@AndreaFisher5 @O2 I’d suggest going through on live chat or calling customer care and they should be able to offer you compensation until it’s fixed. As long as you have coverage then it’s something that can be compensated. Yes, they cannot guarantee good service all the time...(1/2)

@O2 Hey, I added Disney+ 6 months free bolt on to my account on Sunday morning. It said I would see this in my bolt ons within 48 hrs but I still haven’t received anything. The offer has now ended so I can’t get back into it. Can you help?

@O2 our WiFi at work has gone down so I am having to revert to my data (which I have plenty) but my god my speeds are really bad. Was originally getting 2Mbps and now it’s much less than that. My co workers next to me on other networks are getting 30/4-Mbps. Can you help please?
