@O2 what's the point in having customer services. If I wait for ages to get through to correct people. Only to be hung up on numerous times and then try online chat and get told too busy. Try again later. Absolute shambles. Will never recommend o2 to anyone I know. Shocking

@O2 Hi, my issue is that my phone isn’t working properly, it’s not receiving any signal, I have tried to speak to someone on the chat function in the app however the person I am talking to is trying to advise me to claim on my insurance when it should in fact be under warranty.

@O2 Hi I have tried to call 02 at which point after entering the options I get cut off. I need to speak to someone asap about an account. I have also tried the live chat only for that to be down. How can customers contact in an emergency as this issue require action asap?
