    @O2 is it normal for people on the website chat to simply disconnect from the chat when asked to simply clarify what I get as a VM customer. Seemed he wanted to just push a sale and didn't want to answer simple questions. Very rude and unhelpful.

    @QuirkyMerky @virginmedia @O2 Ah but then the rubbish service when you’re on ultimate oomph and have a VM SIM but it’s on Vodafone as their MVNO and you don’t get those benefits…
