@O2 why are you so terrible at applying credit to your customers’ accounts? I was promised a refund of £19 two months ago and keep being promised to add it to next bill. Extremely poor service by O2. If I didn’t pay my bill for one month you would suspend. #rubbishcustomerservice

@O2 what is going on with you 5g roll out ?? 4g poor, 5g pretty much no existent.. all the other networks will be rolling out 6, 7 or 8 g before @O2 gets around to sorting 5g

@O2 why is it I can travel to most cities in Europe and Asia and get full mobile and data service on their trains and metros, and we’re stuck in the stone ages in the UK? Every tunnel and underground loses service. What tech can they afford that we can’t?!

@O2 worst phone company ever! Been on hold for 45 minutes and someone answered at 20:02 and then cut me off because they Cleary wanted to go home! Customer service doesn’t mean anything with them
