@O2 your customer processes and services are appalling. Every time i fill in the form to port my old number it errors out. Your live chat is permanently busy. Call waiting over an hour. Earliest call back option is 28th Jan. What a joke

@O2 through no fault of my own there has been an issue with porting my number from another network, this should of been dealt with before my sim arrived as promised by a salesman. I’ve had no service for over 24hrs now with customers thinking I’m ignoring them, help!

@O2 I would like your CEOs contact details as frankly your customer service is appalling. 5 weeks I have been attempting to sort an issue with your company and it has now resulted in you taking £200 out of my bank account incorrectly and refusing to refund it for over 3 weeks.
