@O2 … you just blocked my full devices, and I tried to contact @O2 to find out why. But not even contact @O2 I was allowed. Unhas to connect to the Wi-Fi to speak with an adviser and find out why my full service was blocked. Such a bad service I can’t wait to end my contract

@o2 This is awful. Lost my phone; decided to upgrade with new; spent 45 mins with sales; still have to confirm online; can't do that without a text sent to the device linked to the account which you know I'VE LOST! Catch22. I'll go to EE instead

Switched from @O2 to @iD_Mobile_UK and so far ID customer service has been super responsive compared to O2, highly recommend, much cheaper too!

@O2 Hi thank you for the reply. I'm *really* stressed about this... I log in, but because I switched with a PAC code bills don't show in my o2 on the site, and app doesn't work. Is anybody able to help me here? When I call it says you're calling me back, has for 1.5 weeks. Stress.

@O2 Day 116 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
