@castlerock965 @O2 Weird. With Apple Pay no signal is required as it’s the device that is recognised & any link is via the terminal.

  • TheBadSnail Brian (@TheBadSnail) reported

@O2 No problems with yourself but virgin media don't put their customers first they are a shambles of a company will definitely be considering a new provider for my services

@O2 if I pay my device plan off, would I be free to cancel my contract with zero fees on o2 refresh. I am planning to leave, as a result of the merger between yourselves and Virgin Media.

@O2 All very well everything having to be booked online but in middle of Bournemouth and **** all signal. Couldn’t get any data to book cinema seats, book a table or even pay for parking. ****** service.

@sandeep_r @O2 @virginmedia Are all virgin media o2 customers receiving this treat I wonder??

  • DanDeDooDah DanDaMan (@DanDeDooDah) reported

@O2 absolutely disgusting aftercare service. Calling #Apple liars, well apparently saying that apple intentionally misled me isn’t the same as saying apple lied. Oh well back to apple

  • Jen_missbiscuit Jenna Lucey (@Jen_missbiscuit) reported

@O2 can I speak with someone about my connectivity please? It’s very poor and I am a dissatisfied customer!!

  • bondagebait bondagebait (@bondagebait) reported

@virginmedia @O2 Well, I dodged a bullet, there! I moved from @O2 about 2 weeks ago, after about 10 years with them. I was on a 30% discount (business customer friends and family) and still was paying double my new price and now getting 4X data. Can't believe this got past monopolies commission

  • Dd_Rrosco Ross (@Dd_Rrosco) reported

.@O2 signal across Falkirk is poor the past week. Any chance of bucking up your ideas ? Cheers!
