    @Ofcom never again! @O2's been good at offering sweetners to subscriptions such as @DisneyPlus+; it's quick to set up and had taken me over an hour going round the site trying to cancel it, seems like a surreptitious con to me, plus a 45min wait to talk to someone #TechTIPs101™

    @O2 2/2 The delay and the long waiting times to speak to Customer services are unacceptable, so within the 14 day cooling off period we have both cancelled out contract with you. Very disappointing and a waste of our time. 😡

    Hey @virginmedia why, why, WHY can @o2 not port my number from VIRGIN to O2? I have had 2 attempts based on dates given to me and yer here we still are! A Virgin Mobile number to O2 sim..... come on! Lots of unhappy customer reviews on the web too. HELP!

    @O2 just now who said he can't process the deal either. After 24 years of being with you I must say customer service is seriously lacklustre. It used to be amazing. Please don't make me switch to EE

    @O2 I have not got or tried the app. Next a more serious issue is that my wife and my number was supposed to port over from Virgin to O2 today (27th) between 06.00 to 18.00 hours. It is now after the latest time I was told this would happen and neither number is working!😡
