I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

@O2 (2/2) sim issued by vodafone both abroad and in the UK and the data is working fine so it isnt the phone. your customer service team insists that there's no bar on my account but i dont see how this is possible? also considering youve been charging me for data which i haven't

@O2 - signal is shocking wherever I seem to go, spoke to customers services and have been told I’m tied in for 24 months with a phone that I can only use to its full potential in a few places I visit frequently - how do I get out of my airtime contract and go elsewhere?

Trying to speak to someone from @O2 customer service is frustrated as seriously convinced they hire people who haven’t got a clue what they are doing, retraining definitely required

@O2 I've been having connection problems since I got my new contract in December 2022. My phone is an S22. My data connection is terrible at home, so much so, I cannot connect to YouTube and Facebook most of the time.

@O2 Hi, I cannot call any uk mobile or O2 help number,I get a message saying incorrect number in what sounds like a uk voice. Can call us mobile and my own landline in uk. When I switch to 4G I just get beeps when calling. Have been working with O2 community who say network changes
