@O2 so I used O2 recycle for my S9 phone. Quoted £71, upon receipt of phone by O2 advised the valuation revised at -80% value (£14) phone is perfect! I requested to cancel and return device which was accepted by email. Today received an email advising £14 will be paid to me??!!

@O2 want everyone know how shocking your customer service is & your signal! 5th person on the phone now because signal is so bad their end! How do I resolve the problem of u over charging me every month if your advisors can’t hear me!!!! 3rd call to resolve it and still not done!

To all @O2 customer, be aware that o2 staff are calling customer and upgrading their account without their consent and ordering them new phones. The scammers are calling from 08080020202, this is o2’s customer sales number. @actionfrauduk @financialombuds

@O2 I have been a customer for god knows how long, I order an iPad for a present a week ago for next day delivery and it still hasn’t arrive and nobody can seem to explain to me where it is??? After waiting ages an agent just cut me off too!!!!

@O2 I know all my details, however due to o2's negligence in getting it set up when the sim card was first set up is not my fault as a sim should not be running if there is no protection for the customer.
