𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐄 🌺 (@KatieMcElhoney) reported@1stSimona @O2 I swapped to spusu, £7.90 and the signal is WAY better. I was with O2 over 15 years. Wish i’d left sooner
-
Northern Running Girl (@UKrunninggirl) reported@O2 I have had a message to say its fixed but the signal is absolutely awful
-
Jemmo (@J3MMO) reported@O2 @abbieechels That's not what she's asked. I have been having real problems getting answer to accessible questions and bookings too. But keep getting answers to other questions. Limiting accessbility tickets to just 1 + 1 carer is ridiculous

CHRIS (@CHRIS196213) reported@1stSimona @O2 Agree since merger it’s awful all of it signal app the lot. We are also with virgin for tv and broadband and that’s awful too
-
Jamie Daltry (@JamieDaltry) reported@O2 yet again I have to deal with your hateful webpage & app. Since your ill advised tie in with virgin media the whole experience is awful. If it weren’t for your coverage, I would leave immediately. Just signing in is a minefield, gave up on VAT invoice yrs ago, just the pits.

Kieren Bushnell (@kbushnell1975) reported@TheWillEason @O2 Ha. Wouldn't surprise me. They have become the worst company to deal with, they don't give a toss about their customers. Shocking company.
-
Lilith Tuylor (@lilith15016) reported@O2 O2 refuse to accommodate customer needs re: payment dates. The data allowance is appalling for PAYG users, and the coverage is poor also. Cue the ‘sorry you feel that way‘ dismissal from O2.

🔯Hebrew Hammer🔯 (@OyVeyzMeir) reported@arokorol @Shimshon1800 @O2 O2 may be preferring Paltel as a roaming provider but I'd more bet on the provider aiming an especially "hot" sector at the airport to capture roaming traffic and generate revenue. A simple manual network selection will cure that. But they're so close together that it does happen. Same occurs when in the North, can get alerts roaming onto Alfa or Spacetel and data is HORRIFICALLY expensive on those.

Emily (@ylimeneerg) reported@O2 what is going on with the O2 app. Everytime I try to sign in it wants to send me an email to read verify my account, I then get an error message and now its blocking me as I've tried to get in a few to many time. IDF-12B reference given...
