    @O2 very angry. Had a fraud made in my name and account. I was told I would be contacted within 10days from the fraud team. Nothing 30days later. Tried to phone and got a very rude person who hung up on me claiming it might not have been fraud and just me?! I would know if I had!

    @O2 Yes I requested it yesterday afternoon and been rebooting my phone several times. Is there a way to track the progress as the service has been turned off on my old sim so I have no access to a phone and I'm travelling today so need the sat nav

    @O2 I made it clear to the girl that was helping me what had happened and that we could no longer access it at all. She said she couldn’t help me anymore so that was that. This is why I have contacted you. You sent me a link to log in online originally. Can you not do that again?

    Hey, @O2 Can you tell me why the mast in my area is still “not working as it should be”? It’s been like this since mid March. I’m currently paying a phone bill for a phone I can’t even use the majority of the time! Please help!

    @DracorumOrder @virginmedia @O2 Had to switch to Virgin media because was getting too expensive to use Sky. I've had issues with it as it is slow to use. Tesco Mobile has been getting problems but being part of O2, no brainer!

    @O2 shocking customer service whilst trying to port my 2 kids numbers onto 02 from Giffgaff, took over 30 minutes to try to do 1 & that couldn't be completed as told it wouldn't happen now until Tuesday. Having to call back on Monday to start again! Don't you want new customers

    @O2 you are an absolute nightmare to get through to. Your automated system is the worst ever. Can someone DM me so I can sort stuff out with you! You are alienating your customers with your automated systems. I want to speak to a human!!!!! #poorcustomerservice
