@Colly_wobbles @tescomobile @O2 Can you go into mobile data and try to turn if automatic so it will try to detach and reconnect . Might change network turn back on automatic might work

Appalling Service Level by o2, over 12 hrs without mobile service ! Missed a call to my son for his 10th Birthday ! Unable to answer any emails/clients response etc...just as well there wasn't an emergency ! and no apology, no "sorry for the outage" txt....**** two ! @O2

@FullSen70316301 @EE @O2 you made mistake joint then i been with them long time they don’t care about customer service they will take ur money if u don’t say nothing they won stop if u call them they will say it was technical fault and return money in 7 days i’m leaving dem when my contract is done

@O2 You say you want to keep people safe and help but iv had a fraudulent account setup in my name and you are no help whatsoever. I find it absolutely mind boggling that a company as large as @O2 doesn’t have a dedicated fraud team I can talk to?? #fraud
