    I'm thinking that @O2 hasn't listened to the hold *music* that callers w problem to sort have to stick their fingers over their ears to tolerate.... five minutes so far and blurgh squeak squeal crash, wooshhhhh is enough to do your head in (or at least to jump contract....)

    @O2 I have been reporting problems since end of 2019, but nothing has even been done! I cannot use the 5G in my house and the phone signal is awful and can only use the phone in 2 rooms and it now always working.

    Hi @O2 I have a S21 Ultra brought directly from Samsung UK , it's got samsung default firmware ,Phone is unlocked to any network , will Wifi Calling work or will it need o2 firmware on the device for it to work?

    After 20 years I am leaving @O2 because I struggled to pay my bill. When I phoned the customer service to ask for another week. The lady said it would affect my credit reference and there would be a £6 fee. As I am having trouble paying the £26.00 I owe you, don't you think

    Has anyone ever successfully been able to start a conversation via the app @O2 ? Frustrated beyond belief. Got stuck in Italy with no service and no way of contacting them and now again still unable to get through.

    @O2 your customer service/bereavement process following my dad’s passing in March is abysmal. Been on the phone for about 10 hours since his passing with promises and failed returned calls. Nobody will help and we will be cancelling everything with your company!

    @AXS_UK unable to attend @DianaRoss @O2 last week due to having an operation on my arm. I had insurance and put in a claim for refund they have declined my claim as my insurance was on the original date and not the COVID rescheduled dates! & I need to speak to you for refund HELP

    @O2 Service from O2 is terrible. 2 months and my number is still being rejected on London Underground WiFi. Phoned for help after passed on, line cut off. I want to go back to EE!
