    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    Had a lovely message from @Schofe - made my day. Feeling rough but not doing too bad. Just stressed that I have no broadband. My data isn’t going to be enough. Hoping @O2 can help me out!

    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Even @O2 retention team admit the charges are higher than they should be and it’s odd they cannot be explained by customer services…I’ve seen no evidence of where this data usage has come from @Ofcom

    @O2 I hate to break it to you, but when a customer is already listed as vulnerable, her bill is overdue and you make it so she can't even call your customer service, maybe don't send threatening texts? I've tried every other way of getting in touch, this is my last hope. Help me.

    @O2 seriously need to sort your service out. Pay a fortune and nebr works says I have 4g when I clearly don't not like I'm in the middle of nowhere been with you 20+ years 4 phones looks like I'll be looking to someone who can provide what I actually pay for no 4g never mind 5g

    11 days ago a technical issue affected my @o2 accounts. I've made 5 hours worth of calls. Been referred to IT 5 times. Been requesting a manager call back 5 times. And nothing ever happens. No callbacks. No IT sorting it. I use this phone to work....

    @O2 on 22/08 I got an automated email saying my complaint had been received and that I’d get a reply within 7 days. It’s now been 14 days and I’ve had nothing. Not very happy. Please can someone reply?

    @O2 Imagine a company using twitter as the only customer service touchpoint and not even implementing an automoted twit bot to manage out of hours queries
