rachel (@CubRachel) reported@O2 hey, I’m trying to contact you about a lack of coverage in my area and a bill query but your website keeps telling me to call when I have no signal. What am I supposed to do?

🇺🇦 Clive Davies #FBPE 🔶🇬🇧🇪🇺🇭🇰 (@CliveDaviesUK) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat I never have a signal in Surbiton & yet you say ‘good coverage’ You just lie.
-
Peter Ingram (@Pding77) reportedChatted with @O2 as my international dialling bolt on was cancelled when my contract ended and I didn’t realise. Finally got onto a supervisor who said pay or we will face service disruption, I told them I would pay but wasn’t happy, they reissued the threat and hung up.
-
Matt Hancock (@ukmatt) reported@O2 enough is enough. Having been a customer since Cellnet days time has come to move all my connections. Your service is unusable in to many places.
-
hanmark (@hanmark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom doesn't use bike lanes or crossings so nobody else should be able to. Tom likes to show off that he lives in a more expensive area than you but thinks your tax should solve his connectivity problems. Tom hasn't heard of broadband or WiFi. Don't be like Tom.
-
Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.
-
𝐷𝑟. 𝐼𝑎𝑛 𝐶𝑢𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠 (@IanCutress) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did you do in the years you were in government to fix it? Plenty of time to do something, and yet. Stop virtue signalling and find some introspection.

Colwyn00 (@colwyn0077668) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE mobile networks have been **** for ages. we have agents out up and down the uk and difference contracts with different providers and over different handsets have all been garbage.
