  @O2 can you sort out your customer service phone lines!!!!!! I am trying to do an insurance claim for my device and its saying you are open 8am to 8pm weekdays and to call back then, thanks!!! my phone is unusable so can't use the app. so what am I meant to do.

  So @O2 had to be one of the most incompetent mobile providers out there. I’m unable to top up. Their app breaks with cryptic errors. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.

  @kokeshimum @O2 I am with O2, I work in Huddersfield, signal generally ok. O2 customer service is however very bad.

  Hi, I have recently joined @O2 on PAYG and topped up and ported my number in. Why am I getting an error when trying to log in to Priority followed by a text message telling me to top up to continue enjoying Priority? I am a new customer.

  @scampaboy @kokeshimum @O2 I was in Scotland a couple of years ago, full signal of 4g on remote roads without a house in sight. At home I'm 3 miles from a city and signal is pathetic

  I live in Huddersfield been using 02 for 15 years. I barely get 4g and usually scrape a couple of bars. Signal has got much worse last 2 years. Can barely stream music in my car. No signal in my house ffs Now in Majoroca. 5G and 5 bars. @O2 Why is our service in Uk so bad?
