@O2 if I was to not pay my o2 bill, you would hunt me down. You owe me £180.00, promised by a manager on 23/01/2021, which I have still not received, and that seems to be ok with your staff? Wrong advice, wrong timescales, no call backs when promised. Absolute shambles.

@O2 why has it taken 12 hours for me to receive a notification that I've a voicemail& text? Whilst I don't get signal reception at work, I've had plenty of 4g signal throughout the day at certain points. It was left at around 10.30am, I've only just now received the notification!

@O2 there’s def something going on with accessing stuff as I’m having issues with a few apps on my phone as in not being able to access. Always when data on. Been for the past few hours at least. Is there anything untoward your end? Theres few other tweets with similar issue.

@O2 Thanks and I've just replied to your DM. I notice that other users are having the same problem, i.e your server is not responding. So I assume an issue with your servers when accessing via broadband.... accessing via mobile data is working. Thanks.
