    @TomTugendhat @O2 We also found that O2 were concentrating 5G in City/Built Up areas. That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌

    @TomTugendhat @O2 UK 5G is dreadful. Third-party user testing from Opensignal and Ookla showed that the everyday user experience in the UK is among the worst in the developed world. 40% of the time your phone shows the "5G" icon in the UK, it is actually running on older 4G infrastructure.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

    @O2 hi, my PUK code on my online account is not working on my o2 SIM to unlock it. it's working and then lets me set a new SIM pin but then says 'incorrect PUK code'. Can you advise?

    @TomTugendhat @O2 The issue is the mobile companies raise prices mid contract and end of contract in line with RPI but signals and services in areas remains woeful
