@GlennSmithF1 @O2 Yep, they keep lines open, even the ones that are mis-sold, preventing the customer from getting pay monthly. The customer is punished twice, once with the mis-selling and a second time by restricted access and credit checks

@SamsungHelpUK I was advised by @O2 to reset my network settings due to data signal problems. Now my wifi passwords have been deleted and it won't accept them again. WTF? They should all be backed up via samsung passport. 😡😡😡😡

@O2 & @giffgaff when are you going to finish whatever it is you’re doing that affects those in Chippenham and Calne? Loads of us still without any service as soon as we’re without WiFi and it’s been going on for about 2 weeks now…
