    @O2 has the worst customer experience from your staff member Rich refused to help refused to transfer my call. Been a customer for over 15 years and must say Rich was very rude and I would recommend others to stay away from o2 disgusting behaviour

    @O2 no signal in WN4, problem with Mast and estimated to be 5 days before it is fixed. Would you like to borrow a screwdriver?

    @O2 @imjoseabreu Had someone fromO2 call me (lucky me as they don’t usually respond) only to tell me my line was not very clear and I had a bad connection…..yep they called me on my O2 mobile ….go figure

    It took me 3 long calls to find out that @O2 made a mistake and I was charged more when on the previous calls people were telling me I had a refund that I never should have gotten but there was none. I lost half of my day and I still have to pay extra for a mistake O2 made.

    @O2 Never! Someone told me this and no one had the ***** to say o2 made a mistake and I was charged more towards my device plan instead of my airtime plan! I spent 4 hours of my day for nothing.

    @NickNak1980s @O2 Don't bother, seriously. I've spent the past month trying to get back an upfront cost for an item that never arrived and was cancelled. The company are thieves, nothing more.

    @Tractorboy7881 @VMO2News @O2 Good luck with a Manager calling you back. Was told in 48 hours then when I called to say they didn’t call was told they would report it again and would call me in 72 hours. Has gone on for weeks. Dire service
