@O2 not experienced anything like it, or close to, ever. The entire infrastructure is a shambles. The level of incompetence is immeasurable. Many of the staff are rude and I have been promised several call backs which never materialise. #o2 #poorservice

@O2 @o2sbe your O2 priority system tonight is absolutely shocking. We were denied entry into the queue even though we had O2 priority and are now at the back. The security for the event were extremely rude too.
