    Seriously @O2 you don't make things easy. 45min wait, told offer I was made on upgrade 2 days ago was fabricated, passed to customer service, on hold again for 15 min only to be told I've to call back in 24hrs as system is down!

    @Bigdogdigs @O2 I could have this wrong, but if a company increases the price of a contract, you can cancel said contract in a given timeframe. I had a similar issue with Talk Talk a few years back. It will be in the t's and c's.

    @O2 @O2 but would I be exempted from the early exit fees due to having cancel due a friend or family passing away even it was myself who was credit checked & not the user of phone. Would the bereavement department still cancel it without fees?
