Rachel Berry (@mumto4berryboys) reported from Elgin, Scotland@O2 very angry. Had a fraud made in my name and account. I was told I would be contacted within 10days from the fraud team. Nothing 30days later. Tried to phone and got a very rude person who hung up on me claiming it might not have been fraud and just me?! I would know if I had!
