Didn’t want to leave but it just got to the point where it was regularly unusable on my travels. I’m now using a MVNO which uses EE and it’s just so much better for half the price too.

Big Ed (@62BigEd) reported@kokeshimum @O2 UK is so bad with mobile phone coverage. I've been to Iceland and had a full signal with 5g driving through a tunnel or way out in the wilderness.

Chris (@Uncle_C_J) reported@xxxxminniex @O2 This happened to my elderly mum, too! A few months in a row. I kicked off with O2. They did help out and refund a good chunk of it. Then I put a spend cap of £0 on. It stops all the premium rate things like this happening.

JCB (@Plsdoright) reported@O2 Another worrying call for someone claiming to be from O2 advising my sim is no longer usable and anew one would be delivered tomorrow. Have had about 10 similar calls! However previous callers didn’t call me a M….F…..when I declined. Please help @O2
