Just when you think @O2 has gone a good month without an outage of no signal at all and no 4g ........ We get an outage!! Sort it our o2 this is not worth a 3.4% price increase to our bills! It’s more worth me changing to @EE when my contract is up!!!

@O2 are actually terrible. I raised a complaint on 23rd and have been waiting for a response. Its been 8 days. O2 over twitter said it wasn't raised. Wow Just wow. Over 2.weeks without any service

@O2 Don't bother. Lucky if you get over 1.5gbs on their so called 4g. So what if you offer more coverage, if speeds are so slow many apps that use loading maps or heavy data are rendered useless.

Internet is down so try to rely on my mobile signal but getting a grand total of 0.34mb upload and less than 1mb download in a large town, with 4G? How does that even work @O2, been going on weeks.
