Order number - MS512416632 Serial number - 8944110068010692296 I’m just wanting what @O2 offered me, nothing more! I know your call centres are all commissioned based and try to excel in customer service. Not seeing the latter by any means!

What a **** show from @O2 ! Been trying for 2 months to speak/chat to them and it either tells me to look online and says bye or the webchat is too busy if I try that. Well thanks guys for ******* up!

@Tiamaria64 @O2 I eventually got through today and the guy sorted the issue out in minutes, which was great. Their automated service is really frustrating and hard to navigate

When did this whole, key 3 again to confirm deletion situation hit @O2 voicemail!? 😒 not a fan. Voicemail checking is bad enough without adding a step. #33333333333333333333333333

@O2 You charging me £65 per month for what exactly? Links isn’t going to help the connection! I’m a big fan of O2 and always recommend O2 but unfortunately haven’t been happy with the signals the past 1yr or so!

  • SynK_R SynK R (@SynK_R) reported

@O2 Can I ask you a few questions? 1. How often does your network goes out of service? 2. How genuinely reliable is your network? 3. How truly is your signal strengths? 4. How do you treat your loyal customers? @EE goes out of service 6 to 7 times a month.

  • Tiamaria64 Maria Dillon (@Tiamaria64) reported

@LeonaONeill1 @O2 Me too, 5 calls ended same today. There's no signal most days for my mum's phone and I'm still waiting on them now getting back. Bloody frustrating

  • YouthWorkerBish Keith Bishop (@YouthWorkerBish) reported

It was ‘kind’ of @O2 customer services to drop my call... As a telecommunications company, I’ll assume it wasn’t an accident!
