    Order number - MS512416632 Serial number - 8944110068010692296 I’m just wanting what @O2 offered me, nothing more! I know your call centres are all commissioned based and try to excel in customer service. Not seeing the latter by any means!

    @O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

  • walton_bhoy John Bhoy Walton (@walton_bhoy) reported

    @O2 I live in the ML5 area you are carrying out network expected to be out till Saturday 11pm . You are getting nothing when outside surely that's not right what about emergencies or urgent stuff ?

  • ihhi987 IH (@ihhi987) reported

    @O2 no service in rh16 all week. Made working very challenging. Will you will be offering a reduction in my phone bill accordingly?

  • derekmccabe_ derek (@derekmccabe_) reported

    Should I be surprised that @virginmedia can’t supply a decent broadband and when it’s really rubbish take the help service offline and @O2 can’t provide a 4G signal in my street, but happily take my monthly payment? I should be appalled, but I now just accept it.

  • laytum17 Paul Latham (@laytum17) reported

    @O2 Hands down the worst company I’ve every used or been with

  • ConnaireMcG Connaire McGreevy (@ConnaireMcG) reported from Burren, Northern Ireland

    What is the story with the @O2 signal at Milltown Industrial Estate these days. The last few months since they “upgraded the network” it has been worse than ever. Getting very hard to run a business in the area without mobile signal.

    Question? @O2 phone signal been iffy at home for while, drops to 3G, doesn’t always connect on calls but within a mile radius of home will not connect to car Bluetooth…. Odd!! Would this suggest interference from something and how do I report?

  • hevluvsbags Heather Axton 🐍 (@hevluvsbags) reported

    @O2 my network keeps disappearing

  • chrisandobe Chris (@chrisandobe) reported

    @virginmedia @O2 It's in lots of places. Virgin was better with EE! It's so slow even a speed test can't be done. I'm so glad I can use wi-fi calling on the virgin wifi with my new phone or my phone calls would be very annoying.

  • Sarahto02273549 Sarah toms (@Sarahto02273549) reported

    @O2 I have an old blueyonder email address from when I was a virgin customer. I assumed as I’m an o2 customer the email would continue but I today am unable to login to read important emails. Can you please help? Thanks
