compared to @EE. EE is expensive, but you tend to get what you pay for.

@O2 Hi @O2, still experiencing problems with customer service! Can you answer a simple question please. If we pay off my daughters device plan can we then switch her to pay monthly sim?

@O2 I have had multiple calls from o2 numbers all really similar to mine except for the last 3 digits. I’ve just answered one and it’s a woman who said she had calls from my number. This looks like a hacking problem. Can you sort this out??

@O2 hi team - my mum tried to swap her sim per instructions but her phone just shows no transmission(?) so she can’t send the security code for the new sim to register. She’s in Norwich (aware of the downed mast) but had signal pre swap - any thoughts?
