@O2 my iphone 13 has had no signal anywhere since this morning despite your status saying active, i also have a notification saying 4g calls disabled. i have restarted the phone and checked all the volte settings but nothing is working

@O2 your customer service sucks. Thank god I only signed a year contract after being with my previous provider almost 2 decades. Can your service work consistently for just ONE WHOLE MONTH IN A ROW? JUST ONE MONTH WITH NO GLITCHES?

@o2 I opened up a new contract and paid my old one which was in my mums name. I’ve tried to log into the my o2 app and it’s not working I don’t know if it’s something to do with the same number and email from my old contract but it’s not working,

A reminder on #mondaythoughts to anyone thinking of switching phone services from @VodafoneUK or @O2 or any of the major #UK suppliers to @virginmedia Don’t. Just don’t. However bad you think things are with your current provider will pale into insignificance.

@O2 No contact yet, phoning 202 doesn't work, online PAC form doesn't work. Not a great sign when switching TO a network :-)
