Hi @O2, I got a new contract with you on Tuesday and submitted a PAC code to move my old number over that same day. I've had no signal on either phone for well over 24 hours now and cannot call your support team. Can you please help?

  • OliviaR47513576 Olivia Rose (@OliviaR47513576) reported

@O2 hi, I haven’t been able to access my o2 on the app for months. I could access online but now this isn’t working. Can you help with this?

  • heystevehere Steve M (@heystevehere) reported

@O2 Hey team, some feedback for you. I didn't receive a notification (email or text) around my trial of audible expiring. As such, I've been charged this month for the service (£12!) for something I don't use. It would be good to alert users when that trial is expected to end.

  • Burning_cold STee (@Burning_cold) reported

@O2 As most people buying a £600 phone would expect the necessities with it...it's like a TV without a screen or a car without an engine. Thanks for your help and sorry for the rant 👍

  • LexiiBrannan Lexieee (@LexiiBrannan) reported

So fed up of @O2 services. Wish I had never left @EE because the signal I receive is a joke. The network coverage says my area should be fine yet I lose signal every time I pull onto my driveway. My signal in my bedroom is crap too. The buffering when I watch videos is unreal 😡

@O2 If an O2 customer cancels their contract early and they get early termination fees what happens if the customer can’t pay the final bill at all?

  • smx91x Stephanie Miller (@smx91x) reported

@O2 hi I made an order today but I would like to cancel it please?

  • jasonjo08513885 jason jones (@jasonjo08513885) reported

@O2 you signal & customer services are shocking! @MartinSLewis how can I end my contract?!

  • saxokid James (@saxokid) reported

@O2 UPDATE: 45 minutes and counting. Absolutely woeful customer service. Not good enough @O2

  • EileenShrives Eileen Shrives (@EileenShrives) reported

@O2 Thank you, switching to 3G has helped. I must say 4G was not slow but 99% of the time it showed 'no internet'.
