    @O2 I have DM'd about it, called about it and emailed about it. Nothings changed in 4 months except where before I could use the app, now it's not working too I have now 6 lines that I cannot pay unless I sit on the phone to your call centre for hours Shambolic to what you used to be

    @O2 Hi, the reason why I ask is because I’m a sky customer & I’ve been having issues with no data signal in the Leeds LS29 area since last March & sky are doing sweet FA about it. As they use your infrastructure the issue is with sky. I’ve taken them to CISAS. Can you provide proof?

    @O2 please can someone resolve my complaint. No one takes responsibility or ownership. Just interested in closing the complaint. Pls listen and understand how frustrating & upsetting it is to be told different things each time you call and over 15 hours so far! Very upset
