    Every single month I have trouble accessing the my o2 app, since it’s became virgin media! Absolute joke can never pay my bill in time because of it, doesn’t let me sign in even though the details are correct!! Shouldn’t have to phone up every month to sort it! @O2 @virginmedia

    @O2 most disappointed in O2Priority, tried to claim MandS sweet treat before the deadline date and gift card would not generate just reported an error message

    @O2 I signed up yesterday but my existing mobile number was typed incorrectly so I’m not receiving the Myo2 activation code because it’s being sent to an incorrect number - I’ve tried to call Customer Support but I can’t receive the verification code because my number is wrong
