@O2 I left EE for o2 last week on Friday 2nd Jan, the rolling sim plan doesn’t work so told to go to contract yday my o2 app still doesn’t work, I can’t access anything for 8 days now , no one over the phone helps , I have been in tears to 5 different people today, please help!

@angelikaaczar @O2 I did, its Virgin Media refusing to acknowledge my email address as i left them because of poor communication and failing to provide what was promised. Gone over to EE, better deal on SIM only.
