    @O2 So I spent 2 hours and 12 minutes on hold to o2 customer services as I cant access my account through the app or main site. To be told that I'm not the only one and suck it up she then proceeded to hang up on me

    Bit naffed off with @O2 .. mast upgrade has taken 10 days so far and counting so had little to no service whilst at work for this time...

    @O2 customer service absolute shambles! I have called in 3 times, 1 hour each time. When they pick up 2 mins in to the call they drop the call. @O2 casually thieving my time !
