Tsering Passang (@tsamtruk) reported@O2 still doesn’t get it. I’ve got nothing to do with Sony or any third parties. No purchases ever made. Period. O2 must stop this scam. #GDPR issue, I suspect. Better deal this immediately. You lost a customer.

Kiff (@Himynameiskiff) reported@O2 I don't want to get rid of the handset, I just want to know if I can get rid of the airtime? I'm in a 30 day rolling contract rather than a 12/24/36 month contract. The signal is so poor round where I live and I just can't manage with it anymore and have considered leaving.

Tsering Passang (@tsamtruk) reported@O2 doesn’t take customer complaints seriously. Reported potential data breach and fraudulent case multiple times. If there is no meaningful resolution in the next five days I have to formally report it to the @Ofcom.
