Riemenschneider’s Horse (@larrythehook) reported@O2 My number ported over yesterday and I’ve topped up by £20 but I cannot link my o2 account to my number so I cannot choose the bundle I need. I’m on a £10 rolling plan so I’m just getting charged for data. Customer services can’t help and o2 store can’t help. Absolute shambles 😡

Cllr Sophie Preston-Hall ECC Rochford North (@SophiePrestonHa) reportedIs anyone else getting absolutely inundated with calls from an @O2 call centre lately? I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?
