@O2 @Ofcom That the complaint is being looked at but waiting for back office team to change the order status. Spoken to them again tonight and still no movement - absolutely insane lack of urgency - no support from any department

@O2 Yeah they just change it. Tell you what’s funny I never used to get these calls ever till virgin swapped to O2. I’m suspecting o2 either sold my details on or someone who works there has.

@O2 @mitchellsingh89 The latest update which im finding hard to believe now Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. Looks like a phone mast near to you isn't working as it should, sorry. Our engineers arasked CNOC for updatee on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it.

@O2 absolutely scandalous company. My wife has been trying since before xmas to arrange a transfer of her father's old number to a contract and it still hasn't been resolved. Problem after problem after problem. We will be switching to Vodafone tonight.

@O2 3 weeks, 2 complaints logged, a helix case raised over 30 hours of calls to the customer service line over 30 hours on chat and still no resolution… All because of a sales person cocking the order up!!! We can’t cancel and we can’t return as the order is sat at processing

@O2 @mitchellsingh89 Hi no my sin still cant use his phone its a joke now why this mast is taking so long to fix..this is a breach on my sons contract im sure no one goes into getting a phone contract to be unable to use the phone for nearly 5 weeks ridiculous. 🤔
