@O2 (1/3) Its not like you DONT have the resources to even put up a temporary mast for those in need. Most of the people in this area are elderly and need signal as its their only way of communication. E.G. My Nana has a phone box that detects when she has a

@O2 I need to speak with someone asap about a complaint. Your off-shore call centre doesn’t understand the issue and was just about to send me £400+ which I’m not entitled to. Can some from UK contact me please

@O2 's approach to customer retention is faultless. call them to end the contract and get the PAC and they cut you off. use the live chat and say they're too busy to answer.

@O2 3000 Bce Person 1 “imagine a time where you pay to be able to make calls and use the internet on a mobile device, and then they hike your bill by upwards of 14%, and you experience worse signal and slower speeds. Imagine paying more for less service” Person 2 “I’ll pass”

  • Supercyclist101 Matthew Haynes (@Supercyclist101) reported

@O2 my contract expires later this year, and so far I won't be renewing. I bought a 5G phone for faster data speeds, but 5G in Manchester is just a joke. Check your website and just always shows a known mast issue. This mast repair must be the longest repair job in history!

@O2 Someone tried to access my account today so I called you to say that any activity on my account is fraudulent but you then ask me to give you my password or a verification code to confirm it’s me, something you specifically tell people not to do… pretty poor service…
