    Got to say very poor service from @O2 in Lincoln 5th time in the store trying to sort out upgrade but constantly told have to wait as operating a virtual queue fair enough but have more than 1 staff member serving.

    @virginmedia @O2 @virginmedia No 4G signal in Winchester - I had to switch manually to 3g otherwise my phone doesnt work at all. Yes, I have tried resetting working network and I have done already all I can on my phone. How can you assist with this before I just move to another provider?

    @virginmedia @O2 Great to hear but how about sorting out your customer service instead. 55mins and still waiting for live chat. Not good enough

    @O2 the mobile signal is getting very unreliable and the call quality is terrible, with echoes, faintness and other interference. I find it hard to believe in 2021 a government can sabotage communications by reversing roaming. in a queue for a call centre when the line dropped

    @O2 my signal and data are pretty much unusable, i struggle to load web pages and apps that require data, i received a text to say improvements where completed but still the same issues
