    Looks like it's Ombudsman time this evening @O2. Two of them in fact. Can't speak to anyone at O2 as English is not their first language, totally unacceptable! No refund means the problem was never resolved! All you do is lie and I have the proof! #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 my account has been blocked for 2 weeks now and i cannot get in touch with anyone to help. left me 2 weeks without being able to use data/make phone calls. Absolute poor service

    @O2 Blue Mondays not working for second week in a row :/ Last week was just not working at all, this week it says my phone number and email are already registered and provides no way to use the existing registration to spin.
