@O2 Hi, it said I didn’t win this time but that I could claim a free treat from Greggs and had a button to claim this, which wasn’t working. I can’t seem to access that button anymore, and the reward hasn’t appeared in app. Could you take a look please?

@O2 It’s not about guides, check this or check that: your signal is rubbish. But, that’s fine; thank god for WiFi. If I move out of my apartment the signal’s great. It’s just being in the apartment. I need to sit in a certain chair near the window to make a call: I’m not joking:)

Hello @O2 my Mum is currently abroad and has received a text message about a spend cap. She is asking me for help, but I don’t know how much her spend cap is. Is there anything you could do to help us out in this scenario. For context my Mum is 70 and not very tech savvy!

Horrible experience at your Cardiff store @O2. Store employees have no regard for someone’s money, mental sanity or time. Broke an iPad in store didn’t inform me and sent it to recycle and now I am stuck. Keeping bouncing between store, customer care and O2 Recycle.

@O2 This person kept talking over me saying she needed to verify the account but wouldn't listen when my mother tried to verify the account we just want to get a pac code and leave the company now as o2 are awful
