    @O2 there is a complete lack of mobile signal in central Reading, including the area directly over the railway station. Is there any chance of this being rectified any time soon? It’s been going on for months

    @O2 @LutzSchueler (2/2) I took out a new contract to see if that might fix. It hasn't. Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.

    I've had terrible coverage from @O2 - Can't get a signal most of the time in Liverpool City Centre - At the castlefield bowl gigs - every other network my friends were on was ok, O2 failed Generally can't trust it for any coverage

    @JohnnyFocal @O2 Bit like my EE phone when I went to Wembley stadium last year which has EE plastered all over it. Couldn't get a signal.
