.@O2 I ordered a new phone from yourselves this morning to be collected from my local store ‘within 30 minutes’. To then receive an email being told I would be able to go there now to receive it. I went there after 2 hours and they said I would have to get it tomorrow? Any help?

@O2 HD4 5DZ has issues. HD9 4ET is completely down. Masts that aren't working correctly cause massive strains on the network. When are you going to fix the mast infrastructure in HD4? The issue has been on-going months and you seem to be doing nothing about it?

@O2 Morning team. The area surrounding my kids Nursery has no 4G and I’m lucky if I get a decent 3G signal. How can I report this? Your map shows it’s a known bad signal area so guessing a tower is needed. The other networks have 4G in the same area.

@O2 Yes I have checked everywhere but no luck l. I have tried to contact them through above link and also through other ways but still not able to resolve this. I think there is huge issue with the link you have shared in your o2 priority app because that’s not the same as real site

@O2 I am trying to sort out my bill and the advisor I just spoke to on the payment line was so rude and really upset me and made me feel like an idiot for not being able to pay my bill even though I’ve been a customer for about 15 years and this hasn’t happened before.

@O2 @virginmedia Totaly disappointed with customer service today, never again will be getting any more contracts from o2. Been loyal customer for years and they messed up my upgrade whixh should of come today and floor manager literally sent crap email and not delt with it. Shambles!
