@O2 It's OK, samsung sorted it for me as your store staff passed all responsibility onto me even though nothing was unlinked from previous phone when he wiped it and offered zero help when I called this morning.

@O2 Your customer service is SHOCKING!! Have an issue with a parcel under click and collect and Customer Services have done nothing to help a situation. Loyal customer since 2006 counts for nothing!

I moved to @O2 because of the Apple Watch 3G thing but the customer experience is beyond abysmal. How do these companies survive? Why do we put up with such dreadful customer service? Are there any UK mobile phone companies worth using? Ideally with Apple Watch support...

@O2 your customer service is broken been with you for +25 years your UK based payment team put me to a south african call centre who’s managers are not authorised to raise a credit for the £800 bill u chasing me for because u made an error! b4 i go 2 @Ofcom ombudsman can u help?
