@O2 very angry. Had a fraud made in my name and account. I was told I would be contacted within 10days from the fraud team. Nothing 30days later. Tried to phone and got a very rude person who hung up on me claiming it might not have been fraud and just me?! I would know if I had!

@O2 I’ve given @O2 until the 6th to sort the signal issue out and if nothing has been done to resolve it then I will cancel my DD so until then the guru’s or Jill has until then to resolve it so I will be cancelling my DD “ LEGALLY “ if nothing has been resolved

@O2 It is unusual and ridiculous it’s taken this long to sort out. The complaints advisor assigned to me, who told me I could email her if the issue didn’t improve, has yet to respond to any emails I have sent her. Empty words…

@O2 I am at my tether getting passed from pillar to post off O2 customer service and the click and collect store any help would be appreciated as I have maybe 8 to 10 lines with O2 if this carries on I’m contemplating on cancelling and moving to a different network

@O2 Tried all these nothing is working unless I am in wifi. Error message doesny let me sign in so just no internet coverage at all please help
