    So after being assured by staff at @O2 that I wouldn’t get throttled due to my data usage it turns out that was a complete lie! How am I expected to do my job as a content creator! Furthermore their customer service is terrible! Absolutely fuming & I’ll be moving.😡

    @RhysBrandon @O2 There is no loyalty in mobile contracts. They assume you are locked in by the fact you can only upgrade your mobile number. You are not. 1) switch networks as a new customer. 2) port number to payg sim elsewhere then port back as new customer

    @O2 absolutely appalling lack@of service from you, in three phone calls to be passed around your team to be told you can’t do anything for someone with a non functioning phone that YOU provided. After 11 yrs of loyal custom, this is diabolical from @O2 1/2

    @O2 You’re joking right ? I’m at the exact spot you filmed the ad in Bournemouth and there’s never any signal for O2 in the town centre! Awful network

    @O2 received a call from your sales team 3 weeks ago and offered me an upgrade. Brilliant deal was told I would have it in a week and still waiting for it. No updates and poor service. Worst service very experienced
