    Loyalty doesn't stand for anything anymore. Year after year I have stayed loyal to @O2 even when I could get a better deal elsewhere. Yet still I'm only offered the same deals as a new customer. #disappointed #letdown

    My household upgraded three @O2 phones/plans this month. Sadly, the process has been diabolical. Five lengthy calls to O2 and two calls into the shop and we still haven’t got what we have paid for. 20 years a customer and I’m seriously considering cancelling the lot.

    @O2 Dear assistance, it's now almost 24 hours that I do not have internet coverage. I'm in roaming, coverage with the locals works fine, but no internet. I tried to use wifi instead, either leaving data on and off: nothing. I tried to reset the network several time: nothing.

    @carlmoys @O2 I've just tweeted about the exact same problem. It's extremely annoying getting so many spam texts daily. Never had this problem with my previous provider of 12 years.

    @Leecampbelluk @O2 I only ever see 3 network slagged off but I went to Spain with free roaming and fantastic signal. Sorry to hear of this blatant profiteering by these robbing *****.

    @O2 Oops there’s been a problem. Get £2 off Disney+ every month and stream a whole world of content for only £5.99 a month, usually £7.99 a month. Apparently not, not available on o2 priority app. What’s the deal?

    @O2 why is your 4G so terrible in the Preston area, it is so slow and sometimes can’t even use it.

    @O2 I receive 2 or more spam texts a day since switching to your network 6 months ago. When I was with Virgin for 12 years, I never received any spam texts. Why does this happen on O2? I always report the text and block the number, but they just keep coming! So annoying.
