    @O2 very angry. Had a fraud made in my name and account. I was told I would be contacted within 10days from the fraud team. Nothing 30days later. Tried to phone and got a very rude person who hung up on me claiming it might not have been fraud and just me?! I would know if I had!

    @O2 Just done that. Hasn’t made a difference at all. She seems to get intermittent service (I’m getting full uninterrupted service).

    @O2 why is it so difficult to pay off my device plan with? I've been on the phone for almost an hour, had difficulty getting through the automated system, spoke to someone, got transferred to another department, then I was hung up on. Not the best way to treat customers.

    @virginmedia @O2 My broadband is down again @virginmedia . Second time this month. Always on a Monday, when I have to work online the most. I'd love to switch to Zen Broadband now but you're saying this constant loss of service is not reason enough to get out of the contract you locked me in!

    @O2 What fabulous service at the O2 shop in Eastleigh today, breath of fresh air from other stores I have been in recently. Not convinced I will stay with 02 due to 36 month contracts but the staff here have gone a long way to making me think twice about leaving. 👏👏👏

    @O2 I've since had 2 emails saying it should be fixed but still my Sim doesn't register with the network at all leaving me without service.

    @O2 is your customer service line actually so abysmal that it automatically hangs up when you ask to make a complaint? 4 times this morning the automated menu has hung up on me. #poorservice

    @O2 @xverion_ it's my order, and I've had to cancel and go and fetch in store instead. Phones should be allocated if stated in stock. I assume you do this so you get money either way, and make people wait for their order if it arrives at all.
