Hi @O2, I ordered a new phone on contract with yourselves that was dispatched by DPD. They have now lost the parcel internally (no delivery attempts) but the best your customer service can offer is to wait for DPD to ‘find it’…? Not happy.

.@O2 customer service is getting worse and worse and worse! More so, if you're doing works to the network, shouldn't you notify customers beforehand and before they lose access to their data? Not send them a text after they contact customer services? No compensation?

@O2 What reduction will I see in my 2 mobile phone bills? No service at all since Monday? It's now Thursday, and you send me a text (we have had to turn on WiFi calling to be able to receive anything, and that is patchy) to advise 'you are working on it'!
