@O2 tried for days now to get an answer from your support text which wasn’t effective whilst we were away and needed it. Bolt on didn’t work, meaning we had 3G max whilst in Spain on hols, but we needed to work. Your online support has been pretty poor with no answers. Not good.

Hi @O2 is it possible to terminate contract early when you reduce service in an area? Your service is non existant now in a lot of BT48.
