✞ ⛥ ElectroFox ⛥ ✞ (@TheElectroFox) reported@Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to £10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.

IT Connect (@itconnectuk) reported@O2 Hi, need help with a phone unlocking, it’s currently on O2 but would like it unlocked, free of charge due to ofcom regulations, could someone assist if I provide the IMEI?

Richard Giles (@Gilly2028) reported@O2 I’ve recently moved from Sky Mobile to O2, I can’t believe O2 actually charge you for sending MMS messages in 2026, 87p a message. Bear in mind Sky piggy back off of O2, I’ve never been charged for MMS.😳 😮 Have I made a big mistake moving to O2?
-
Joe Gibbs (@JoeGibbs2) reported@O2 To many phone calls to an automated switched board to eventually get through to Somone to not have this sorted multiple times is so poor . I’ve been told today it could take up 7 days to which I’ve said if not sorted in next 2 days I’m closing my contract and going back to three
-
Rcmnsotp (@rcmnsotp) reported@O2 Your 5G does not work around Waverley station EVER, and I know it’s not my phone as everyone I know that’s on your network says the same, it’s like some sort of black hole.

Ian Court (@iancourt) reported@O2 @Joff_L Not convinced, O2, sorry. Uswitch SIM only deals used to be open to existing customers who were renewing at the end of their contracted period, but you stopped that last year. Why? The deals you offer existing customers aren’t great in comparison to the Uswitch offers. Fortunately for me, I managed to renew several of my O2 contracts via a Uswitch link the day before you pulled the plug. You’ve since had the nerve to hit us with a higher than advertised April price increase, in spite of Ofcom’s rules. When I’m next up for renewal, unless you can do me a really good deal that’s on par with the price comparison offers, I may very well take my business elsewhere, after 27 years of being a customer.

Robert Corbishley (@robcorb) reportedI have to say this: @O2 “customer service” is utter crap.
