    So I've been trying to top up my my phone via voucher for the last 2hrs on @O2 via the 4444 number but that's saying "they have a fault and are fixing the problem", so now I can't top up my phone to renew my bundle

    @O2 It’s been ongoing for over a year. You told me it had been resolved but we continue to have no @O2 signal. Seems to have started when you put in a new mast down the road.

    @O2 i’ve changed iphones and the sim card is being acknowledged in my new phone however it’s not being registered to messages / facetime it’s been 24 hours how do i fix this ive reset my phone, turned it on and off, it’s been deregistered from my old phone etc

    @ungodlywheesa @O2 Most phones made after 2018 support eSIMs tbh! iPhone XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3a and up... What phone are you rocking? We might be able to help you figure it out

    @O2 No service what so ever, WiFi at home sadly that's useless when your child's school can't even phone you! No 4g...no one can call, you need to reimburse your customers for 10 days when they are paying for a service they arent even receiving
