@O2 Do you have a date in mind? I get no signal in my house and am missing authorisation SMS messages which are increasingly prevalent. Every other UK network offers this now apart from O2

@O2 Is there an issue with signal in Herne Bay, around the Western Esplanade/Hampton area? Nothing showing on your website but the last couple of days I’ve had no signal whatsoever in that area.

@O2 Do you know what also would be good news? If I ACTUALLY got phn signal in areas 4g I pay for 5g and you can even give me reliable service or even reach half service in a 4g area I will be moving my contract once this is up .

Update. Tried to call @O2 to discuss their **** service actually remained very calm and polite but without so much as taking any info they hung up. Another 15 mins on hold for them to hang up I’m guessing. Awful customer service.
