@O2 But as I’ve already said, i’ve encountered this issue with several phones on o2 over the years. No I dont have another device to test it in, but you can’t possibly believe that every phone i’ve ever had has just been faulty ??

I am done with @o2 now. 5g full signal in so many areas around the UK and I cannot get internet. It’s appalling service. Fed up paying for something that’s not working

@O2 customer service is now beyond a joke. I’m getting bored of getting codes that don’t work. Now up to at least 9 codes and links. This would have been resolved DAYS Ago if a cash refund was issued. But still refusing to do so!

@O2 it should not take now approaching 10days, 12hours+ on chats to your advisors to get an easy issue sorted. And yet you REFUSE to issue any cash compensation for the time wasted, staff lying to me and still no resolution.

@rosaream @O2 @TheO2 Birmingham have these as there times so I assume it'll be the same. 18:00 Doors Open 19.30 First Support (10 min interval) 20:20 Second Support 21:00 Interval 21:30 Swedish House Mafia 23:00 Approximate Finish Timings are approximate and subject to change.
