TheMeerkat1977 (@meerkat1977) reported@O2 worst customer service centre on earth. Have been trying to unlock my account for 2 months with no luck. You’re still happy to take my money though!
-
The Exiled Scouser (@P4ULAWILLIAMS) reported@O2 Perhaps you can explain to me why I've been charged this month for an iphone fraudulently ordered in my name. A case you said had been resolved a month ago yet despite a one hour phone call to your team this issue is still ongoing - Appalling service - not impressed 🙁
-
Lou Mc (@LouiseM30692137) reported@O2 what are the chances of ever getting a half decent signal to make a phone call anywhere in WR1 without it dropping out after 30 seconds?
-
Gerbil (@f4ckiam) reportedI feel like I'm on a complaining streak but here goes: This one is for @O2 I have been a loyal customer since the switch-over of Virgin Media customers. I barely use data. So, I've been more than happy with my £9.73/month tariff. The data is unimportant. Unlimited calls/texts is
-
Darren 🏎️🏁 (@darrenmk) reported@O2 Your app has turned into **** since you became part of Virgin, try to see my balance and it's always sends me an email link to click, never did this before, and it doesn't even take me to the balance. It's so obvious two systems failing to talk, ironic for a comms company
-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.
-
S & S Timms Antiques (@Timmsantiques) reported@O2 are there intermittent issues with your data services today? I changed tariffs yesterday, taking a new contract and now today my data signal has been pretty much non existent for most of the day! Coincidence or not?
-
Josephine (Josie) Tapper (@TapperJosephine) reported@O2 almost a month without data inside my home due to a mast issue. It’s been down at least 6 months out of the last 12. Your coverage is also non-existent in Exeter. It’s 2026 for goodness sake.
-
OTT Consulting (@ottconsulting) reported@O2 Why ******** do you take down the mast near me and not tell me I would lose signal? Weeks have gone by, you said you update me by 1st May - no contact ******* useless clowns.
-
Andrew Harbot-Taylor (@T_Northernbloke) reported@Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.
