    @liggyc @O2 I did Aliki what was the account for I had a fraudulent friend who tried to buy things online I had to delete my Amazon account requested my bank sorted my fraud and Amazon gave me my items and paid the money straight back into my account and I will never buy from Amazon again x

    @O2 isn’t it funny that when your company thinks people owe you money you hound them day after day. But when it’s proven your in the wrong then need help with something that’s your company’s fault no one will answer questions or they arnt willing to help😡

    @O2 when are you going to refund my money?? When are you going to get a competent person to call me and get my complaint sorted? Absolutely shocking customer service from your company!! Nearly a week now and you have still not sorted out my complaint or refund!! Not happy!

    What is the longest amount of tine that you have waited for an @O2 upgrade phone. I ordered mine a month ago and it still at #DPD and neither #O2 or #DPD have been able to help so far. Not sure if I'm being unreasonable to keep chasing up every day.
