    @O2 So I have DM’d these people but apparently they can’t talk, they’ll only write. 20+ years a customer and my mobile phone provider can’t be bothered to actually TALK to me! Unbelievable

    @LloydsBankBiz Thank you for your reply @O2 @LloydsBankBiz so the advice is if you are an O2 customer you cannot pass security when calling Lloyds business banking and you should visit a branch and the problem has been ongoing for several weeks although it has been fixed for other networks.

    I'm sick to death of being sent bills from @O2 for an account that's been cancelled SEVERAL TIMES and never used. Do your employees not talk to each other or check records! Sort this out!!

    @O2 customer services is a joke. Absolutely shocking service after putting the phone down being told to wait 45 mins to get back through. What a shambles.

    @O2 I have no signal! Signal checker online is saying my area is fine. I’ve tried turning phone off and on again but no luck?

    @CoverGirlLi @O2 I suggest you email their CEO. I raised a complaint with then once and got treated horribly. I got on touch with the CEO and funnily enough everything was sorted out.
