  @o2 @virgin @virginmedia CEO LUTZ SCHUELER received a call from your office regarding my complaint and when I asked a direct question rather than answer your representative went silent before abruptly disconnected the call with no warning. Great customer service.

  How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.   @O2 why aren't you offering compensation for customers going up to 8 days without being able to stream anything properly on mobile Internet and everything really slow. Thank you for £25 off my £25 bill but this is getting ridiculous now. Ì've until recently paid £60pm for years
