  Well after being with @O2 for as long as I can remember, I have finally ****** them off today! There service has been absolutely abysmal over the last few months, no signal, no 4G, no updates on why or what was being done to rectify! Customer service just as bad too! Bye bye 👋🏻

  @O2 What an absolute joke your store in Maidstone is!! Only interested in making a sale - complete waste of time, money & effort & still despite assurances new phone not working!! Perhaps employ people who know what they are doing ??

  @O2 are there any issues with your network? I can only get a 3G signal, inside and outside the house - I’ve tried turning my phone off and on and data off an on with no luck

  I’ve been with @O2 for a little over a month now, and have almost no signal at all anywhere I go.. the first 14 days was average to useable, and now I can’t get online at all. Do I have 11 more months of poor signal or can I cancel my contract?

  @O2 It happens at least once a month and is usually out for at least a week. It’s not good enough. I use my phone data to work and watch TV at the moment I can’t do either. How can one mast have so many problems
