Nah @O2 you need to sort this out. A mast has been down for WEEKS now and I haven’t had ANY data. I should not be charged for data that I haven’t been able to use. It was supposed to be fixed by today

@O2 what is going on with your service in Wellingborough town centre. It's an absolute dead zone since some time last week. How are people supposed to use his ticket apps and such? Sort it out.

@martins_gerry @O2 Shite aren't they, I get a half decent Internet signal mostly but absolutely appalling phone coverage no matter where I am in the country, have to have it set to WiFi calls constantly and be around a WiFi signal just to make a bloody call half the time

@O2 I know it’s a bit late as just seen the reply on notifications. They tried to scan and then just said it’s not working. Wouldn’t mind but it seems like they knew about the problem but weren’t telling anyone before they created the code!
