    @BannahHutters @O2 We were with Tesco mobile for years, they have great customer service and use the o2 network. Currently with Sky mobile, they also use o2 network and you can roll over/piggybank unused data.

    @O2 Having problems receiving (though not sending) texts with other O2 phones. Other providers are fine. My O2 seems to take me in circles, no solutions. Suggestions new SIM might help but can't find anywhere to request replacement. Site says go to O2 shop but they are closed

    @O2 Hello, I am trying to setup a PAYG sim for an elderly relative in hospital, I have added £10.00 to the account and notified this has activated a 30day rolling contract?! I just want to put £10.00 credit on this, please can you cancel the rolling contract and change to credit.

    @O2 Please can you send me the number for head of complaints please I would like to know if they would tolerate 7hrs to try and upgrade with a company you have been a valid customer with and still not be any closer to upgrading appalling business conduct
