Jeff Mitchell (@Jeff_J_Mitchell) reported@arokorol @O2 Antisemitism is when Palestine welcomes you and offers subscription to its phone network. Another Kristallnacht essentially.
-
Martin Renel (@RogerR4BBIT) reported@O2 have a multi SIM contract & it is impossible to get a PAC code for one of them despite you being legally required to do so. Text doesn't work for multi SIM and website gets stuck in a loop back to main account page every time. No one has picked up the phone in 3 lengthy calls

🔯Hebrew Hammer🔯 (@OyVeyzMeir) reported@arokorol @Shimshon1800 @O2 O2 may be preferring Paltel as a roaming provider but I'd more bet on the provider aiming an especially "hot" sector at the airport to capture roaming traffic and generate revenue. A simple manual network selection will cure that. But they're so close together that it does happen. Same occurs when in the North, can get alerts roaming onto Alfa or Spacetel and data is HORRIFICALLY expensive on those.

Paul (@Hamsolo1977) reported@O2 your app has been absolute garbage since the @virginmedia account integration, it’s a nightmare to login and payment options consistently fail to work, I’ve been a customer for many years but it’s this kind of nonsense that makes me want to take my business elsewhere.
-
MUFCFranky 🇾🇪 (@FrankySaves) reported@O2 There’s zero point. You work with @AXS_UK , a company that chucks you out of the queue in a never ending loop cos it thinks you’re a bot. Meanwhile thousands of tickets already up for resale. Again, they’re not fit for purpose. Things have just got worse since they came along.

Jonathan (@TameTheZionist) reported@arokorol @O2 It gets mixed up because the towers cover both areas. I had the same issue. And then coming back to Israel a second time it said welcome to Israel.
-
ShinP3ngy (@NotSoP3ng) reported@O2 is **** for customer service since the Virgin Media merger constantly logged out an log back in won’t let me pay on the app can never get through when I’m at work sort this **** out man I’ve been with you forever same number everything

Lilith Tuylor (@lilith15016) reported@O2 You have 0 customer care, and no regard for PAYG users. I was left very upset. Your allowances are poor also. Cue the ‘sorry you feel that way’ dismissal from O2
-
Jack (@JakhonToldYou) reported@arokorol @abierkhatib @O2 Holy **** these people complain about anything.

Andrew Goldstein (@Goldie__101) reported@O2 Hello. That would have been in October last year. I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. I received the cheque in March but seem to be getting the texts and mails still.
