@virginmedia @O2 Would be great if it could actually be activated without any hassle. Surprise, surprise - it can't. Online system doesn't work and I've now been on the phone for well over an hour speaking to agent after agent, none of whom have a clue about what to do. USELESS

The rollout of this @O2 @virginmedia Volt thing is hilariously bad. The O2 website puts you into a continuous loop. The VM website just keeps trying to sell you new things. The O2 call line either cuts out or have no idea what Volt is and keep trying to tell me about Bolt ons.

Not what I needed from @o2 as I've seemingly had my sim disconnected for no reason sometime in the night. I can't even ring customer services to see what's happened. Leaves me unable to call docs/111/ etc whilst I've been unwell the last few days, which ain't great really.

@O2 my fiancé ordered a new phone and contract 2 weeks ago - for DHL to say they delivered it on Monday, but they didn’t. Now your customer service team is telling her she has to just sort it with DHL and are doing absolutely nothing about it! Absolutely shocking
