    I regret switching to O2. Despite showing full 5G signal across London, my internet barely works. Pages won’t load, WhatsApp just keeps buffering, and basic browsing is almost impossible. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times. @O2

    @O2 I'm absolutely pissed off with O2 i can't log in to my app as its asking for virgin media login details which I don't have an account with 2 calls to customer services & just a waste of time

    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE A DISGRACE 32 days into a complaint and nobody adresed it, I'm on hold to terminate the contract and stil. Over an hour so far @O2 here I come
