    @O2 I have did all the required steps & this morning I visited O2 & picked up new sim however I got know that there issues with eSIM now I moved 4M eSIM 2 physical SIM. I dont know what is the use off eSIM when its not upto mark. @Apple you need to get off 4M eSIM & provide two slots

    @O2 Seriously, I messaged by DM prior to 1800hrs today, and even notified you on the main timeline I had done it, and guess what, yep @O2 have completely ignored it. Customer service is missing

    @O2 @Happyengland79 And this is why everyone leaves O2. The network is shockingly bad, it’s expensive and the customer service is 10X worse!
