@virginmedia @O2 Done the various usual tests RE checking if the plug socket is working etc and it all is. Defo the hub not working or the power cable faulty but without a spare no way to confirm

@O2 @Apple can anyone explain why I’m having to pay £369 for a repair on my iPhone 11, when the fault is down to a software fault after an iOS automatic update and nothing to do with how I’ve cared for the phone?! Also why is the warranty only 1 year for a 3 year contract?!

@O2 I want to remove/cancel ONE product off my account but cannot say that to the voice machine. It only understands cancel contract/insurance. App no good. Long wait to be through to 'talk about' my account - then ANOTHER long wait to get thru to cancellations. Still waiting😔
