@o2 still unresolved customer complaint dating back to July 12th. Still no manager call back and complaints dept it’s non existent. Now having to email the CEO in a bid to hopefully find someone that cares enough to reply. @MarkEvansO2

Even o2's twitter account couldn't access my phone account lol @O2 please make your security more accessable for dyslexic people including your website! It's so complicated for me to navigate! I never know to answer DOB as DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YY😭

My signal has been absolutely terrible for months, nothing connects within a 5 mile radius of my home (not even 4g in work) can’t hear my husband on the phone a mile away from home @O2 thank god my contract is up in a few weeks, no idea what I’ve been paying you for 🤯

@O2 i wasn’t trying for paramore i was lewis capaldi so it was gigs and tours not axs, but the priorty app did crash just before they went up and kept logging me out so i think a lot of peoples were down! hope you got some!! <3 x
