@Colly_wobbles @tescomobile @O2 Can you go into mobile data and try to turn if automatic so it will try to detach and reconnect . Might change network turn back on automatic might work

Really disappointed by @O2 customer service. Being lied to on the online chat service, then when I called up and queued for over 40 minutes to speak to someone was told I'd be called back by a colleague within 10 minutes... That was over 90 minutes ago.

Hi @O2. Since transferring to my new iPhone with you, I don’t receive any data allowance warnings anymore, meaning that I run out of data without realising. My bill came in today and I did not receive a text saying date it was rolling over. Can you help? Many thanks.

@O2 Trying to cancel my O2 Insurance as I'm paying £150 a year and online being quoted less than half that. Website says Call 202. Call 202 and that says Go Online then hangs up. Please can someone call me?

@O2 Gave me back £30 last month because the 4G speed is zero everywhere. So my bill was £10 but I still couldn’t use any data in most places I go. Now I’m back to full price and still can’t use data. Took 40 minutes to load a car parking app on Tuesday! The 10 minutes to pay. Crap
