    @O2 @virginmedia So if I get an issue with one account I get an issue with both accounts Got locked out my virgin account due to a scammer on o2 Takes days to unlock and then the scammer is back and they lock it down again Going round in circles with their poor service

    @kokeshimum @O2 Left them for Smarty earlier in year. Bill went from £24 and shite service to £8 20 Years A Customer and nothing from them.

    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are

    @virginmedia is down So forced to use data but @O2 is so slow and bad it struggles to connect to anything and the o2 network app says phone masts aren't working Great service all round, not, what's the point of doubling my data if I can't connect to anything

    @dapsy7 @O2 It's been like this for weeks and they ain't interested in sorting the problem. 11 more days then I can move to another company. 20+ years and gone down hill .
