    @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.

    @O2 Hello! I’m trying to pay my overdue DD (meant to change bank account details but forgot, so the payment didn’t go through!) however every time I try to access myO2 or via App I just get “path forbidden” when trying to make the payment. Can you help me please? Thanks
