@daviddunninguk @O2 This has been a problem for years. You pay @O2 for a 5G phone and signal, but the data rate is so slow as to be worse than 2G. And absolute waste of time if you’re out and about in the city centre! 😡

@O2 Hiya. You recently fixed a local mast after it had been faulty for mths. However, since the fault, data is really slow, sometimes nonexistent. We really on data as our internet’s so bad, tethering phones. But now we can’t even do that. It was amazing before, what’s happened?

So even though @o2 can clearly see somebody in KOREA has made £200 charges through @GooglePlay DURING THE PANDEMIC on a phone that has been INACTIVE for over a yr I’m still liable, my credit score will be affected & I’ll face a ccj? It’s disgusting. @MartinSLewis please help 🙏
