    @O2 what's the point in having customer services. If I wait for ages to get through to correct people. Only to be hung up on numerous times and then try online chat and get told too busy. Try again later. Absolute shambles. Will never recommend o2 to anyone I know. Shocking

    I moved house recently and have an iPad with @O2 data. Payment bounced and it is now off the network. After 1 hr + on the phone, they can’t tell me how much I owe them as I can’t receive a text msg to the iPad as it’s disconnected. What do I do ?

    @O2 Lifted the block anyway.. this despite the fact that I had paid the amount owing at 5am. The amount should never have been that amount if my pack had been applied. I also had a free charger I should have received that never came and when I spoke to the next advisor they added..

    @O2 ridiculous nonsense from 02 - they cut my partner off and then say to pay bill ring 08001116121 from another phone but there’s no option to say for which number and he’s paid on to my account. Can’t speak to a human to sort. Poor service. Partner been with you for 25 years

    @O2 Been trying to take out 2 business contracts. Appreciate you may be having tech issues but being put on hold for 15 mins only to be d/c.. And then the same process happening again another 5 times. Not good enough? #SortItOut

    @O2 Agreed to have international calling bolt on and someone didn’t apply it so a 29 minute call yesterday resulted in £73.83 charges and a 4am email advising that my service was restricted despite being ahead with bills and owing nothing else. Called to discuss and was hung up on ..

    @O2 your customer service is awful. I’m trying to get in touch with a representative to talk about you randomly cancelling my contractual extras and your bot just hangs up if my phones not lost or stolen?!

    @O2 half hour on the phone to you to pay my sons phone bill and you cut us off !!! Very unhelpful. It says 24/7 help pfftttt !!!
