    @O2 I was. I’ve had issues with other Greggs codes too where I click to use them and it comes up with an error. I’d say I’m on about 50/50 as to whether my codes work or not 😩

    @O2 PLEASE HELP!! I’ve received 2 faulty iPhones in a row. Spent hours on Online chat v unhelpful. Drove 1.5 hr to store for new sim that didn’t work. Have called cust supp 200 times - busy. Get through then get cut off. Need this sorted urgently!!

    @O2 I am seriously fed up of the signal in Middleton. I’m paying full price for 2 phones I can’t use outside my house that’s not connected to wifi. I can’t ring anyone!!! Try ringing o2 no one can hear me and puts the phone down. Can someone sort this?

    @O2 reverting back to SIM card, until o2 sort out their support for eSIMs. Can’t transfer eSIM to new phone not supported, have to now wait for a replacement sim. You would have thought eSIMs would make life easier not hard being just digital.

    Livid. As my @O2 contract ends I keep getting calls from random companies wanting to talk to me abt new contracts. Er, how do they know? (I’m currently awaiting important medical phone call so, unusually, I’m answering calls from unknown numbers) NOT good way to treat customers.

    @O2 keep calling with upgrade deals. When I say keep calling. 100’s of calls a week. Answered to tell them to stop calling again.. Got told to **** off by the guy on the phone. nice @O2 very nice.

    @O2 Day 34 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Your customer service is SHOCKING!! Have an issue with a parcel under click and collect and Customer Services have done nothing to help a situation. Loyal customer since 2006 counts for nothing!
