    @O2 I recently switched to your network from @ThreeUK and the service in my town of Renfrew is terrible. Everyone i know on o2 says the same. Do you have plans to improve this or do i need to switch back to my old provider?

    @O2 tried to get Lewis Capaldi O2 priority garden package tickets took me all the way through then unable to purchase? Is there an issue?

    @O2 Why is it ok for Roger from the Payment management team to commit fraud on my account two days in a row and now he's even blocked my phone from calling o2 to make a complaint.... There's been unauthorised activity on my account and my consumer rights have been breached.

    @O2 No it doesn’t show the data used online either. Just the circles with the calls and texts allowances. Same issue as the iOS app.

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Pity they dont invest more in actually providing a decent service I have 1 bar on my wifi here in L19 and its been that way for a few weeks. I have reported it. BUT no change.
