@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

@O2 My phone has broke, 3rd o2 phone to do this. I know how it works, you send it for repairs claim water damage snd I pay. I know there’s no water damage but this has happened twice before. Rang to speak to someone about upgrading early, even though you are....

@O2 I want to return a product. I’ve been to the returns page which just takes me to a diagnostics page. Tried starting a conversation for multiple days with one of your support staff on the my o2 app and that’s unavailable.
