    @RuthNimmo @O2 Same here! At least you got a reply! Very selective with replies and help 😡 Not everyone is treated equally with #o2 unfortunately…. Maybe the tipping point! If you cannot get help when you need it, it’s time to move on! 5 days is just ridiculous!!

    @O2 so… my mother has been scammed by you guys in to taking out a contract and she didn’t activate the sim and phoned to cancel the contract inside 24hrs but you are deducting monthly money. How the hell does this work?

    @O2 Awful customer service. Was a victim of fraud someone pretending to be o2, had to call YOU 5 times to sort it and still nothing has been sorted. Told to wait 20 days while I’m paying for a phone I don’t even have. Thanks a lot o2 🤙🏻

    @kojecat @O2 O2 clearly underestimated the volume of customers who would take up the offer. I have spoken with their customer services on 2 occasions this week and have been told different things each time. This is a technical issue which should have been sorted.
