@O2 @k1aning When is the app ever not down? Absolutely pathetic it has worked once for me since taking out a contract and that was 12 month ago! Website is no better and as for the constant spam since joining it's relentless, only on o2 however not with my other providers do I get this.

@O2 There is always a fault! O2 are going down hill faster than Eddie the Eagle. Absolutely dire company who just want our money & don't give us the service we pay for. If u can't do ur job then maybe O2 should sell to someone who can do it better

@O2 Really annoyed that the upgrade system went down yesterday, just when I was about to select a deal and it is now no longer available. Why offer deals when you can't provide the capability to complete transactions.

@O2 why can't I send or receive MMS messages even though I've set everything up per your directions. Tried calling your customer help number and that just hangs up on me after the "tell us what you're calling for".
