@O2 just an idea for you to help with the #CostOfLivingCrisis. Allow your customers to nominate 2 or 3 emergency contacts who they can call regardless of any restrictions on their account.

When you get an early upgrade call from @O2 say you are going to consider it. Then call them back to say you would like to go with the upgrade and are told sorry you need to hope that team call you back 🤔 yeah that and that they cant help!!

@kohima44terry @O2 That’s terrible. The guy asked for me by my first name when I answered the call. If I’d been quick enough I should have played him by asking “Jim who?” But I just said “I know you”re scammers. Don’t call me again.” And hung up and blocked the number.
