    Hi @O2 I have a new phone with you and woke up this morning to find a dead pixel in the middle. It was not there last night and the phone had not moved all night so unless it was caused by being on charge its an issue with the phone. Please advise as its right in the middle

    @O2 Who do i contact to make a complaint? I have a brand new iphone13 mini, its been confirmed faulty by a store, to be exchanged. Ive had 5 sim swaps, 2 store visits, countless calls. Can someone please take some ownership and help?!
