Another 40 minutes on hold with @O2 customer services because the website is broken and the app doesn’t work. Only to be told “it COULD be this week” which is what I’ve been told every week for a month. Soon be an issue if it was me saying that when it comes payment. Jokes.

@O2 I’ve been waiting on the phone for 15 minutes now to discuss a disconnection. If someone doesn’t pick up the phone in 5 minutes, I’m gone. In a saturated market where client retention is key to your success, your terrible customer service is insane.

@MartinSLewis Been with @O2 for about 20 years, mostly due to signal limitations, but looking online if I was a brand new customer I could get double the data for half the price. Asked them and they wouldnt let me keep my number if I went on that deal? Just terrible all round

@O2: "3G is being switched off by all network providers. As your mobile only works for calls on our 2G and 3G network, you'll need to upgrade your phone." I have already upgraded to a 5G phone, but no 4G or 5G signal!
