    @O2 think people needs to realise few things, they are inconsistent and information changes depending in the advisor, don’t hold your breath for a resolution they are not interested in helping you, don’t sit waiting for a reply on Twitter you’re not likely to get one

    8th day and still my number has not changed, I need to speak to someone online @O2, nobody is helping? this is a poor first impression of your services. PAC Code was done on 23rd, and still not changed.

    @O2 I have service on both Sims. Entered the PAC code online by filling in the form, which said should expect next business day and get a text morning of.. haven't had the text so I was wondering if there was a backlog of PAC codes over Xmas?

    @O2 hi - is there an issue with paying online? I have tried to do it with different cards and none have worked saying there is an issue with my bank. I have contacted my bank and there are no issues.

    @O2 Hi, took out a sim only deal after paying off my devices after being a customer of yours for a long time. I was told the loyalty discount added permanently off minus £2.50 a month. On my account it says that discount expires end of February 23.

    @O2 hi, I recently changed providers and requested a pac code to transfer my number to my new o2 contract. It’s been a week now and the change hasn’t happened. Can you help please?
