    @BrowniejBrown @bt_uk @O2 You’re not on your own there. O2 have cut off my elderly 72 year older father in law, who has been a life long O2 customer. No contact to the outside world, or medical assistance which he relies on for medication, deliveries and general health and well being!

    @O2 Not even getting text messages. What's wrong with your network... I am an IT professional and I cannot login into my work laptop and systems as I have two factor authentication, need to get text messages to do work! Please have some alternative.... This is horrendous!

    @O2 I have £45 left to pay on my device, if I pay that can I then cancel the contract as I don't use the sim?

    @O2 hello. I changed my tarrif to 12gb of data recently and My O2 is still saying I only have 5GB, and now says I have used the full 5GB (that I never use in 1 month) in 10days. Which is impossible. Can you please explain to me what is going on?

    @O2 I tried to set up a contract for the iPhone 13 yesterday with the upfront cost of £30. Both attempts it didn’t process and went blank yet £30 twice has been taken from my bank with no contract set up, no account made & no order number. Help please I need a refund.

    Evening @O2. Need some help with info re phone upgrade for my wife. Spent over 35 minutes being pushed from pillar to post by call centre staff going through security 3 times all whilst continually being called mate... Multiple missed calls every day pestering for upgrade...

    @O2 My number is due to be ported over to O2 today from Plusnet. Is there a particular time this is completed by. I'm in a very poor signal area and will not be able to receive the SMS confirmation that the transfer has been completed.
