    @O2 So @O2 I'm starting to wonder why i pay my phone bill when still signal is appalling. You tell me to use WiFi calling instead of fixing network issues. What happens when I'm somewhere that doesn't have Wifi such as when I'm at my grandmothers house and may need to call family?

    @O2 such a shame to be leaving after 22 years loyal custom to you. For the sake of £18, I can't get an early upgrade on a broken phone.

    @O2 I need help, I got my bills setup as instalments and I've been paying them exactly as the agent on the phone said to. Yet I'm still getting harassing emails saying I need to pay a termination fee or else very threateningly.
