@rp7673 @O2 @EE I was with EE for ayears they were awful, changed to o2 (much more prestige company) and was like night & day, however the timing of your switch plays a part as just lately there’s been problems. But generally and proven o2 are better (more towers / stronger etc)

@StuLittle1972 @EmergMedDr @O2 Bad advice imo. I would still settle it because it can still taint her credit score. As silly as that sounds, credit scores are based on a tick box list. Any unsettled debt or late payment can reduce the score.

@DPDgroup_news how bad is your customer service honestly waited all day no texts or notifications @O2 let me know delivery would be today. Your driver turned up to my building but failed to ring the buzzer or ring door bell and left to rearrange delivery for Monday

@O2 your customer service is terrible, past between 4 people as they couldn’t resolve my problem and couldn’t hear what they was saying and the line was terrible, was on the phone for 35 minutes and then the line went dead. Security questions every time you speak to someone 👎🏻

@O2 I have done all the trouble shooting. I dont understand why I can not get network access. Tryin to get in contact with your company is so frustrating. To have 10 plus days to then have it again. My mother is 82 and I cant call without a network!

@StuLittle1972 @O2 I'd say go ahead and make them acquire the court costs. It'd never get there, but the time spent trying, or even just getting debt and legal departments to review it all would cost far far more. And as they've now refused to take the payment....
