I tried to be amicable, @O2 but both your staff and call centers, like your network, are beyond a joke. I have registered my complaint, wether your staffer took it down won't matter. I recorded the joke of a call, got hung up on, thrice I might add. You now have 30 days.

@O2 I am. And I'm assuming this is an automated message as tonally, and in content, it fails to respond appropriately to my tweet. So again, what's @O2 's policy on cancelling contracts when a customer dies? Can you do better than Vodaphone? Do you do better than Vodaphone? Curious.

thinking about getting a contract with @O2 ? DONT! Placed an order on Friday. 5 hours of phone calls later telling me to “stay in” your phone will be delivered despite the tracking saying DPD didn’t have the item - I’m still no further forward. Taken my money no issue though.

@itspaulactually @O2 I have 5G in Liverpool but generally the signal is shocking. Every day I’m hanging up, calling back, WhatsApp call, FaceTime audio…. It’s ridiculous When contracts up I’m gone and taking all the works contact with me

Aaron (@aaronJ89) reported
@O2 why is your signal absolutely shite everywhere?

@O2 Do you have any plans to increase coverage to the postcode SY9 5HY? Only EE currently do and as it's a rather large holiday park it would benefit consumers if more networks had signal. 🤔

@O2 in france and I cannot use calling or texts but I can use my data, help?
-

The #CommonwealthGames starts in Birmingham this month. And if you're on @O2 then don't expect to be able to use your phone in public as the bandwidth here SUCKS

@EE recommended upgrade is £20 more expensive than my current plan… looking after customers as always 🙄 @O2 or @VodafoneUK might be getting a new customer shortly! EE have zero loyalty benefits for its customers.
