    @KevinHart4real @O2 Arena - were the real joke of the evening - cancelled out seating with no advance warning! Were made to queue missing the support acts whilst running around scrambling for tickets !!!!!!

    @O2 Hello how do I change tariff I got as part of Volt Bundle please? I'm pretty sure it can be done? Don't need unlimited as already have Sims on other Network? I know I need to keep the SIM 'live' but definitely don't need to be paying £30 pm for something that is not used! 🤔

    @O2 Why when I switched contracts to you and gave a PAK code or whatever it is to keep my old number do I now have 2 numbers on the same sim card and can never be contactable on my old number but it picks and chooses which number it texts/rings people off?? Pissing me off

    Wanted to grind this #communityday for stardust, but because @O2 signal is so bad in Chepstow it’s impossible. Went home to use the mystery box to grind, but it won’t override the incense. Between @NianticLabs and @O2 this #PokemonGOCommunityDay is trash! Thanks both 🤮

    @O2 Tried Tel but comes up not able to access this service. The Tel no in email I got is different and worry it's a scam number! Tried customer service chat but it's a robot so no joy. Can someone DM me to discuss!?

    @O2 still can’t get my problem resolved. I have had no connection since Monday. I have been told to contact the fraud department. They can I be contacted on email. They don’t even acknowledge emails let alone reply. 02’s customer service is non existent. They don’t reply to DM’s
