@O2 are your masts over subscribed? Most of the time 4G is so slow but flip to 3G and it’s fine. Signal is perfect on full base so it’s not that? Also I’m not the only person who seems to have this issue.

@O2 it states on your web page to request an esim to pop into a store and they will be able to get you one. I popped into a store today to be told that they couldn't and tried to direct me to the local phone repair guy! I need to esim my o2 SIM as a 2nd line in my phone. #help

@O2 my daughter can't #roamfreely - she's in greece - on the correct international tariff and her phone won't work. I pay the bill. To make matters worse, your disability link is not working so i can't get through. Your voice recognition can't understand me saying 'NO'
