    @alexcreepldn @O2 Hey Alex, I got to New York yesterday and I’m having the exact same issue. Signal is patchy and then when there is signal, there’s no internet connection. Did you manage to figure it out?

    @cerimiles @O2 Oh mate I did the same. They had awful Internet speed and customer service. I went with Voxi in the end and cancelled within the 14 days. They're awesome and have some deals on atm
