    @O2 hi moved over to O2 last Wednesday but still not on network so unable to make / recieve calls or send/recieve texts. Been DM'ing since Saturday morning but only had limited replies. Advice please as obviously can't phone helpline

    @O2 Every time I report weak signals the only response from o2 is youth local mast is fine. Constant below par signals on both Android and Apple mobiles. Surely living so close to the mast we should a great signal?

    @charliefrake @O2 Good luck, I've had a mast down since 16/9. They've done nothing about it. Apparently need to speak to a landlord to gain access to their mast LOL

    The new router is all setup & connected to O2's servers. All they have to do is flip some virtual switch(es) on their side but they refuse to do it & insist on us waiting for the technician visit. F U @o2 for all the frustration you've caused us & then don't even let us cancel

    @ao don’t buy from #MobilePhonesDirect kids! shoddy customer service blame it on the network @O2 mind they can’t help either after a week of calling #202 and MPD customer service (or lack of) told me to return handset.
