@O2 welldone once again for your incompetent customer service. Last 7 day no sim,i have learned and will definitely advise everyone not to deal with O2. Customer service dont care and and just chop the phone on you ive been with out a sim for more than 7days, disgraceful

@O2 so my father 93 is in a care home with no visiting since November can’t have landline fitted due to lockdown got him mobile on gifgaf as o2 is good in area BUT no signal can be gained for us to talk, prisoners have more success contacting the outside world
