  @Sjynther @O2 I agree, my signal in Church Warsop uk is awful, o2 map says mast has had issues the last few days and it's being worked on. Signal comes then goes all day meaning I keep getting a load of notifications then nothing for ages and I'm getting repetitive voicemail ones also with no actual voicemail stored. Something is broken at o2

  @O2 need to really sort out there app and website can never load anything up as it always comes up with to many redirects might have to think about moving to a new network

  @O2 I struggle to accept that you don't know about this issue already. It's been over a week now. I moved to O2 from 3, because I thought your service was better. I'm quickly finding out, sadly, it's no different.

  @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.

  @O2 hi, my O2 Virgin Media account is locked. I've rung twice over the past month to get in unlocked, the team member says they've raised a ticket, but it is still locked. I need to access my account. What the issue?
