    @O2 after multiple phone calls to customer services to advise i had been receiving emails and texts stating I owed money when I dont a restriction has been placed on phone and they cant lift the restriction for upto 7 days. @O2 I wouldnt recommend you to anyone these days

    @O2 Logging into your app is a truly horrific experience, god knows the last tiem i was able to lgon. You send me test about competition cant login, want to access my account cant login.

    @O2 sort your signal out in the HP13 area. 6th day in a month with no signal. Can't even get 4G.. Thank god my contract is up now.

    @O2 my phone number was disconnected on Thursday and was reassured numerous times it would be reconnected within 24 hours. 3 days later and it still isn’t reconnected. I’ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!
