    @O2 phone upgrade…phone lost by @DHLParcelUK …none of the companies know where my new phone is… they send me from one to another!two massive companies that cannot locate a phone…and the customer has to just wait for them to blame each other!!! Disgusting

    @O2 Why can't i sort out a credit check problem over the phone ? Why does it have to be a 48hr wait for an Email ???? Your such a frustrating company to deal with 😫 😡😡😡😡 if i wasn't such a tech phobic i would of left years ago 😡😡😡

    @O2 I can’t get 4g despite having lots of data left. This has been going on for a few days. My partner is the same. Is there an issue?

    @virginmedia @O2 your service and communication between one another today is deplorable. I have now been passed between you both for two hours in two separate phone calls today and still the issue is unresolved. You may have merged services but joint customer service is shocking

    @O2 Thanks, managed it before, no problems, maybe it was being in North Yorkshire that threw it out. In fact one service station we visited on the way up had banners up declaring itself a GiffGaff area, which means Jennifer R, BT and EE mischievous.

    @O2 the o2 store in Bath informs me that the reason internet access in the centre of the city is so poor, is due to that 3 masts are awaiting repair/upgrade what is the status of these please. As we are in Bath every week we find it extremely difficult to get any sort of service

    @O2 if I bought my tickets on o2 priority (and so they are labelled as o2 priority tickets) but I am no longer an o2 customer, does this matter for the priority queue? Does access to this queue depend on the ticket or the priority status of the customer?

    99% no @O2 signal in and around Chester, been in store today to swap SIM to try and fix it but still no better. 😩. Anyone else experiencing the same?
