@O2 I received a letter on sat 3rd April, say 02 would be closing my account, "unless we hear from you by the 5 May 2021", I rang customer services straight away to say I have a Paid Up Front For Life Account and I still use it, but they didn't understand. Who should I contact?

@PhilippaJaine @O2 Ive had accounts with O2 for nearly 20 years but after renewing the contract 9 months ago never again. They are happy to take payments but no interest in providing a phone that works. An iPhoneXR costing £800 is now a paper weight. I've been conned by this company!

Struggling with my 2 month old @SamsungMobile #s21 bought with you @O2 .... I've tried calling but my phone keeps cutting the connection off. I think the RAM is faulty as I can't run more than one app at a time (my S10 does with ease) please help!!

@O2 I never had any signal where I live, despite what your map says. I have to use my WiFi to make calls or get in my car and drive a mile up the road! I’m really cross with myself for staying with you for so long!
