Hey @O2 I have absolutely no signal at all where I live so cannot get text messages or make or receive phone calls. You tell me a mast has been taken down and your “engineers are working tirelessly” to fix it. It’s been over 3 weeks of ZERO service. That’s not good is it?

One of several reasons I switched to @O2 for my mobile plan awhile back was @O2PriorityUK. Once a week coffees and now a free bacon roll from @GreggsOfficial on either Friday or Saturday. When you can, switch! Great network that looks after its customers.

@O2 is online chat running anymore or are you just deliberately frustrating customer by hiding the facility well on the website? Ps also used the what’s app style service and been waiting for a response for 2 hours!

@O2 It's annoying! I have so many dropped calls, 4G speeds are poor as well! 😒 I hope things improve.
