Mr. Miyagi 🌴 (@GrumpyBiker1969) reported@O2 You're a waste of space 8 different payment methods each one rejected on your website/ App. Its only £1.00 verification You absolute disgraceful waste of space. This is how you treat customers that have been with you for over 20 yrs. @Ofcom

Desmond Mansfield (@des_mansfield) reported@worstall @O2 @vodafone Oligopolies can still be bad.
-
Ellie (@EllieMBond) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They are probably using the same masts. It is a lack of masts that is the problem. No one wants them in their backyard but everyone wants good coverage.
-
KettchUK (@KettchUK) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don't worry, the private sector will be along any moment with that investment you said they'd be putting into the network decades ago.
-
Nick Booth (@nicknickster) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Exactly. They all share one network of masts now so no-one has an incentive (or an ability) to provide a better service

alaw mot (@SimonTa44447286) reported@O2 @Gary_Polley I dont beleve owt o2 say anymore ..dm is rubbish .still no reply after a month ..and a bill for a service i was told 3 times had finished ..

Colm Nugent (@Wigapedia) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE At what point in time did mobile phone company investment get diverted to upgrade bike lanes? This is like complaining about the vegetable selection in Tesco being terrible, while care homes are underfunded. Tom apparently doesn't understand how a modern economy works.

Kevin Thomas FINSTR 🏴 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@kevinxt) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 We also found that O2 were concentrating 5G in City/Built Up areas. That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌

Mr H (@silestanix) reported@lebara have to say, for a PAYG network you guys have been absolutely brilliant. @O2 have failed me here in the USA since my arrival last Monday but this humble lil PAYG sim has been brilliant since a few days ago.
