Paul Curry (@Paulc2nd) reported@BluesnJazzxx @O2 I am experiencing exactly the same but @O2 obviously can't realise there is an issue and get IT onto it. I have just had an offshore tech team ringing me about it. I hung up. It would be a lot easier to have a tech team over here with the app in front of them.

KopiteinPoland (@KopiteinPoland) reportedI never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain
