    @O2 I contacted Customer Service earlier and we thought it had all been fixed but my customer contact number is still be used for Calls and txt which is my old virgin mobile number and my new O2 Sim Number is put into my IPhone Settings yet still everything is going to my VM num?

    Ok @O2 - more issues with signal and it’s been less than 2 months since I switched from @EE and quite frankly I want to move back…how do I do this?
