@O2 Send me the details of the current ceo please ( email address) and I'll happily pass the email to them. Having dealt with customer services many times and nothing has been resolved, there is a technical infrastructure issue that requires proper investigation.

@O2 Day 45 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 little bit disappointed. 2 of 3 places I spend leisure time have faulty masts, main out min 2 months, working one data slow. Offered £5 credit, but just want out of contract without paying for service I won't be using. SIM only. Why the penalty?

@O2 Into the shop for the 4th time & will see if it’s finally sorted tomorrow. Asked what we should do if it isn’t having visited the shop 4 times & spoken to the call centre. Was told we would need to call customer support or visit the shop. Total disregard shown in P’boro shop 🙄
