@O2 I’d like an email address for complaints please! After spending 2hrs today on the phone to ‘customer service’ I asked for the complaints department to be told o2 do not have one?! If I want to complain then use social media! Can someone please send me an appropriate email?

@SkyUK Called to discuss service issues I’ve had for about two years, got passed around the houses, got cut off, told tech team could help but never got to speak to them, ended in me cancelling after an hour and they refused to raise a compliant for me. Thanks for nothing. Hi @O2

@O2 I see that it is impossible as ever to actually speak to someone at O2. For a communications company it is pretty poor. Just being sent on an endless unhelpful loop of screens which don't sort my problem out. Apparently you are too busy to talk to customers on chat
