Lauren Blair♥ (@lilmissymoo90) reported@O2 Getting passed about for 2 hours too just to get an upgrade on an account that’s 7 years or older was crazy. I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone

Niamh Skinner (@niamhskinner) reported@O2 hi O2! Is there any sort of time scale on O2 satellite being available for iPhones? Very bored of my O2 signal failing regularly, but enjoy the O2 benefits so looking at getting a back up eSIM for when signal is patchy. But if satellite will be available very soon I’ll wait

Graham Style (@grahamstyle) reported@SkyNews I'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

rebecca ann jarvis (@rebeccaann1989) reported@O2 It's not tv issues I have an issue with it's not being able to use rewards or just login with a o2 account as I keep being asked to link a virgin media account as previously I was just able to use my phone number which is an o2 one

Sana’a (@sanaabananaa_) reported@leeroyruddell @O2 @O2 out of all networks I’ve been with yours is genuinely the worst. You need to sort your signal problems out asap as it’s always a problem. The worst part is the lack of effort on your part to do anything about it and how you fail to extend any courtesy to your customers
-
Hayley Laura (@LilHay) reported@O2 GET IT sorted now. Within two hours! Five days this has gone on for and your bull **** generic crap doesn’t cut it anymore. Will be taking this further and seriously reporting u as a company! Now get it sorted
-
HustlingWalrus (@HustlingWalrus) reported@O2 you gonna fix the visual voicemail text bug or just let it sit there. You charge enough money and don't spend it on better signal surely you can put a bit towards fixing bugs.

Joanne (@jobeone1983) reported@O2 My Mum got a new phone but her number didn’t transfer over. They tried 3 esims and she still has no network.
