    Thieving gits @O2 have increased my daughters mobile costs by 17% having only taken contract in Feb. How do they justify it apart from greed, exploitation and extortion. Signal isn’t even good on M42, so not being spent on infrastructure. @MartinSLewis

    @O2 further to my texts yesterday about your 360 system implementation. We purchased a phone from you yesterday but were unable to pay in total. We have tried to pay today but O2 cannot take payment. Never have I had a company so reluctant to be paid.

    @O2 Day 137 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    Been with @O2 for 13 consecutive years (no idea why) and I can’t believe how bad the network has become in that period of time. If you’re anywhere with even the smallest crowd you can forget about any decent signal.

    @brannock59 @O2 I don’t know how they can justify charging so much more than other providers when they can’t even provide a decent service. I’ve been with them for over 10 years but will not be renewing either
