@paulineb1956 @O2 I’ve been with O2 for ages too. I’m quite loyal to most service providers but when they mess me about….

Absolutely shocking from @O2 today. Years of loyalty and 2 hours haggling still give me worse deals than a new customer….. who wants my business @ee @VodafoneUK

@O2 Always seems to be an issue accessing my account, using either of your apps..... you really just need to simplify this!!! I remember when customer perception was a huge focus at O2, but they don't seem to care any more!!!

@O2 Due to the recent price increase, I’ve decided to move to another provider. I’m unable to find an option in the app to cancel my SIM. I already have a PAC code to keep my number and I’m now out of contract—would that be sufficient to proceed?

@O2 it wont let me send a DM. If you keep records of my dealing with O2 over the past several weeks yiu will see my issue.

@O2 This isn't the network can get busy at times. This is you can't make a phone call to another person in Bolsover Town centre or use data at all. This has been the case for 2 years and all we get told is there's a fault, then 2 months later get told it's been fixed, when it hasn't.
