@O2 you’re a disgrace! I upgraded on Saturday and have not been able to use my phone due to an issue “in-house!” What’s the point of having a phone when you can’t receive or make calls!! I keep getting told it’ll be resolved in 24 hours but it’s now Tuesday!

@O2 Absolutely disgusting service😡 brought a new Apple Watch 7 with data plan, fist off provided a device that had been opened and damaged. After it was swapped they now can’t attached my data plan to my new watch and basically say there is nothing they can do about it! #rubbish

@O2 please help. The sim card I just ordered is being sent to the wrong address but I cannot change my address details without receiving the sim and entering the security codes from the new number! Bit of a catch 22! And I cannot seem to find any customer support...

@O2 @jermanicus It’s not working. The page loads fine but once you enter your details you get hit with ‘oops something went wrong’ happens also via customer services. Please can you look into this? I’m trying to move my number from giffgaff!
