    @O2 customer service is an absolute joke nearly 3 hours on hold on the online chat for time to raise up to 122 minutes again gone downhill since joining @virginmedia

    Stay away from @O2 prevented me from using my phone and data for a week. Done **** all to fix it and two replies in a week. Time to report them

    @o2 my iPhone has one bar with a letter E or zero bars, but my partners google pixel 8pro has 4g and three bars on the same train sitting next to each other! wtf! Sort it!

    When you reach out to @O2 for help and they ghost you leaving the door open to scammers to impersonate them (see suspended accounts in replies) Glad to be gone after 33 years as a Cellnet / O2 customer.

    @O2 why has signal and service dropped so much since you joined up with @virginmedia?? Used to love O2 as customer service was great. Prices go up service gets less.
