    @LedburyGas @O2 Dan….when Ledbury has finished with them send down to Severn Vale below Gloucester. We used to regale in delights of 3g until arse wipes turned 3g off. Now we look at screen saying 4g&nowt works. Mexican like Cartel just sent letter saying deal going from £21.80 to £24.30😡

    @VexVelociraptor @O2 Hey, my mum seems to be having similar issues, I was just about to have a look at her phone before contacting O2&saw this…have they solved it? (I hate that they immediately go to dm's so if anyone else has the same issue they're stuck 🙄)

    @O2 why am I paying for a service that I am not getting. ? I have 3 mobiles in the house & it’s gone from poor signal to non existent. Seems to be everywhere. Been with O2 for over 25 years think it’s time for a change.

    @sianemilyyyx @O2 I had to change after their service was almost nonexistent in the west Dorset area. No 5G at all. It’s shocking in this day and age.

    @O2 why is it taking 2+ weeks to sort out my watch eSIM? Does no one know what to do? After 22 years as a customer I am beginning to lose faith

    @EnglandRugby @SixNationsRugby @O2 Borthwick is such a boring bottle job. They’ve been crap recently, yet he wants more of the same. Players like Oghre, Hendy, Roots, Randall, Hill, Ojomoh would surely improve the team. Can’t win the title this year,remaining games are practically dead rubbers. Time to experiment.

    @O2 No it's fine, spent enough time being lied to by your app chat and voice team who seem to have little training on your services and all share different answers. I will be moving to Three. Apparently their customer service isn't great but it can't be worse than what I've had here
