    @O2 Hi, My bill landed today with Disney+ included as a bolt on. I wish to cancel this service before the price hike on 23rd August when do I remove the bolt on? (i.e. have I already payed for this months subscription?) and can I do it easily via my online account or via the app?

    @lillybet2021 @O2 We have also been in Cornwall all weekend on holiday and had awful phone signal, inability to send messages and also poor internet. It's no better back home in Leicester tonight either!

    @o2 you sent me a letter last month saying I can end my contract with no early termination fee, this week I get an email saying I’ll be charged the termination fee and your lovely customer services put me on hold then cut me off! I won’t be paying a thing!!
