I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

@O2 Iv had my upgraded iPhone 11 since Aug and the 4G network has been pretty awful so nothing works even though it’s got full bars?! So frustrating that I have to find WiFi connection for anything to work online? Always been an O2 customer but this is worst 4G coverage Iv had 😡
@O2 is there any way i can pay off my device plan online? i can’t make a phone call from where i live because the signal is really bad and i was told i can’t do it in store either
@O2 I had already tried to enable this, but the SIM only plan I am on doesn’t seem to allow it. If there is any way this can be enabled for my number, that would be useful, especially since I am getting such a poor deal for what I am paying!
@O2 losing a customer today because one of the 3 employees stood around doing nothing couldn’t serve me in West Quay but could add me to a 75 minute waiting list 👍

@O2 My husband has been trying to ring o2 to pay off his device plan and not having much luck. People have hung up on him or can't help.. 2hrs spent calling so far. Isn't allowed access to his myO2 account. Shocking service!!
@O2 Is there connectivity issues when swapping sims? I got my phone upgrade yesterday and got a new 5G sim and although I have full service and 4G according to my phone my data connectivity is so bad and nothing will load/is taking ages. Didn’t have this issue with my old sim?
@EE number one for customer service?! my arse. been with you since you were orange and cant even sort me out a dongle! had to go to @O2 to be able to get wifi from now til wednesday! #badservice #customerservice #avoid
