    Be mindful connecting @O2 worst, sorry no customer service whatsoever. Staff unable to resolve account issues and me with a barred phone. Honestly worst #telecommunications experience ever. #ofcom help me

    @AdeBroadmore @O2 Hiya, don't work for O2, but there's a national outage of the system that makes PAC (and STAC) codes work at the moment - I'm surprised they've not mentioned it yet - I would advise trying again later today or tomorrow, it's affecting all UK networks

    @O2 the signal in the Yo8 area is unusable, I can only use my phone in WiFi areas, can you please consider a refund on my contract as I’m currently paying for nothing

    @O2 bought new phone for daughter last July. Was told I would get phone call before 6 months offer ended to talk about reducing my tariff…..today my bill has more than doubled and had no phone call!!! Very poor service from you!!!
