Dear @O2 It's impossible to get through to customer service for my (small) refund as instructed. Can't log in now either as it sends me in circles. And emails to your payments dept are returned undelivered. Should I send a pigeon? 🤞

The O2 signal is so bad that nobody can reach me when I'm within a half-mile radius of home. The National Emergency alert was on the dot. Perhaps @O2 could look into this little detail that has meant I've been paying for a substandard service for nearly two-years. #switchup

@O2 increasing my contract from £25 per month to almost £30 without giving the option to cancel early is disgraceful. In these hard times you should be giving people the option to opt out. inflation may not be your fault but it's not the customers #CostOfLivingCrisis
