    @mattsprake @O2 @EE I also left 02 after 15 years and went to EE even on full signal phone hardly ever worked. EE far better with more 5G

    Looking for resolution from @O2 been having ongoing signal and network problems since joining in December 2025. Live in EN1, Enfield. Complaint after complaint and still no resolution. Why pay for a service if we are not receiving it. Can’t make basic calls in our own home!

    @O2 @Mally_DB Still not fixed 🙄 2026 and tech giant O2 don’t know how to resolve a payment gateway issue 🙄 @O2 - you have customers who wish to pay their bills online. Do better!

    @O2 over the last few months your reception has got worse and worse. In areas where used to have 4 bars it’s only 1 bar bad to seems to be not just one area. What’s going on?

    Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡
