I've just had a 100% IV Lunala "flee" on me because once again @O2 let me down & the @PokemonGoApp "froze" Rebooted the game but that Pokemon (& my chance at a Hundo) was gone. Seething.

Good ti find out today (thanks Dad) that following the @O2 merger with Virgin years ago, that O2 was supposed to send me a new sim card, so for years my "5G" signal on my phone, hasnt been, and in what is now 3? 4? years O2 Still havent actually gotten around to saying anything

thinking of joining @O2 ?PLEASE DO NOT! Been a customer less than a month and they have cut us off ‘due to fraud’ and now permanently disconnected my son’s number with no warning. Apparently takes 3 working days each time to switch back on?! Painful 6 hours on the phone in total
