    @O2 got my son an Apple Watch as a gift and customer services say you won’t enable an airtime sim as it wasn’t purchased from o2. Is this right??

    @O2 Yes. But it shouldn’t need this. I slightly understand when it’s a busy area with lots of people but it’s 2026 and we shouldn’t be overloading it. It would be better if you just said no service. Frustrating.

    @O2 I won on the O2 Priority Spin to Win yesterday. A free sweet treat from Greggs. Said an email would be sent to claim. Nothing received. Checked junk/spam too. How long does email take to arrive? Saw a code on screen as confirmation yesterday, but can’t find it now?

    @O2 so for £3 extra a month we as loyal customers can get O2 Satellite as a bolt on to stay connected in more places than ever before. So is that why I’ve heard people with connection issues? Trying to get people to buy this? Not here this is free.
