@villa4ever29 @Virgin @O2 Awful mobile coverage for the last 12 months. Shame I’m tied in to my contract for another 6 months. It’s been particularly bad the last couple of weeks. No 4G available and switching between 3G & EDGE regularly. Appalling

@RDW_91 @O2 Yes!!! Just when I thought this network couldn’t get any worse, they prove me wrong!! Slow data every single day, every phone call is interrupted with terrible signal and they’ve the cheek to increase the bills when they’re incapable of supplying the service they sell!! 🤬

@O2 hi, I’m needing some help. I’ve tried to call you every day for the past week now. Can never get through to anyone. I’ve been hung up on, and other days the dial done is just a constant beep once you’re through the automated voice bit. Can someone get in touch please. Thanks
