@O2 Unbelievable!! Sat all day trying to get into an app that is down, being told to ‘be patient’ and the tickets would be available for the next 48 hours, only to be all sold out. HOW??!! Don’t offer this service if you can’t provide it! Absolutely gutted.

@O2 As soon as my contract is up i'm leaving! Touts had no problems getting holdvof tickets and lost no time reselling them for outrageous prices! I thought you were a decent firm. I was wrong

@ChrisMc70034476 @EnglandRugby @O2 I get your point, I feel that our lineout percentages don't justify that call. I could be wrong but we might have one of the worst recent lineout completions and so there would be no call for the 3rd jumper. Might as well have the world-class jackler Willis who's a rare talent.

@peterkay_co_uk @virginmedia @O2 hand your heads in shame for what’s taken place today. I hope there’s an investigation into this. Advertising to customers about priority access then leaving them out to dry while touts and bots hoover up all the tickets while the app is down 👌🏻
