I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

Soo @O2 support is useless. I want to cancel an order, of which they can't because it's in the warehouse (Which happens automatically) and they've told me to reject a parcel, which I won't be able to identify because it's inside a box... I have other stuff due at the same time 🔫

@O2 Your roaming "fair usage" policy (Despite your "peace of mind abroad" bs) is disgusting. Hidden deep in the small print so some poor c&nt gets stiffed with an "adjustment" at 8X their normal bill. If you offer "Eurozone",at least warn your customers about it's shelf-life.

@O2 Have been an O2 customer for over 20 years and normally not noticed a problem. Virgin Media seems to connect at the odd tube station without rhyme or reason.

Hi @O2 as you’re aware I’ve been on no service now for over 3 weeks, any updates yet or? Or do I just continue to pay £60 a month for a phone I can’t use unless I leave my house ?? If someone with a brain cell can get in contact that would be fab 👍🏻

I’ve been with @O2 FOREVER. Their merge with virgin has made me wonder if I want to move networks. And the upgrade offer is MUCH more £ than switching. Any recommendations for a new network? Or are they much of a muchness?
