  @O2 got my son an Apple Watch as a gift and customer services say you won’t enable an airtime sim as it wasn’t purchased from o2. Is this right??

  @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.

  @O2 Me & my partner both in 02 get nothing in town but we are paying a lot of money each month & getting no service at all in our home town it’s really poor, member of a tennis club had a social day 35 of us 12 had 02 all said they have the same problem, has been going on for a year

  @O2 Have been a long term customer & 2day asked Tottenham Crt Rd shop 4 tech support to download email app. Asked ME what IMAP is, I asked them if they knew - no. Walked out. A waste of my time. Maybe they sell better than provide tech help. Any ideas where to go now for help?

  @LucyProxxyfox @O2 @virginmedia Good luck with a complaint Lucy, mine is nearly 5 months old after O2 cancelled an iwatch contract incorrectly and stuck an arrangement to pay on my credit file, which stays for 6 years. About to go to the ombudsman
