@O2 The last update was I spoke to your customer service team last Saturday 22nd May around 9.30am they read all the notes on the system on my account, I was told someone from the complaints team will phone me Monday morning as they where closed Monday came & gone nobody rang 🤬

Hey @O2 what’s your plan to extend 5G coverage to Farringdon/Doxford area of Sunderland, U.K? I ask because your 4G service is continuously awful up this way and I’m tired of reporting it. Would be nice to finally get the 5G service I’m forced to pay for.

@Ofcom you seriously need to look at @O2 customer services. Almost every call either gets cut off before answering, or mid call. This has been happening since I took their crappy service out in January.

@O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.
