davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Taunton, EnglandI like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

Toff (@onlytoff) reported@O2 “Doesn’t exclude Scotland” No, but it gives a far less service Let’s look at the tickets for example, out of the 32 acts advertised, ALL are playing in England, only 4 acts are playing in Scotland O2 pick their partners, surely making sure partners are playing 🏴 is only fair ?

Circfruit (@circuit_k) reported@willmcgugan @O2 when they have too many customers, they stop caring. not only mobile operators, all of them service providers.
-
MUFC Chatter (@mufcchatter) reported@O2 PLEASE HELP! I found out today that I have a CCJ on my file from O2 from 2024. This relates to a bundled SIM with a Virgin Broadband contract which was cancelled before it was set up due to credit. The O2 sim was supposed to be cancelled to but it wasn't!

Eerik Beeton, MCIM Cmktr (@EerikBeeton) reportedHey @O2, even Pitbull cancelled his concert in Riga last minute due to "technical issues", but somehow your roaming network is putting on an even worse performance. Stuck on 'No Service' in Latvia with a fully paid contract. Can a human DM me to fix this backend glitch?
-
Steve Dower (@zooba) reported@willmcgugan @O2 Doesn't sound any worse than any of the rest of them, tbh. Call their line to cancel your service, then tell them exactly what you need in order to not cancel and you'll probably get it. That line is the real customer service.

Andy Reynolds (@oit_andy) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.
-
Su (@shandreen) reportedCan you explain why the phone app keeps signing me out and when I go to sign in it verifies and doesn't log in the app? Your auth servers having issues? @O2
-
Andrew (the *****) (@Andrewislington) reported@O2:Our network’s slow because the entire country won’t stop doomscrolling. Ideas? Mel B: Sorted. I’ll pre-record a load of painfully awkward messages telling people to put the phone down and touch grass… then we’ll just rebrand the lag as our brand-new “Scroll Stopper” feature
-
StuartB (@StuartBain1986) reported@o2 you’re 5g and general signal quality is god awful 👍 can’t wait to move network
-
Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedOne week later and we still haven’t got a response from @O2 about a measly £185! Not even a drop in the ocean to O2. We are only leaving the contract early because we have had no O2 signal for near 2 years. We should not have to pay @MartinSLewis !! No response from O2!
