Order number - MS512416632 Serial number - 8944110068010692296 I’m just wanting what @O2 offered me, nothing more! I know your call centres are all commissioned based and try to excel in customer service. Not seeing the latter by any means!

@O2 are a mess at the moment. App doesn't work, phones are to busy to answer, and im left with a phone thats useless and im not getting what I pay for. Everything screams ClusterF×*k. How can you get help if you cant even get through to them. 30mins on hold so far!
