    Order number - MS512416632 Serial number - 8944110068010692296 I’m just wanting what @O2 offered me, nothing more! I know your call centres are all commissioned based and try to excel in customer service. Not seeing the latter by any means!

    @O2 Like I said I have made a formal complaint 02 directly. They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them. Refusing the 14 day change of mind is illegal fortunately, this is gonna cost £££££

    @O2 O2 make it almost impossible to access the site. Poor signal, no customer care, and customers are tolerated, not welcome.

    @O2 Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Call up regarding my locked account, had this issue since 18th of March. The cheek of the lady to try and sell me an Apple Watch. 😬

    @O2 trying to get a new esim profile as I have a new handset and can't get through. Been on hold 40 minutes each time for past few days. Live help says they can't help. This is frustrating.

    @O2 Tried to top up via 4444 but it's failed twice. Shows pending transaction in banking app so it's not a funding issue

    @O2 I’ve recently moved from Sky Mobile to O2, I can’t believe O2 actually charge you for sending MMS messages in 2026, 87p a message. Bear in mind Sky piggy back off of O2, I’ve never been charged for MMS.😳 😮 Have I made a big mistake moving to O2?
