Kerry-L.I.Am Wilson (@OneKerryLiam) reported from Girvan, ScotlandOrder number - MS512416632 Serial number - 8944110068010692296 I’m just wanting what @O2 offered me, nothing more! I know your call centres are all commissioned based and try to excel in customer service. Not seeing the latter by any means!

Windy Moore (@Windywowwow) reported@O2 - Dear O2 - I am at the point of no return with your inept O2 Recycling service. I’m at my wits end with the misinformation and ineptitude of getting a simple recycle!!
-
Riemenschneider’s Horse (@larrythehook) reported@O2 I’ve had to rejoin EE. Number porting as we speak. O2 customer service an absolute embarrassment. Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎

Nicole Penney (@Nicolef1Penney) reported@O2 I have never been so shocked at a multi million pound company. 6 hours (between live chat and a phone call) my husband spent yesterday trying to upgrade our 4 phones. However although the credit check passed your “business policy” won’t allow more than 2 to be upgraded …

Bob (@wonder_bob) reported@O2 @ad_moran4 💯 stay away from O2, signal is woeful everywhere. Sort your deal out with EE, you will regret it if you go to O2. I had loads of issues and raised incident tickets and they just kept saying there was nothing wrong. Useless network

Cllr Sophie Preston-Hall ECC Rochford North (@SophiePrestonHa) reportedIs anyone else getting absolutely inundated with calls from an @O2 call centre lately? I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?

Terry (@Yorkiebarkid1) reported@puncharama @MartinSLewis @O2 O2 asked me to direct message them which i did only for them to say they couldn't help and had to ring. I’ve now switched to talk mobile this morning.
