@O2 The area experienced a power cut.. as soon as the power came back on the data returned to both our phones why would a power outage affect 4g data

@O2 @virginmedia Having upgraded my phone to a 5G phone on Friday I have yet to be provision as of now Sunday am. I cannot call or receive calls from loved ones .... Customer service team where rude also told lies @PoorServiceUK this is definitely one for you

@O2 Im getting a bit fed up waiting (well over 24hrs) for my phone and Internet services to be restarted despite being told it would be all working again by now all I got yesterday is (our services are a bit slow today) now being told they dont know when it'll be sorted

@O2 So I ported in several days ago , first I had to wait 24hrs to complete, then it was ported to the wrong SIM ( my watch esim ) so then another 24hrs for SIM swap, now been told to wait an additional 24 hrs, all the time I've been with absolutely no service

@O2 @virginmedia @PoorServiceUK Just been informed after my many calls since Friday that no-one in customer services logged my incident as system was down .... I don't believe what is being said now as story keeps changing #stillnophoneservice #o2uk #poor service uk
