@O2 Hi, need help, I upgraded my package with Virgin Media towards end of March and it included an O2 SIM card, I had a message saying it would be with me in 1-3 working days, that was over a month ago and still no sim. Already paid one direct debit and 2nd will be due soon.

@O2 could someone help MT sons phone cant recieve or send texts or calls but internet works whilst outside. Saying no network available all the time have topped up so not that either thanks
