    @O2 why are your customer services refusing to replace a brand new 16 day old iPhone 17 . It’s faulty and they are making life very difficult. Worst customer care ever.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE mobile networks have been **** for ages. we have agents out up and down the uk and difference contracts with different providers and over different handsets have all been garbage.

    Who remembers when @O2 customer service was good? Since the merger with the appalling @virginmedia it's been absolutely diabolical. Trying to help a vulnerable relative, been on hold for 45 minutes 🤮🤮🤮 to reset his password. Shameful.

    Signal just gets worse and worse in the UK, in Chester train station atm and what used to work not too bad isn’t working at all and I’m on 4G full bars and nothing is loading or working. It’s pretty bad considering a place like Chester @O2

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 was so bad in Southampton that I moved to EE, which is a fair bit better. O2's 5G was even worse than its 4G.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 I left O2 because of this very issue. When I first took out a contract with them the signal was fine, but it got worse over time. I haven’t moved house, so what could it be?

    @O2 @TomTugendhat Your signal has got worse in the last few years absolutely rubbish unless I’m stood next to a phone mast.
