  • JonMagicman Jon Pepper (@JonMagicman) reported

@O2 @O2 This is the 7th working day and still no phone call from the complaints team. I've already started to take legal advice on this as it's an open and shut case. A phone call would have gone a long way to resolving this. Such a shame that customer service appears non existent.

  • gaylem1978 Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@drewsy92 That’s very disappointing such a large network giving you such poor service for the money you’re paying monthly honey x. What can you do to assist @O2 ? It’s certainly giving me food for thought as I’m thinking of getting a new mobile contract over next few months!

  • M_at Matthew Thompson (@M_at) reported

@O2 Nope. I tweeted from Cork after the flight because I couldn’t get signal.

  • Stuey3D Stuart Carr (@Stuey3D) reported

@Ofcom It’s because @O2 network is so congested that you can’t even make a phone call without it sounding like the fast food order from Wayne’s World let alone use data. It’s also now effecting 5G too and that’s supposedly the saviour of mobile data.
