    @O2 It's started in Wrexham, took me 20 miles before Spotify got an internet connection. Stopped in Chester for a while, full 4G signal but no internet connection. Now at my mother's on WiFi. I only want to listen to music when out and about. Not a lot to ask for at £50pm

    @O2 Dear O2 let’s hear it for Donna Jenkins of the Accessibility Team whom we phoned this morning who identified the issue sorted it out and had @cathyholc back up and running in less than an hour with the correct phone number

    @O2 I have been unable to get a coffee from nero since the change. It’s such a disappointment. Do you know if any of this feedback is being passed on to the priority team or if any change is possibly being put it place to fix the out of stock? Thanks
