I've had "issues" with a local mast "not working as it should" for WEEKS if not MONTHS with no rectification in sight. If I'm lucky I get 1 bar if I move to the window , open it, tie myself off and abseil.

Left the cable taut across one point and drilled a hole between rooms at an angle. Ended up getting someone out to fix that.
