Lucie Rimmer (@LucieRimmer) reported@O2 please can you sort out the signal on the @MiddlebrookRLP Retail part. It’s always been bad. You’re the only network that has a shop on there now and it’s ironic you can’t use your O2 phone when shopping on there. So frustrating 🙄 Even Peter Kay joked about it in his show!

Kieran (@kierangpim) reported@O2 I have been trying for about a fortnight to sort out a new SIM only contract and each time I am met with the attached. I've tried multiple cards, different browsers and I can't do anything. I can't log in and talk through the app as well because I'm not a customer.

Willlyep (@willyepp) reported@O2 how are your systems so fundamentally broken? Cannot login on the app, cannot login through the website (tried incognito mode also). Been happening for months and months - surely you must be aware of this problem? How is it taking so long to be fixed!!
