    @O2 why is my signal rubbish despite having 5G and full bars? Been going on for weeks now. I run a business thats mobile and its a nightmare contacting customers and causing a negative impact on my business.

    @Michelle3882977 @O2 Hi Michelle - Have you managed to get this resolved yet? I have been experiencing the same issue as you & @O2 customer service seems to have no clue what to do. There are numerous reports of this issue since June so I don't know why they haven't resolved it yet.

    @codyhaine91 @O2 That's madness! There's a communications ombudsman by the way. Get the complaint started. I had went through something similar with Three Mobile. Had it all sorted and watch contract paid off in full as redress.
