    Honestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL aren’t up & running it’s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.

    @codyhaine91 @O2 That's madness! There's a communications ombudsman by the way. Get the complaint started. I had went through something similar with Three Mobile. Had it all sorted and watch contract paid off in full as redress.

    @kokeshimum @O2 You might find the problem is with O2 if anything. It was fine in London, but hopeless in Devon.

    @EnigmaAkila @iz__zy @O2 Wonder when they are going to get to the bottom of it. I have raised a complaint so seem to be getting some action but they still don't know what is causing it.
